Hello, Chris and Andrew delivered three pieces of furniture yesterday which we purchased, and, I'm very happy to report that they did a fantastic job. When I asked them about who had wrapped the two leather chairs they indicated that they had. Not only had they wrapped them using blankets, they also used a saran-like type of wrap which covered the exterior of the blanketed chairs. Another moving company moved for us, earlier in the week, a long oaks style desk, plus a very significantly heavy buffet. But, neither piece was wrapped. I am impressed by the quality of service which Family Movers instills in employees. Not only were the painstaking in prepping the move, but, they were also extremely careful as they brought the two chairs plus a rolling short rolling vertical file into the home. I was greatly impressed to hear Chris comment, "this is the best job that I have ever had." Employees who speak well of their employers are not easy to find, so, when I heard him say it, I was a caught a little off guard, but, nevertheless, was really pleased to hear it. They made sure to wrap everything meticulously and everything made it to the new place in pristine condition. I would not only use Family Movers LLC again but I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking to move. I do wish I had three movers as the move took way longer than I thought. I just had way more than I thought originally when I first called to move. Also, I moved from a second floor to a fourth floor loft. Honestly don't know how these guys made it through. I was exhausted but the end just watching!

They responded immediately to my call and kept communication open through phone and text til it was just delivered today ( Tuesday) with ZERO hassles! Definitely a FIVE STAR company! Family Movers was ranked in the Top 10 under Moving Companies in Ranking Arizona so I decided to give them a call, and it's obvious why they hold that position. Four movers showed up with two trucks, and did a very professional and very efficient move of our home. All of my furniture was meticulously wrapped in padding and everything arrived safe and sound to it's final destination. Throughout the day, the team was polite and pleasant to work with, and even though we had a two story house and the temps hit 100 degrees I never heard one complaint (at least outloud ;)). Family movers was beyond my expectations. Ricky and Mario arrived one time, wrapped everything really well, very personable, and were excellent movers. I had some really large, extremely heavy items (including a piano) and I have a desert yard, no concrete to roll a dolly or anything...and they were able to move everything in without a hitch. They got two HUGE items of furniture to fit into a room I thought you never fit and did not damage anything in the effort. I am very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them.
