Our experience was very positive. We had a phone call to give us an estimate and advice on how to prepare and also save money if we wanted to make some changes. We received follow up calls as the move date arrived. We even received a call to explain that they would be 15 min. tardy to our house. The crew of three with TJ in charge were very professional and friendly. They took great care to now damage the tree limbs or our possessions. The best was that they put our beds back together and installed our washer and dryer. We'd quickly rehire this crew.

The experience was seamless. I called, gave them a list, they gave me a quote, showed up early, and done early. The gentleman all shook my hand, looked me in the eye, and introduced themselves. Everyone was very careful not to damage my homes or belonging. I had one piece break, not their fault. The gentleman in charge brought it to my attention. When hey arrived we walked the house talking about ever piece to be moved. I have forgotten a couple of pieces and had previously move a couple. Everyone on their team did the walk so everyone understood. The estimate was extremely close to the finial price, it was only as good as my list. When they were done, we walked the house one more time to make sure everything was where my wife wanted it. She did want a couple of pieces move a few inches and they were glad to do so. When it was time to pay we sat down, went over the items to be deducted from the bill and the ones to be added. These guys do business the way it used to be done. People talk, shake hands and it gets done. I would highly recommend them, everything was very professional.

The move went as smooth as possible with the help of Dustin and Bryce! When we arrived at River Meadows, the sellers three helpers were slowly getting their items in a U-haul truck and two trailers. My son and the seller cleared one side of the three care garage so your movers could use the space to unload. Your guys worked circles around the other movers, putting items in the backyard and garage. The professionalism and experience of your team was evident after seeing the other moving guys! You should be proud of having Dustin and Bryce on your team, with the level of work ethic they had I'm sure they are not the only professionals Little Guys Movers must have. Little Guys Movers confirmed the appointment (moving day and time) prior to the moving day. Communication was great! Sam and Justin V. arrived promptly and assessed the contents to be moved. Sam explained the necessary forms to be signed and the moving process began. TJ, Miranda and Beau (Fayetteville, AR move) were fantastic. They were professional, helpful and extremely careful with our belongings. We've used several other moving companies throughout the years and have always experienced at least a tiny bit of damage, whether it be a nick in a wall or a furniture scratch (and once even theft!). But we experienced nothing like that during this move and would recommend Little Guys Movers without any hesitation. Additionally, it was so easy to set up, get a quote and book. Alex and his crew were both friendly and knowledgeable, professional and courteous, too. My two year old son thought they were all awesome, and the guys were super-sweet to him. I wasn't quite prepared for this move; I should have boxed up more stuff, earlier! But Alex helped us make decisions about what should go on the truck, what they could help us with, and what I could box up later, on my own. In other words, I'm not a professional mover, and what I like best about your service is that I can rely on you to know how to get things done. Alex and his crew did the heavy lifting, took down bunkbeds, moved a washer and a dryer, two fridges, many bookshelves, a backyard playset, and a multitude of boxes. When they got the stuff to the new place, they made sure everything was put back together and ready for habitation again. The quote process was easy and simple over the phone vs. confusing online or in person quotes. We had a ice storm the night before our move and the guys STILL showed up the next morning, even though the roads were in bad condition. Beau, Ethan, Darron, and Evan did a great job. THESE LITTLE GUYS REIGN SUPREME! After being "stood up" by Razorback Moving - and calling numerous other companies at the last minute, I was fortunate enough to be referred to them! I drove in from Dallas and needed two large storage units loaded up. I booked with #razorbackmoving two weeks in advance with Stephanie - even reconfirmed one week prior stressing that I would be driving round trip from Dallas. They were supposed to have arrived between 12:00-1:00p -- which came and went with NOT ONE phone call or returned text. Finally at 3:00p, one of their movers called to say they "wouldn't be able to be there until sometime TOMORROW." What an outrageous way to conduct business! The "A" rating listed on their website a complete joke! I frantically start calling every moving company in Fayetteville (some who couldn't be bothered and others who were simply booked). One of my frantic phone calls directed me to LITTLE GUYS MOVERS! Jarod answered the phone and listened patiently to my situation. He asked if he could call me back in 5 minutes to determine if he would be able to help. He called right back just like he said he would to advise they would arrive within the next hour. I was both shocked and elated that he actually called back -- and that they would be there so quickly. Jarod and Alex arrived just like he said they would. Both of them articulate, clean cut, courteous - and enthusiastic to help! They rarely took a break and loaded my things (everything from delicate artwork to massive antiques) with the utmost care and attention to detail. They even moved a couple of pieces that previously required a 4 man crew! And not one nick or scratch! And the price quote was beyond fair, and well within the timeframe they quoted - and no running up the clock with ridiculous overages! The best moving experience I've ever had (and I've had quite a few). I've got one last storage unit to load up later in the month and will absolutely use #littleguysmovers again! 5-Star Service -- and Jarod and Alex...an absolute DREAM TEAM!

But this time we were moving our administration offices (HR, Accounting, IT, and our Executive staff) so I was a little apprehensive about how the move would go over a weekend. They showed up on Saturday morning with 14 movers and 4 trucks - swarmed over our offices - everyone working flat out - and emptied our offices of boxes and desks in record time. They had suggested we color code our boxes so it would be easy to locate the right offices which we did (and it saved lots of time and was totally organized). We posted maps that were color coded and had color coded signs on all the offices. In one day we were all moved in and ready to operate on Monday! It was amazing!!! The guys were super friendly and courteous! They were extremely careful moving each piece, and even wrapped all the door frames with pads to make sure they didn't cause any damage to the house or the furniture. I appreciated all the pre-move calls confirming the date and time they would show up (and they showed up exactly on time). Once the furniture was unloaded at the new house, they were very patient with us when we wanted to try different placements for the furniture. Nothing at all was damaged in the move. From start to finish, the entire experience was great! Maybe they should change their name to "Friendly Guys Movers!"

I used LG movers for a personal move. Spotty performance at best. First they didn't make the initial reservation so it got moved forward a day. Next they didn't end up moving all my household goods. When I finally got them to come back and move the goods they broke my computer. Now it shouldn't have been a problem if I could just file a claim with the optional onsurinsu which I bought. They would not let me file a claim. All I'm saying is that the computer worked before they loved it and didn't work afterwards. They wouldn't file an insurance claim.
