"Through the years, we have moved a number of times, so these comments are made relative to prior experiences. Never have we had such an unfavorable experience. Several items, two of which were marked "high value" were damaged (one beyond repair) simply because of the poor job of packing......something under the control and supervision of McWhite's. When the claim for damages was filed, the person sent to evaluate and confirm the damage said simply about one of the damaged items, "we just don't know what to do about it" leaving it to us to find someone who could repair a unique piece of art. When the last of the boxes had been emptied we noted that there were four fishing rods missing, two of which were expensive, including one old split bamboo rod which cannot be replaced. A "trace" has yet to locate those rods and that claim remains unsettled. These problems are a poor reflection on both North American Van Lines and, particularly, their local agent, McWhite's. My biggest frustration, however, with McWhite's has been that after three separate attempts to speak to them about our problems we have received NO response." After my fourth attempt to get a response from McWhite's, I received an email in which I was told that since a claim had been filed, McWhite's was in no position to respond. Part of the claim has been settled. However, they are denying the part of the claim for the missing items saying that because we signed the acceptance document at the time of delivery, they have no responsibility. I suppose the alternative would have been to hold the driver until every single box had been unpacked. I could never recommend using Mcwhite's or any other North American agent based on our experience.

North American Van Lines Sedona, Arizona to Lenexa, Kansas My furniture was loaded March 20, 2017 and delivered March 24, 2017 on time and without damage or any problems. I would like to formally compliment Blake Chambers and Cory Boatright on their professionalism. Blake explained each aspect of the move in detail and kept me updated on their progress. Cory was very thorough and wrapped each item with attention to detail. When my belongings were in the truck, I was astonished at how precise Blake and Cory were able to be in securing my things for the 1,150 mile trip. Four days later, Blake and Cory arrived on time at the storage facility, smiling and ready to unload in the drizzle. Blake had several suggestions on placement of boxes, etc. in the unit in case I wanted easier access to some items as compared to others. Cory asked me where to put specific items when he was uncertain on what I wanted since I’m an older woman and cannot lift things well. Both Blake and Cory were polite and thoughtful and made my move a pleasant experience. I have moved many times with professional movers, and I have never been as satisfied as I am with North American Van Lines, Blake Chambers and Cory Boatright. (I would have given a five star rating but it was very, very expensive)

Their staff always pays attention to detail, are careful with assembling and installing items and are always friendly. Their warehouse staff makes sure all my deliveries are accounted for and are always very professional. Highly recommend!

McWhite's North American were good to work with. The packed, stored, and moved our entire household goods. Everyone was courteous, competent, and attentive to the special items in our home (Steinway Grand Piano, etc.) Only problem was that the packed us over a three-day period with different packers each day. All were careful, but when we received our goods - all cared for very well - it was obviously an uncoordinated packing. Storage was excellent, cross country transport was excellent, and the guys who unloaded the van were the best! Yes, I'd use them again!

My parents were moved on 5/31/17, the movers left a wardrobe box and two table leafs in a closet. The company is aware of this, but will not reply to my voicemails. My parents are in their 90's and are now in northern CA. The place they left is going to donate the items if they are not picked-up soon. This is just bad customer service.

We would never recommend this company, (McWhite’s North American from Prescott Valley, AZ) we didn’t have a good experience with this company. I hope there are now other options in the area. Good Luck!

Jerry was extremely helpful months in advance with the schedule and was accommodating to my needs and schedule changes. Jerry was on site early and stayed as long as we needed without making me feel like I was putting him off. I would continue to use McWhites and recommend him to anyone

Everything went better than we hoped. The local pros were outstanding--especially Krista, the coordinator. The driver called us in advance to let us know when to expect him, and he was very aware of a previous bad experience we had with a "national" van line. He took every care with us and our belongs--ditto the packers from North American, and the local crew who loaded up the van. On the delivery end, the team was just as professional and careful. We had many large, heavy power tools and hand-crafted pieces of high value furniture, and there wasn't a scratch. We recommend McWhite's HIGHLY and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Definitely a 5-star experience.

After getting initial quote and setting up delivery details we had to adjust our delivery plans. McWhites was very helpful in arranging to store our furniture until we were ready for transport and delivery. On loading day, the crew was very professional and careful. The same held true when the furniture was delivered. Nothing was missing and everything was in good shape. The crew was careful and courteous and didn’t get upset when we changed our mind about placement of furniture. We were dreading the move, but everything went so much more smoothly than we expected. Great company.
