I made an appointment for the Fayetteville AR movers to show up at 9 a.m., they did not show up until after 1 p.m. because they overbooked. They also took a 30 minute lunch break that I ended up paying for. I did not receive a receipt for this transaction either. I rented furniture moving pads from u haul and had around 20, they used these to put over my plastic boxes versus my expensive wood furniture. Due to this fact my dresser and desk was scratched deeply. They were fast at getting everything into the u haul but I later realized this was due to the fact that they broke my u-shaped desk in half because they could not figure out how to take it apart I assume. I called the manager/owner of this establishment named Dave believing that it might have just been bad employees and only asked for this to be looked into and to receive a call back about what he could find out. I did not ask for any money for the damage caused or for the lunch break I had to pay for. It has been over a week and I have received no phone call back about this or the receipt I asked to be emailed to me. I believe I was treated this way because I was moving out of state and they did not believe they would have to deal with me any further. I have moved several times for my job and this is the ONE place that I would not recommend.

DO NOT USE THEM! Hired them to move us from Fayetteville to Bentonville. They hooked up our refrigerator but did not tighten the water line completely. Water leaked into the walls for a week and when I called them, the person that answered the phone said he had to contact the owner of the company. He later called back telling me that they would not be covering any damages and that the owner would not be calling me... Your employees cause thousands of dollars worth of damage and you can't even pick up the phone?

The three guys called 30 minutes before arrival to confirm again, and arrived right on time. Arriving on time was important because I had to pickup my apartment keys by 10 am to have a mattress delivered. These guys moved a one bedroom apartment in 45 minutes! One of them carried three boxes on his back at a time. Not to mention we made it to the new apartment complex in rush hour traffic Fayetteville to Bentonville before 10:30 am. They wasted no time of it, and didn't try to milk the clock. I am appreciative of their promptness, and quickness in getting the job done. No issues whatsoever! If I move again this company is my go to.

They were very courteous, extremely fast and methodical. I asked them to remove their shoes to place stuff into the bedrooms and they did so without complaint, though I recognize how annoying that is when moving in and out. I highly recommend these guys!

This is the second time we've had to move in 14 months. We used Razorback Moving again and they were fantastic. They were on time, professional, careful during the packing, loading and unloading. Also we had a grand piano that they moved and they were able to successfully move it without any damage. Stephanie was prompt in getting back to me about the proposal and made scheduling easy. I would highly recommend them for every move!

I called Razorback Moving on a whim one Saturday morning to see if they had any movers available for the next day (to load our Uhaul), and thankfully they did. The movers called that morning to let me know when they were on the way, which I appreciated. They all 3 shook our hands and introduced themselves (very professional) then got to work. They were very fast and efficient, but still very careful with our things. They also took the time to give us tips on securing the items in the Uhaul (we have a 16 hour drive ahead of us). Unfortunately we are moving out of state or we would use them again!

I hired Razorback movers after talking to about six different long distance moving companies. Dave was friendly, excellent, felt very transparent right from the beginning, he gave me the quote for both my household good and my auto. They weren’t the cheapest but felt comparable and reasonable to other companies and I was able to afford that price. I moved from Austin to Fayetteville. Auto and household goods took 3 days from the pick up date for delivery. Both pick up and deliver crew are very good.Very efficient, friendly and got things done in about 3 hours.( we lived in a two bedroom apartment.) No major damages, got almost all of the things delivered on the specified date(you will typically get notice the day prior to delivery from the driver). I would definitely hire this company for my future moves!

These guys were great. Reliable, quick, communicative. We used them just to pack up a truck we were taking on a long-distance move. They took great care with all of our stuff, wrapping everything in plastic, even though we though it wasn't needed, we were happy to have had all that extra care for our stuff once we unpacked. They really did some good tetris-type work to get our stuff packed efficiently in the truck. Highly recommended!

If I could give zero stars I would. Hired them several days before a move (needed them to unload a truck) and had a confirmed time of 9am on the day of the move. The day of the move rolled around and one of the drivers called to say they had a mixup and it would probably be around 11:30. Then they called to say it would be 1:00. Then they called to say they couldn't give me an ETA but it would be "a long time". Then they stopped answering their phones and texted around 5pm to say they couldn't come until the next day (which wasn't an option for us as we had to return the truck before then).

Where do I begin? I have to admit it’s taken me a while to post because I’m not the person to publicly bash a company or anyone for that matter but the more I think about it, the more angry I get. This happened in May. They showed up a little late, sure that part is okay. I’m late occasionally, myself. But, in between packing up boxes that still needed stuff in them and taped up + taken to the truck we had a box stolen from us. The Stolen box box had our internet router, WiFi router, and our Amazon Fire TV’s + other electronic devices in it. Well worth over $1,000, WiFi router alone was $300.00. Also, we waitied until we fully unpacked everything to make sure we hadn’t missed it. We loaded this box ourselves and taped it up while they watched, but had them load it with other boxes. Because, that’s what you do right? Well, we have unloaded every box that we had and nothing! It’s not here! They had the U-Haul truck + two or three other vehicles with them so I’m sure it was easy to take a box to one of the other cars. They were fast, so no complaints there. We have tried to reach out by text, email, and on their website but nothing response in return. So after giving them plenty of chances to respond. This is our thanks!

I'll just echo what everyone else has said... they are fantastic. Extremely polite, punctual and efficient. Very careful with all my belongings and quick. Worth the slightly higher hourly rate. They were also so accommodating moving me from essentially Cave Springs into Fayetteville. I feel like anyone else would have been frustrated or straight up walked away when my awful complex locked the big drive way gates to ensure non-residents would not come in to park for the concert (also same gate moving vans dock at) but they took it in stride and worked around stairs to use the pedestrian gate. Definitely worth 5 stars and I will be recommending to all my friends.

To begin, the guys were very nice who moved us and it was a very hot day. After they unloaded the furniture, we noticed black stains. We signed a receipt stating that stains came from furniture pads. I emailed the support email address like instructed. One week later they responded asking the model of the furniture and if we had priced steam cleaning. I responded with the models and a steam cleaner we had used in the past. We are now 3 weeks since the move and still with stained furniture. Razorback Moving is likely very busy but could call and have a 3rd party come clean the stains as this is what we were told when we signed on our move date. Again, the guys moving us were very nice and efficient but if you have light colored furniture, this happened to us.

Awesome communication. They called the morning before to see if they could show up early which worked out well. The movers were on time and had all of the equipment needed, including a bunch of door stops that we needed for all of the ridiculous amounts of doors in the apartment. I didn't get the hustle I expected but when the job ran longer than intended they didn't charge me for the full hours worked and instead made it reasonable and agreeable. Would use them again.

Fantastic moving company! Our movers were super quick with moving our apartment and storage unit into a new house and not a thing was scratched. Our old apartment was located inside of a concrete sarcophagus and so I did not receive their call until 20 minutes after they had arrived. Whoops... They were very understanding though, and more upbeat than I would have been trying to move my own stuff. I feel like the hourly rates and truck fee were very reasonable as well.
