It was ridiculously hot the day I moved, and these guys still worked quick, but carefully, and had all my stuff moved in just over 2 hours. We used these movers twice. Once in November and again in December. They respected my things by covering my staircase with moving pad before transporting things upstairs. When they moved through a cramped doorway via garage with larger pieces of furniture, they moved slowly and with caution. Heavier items (i.e. couch) were moved by going through the side of the house and through the backyard. I've recommended them with friends. Do not use A&C brothers moving.

I would highly recommend this company if you are thinking of moving. I feel I am in a good position to make a recommendation for two main reasons. First, I used to do this type of job so I know quality work when I see it. Secondly, my wife and I have bought and sold many houses over the years and have used many different moving companies. I like the ones where the guys arrive and get to work and work hard the whole time until the job is done. That is what Low Budget Movers are like. Is this a one time thing? It isn't as I used them twice within a one week period and ended up with two different crews from the same company. Couldn't tell you which crew was better as they were both great. They were polite, professional and have a great work ethic. Compared to other moving companies I have used over the years, there might be one other that would be on par with this company. There is a reason they are getting so many five star reviews. This company also has one of the best pricing systems in place. No hidden fees or surprise costs at the end. Just the number of hours times the cost per hour, which you will be given up front. That is the best. Can't tell you how many times I have had companies try and surprise us with additional costs. What a pain. Highly recommend this company. Keep up the good work and tell your workers they do a great job.

My husband found this company online and we decided to try them out. We called and Brian, the owner, was very courteous and answered all my questions. The company called the day before to confirm our appointment and the crew called us when they were about 15 min away. My husband met them at our 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment and they had everything loaded up in about an hour. Mind you we worked hard to make sure everything was packed and ready to go. The crew was polite, professional and hard working. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to move.

Great to deal with from service set up call to final signing and payment. Our crew showed up just before scheduled time, explained what their process was and asked for an specific needs we had. All formalities done our crew was polite and friendly and worked at an excellent pace. We were able to be done in three and a half hours. I will definitely call these guys again. Two thumbs up.

They arrived on time, thank you! Got everything going fast and then drug it out for an additional 35-40 minutes before heading to the new place. Had everything ready to go, other movers I have used took no more than 2 hours to move us and I was better prepared this time and moved 1 mile down the road vs across town. Once arrived they were done in 35 minutes, actual packing the truck took 45 minutes, we we're charged for 2.5 hours. We paid for them to stand around, take breaks and bs. Good guys, only damaged my bed frame ( 1 guy carried it, the couch and bed??) So things were sat on payment because 1 guy can't do that. All in all we we're happy because they damaged very little and other places were far less careful so we paid them, tipped them and called it done. Would have been 5 stars if not for the obvious running out the clock and small damage from not carrying properly. We would still use them again due to not damaging our stuff, that's hard to find. So you pay a little more for better ending, all in all a decent deal.

Terrible. They showed up 5 hours late, (I had to call them to find out what was going on, they didn't reach out to me) at 8 p.m., then complained about being tired all night. They broke my tv stand (which they never contacted me back about replacing) and pictures in a box clearly marked fragile after they threw the box inside the moving truck. They folded my king sized mattress in half and literally left a crease in the center of the mattress (I think they must have bent something inside) and got both of my beds filthy dragging them on the ground. They didn't "finish" (they didn't even move everything) the move until 2a.m., and when they did they threw their dollies into the back of the truck making a ridiculous amount of noise that I'm sure my neighbors were pissed about. Just very unprofessional movers. I would not recommend.

They didn't stall or take their time, they were there to do a job, and knew the fee was based on time, so they worked harder and faster than I ever could have expected them to. I was nervous about them showing up on time because my scheduling kept changing. But they were there on time and ready to go. I was downsizing after being in 1 home for 18 years and was only moving 8 miles. It took 2 trips with the truck and my 2 guys 8 hours of loading and unloading constantly working. I would highly recommend this company! I and my family appreciated their pleasant attitude.

Worst time ever. Took the longest time moving, all the two guys would say is they get paid hourly, they would hit on girls in the complex. My friends and I did more of the moving then the 2 men I paid for, for help. Don’t use them!!!

We used this company to move our refrigerator from one house to the other. They got us scheduled the same day because it was a small move. They kept us informed about a delay from another person's move. They took good care of our fridge, wrapping it and being careful over bumps, and even moved the other unwanted fridge outside for us. Brian even offered to let us use moving boxes to put the food into once they got there, but we had already transported most of it in coolers. We would use them again for a bigger move and am so glad they were so quickly available. I am glad I have a good moving company to recommend to others.

Extremely unpleasant moving experience. Staff and owner are very rude. Staff acts like they aren't being paid to do their job. They run the clock, moving ever so slow, taking around 15 minutes inbetween loads. What we had hoped to be a 4 hour at max job turned into a 7 hour task. They couldn't follow simple instruction and take any instruction as criticism as if we couldn't have a say in the way they move our furniture which we are paying for them to do. Staff cussed at my grandma, complained about our furnature being exceedingly heavy, and ended up damageing some of our chairs, cabnets and endtables. Honestly appauled this company has any good reviews. Owner is just as impolite as the staff so we couldn't even file a complaint. Do not waste the time and money hiring this company. Wish I could give a zero star rating.

Horrible. used a dolly on stairs, busted open the boxes, very slow, took 15 minutes each load, and took 4 hours for a 1 bedroom apartment. the truck wasnt even a quarter full . manager is very rude and disrespectful, no care about costumers at all. The workers were rude, slow and complained. they were not good at all, took 3 hours than they said and charged 200 dollars more because of the 3 hours, which didnt need to happen.

The process was fairly easy, the office staff explained things well, and most importantly things went as they said they would. The movers were on time and worked at a good pace. The truck was packed effecient which helped shorten the off load. We moved our things in to a storage unit, which was the movers loaded for us, and got 1800 square feet in to a 10x15 unit, they knew what they were doing. The total bill came in almost exactly to the estimate which I appreciated, and was $200 less than the other bids I got. The movers were friendly, worked hard, respected our belonging, and took direction well. I will use Low Budget Movers again without hesitation.

If you don't want to get scammed and talked down to like you are a no one by the owner Brian Myers do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. The reason I went with this company originally was because the advertised $80 per hour move fee with no additional fees. Please reference the attached fees to see how this company and owner choose to conduct themselves. He originally quote my wife for $450 to and 3-5 hrs to move (1) bedroom (not a house, just 1 bedroom) and a 7.5x10' storage from San Tan Valley, AZ to Chandler, AZ (right by the chandler mall, with the storage facility being on the way (ray & cooper) This ordeal took 11 hrs, yes you read that right 11 hours to move 1 small bedroom and a small storage unit. The owner was aggressive on the phone and would barely let me speak when the night was over and told me he would call me on monday (he never did I had to) I called him inquiring what such an astronomical amount given what I was quoted and what was advertised on his website. He became defensive and belligerent speaking to me like I was a child, when all I wanted was for him to honor the advertised price on the website ($80 hr) I didn't even mention him to honor the quote $450 and the ridiculous 11 hour move for something so small. He hung up on me, when all I want was to come to a resolution and not be taken advantage of unfairly. Yes, this is the type of company this is, will lie to you and then hang up on you. Such short sighted business practices. I went with "low budget movers" because of the rate advertised on the website, the irony of their name is something interesting. I am a real estate agent in the valley part of a huge brokerage, please feel free to reach out to me if you want to do business with movers that will not lie to you and then hang up on you. Check the photos attached for the blatant lies and disrespect.

After confirming several times with owner or office person that I wanted to order a mattress cover also that I was moving from a 3rd floor dwelling and to forewarn the workers, neither of those things were told to the workers. The one man told me that their boss never tells them anything. He was upset and rude upon arrival because I was in a 3rd floor apartment. At first there was a HUGE waste of time standing around outdoors talking also standing in the moving truck talking. I was worried to tears because I am a LOW BUDGET person and I was afraid that after paying two hours of service I'd be left with moving stuff myself...from a dinky one-bedroom apartment . (As it is, I see that they took the first hour of service out of my credit card weeks before the day of the move). Finally my daughter and I started carrying stuff down to the truck which spurred the workers to get going!!! The older guy spent a lot of time on his phone and put most of the work on Ricky. I felt sorry and I even apologized to Ricky for that on his behalf!!. Also where they moved my small loveseat they tore the vinyl flooring... that would reflect on me as a tenant who would lose deposit return money. Do yourself a favor and spend $50- $100 more and get movers that know how to handle peoples' belongings. I'm still finding damaged things. I'm sorry I lived on the 3rd floor...I'm sorry it's hot weather in Arizona in June. Not my fault! That's why I moved!! No clue why it shows 4 1/2 star rating. That's a mystery in itself.

I called around 9 am was assured same day move would be no issue. Was given a couple of time slots to choose from. Choose 4 to 6. Was advised i would be contacted 30 to 40 minutes before arrival. At 545 i reached out to see how long it would be. I was then told i called same day they squeezed me in and then was advised around 30 min at 7 They showed up proceeded to spend more time trying to flirt with my neighbors and complain about the stairs then move my stuff. Then took my stuff down 3 fights of stairs in a dolly banging it And bouncing it crushing boxes. I then called the owner who assured me they would be better and he was so sorry for all i had gone through. Thought he was going to be helpful.... Any way ended up calling him back when after almost 50 minutes they had only taken down a few loads. I was very concerned about the price made that clear from the beginning. I only wanted them for 2 hours i couldn't afford much more than that. He again apologized profusely said they would be as quick as they could be. 4 and half hours it took. They would take 10 minutes between loads. Then Brian after the move was done and it came time to pay was so rude to me telling at me telling me there was 4 flights of stairs.... I explained that repeatedly when i made the initial call. There is no extra charge for stairs. And should be if they want to use that as a way to charge someone extra. He ended up taking 10 percent off.... Which was only 45 since it cost 450! Very very very disappointed. Rude owner slow staff milk the clock. Nice till it came time to pay. Very sad i choose them.

I called budget movers at the very last minute, Jake the office manager was able to squeeze me into their schedule the very next day!! I had two gentlemen Kenneth and Justin help me move. Although they already had a long day , they were kind and efficient. So the move into my new house went pretty fast. Three movers arrived and had me sign whether or not i wanted insurance (for an additional $85). Luckily I did. They complained about having to do back to back jobs the entire time but, they were fast. I had my couch in a storage pod so the rubber feet had become soft due to the heat. They took the couch upstairs and instead of carrying it over to where I wanted it placed they sat it down at the top of my stairs on my white carpet. Then proceeded to push it 15 feet across the room to where i wanted it placed leaving a black streak in its path. My wife tried to clean the stain while we finished unpacking but, by that point the rubber had cooled and dried on the carpet. So i spoke with a manager who said it would take 14 days for the claim to be processed. After waiting two weeks i finally reach out to them and for the next week received "let me look into it and ill call you right back" only to never receive a call. Finally I get a hold of the owner who says that they wont cover it and that he will only refund my $85 dollar insurance fee. I was not going to let that fly. 3 weeks earlier that wasn't the case and tried to say they're not responsible for whats on the bottom of my furniture. I would buy that for the first 3 feet of carpet. But by 15 feet, one of three people should have seen a black mark on the white carpet and stopped. Finally he caved and said that he would cover the replacement of the carpet. It took a total of 1 1/2 months of me calling them non stop (since they very rarely called me with any updates), one carpet cleaner and two estimates to actually get my carpet replaced. Which they never even called to see if i was satisfied with the carpet. They would have only gotten one star if they didn't replace my carpet in the end.

I was told over the phone it would take 4-5 hours to get my job done and it was done in 4 hours. They even were at me apartments before I could get there waiting on me.... The price was right and I was totally fine with putting down a deposit that applied to the first hour. I called 1 week in advance as we had little notice when our mortgage singing was taking place and they were able to fit me in. I did feel though, that perhaps more information could've been taken at the time of making the appointment. I wasn't asked about what types of items I had, which I thought was strange. I did mention that we were moving to a two-story as I know that's more difficult. We booked a three man crew. Last time we moved we had two (from a competitor. Total move twitch two trips 5 hours) but we thought with the stairs three would be better. Upon arrival I asked the crew of young men if they knew we were moving from a one to a two story. They said they werent informed of this. The lead man was very friendly, professional, and a hard worker. We didn't need to move any appliances nor a large dining room table. Pretty basic stuff. The first trip from beginning of load to unload took almost 5 hours. A second trip was needed. There was one mover who barely spoke to my family was quite rude. He obviously didn't give a crap about the items or where they went. We had a large majority of the furniture and boxes color coded and stuff ended up everywhere. There were items that weren't to be moved and I tried to do the best I could explaining that. Sometimes they grabbed things that didn't need to go. When I told them I got eye rolls and heavy sighs. We had to really rush them the second load as we were told the job was only going to take 6 hours and we only withdrew a certain amount of cash. They hurried so much after that things were dropped and they still had to leave stuff behind (which we had to move ourselves the next day). Our walls were scratched. A piece of our decor was broken and a large amount of the upstairs furniture had dings, knicks, scratches or chunks taken out. Total move time was 6.5 hours. They looked utterly exhausted so we tipped them well (hey, I don't envy that job) but we didn't necessarily feel like they really cared about our things. Nothing was outright broken or dropped, it was just a lot of smashing around into walls and such. Probably won't use their service again.

It's more like 4.8 stars. What I liked: • Easy and straightforward for booking... no lengthy forms to fill out or trying to chase down someone to talk with about the move. • No extra fees, just an hourly fee. They estimated over the phone that it would be 3.5 to 4 hours. It took 5, but I knew it would take 5. Still, it was a straight $80/hour, which is very reasonable. And, I gave the guys a tip after. • On the move day, they scheduled us for 1:00 to 3:00. With any business I've dealt with that gives you a time window, they always come right at the end of the window or even later. But, the guys showed up at 11:15. I was delighted. Even though we weren't quite ready, they worked around our last minute packing and got it done early. • The guys who did the move were friendly, hardworking, and careful. Nothing was broken (a rarity in my experience). Minor disappointment: • They left two things behind that would have been easier to take in the truck. But, with a little bit of creative problem solving I got them in or on top of my Outback. But, I can't really criticize too much... I do the same sort of thing all the time.

The called to confirm my appointment. They called because they were running behind (had issue with vehicle). They were professional and helped make my move great. And of course the cost. Budget Movers was about 1/3 less that the other quotes I got. And they kept my entire house belongings on their truck for 4 days until I could move in. This was my best experience moving ever. Overall this was an okay experience I held off giving a review because I wanted to have enough time to think things over before rating. Overall, it was about a 3.5 or 4 rating. There were a few personality clashes with the owner on the phone, which was usually involving negotiations of pricing but he was ok to deal with overall. Just got used to him only caring about payment and legal liability. Wasn't that much fun to deal with him but the people that worked for Brian really raised this company's ratings they were very courteous and did a good job overall. There were some things that could have been done better. My belongings ended up in their long term storage in the warehouse in Mesa, which was very far away from where I live and also had to make an appointment to do anything for my storage. I also couldn't condense what was in the vaults when I tried to reduce the the pricing. I felt that I was being overcharged had to pay $140 a month for 3 vaults 2/3 full. Still a bit too high in my opinion. Having to make an appointment ahead of time to get into my storage was inconvenient. The storage itself is a warehouse. It's not like a public storage unit, but the plus side is that it is insured while inside the warehouse and they also seal the vaults. My belongings were stored there for about 9 months, I am happily in my new apartment now. This is a breakdown of my rating...Customer service 4, storage 3, actual storing equipment 4, pricing 3.5

Hands down the best moving experience I have ever had. The movers showed up earlier than scheduled, they move extremely quick and with care. I had furniture in places that were very hard to move and they made it happen without putting a scratch on a wall. Bryan is great and accepted my payment by phone with ease and credited towards my move. The two young men from Low Budget movers called me to let me know they were on their way and arrived right on schedule. They were polite and went right to work; keeping me informed on everything they were doing. They had their work cut out for them with moving me from one two story home, right into another one with tricky turns on both staircases. They disassembled beds and put them together again on the other end. When all was said and done, the young men had finished faster than I expected and the total cost came in less than the estimate; including the added insurance]. Well done and I'll definitely use them again.

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS “COMPANY”. We had them scheduled to move for us and they cancelled 30 min prior to show up time. I had to call them to find out they couldn’t come they didn’t call me. Supposedly a guy got hurt. Then they said they could come the next morning 7/8 and then they called back an hour later and said they couldn’t come then because a guy was sick so they could get people to come between 1&2pm with a 40 min heads up. It is now 1:05pm still haven’t heard from them and we’ve been calling non stop and no answer. They made us pay a despot of $119 which is what they said they charge per hour which on other reviews show they charged others $85 an hour. We are getting ripped off, and jerked around. If we don’t get a call back and get our money back the cops will be involved. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY POOR WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS AND THEY SHOULD NO LONGER BE IN BUSINESS. luckily we’ve found other movers to help us today and they even said they’ve had customers call complaining about Low Budget Movers not showing up. I am curious and will not let these people get away this. We had to be out of our house yesterday but was able to talk to landlord and be flexible. Please save yourself the time and trouble and go with a reputable moving company that deserves your business. These people do not.

Josue and Leo had great dispositions and got us moved. My only complaint is I felt they could have been more efficient and worked a little faster. Carrying one broom at a time or two table legs made the job drawn out.

The guys were super nice, very friendly. They were extremely careful with the unloading of our truck. We had made a cross-country move and had another company pack us. Apparently the packing job was less than stellar so the unpacking had to be done precisely right to prevent more damage. Fortunately nothing was actually broken in the journey. Even taking their time unloading the truck the job came in under the estimate. I would recommend this moving company for any job.

Overall had a very good experience with these guys. Their price was super competitive. They had the same crew load, drive and unload the truck and we moved to a different state. That is a very nice quality when you know who is handling your stuff the entire time it is away from you. Apart from a little trouble that we had with an extra truck that they had to rent (we had an unusually large move to another state) everything went great. The guys were professional, prompt, friendly, and trustworthy. Even the truck issue was handled every step of the way and I was always in the loop and compensated for any inconvenience that I had. Would absolutely recommend these guys for your move.

Worked quickly and efficiently to move our home. Movers didn't break anything or scratch/dent any furniture. The cost was the best part. We weren't overcharged. We weren't charged a ridiculous "travel fee." There were no "administration fees" or "security deposits." We paid for our first hour up front and the remaining hours were billed at completion of job. The start time and end times were verified by us, so no surprises of extra billed time. They send 2 movers. They are lisenced and insured, so no surprise accident fees. This is by far the BEST moving company available. I will definitely use them again, and I will definitely insist to everyone I know that this be the moving company that they use.

This was my first time using a moving company, and I'll tell you, when I move again I will use Low Budget Movers. They gave me a arrival time between 7 - 9am. They arrived at 7:30 ready to go. When I first saw the guys, I said y'all a young, but they were great. Josue and Ruben was nice, and respectful. Everyone was very nice. When the guys was moving me in some of the boxes they brought up I asked if they would take them back down to my garage, they said yes ma'am no problem. Oh...and they price was very reasonable. I called other companies and they charged a trip fee, not Los Budget your deposit went toward my moving cost which was Awesome! So Yeah, I recommend Low Budget for your move.

Sigh... what a mistake I made using low budget movers!! They were straightforward about the pricing ($89 per hour min one hour for Monday to Thursday) that's the only good about it. We used U-Pack and needed movers to help us load and we provided all the moving blankets. Early on I saw they only packed 2/3 of the height and I thought they were planning to pack the remainder with small items. However, after they left we took a look at the way things were packed and found they never filled the space that was left empty. They placed the tall furniture towards the rear of the trailer so you couldn't see the huge cavity of empty space behind. Most of the furniture wasn't that well wrapped either, so we spent another 3 hours to remedy this as best we could. 2 hours after starting the job, , I asked them to make the most use of the space because we were being charged by the linear foot but they didn't. This is our fifth move in 6 years and they are the least professional of all.

The Movers called us the day before verifying the time, showed up promptly, unloaded a 26 foot truck that was completely full in two hours and the movers worked hard and we're very courteous. We would definitely use Low Budget Movers again.

As someone who grew up moving every year or two, I finally learned about movers after college. I've been dooped so many times--lies about the fees and prices, movers moving slow so it takes more time, complaining, damage, etc. But these guys are different. I would recommend them to everyone! Jake was absolutely awesome, straight forward, and professional. He was able to get us last minute help for the next day and got all the details worked out. Matt and his partner were our movers and they were awesome. Strong, efficient...they protected my family heirlooms, they communicated with one another so they were safe and careful. They drove safe, and we had no damage or issues. They even said hi and bye (in a more polite way) to my mother and grandmother, not leaving until they did so. It was really refreshing.

Jarrod and Kenneth were awesome and worked their butts off in 115 degree weather. They wrapped all my large furniture in blankets and shrink wrapped it, and they made sure to take really good care of my walls! They called me right at 7am to let me know they were on their way and showed up an hour later right when I expected them. This is my first experience with movers and it was great. I've read a lot of horror stories but they made me feel really comfortable.
