They did the final leg of my move (brought my things out of storage) and were very personable through the whole thing. Even picked up empty boxes over a month later. I've gone back several times to get their used moving boxes for free. Once, I got there just after closing and one of the employees reopened the door, made me feel welcome, and offered to help carry my boxes to the car. They seem like good people.

When our goods were finally cleared for delivery, the crew was professional, polite and careful and worked quickly to get everything in place and assembled properly. We were looking to move from Tucson to Houston and came across Daniel's, the local Tucson company representing Atlas, the national moving company. Gino, the representative was able to come to our apartment quickly to give us a quote. He was honest with us in saying that moving with them would take around a week and we would have other folks' things in the van with ours. Because of this he told us about their partnership with A&L Transport, a local Tucson moving company who could move our things only, and would only take a couple days. The problem was, it took him days to reach out to A&L; we tried to call Gino and ask what the progress was but we didn't hear back for almost a week. We also called A&L ourselves and a couple days later we heard from them and started working with Adrian. From that point A&L was great and responsive and did a great job with our stuff. Just took a while to get whole process going. Still thankful to Gino for recommending A&L.

Had a wonderful experience with the 4 guys and Teresa and Lori who helped us move. Our move came in 2K less than the estimate which was awesome as well. Movers were professional, understood our needs, and had great attention to detail. I cannot say how happy we are with the service they provided. I would highly recommend them, without reservation. They also moved us on the hottest day of the year (June in AZ), and did not complain at all. Just really great service.

This is one of the most unprofessional businesses that I have ever worked with. We were making a move from AZ to OR. First, the woman who priced our estimate mis-guessed our weight by about 3000 lbs. Wow! She promised us delivery of our shipment sometime between 8/2 - 8/9. On 8/5 we started calling the office to see when we could expect our truck. Imagine our reaction when told that they were unable to locate our driver & our truck, because he was "not answering his cell phone", & "not logging into his computer each day". This went on for two solid weeks! During the nearly 3 weeks that Daniels had our stuff, they never initiated a call to us to keep us informed, never returned an e-mail, & only spoke to us when we were lucky enough to catch someone in the office. When the driver finally arrived (on 8/18), he only brought 1 helper with him to unload, so I spent 7 hrs. helping to unload my own shipment. No surprise, several destroyed items, & no remorse whatsoever from anyone at Daniels. Being late is bad enough, but losing a 54' truck & then avoiding contact is even worse. Best of luck to anyone who decides to use these guys.

I worked here for 2 months and I have to say that you can't find ANY moving company in Tuscon that cares about your belongings as much as daniels! The people there are a big family that takes care of each other and creates a great work environment that's both productive and fun! They really do care about a customers needs! If something breaks, they make sure you know about it and will get you on the road to a claim of damage! These people work very hard, and I'm confident that anyone that decides to move with Daniels will definitely have a great experience with the staff and performance! Don't hesitate to call! Our move was somewhat complicated --- we sold a house in one state, and moved to a temporary location for a few months while a house we were purchasing in another state was being completed. Some of our things were moved to the temporary location, and some were moved and stored for awhile at the new location. At the end of it all --- everything was accounted for, nothing was lost. Everything was picked-up, transported & delivered in a timely fashion. Everyone we dealt with --- estimators, movers, drivers, customer service reps, etc. --- was friendly and professional. We are pleased with the service we received.

In June 2018, we hired Daniel’s Moving and Storage, Inc. Raleigh/Durham to facilitate our move from Greensboro, NC to Johnson City, TN. Our move was terrible, and we were very dissatisfied with: 1) the lack of care in loading the furniture on the van at the point of origin which resulted in nine (9) pieces of broken valuable family furniture, and 2) the lack of response from the manager, Pete Kolp, and Relocation Consultant, Remington Dickson relating to the broken furniture and the unauthorized, additional charges in the amount of ninety-five dollars ($95.00) charged to our credit card without our consent on June 15, 2018. We contacted the Raleigh/Durham Office on June 15 to contest the charges and never received acknowledgement or a response to our message. On June 27, 2018, we sent an email to Mr. Dickson detailing the damage to our furniture, in addition to contesting (once again) the unauthorized charges of the ninety-five dollars ($95.00). We followed up the email with phone calls to Mr. Dickson on June 29, and July 2 and a phone call to Mr. Kolp on July 2. Our email was never answered and none of our phone calls were returned. In each of the email and phone calls we requested information on how to proceed with repairs to the furniture and why were we charged the ninety-five dollars ($95.00) without our permission. A simple response, either by email or phone, relating to the charge and giving us the website for Atlas Van Lines (the parent company of Daniel’s Moving and Storage) with information on how to submit a claim for damages, would have solved the problems and eliminated a great deal of anxiety and stress. After much searching and great concern, we discovered a small paragraph on the last page of a booklet given us back in May before we moved with the information on “Claims Services”. Once we discovered this information, we received great service from the Atlas Claims Representative. Our move cost us ten thousand, twenty-one dollars and eighty-one cents ($10,021.81) and many weeks of frustration in trying to get our furniture repaired. A simple call or email from the Daniel’s Moving and Storage, Inc. Raleigh/Durham would have resolved the issue and created a happy customer. The lack of customer service at this company is unfathomable in this day and age. We still have a packing box which states “Daniel’s The #1 Ranked Moving Company”. We keep it to remind us of the irony of such a false statement. We would never, ever, ever recommend Daniel’s Moving and Storage, Inc. Raleigh/Durham. We had terrible service.

Great experience! It was a short window for moving, the estimate was low (my fault -- I over "picked" and had last minute additions), but the moving crew stayed late to finish. They were great guys, friendly, careful, considerate. Highly recommend working with them all including Teresa and Lisa in the office.

Our cross-country move was complicated at best, but both Daniel's Moving and their cross-country partner, Atlas Van Lines made it painless! We were handled with calm professionalism from day one. I got an immediate response from my initial contact, and had an agent come out to the house to give me an estimate within a week. Ongoing contact with the office staff was excellent, but the absolute best part of working with the company was with Mike, the driver, and his crews. I'm sorry that I don't remember their names, because they were friendly, hardworking, and very careful with all of our furniture and other belongings. Mike was so professional, experienced, and just an overall terrific guy. He not only oversaw the packing and controlled the loading, but he was also the driver that took our load to Charleston. He maintained contact with us the whole time, arrived exactly when he told us he would, and made the unloading just as easy as the loading. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and we couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. Thank you!!

I recently needed to move the real estate office that I manage to a new location. I knew Teresa Punt from a group we both belong to, so I called her, and we made an appointment. She showed up on time, was quite efficient, yet caring about any special needs I had. She gave me some tips, and excellent advice on how to be as efficient as possible, and said she would have the bid ready the next day. It was there the next day, and I couldn't hide a smile when I saw how much it was going to cost! The day of the move the two trucks showed up right on time, the guys worked as efficiently as I have ever seen, and before I knew it the move was done. Besides the efficiency, the best surprise was that, thanks to Daniels Moving and Teresa, they came in right on budget. I can't recommend them any higher than to say they have all of my business from now on!

Bill and Kay packed our for our upcoming military move. My husband grew up in the military, and his family has plenty of moving horror stories, so I was nervous about what to expect. Daniel's Moving and Storage, however, provided the best service he has ever experienced! The packers were efficient and dependable. They arrived when expected, got right to work, listened AND remembered when we told them what not to pack, and treated our belongings with care. They were also very friendly, fun to talk to during the two long days of packing, and gave me advice for my first PCS and for future moves!
