I chose Executive Moving Systems for my relocation from Orange County back to Greece! I Called EMS about 3 days before I had to move out of my house, and spoke to Justin Bird, who was a tremendous help. He helped me to set up the move immediately as well as my storage which was a big plus! 3 movers arrived at my house, laid runners throughout the entire house to protect the floors, disassembled all of my furniture & packed it very carefully. Not only were these 3 guys SO nice and polite, they were so fast! I had a 2 story, 2 bedroom + Loft house fully furnished, which they managed to get everything out in 3.5 hours! The service was honestly great all around, and the prices are extremely competitive. Definitely will continue to use them & Only them on my next move. Thanks again Justin & your guys Fernando, Ruben & Ivan. Great Team :)

the absolute worst moving co i have ever had. They held all my furniture hostage, until i would pay them in cash, up front, an extra $4000 in 'special handling', for insurance coverage, in addition to the insurance i already had. When i made a stink - you guessed it, they threw my stuff on the ground, etc.. and broke so many things. !!! It broke my heart. Then when i filed an insurance claim, they countered with saying all my stuff was ALREADY MESSED UP AND BROKEN!! Can you believe it? I have never been so upset at corruption, in all my life.!!! I tried to take them to small claims court, but they had all their 'employee' movers as witnesses!! The entire thing cost me over $15,000!!!! and it was supposed to be provided by my new job, in 'relocation benefits'. From now on, i'm going to do everything myself. I have lost total trust in the moving industry. I had made a few moves before, with my husband, in the military, and there was the usual stuff that got stolen, (so called' lost), and broken, but not like this. This was just CRUEL!!!! Some of the items were handed down over many generations, and had sentimental value. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE MEAN AND CORRUPT.

They have fair prices to start with, but add the attention to detail and insight to every aspect of the move and they are extremely affordable! Being a North American Van Lines franchise also gives me the confidence in the company itself as there is nothing worse than working with a moving company that doesn't have a long standing reputation at stake. The appraiser was nice--but everything he said turned out to be a lie. And that was just the start. You pay for things to get packed up by them so insurance covers it. It will not be covered. It will not be packed securely. In chronological order: Movers showed up without the special boxes for TVs as requested nor any mattress protection. Had to pack in spare dirty cardboard. Movers left one man, the junior member who didn't speak English to handle the TVs alone. Large greasy hand print on the front and pressure damage to the panels. Couldn't tell him to stop doing it that way because 'no speak English'. Vague illegible notes taken on manifest. They rescheduled my delivery 2 times after I had already taken the day off. Mover at time of delivery told me to make notes of residence damage and submit it via their website. Claims adjuster said I should have filed at the time of delivery with the driver---when the mover told me to use the website instead. They would not take receipts to show value or proof of ownership for missing items. Claim denied because there is 'no proof the item is damaged or missing' because the item is MISSING. Let that sink in. Majority of the claims denied because 'there is no proof there is damage' even after they sent out a third party to take pictures of the damage the pictures mysteriously disappear. The third party arbitration site they tell you to go to is a dead end web page with a broken link. Don't pay for 0 deductible, it doesn't mean what you think it means. In fact, just use someone else.

I lived in Colorado Springs for the last 10 years and got a job transfer to Corona CA about 6 months ago. I hired Executive Movers for the move and I must say they did a fantastic job! Ive used movers in the past for short local moves and for some reason between my old place and my new place something always seems to get broken or damaged. wee, not with Executive Movers. To my amasement every single item that was put on the truck was propperly wrapped and mader it safetly to my new home in Corone. Executive Movers of Oranfe County did a great job and deserve this 5-star review.
