Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! They promised the moon on the front end but did not deliver. I've been in my new house for 13 days and I'm still waiting for 20+% of my stuff. I have beds with no frames, chairs without the dining room table, chairs with no cushions, and on and on and on. Management has fed us a line of BS and made little effort to find a viable solution. I have many corporate contacts around the country and my recommendation will be to stay away from Mayflower! And by the way- I'm still waiting for my stuff to be delivered!

Mrs Karen Boulton that came to our home & gave estimate & helped arrange our move was excellent. Bree Woodell out of the Springdale location was also excellent. The driver did a great job too. The moving crew in Arkansas worked hard & did well. Here in Wyoming the moving crew did ok.

The movers were professional from the moment they started packing boxes. They were extremely pleasant and courteous throughout the process. The unloading went just as smooth as the loading of the truck initially. I would recommend using them and I will again when I relocate!!
