I was very stressed just thinking about organizing a very traumatic move for my elderly aunt. She was moving from a large house is San Francisco to a small apartment in Sacramento. Fuller moving company was recommended to me by a retirement home as a company who understand and know how to takes very good care of the elderly. I have not been disappointed. The company caters to the needs and keeps things running smoothly.They "work with you" depending on your needs, and try to keep things simple. From the estimation, the coordination, pick up and delivery, everybody is very professional and made a great team and deliver ....And all this for a reasonable price. The movers are pleasant , very efficient and attentive to details. were very good a communicating if you have questions . They made the hassle of moving less stressful when you feel that "your are in good hands". Moving is like surgery, it is important to deal with somebody who has experience and know what they are doing.

This is a great company - they showed up on time, stuck to their estimate, worked quickly, and made sure I had everything where I needed it before they left. The two men who moved me were also fun to chat with as they worked. If I ever move again, I know who to call.

Fuller Moving Services you stink. They took a bad time in our lives and made it worse. They did not do what they said they were supposed to do. They said anything they took apart they would put back together. ....WRONG !!! BOXES EITHER NOT LABELED OR MISS LABELED... IT HAS BEEN THE WORST MOVING SERVICE EVER. ALMOST TWO MONTHS LATER AND A WORD FROM FULLER...NOT THANK YOU ,A HOW DID WE DO ...JUST DUMP AND RUN LIKE HELL WITH OUR $17,000 PLUS.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY. .FULLER MOVING TAKES ADVANTAGE OF OLDER PERSON IN A TOUGH SITUATION AND MAKE THINGS WORSE. No stars if I could choose! I got ripped off by this company because I am old and I didn't know about the market price for moving. They charged me $3,215 for a small one bedroom apartment local move. It's 8 times more than other movers would charge me but I didn't realize it until it's too late. It was a move from an assistant living community to another assistant living community about 10 miles apart. They didn't gave me an estimate with estimated hours, numbers of movers and items that would be moved. On the moving day, they found different reasons to add charges to my bill. They did packing , loading and unloading supper slow because they wanted to charge me more hours. The bill they gave me doesn't have the number of hours it took, the number of movers that involved and the items that were moved on it. We asked the owner to send us details abut the charge after the move. He sent me one but I can tell that they just made it up recently because I have never seen it before and some items on it are wrong! They claimed it took five movers and two days total of 19 hours to do the job. It was a 600 square feet one bedroom apartment and I didn't have too much stuff to move. How could it take that long? it was a lie! They have the high rate for labor of $60/per hour per mover. Besides they charged me a high hourly rates for packing, they also charged me a big amount of money for packing materials which is not true because I didn't have that much items to pack! Normally packing materials are included in packing hourly rates but Fuller Moving Services charged me separately so they can double charge me! After the move, I found all my jewelries are missing, some items are missing and some are broken. My daughter-in-law called Nathan the owner but he denied everything and did not take any responsibility. I am a 83 years old woman. I cannot think clear so they took advantage of me. I regret deeply that I hired this company. I hope you learn from my experience and not get ripped off by this company. I found that there are a lot of negative reviews online about Fuller Moving Services. I should have done some research before I hired this company! The manager of my assistant living place referred Fuller Moving Services to me. Be careful about referrals. They are not necessarily good ones. You may get the worst one like I got!

Probably the best quality moving company 6the Sacramento area. You couldn't ask for a nicer staff. Even if the price is a little higher then the competition, you are getting what you pay for. Definitely give them a call and see what they can do for you.

We have used Fuller Moving Services twice. Once as a senior moving service, moving our parent's household to an assisted living facility. That was a very smooth & quick experience. The crew knew what they were doing & were very nice. We just worked with Fuller again this weekend to finish clearing out the house - move items to 2 different houses, move items into garage & take away ewaste. The crew was great!! Very nice, professional & easy to work with. They knew how to pack items in blankets(provided), transport through the house without damaging floors & generally do whatever necessay. Everyone we dealt with was so helpful & knowledgeable. We will use Fuller again for any moving needs.

Very good long-distance moving experience. The initial consultation was done by Jeremiah in person so they actually saw what had to be moved. He was very accurate in the inventory. My moving coordinator, Wendy, was very responsive to all my questions along the way. They came when promised and were able to deliver earlier than originally scheduled. The movers were very efficient but careful when loading and unloading. My furniture was carefully wrapped and protected. The only negative is I was charged for the move on the day they picked up my belongings and they forgot to deduct for items I told them I was not taking. I had been told the charge would be made upon delivery. That made me a bit nervous as to whether they would actually show. But they did and they promptly refunded the excess charge. All in all it went very smoothly and I would definitely recommend Fuller/North American Van Lines.
