My hope was that these folks would be a good company to hire. Once they delivered, I realized that they had broken a chest in 2 places. It was Saturday night so I called the next week to report. She identified that I reported within the 10 days of delivery. I told her I had no internet connection as I was new construction and that I was having rotator surgery in 3 days. She said no problem. I received paoerp via US mail. I filled put and returned promptly. Instead of repairs or payment...I received a denial letter as they said I was beyond the 10 days. I explained my past contact and acknowledgment of reporting it. No use.....flat out fenied. Now I have to buy a new chest...thank you Admiral!!!!! Check others!!!!! They are difficult. I have been contacted by a rep from Admiral....they were very indersyanding of my situation. They were apologetic for the handling of my issues. They remedied the situation. I was most appreciative.

Best moving company in NWA. From the first phone call to the office, to the crew loading and unloading the truck, there is a level of professionalism that is hardly heard of nowadays, but is a standard practice with them. It is nice to know that there is a moving company with employees that treat your belongings with as much care as if they were moving their very own.

Ron and Bridgette, I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your movers. Yesterday Greg, Alex, and Hayden took the best care of us. All the furniture was moved, all the pieces put back together, and not a wall was nicked. Our building is not easy to access with all the hills and stairs, and the men made it work. Also on the front end when y’all moved us out of the office, Greg, Cedric, and the woman who helped (I’m sorry I forgot her name), were wonderful too. Thank you for taking on our move with such short notice, and working through our move-back-in with the construction delays. We really appreciate all that you’ve done for us!

They didn't arrive to start packing and loading when they originally agreed. Then they took twice as long to finish moving my items. They broke several items in the process, and now they are insisting on "proof of purchase" and receipts on these items for reimbursement- several of which were gifts, given over 20 years ago. The actual guys that did the loading and unloading were nice and helpful, but otherwise I would never use this company.

These guys did not appear as professional movers look like a bunch of day laborers. scratched and banged up a few of my things and didnt even care. and said it wasnt covered under there insurance. These guys and all my sons are terrible big companys.
