Part 1 packing day Just finished packing day with two packers from Camelback Moving. They arrived on time and prepared. They started around 8am and finished at 12pm. Each box was packed as though it was their property. They even watched out for me and another family member to make sure we did not try to lift anything heavy and get hurt. *Stay tuned tomorrow for part 2 moving day. My hope is that the two men who packed us today are part of the moving team tomorrow. I highly recommend Camelback Moving for packing. I looked for a moving company for several weeks before contacting Camelback Moving. I spoke with Lisa about their rates and put Camelback Moving on my "short list" before committing to a mover. I contacted several other companies and began checking each company's customer reviews. I checked Camelback Moving's reviews first and was blown away by all of the 5-star ratings. I immediately called Lisa back and booked my move for a weekend at the end of the month. While several other companies told me that they were booked, Lisa made sure that there were movers available to help me. I was given a window of 12-3 for the movers to arrive, but requested that the movers come early, if possible. On moving day, I received a phone call from Craig stating that he and Gary would be arriving about 30 minutes early, if that was okay with me. Once they arrived, they immediately went to work going through my house and carefully packaging my furniture. Craig and Gary were so careful with my belongings! After everything was loaded from my three-story condo, Craig and Gary unpacked all of my items, put my furniture exactly where I wanted it and been moved the furniture several times until I got it where I wanted it. They even took some of my heavier items that needed to be tossed out back to their warehouse. I was so impressed with Craig and Gary's service!!! When I move in a few years, I will definitely contact Camelback Movers to help me move!

Best. Move. Ever!! Camelback Moving and our movers, Jammey and Carlos were highly professional yet down to earth. First, booking with Camelback movers is detailed, precise, and option-filled! They discuss moving options with you, and upon tentative plans send you information about third party insurance options, a separate email about the pitfalls and scams that exist in the moving industry, and if you are deciding upon two different rates, a breakdown of the rate list (which does not budge unless you forgot to explain the size of the load and contents to the extent that the selected crew size and van suddenly isn't adequate). Once the move date and rate is chosen they contact you with a 2 hour window of arrival and show up on time, confirm the details, and bust their humps from that point forward. Plastic wrap all furniture and use moving blankets if a chance of bumping might occur, and ignore stairway issues with their expertise, never complaining once! Our movers, Jammey and Carlos, were easy to get along with, accepted any additional information we felt needed along the way, and asked clarifying questions about locations for boxes or items whenever it was unclear. Truly great movers! I cannot begin to explain how important and valuable a great moving company is in the overall relief of stress during a move, but if looking for the extra peace of mind about who to use, my recommendation is firmly with Camelback Movers!

My wife and I recently used Camelback Moving to handle a move from Chandler to Scottsdale and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The movers were on time, friendly, hard working, and efficient. They took extra time to dismantle larger pieces that needed to be moved and wrap up all furniture with plastic and blankets. I was a bit nervous for them to move out 60" TV but they took extra care with it and took extra time to strap it to the sides of the truck to ensure its safety during transit. During the move, we experienced an unexpected delay. As we were about to head up to the destination, their truck experienced transmission problems and was unable to move from my complex. While this was not ideal for both myself and the movers, I was impressed with their ability to assess the problem and figure out a way to make a bad situation right without causing me any added stress. They quickly called for a new truck to the complex and re-loaded it with all of my furniture. They worked extremely hard to minimize the delay and didn't charge me for the downtime. I was expecting that the delay would cost us most of the day but only ended up taking 2 hours. Throughout the set-back the movers called me 2 or 3 times to give me updates, which I greatly appreciated. After the move was over they had someone call me to make sure that everything was OK despite the set-back. In a world where companies nickle and dime their customers and take our money and run, I was extremely impressed with the follow-up and their level of customer service. I have moved 4 times in the last 5 years and this has been hands down the best experience, I wish I had known about them earlier. Their prices are fair, their movers are hard-working and careful, and their customer service is top notch. I will absolutely use them next time I have to move and HIGHLY recommend them to handle yours.

Needed to move over Labor Day weekend, and needed it done quickly and efficiently. I checked a bunch of reviews for movers, and Camelback Moving's reviews were the best, so I gave them the call. The day of the move, my two movers showed up promptly, were respectful, professional, and hard working. before I knew it, my old place was empty, and we were unloading at the new place. Again, they were great to work with, and I enjoyed talking to the guys moving us while they unloaded. At no time did I feel like they weren't taking care of my possessions; they did a terrific job. Fast move - my stuff was taken care of - and at a great price point. I can't ask for much more than that. Guys, if you are going to move and use movers, you have to give these guys a call. They will take care of you.

From the first minute I called Camelback Moving and spoke with Anthony I knew this would be the crew to move my stuff. I did extensive research on Valley movers (my wife and I moved from the Bay Area and our stuff was in storage) to compare rates and although Camelback had one of the higher rates you truly get what you pay for. Please do not waste your time with the cheaper options just to save a buck, what you don't spend in money you will spend in time making sure the job is done correctly and your stuff isn't ruined. Also on a tip from Camelback I researched the other "budget" movers and found they not only lie about their BBB license but some companies employ convicted felons!! Here are the facts; this company is very forthcoming with all service fees (no hidden gas costs or charging for packing supplies malarkey). They are professional, polite, and punctual, the 3 necessary P's for me to do business. I received not 1 but 2 confirmation calls (thank you Janet and Lisa) one and three days before the move. On moving day, Alex called 1/2 hour before they arrived to let me know exactly where they were and how long until they got to my storage. When they arrived they accidentally sent 2 extra movers (I arranged for 2) AND DIDN'T CHARGE EXTRA FOR THE MISTAKE!!! The 4 guys unloaded my storage lightning fast and I didn't have to monitor AT ALL. Only two guys stuck around to unload at the new house and they still handled business like champs, only 45 to unload an entire truck! Big thanks to Alex, Israel, Arnaldo, and Joe for your tremendous efforts!! I would def recommend this company to anyone in need of movers in Az, you will not be disappointed!

I had a great experience with Camelback Moving. I found them on Yelp and realized a lot of my friends have used them. I will start with booking the service. Once I decided to make the reservation, they emailed me all their paperwork. I really like this as there was no surprises when I signed with the movers. It helped set the right expectation for me. Stephanie took the time to explain the included insurance policy to me," 60 cents per pound" and gave me an idea of what % of their customers opt for additional insurance through a 3rd party. Had I had to filed a claim, I would have known what to expect, and it was my choice. I really appreciated this. Based on 70 - 5 star reviews, I decided I didn't need third party insurance and I was right. Mario, Craig and ( our 3rd mover?) were very careful with our belongings.They moved quickly, were not standing around, or taking smoke breaks. They wrapped all of our furniture and packed the truck very very efficiently. I have not yet turned on my tv, however visibly there is no damage, so if it doesn't work, I'll update but I don't think it's a problem. My fiance said she noticed couple nicks on the doorway, however with the large items we had I believe that was to be expected. Hiring movers was absolutely essential for our sanity after closing escrow, and while I hope I don't need to do it again for a long time, if I did, I would hire camelback.

From my price comparison, they were at the top end, but I wanted a reputable team handling my move. I was not disappointed. The sale of my condo preceded the closing of my new home by two weeks. Camelback Moving sent four guys to finish up my packing and move my belongings to their storage facility on 10-21-18. They laid down carpet runners to protect the bamboo floors, then got to work -- without stopping! They were in and out within three hours. This was especially remarkable given that my condo had furnishings and boxes on all three levels. My cleaners arrived the next day to make the condo shine, then I moved into a hotel. On 11-4-18, my belongings were loaded onto a truck (they have a loading dock at their warehouse, making it much easier to use a dolly in and out of the truck). Three of the four guys from the earlier move arrived at my just-built home (with white porcelain floors and freshly painted walls), and brought it all in. I barely had to give instructions. They remembered how to re-assemble my furniture, and even tipped the heavier pieces so I could apply foot pads for future shifting. On both days they exceeded my expectations. They knew what they were doing and worked together as a team. They were professional and kind, each complimenting my new single-level home. I have now unpacked every box, and put everything away. Not a thing was damaged. Incredible. Though I intend to stay put for awhile, I strongly recommend the services offered by Camelback Moving. They earned every one of those five stars! I should also note that the front office staff sent me timely information, responded promptly to all of my questions, and kept me informed on the days leading up to each move. There were no surprises when all was said and done, and sometimes that is the best compliment!

Under some awkward circumstances these guys moved my sick brothers stuff into storage onsite. Pricing felt about average. The moving service was also pretty good. Everything was in one piece and nothing broke. However, we had to redo the contract twice because it wasn't done right the first time. That's kind of annoying. When my brother went to get his stuff out of their storage, he told me they could have easily put it into two storage containers and not 3. He said it felt over the top for the price as well since it was actually stored, not in a storage unit, but rather 3 small wooden storage crates. I definitely felt like we overpaid these guys to store it. Also, we left early and there was no prorate of the final month. So, ask yourself whether or not you're comfortable with high priced wooden box storage. If you have expensive valuables, you may want to store them elsewhere. They also said all moving and shipping supplies was covered. Upon removal of the items, it turns out we had to return anything cushioning or padding the items. This seemed like a poorly executed bait and switch tactic if you ask me. That's just my opinion. Apparently they charge for people to help you unload your stuff from their very difficult and unsafe wooden crates. I don't know about you, but I'm not to keen on climbing into wooden boxes and crates. It's a little to Vampire Diaries for me. No complaints about the moving part though. That seemed to have gone well since everything was in one piece. However, it all smelled funny. I hope this review helps.

I used Camelback Moving over the summer for moving and storage. The managers were very clear setting up the appointment on the details of the move. All of the staff were very helpful with storage. When one piece of furniture was damaged, they followed up to make sure they could make it right. The storage was really incredible though. I emailed them partway through a month asking to come and measure a table. They set up an appointment with me the next day: they had brought down my storage unit, no problem.

We were doing some renovation work and needed to put our belongings in storage for 6 weeks. I had initially considered U-Haul self storage pods but thankfully they were sufficiently painful to deal with up front that they scared me away. After doing some searching online I found Camelback Moving and I have to say that they were delightful to deal with from start to finish. They were very clear setting expectations and explaining the process from beginning to end and arranging the move was really very easy. Their crews, loading and then delivering back to the house were very polite, professional and really seemed to care about doing a good job. We were even lucky enough to have one guy who was the same on both ends, Dave C., who was wonderful. These guys had clearly been trained well as everything was wrapped, padded and packed very carefully. I've moved more than 20 times in my life and sadly have had a few very bad ones, but this was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend these guys to anyone, they may not be the cheapest but they are certainly one of the best I've used.

Upon arrival, they worked non-stop to get the truck packed with our furniture and belongings. The Camelback Moving team delightfully exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the process was professional, transparent (no hidden fees), accommodating, and on-schedule. During the quotation and planning stage of our interstate move, Anthony diligently worked to coordinate and shuffle routes on his end to provide us with our desired schedule. His commitment to our needs and satisfaction was a deciding factor for why we hired them as well as the fact that they could commit to a delivery date and time, as opposed to a delivery window of several days like their competitors. Their professional service continued when Steve did the walkthrough to confirm the estimate. On the day of the move, Marcos and his team really shined: after arriving on-time, they meticulously tagged all our items and hand wrapped all our kitchen items, including the small glassware. The furniture items were wrapped with blankets, and mats were used to protect the carpet from the moving carts. At our destination, the move-in started on-time with the same level of care and efficiency. We can’t say enough about how pleased we are with how Marcos and his team took care of us. They were super friendly and patient with us; we were very comfortable with them, and our minds were at ease knowing they were transporting our items. Lastly, after we had already hired the company and paid our deposit, Anthony came back to us and reduced the price because they were able to pass on logistical saving they incurred after-the-fact. Honestly, this part of the experience blew us away. The level of integrity demonstrated by this action speaks for volumes for this organization. I highly recommend Camelback Moving – they deserve the reputation they’ve earned.

I will be using Camelback Moving Company for all of my future moves. I absolutely despise moving and they made it incredibly simple and painless. The price they quoted me was the price I paid, no hidden fees. I did go over the minimum two hour rate, but it was very affordable and definitely worth it. They carefully wrapped all of my belongings and magically maneuvered my two large couches and entertainment center through two very narrow hallways and up 2-3 flights of stairs. They worked very efficiently and quickly in order to be cautious of my time and money. One of the movers had only been working there for a few days, yet he was very knowledgeable and dependable. They provided wrapping, blankets, and wardrobe boxes free of cost. Camelback Moving definitely ensured I kept my sanity through a stressful move. You would have to be insane not to use them! I am very impressed and will be telling everyone I know to go through this company.

I used Camelback to move from Arizona to California in 2012 after Christmas. I liked the way that they packed everything in detail and put into box, nothing were broken. I was going to write a good review after that, I forgot at that time, but I need to do it now. I was busy when the people were packing my garage, so I was not there. I can't find a set of new Tools(Christmas Gift) which were still in package. After two years of searching and I finally opened all the boxes, Those new tools are gone for ever. The packer took it away and didn't put them into box. I suppose that Camelback should hire honest people to do move, they shouldn't take customer's stuff even customer are not there. That's why I gave 3 star. So if you are letting Camelback to pack your stuff, keep an eye on them. Otherwise, you may loose some precious stuff.

Just recently moved with them. They were fantastic. I had 3 movers and must admit I was quite surprised when a female showed up, but she worked just as hard as the gentlemen and did a fantastic job. I was stressed as the move ended up taking much longer than I had expected due to me having over 20 large potted plants that could not be stacked. On Thursday these guys called me to tell me the earliest they could delivery the bed I ordered from Costco was on Tuesday. I later called them on Saturday morning asking if I could come pick up the bed from their warehouse. Because at this point I had moved and had been sleeping on an air mattress for the last two weeks. Chris (who is the man!) said I could, but within minutes called me back saying he'd found a way to get the bed delivered to me within the hour! We've used a few moving companies over the years for local moves, and all I can say is that I'm sorry we didn't know about Camelback Moving before. Beginning with the phone call for the quote, I felt we would be in good hands. Dan was very thorough, asked many questions, and made sure I understood the process. Their follow-up is fantastic, as well. On the day of the move, we had two trucks and four movers. They worked for 10.5 hours straight with hardly a break (we offered!). They were very dedicated, and very conscientious about my husband's concern about things being broken. After the move, I can safely say there was only one item broken, and it was glass on some art that likely resulted from the way I wrapped it. If we ever make another move, we will certainly use Camelback Moving again!

My first person I met was Stephanie, she helped me place my order. She asked so many questions about my moving needs, that I really felt a personal concern on her part that I receive exactly what I needed to facilitate my move! She really took the time to put my order together, asked questions about the size of the house I was moving out of, the different kinds of furniture I had, art work I owned as well as the physical set up of the house I was moving out of. How many square feet, how many rooms, helping to estimate how many boxes and to pick the right size truck I would need to move. She also helped me to figure how many movers I would need. I was down sizing into a smaller place, so I only need two movers for my job. About 45 minutes before my movers were scheduled to arrive I received a call from Chad and Alphonso letting me know that they were on there way and that they would arrive on time. They arrived, surveyed my possession’s, and like true logistical professionals formulated a plan. Let me tell you these guys worked and worked hard! They took the time to make sure that everything made it on to the truck with care. I truly felt that they moved my possessions as if they were moving their own belongings! And wow did these guys work! I noticed immediately that these guys were all about working smart and efficiently. While at the same time the speed that they filled the truck was impressive. At my new place it was more of the same. They surveyed the layout, formulated a plan and went to work. Smart, efficient, fast yet at the same time carful with each piece they touched. I cannot say enough good things about this moving company. We had to change the date of the move 3 times over the course of a couple of months. No problem. They promptly answered every question I had before the move. The day of the move, Brian, Johnny, and Josh showed up as scheduled. They hustled on the hottest day to date in Phoenix (108), taking only 1 brief break between houses (they must have eaten on the ride to the new house). They safely unloaded every bit of furniture and boxes, placing them in the right rooms. They had a wonderful, helpful attitude. At the end of the 9+ hour day, they wanted to be sure all the furniture was exactly where I wanted it. I highly recommend this moving company.

We moved twice here in Phoenix and I used them both times. They are extremely professional, very cautious and skilled with moving furniture. We have an enormous armoire that could not make the turn on our stairs. Four of them lifted it straight up and got it around the stairs with no damage! My boyfriend and I moved in together during the holiday season (mid-December). I found Camelback Moving originally on Yelp and called for a quote. After doing some research, my boyfriend and I decided Camelback Moving was the best choice for us. Since we only had 1 day to move, we did our own packing in advance to save on time and expense. Everything went almost as planned. We were contacted a day or two before moving to confirm our details and again about an hour before the movers arrived. Unfortunately, instead of going to Chandler, they ended up in Maricopa which delayed our move by about 2 hours. After some instruction, however, we were back on track. They were very apologetic and we were not charged for that mishap. First, they moved my boyfriend out and then came to my house to move me out. All in all, it was about a 7 hour move with 2 men and a truck (1 hour of that was the travel to our new place). Both men worked extremely hard, were courteous and friendly, and were very, very careful with my things. I never realized it before, but everything I own is FRAGILE! I have a crystal collection that I was very worried about, but nothing got damaged at all. I would recommend Camelback Moving for their fair prices, courteous movers and attention to detail. I was a nervous wreck, but all went as smooth as anyone could hope for.

Our movers were Greg and Fred and they were very courteous and upbeat despite the fact that it was pouring rain for the first couple hours of our move. We moved from a 3rd floor apartment to a 3-story town home and they got it done a lot quicker than I thought anyone could! During the move one mover was on the phone with a wife or a girlfriend threatening and screaming at her. It scared me. They forgot many items at the old house. My wife and I moved out of a second story apartment into a single story home and I am so glad we hired these movers. We had two movers and a single truck. We had them move all of the furniture and about 30 boxes of varying weight. The driver called about 30 minutes before arriving and arrived right on time. They took about 3 hours to load everything and about 2 hours to unload. Everything was wrapped in plastic and padded and arrived to our new home with no damage. Our two movers we nice guys and were very friendly but still focused on the job. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a local move.

Pretty disappointed.... So First of let me start by saying they were on time and professional. I loved the fact that they call you when there on there way and genuinely seem to care about your items. My only problem was with the use of time. We had 70% of the items packed for them and ready to go waiting in the garage the rest was just the major appliance and mattresses. We tried to have everything ready in a way where it would be done as quick as possible... The move was only 10m away yet some how at the 5 hour mark we weren’t even close to being done. I finally just thanked them for there time and told them to leave all the boxes in the garage and we will move them upstairs ourselves. I went with another moving company in the past on a similar move and they were able to have everything moved in 2 and half hours... Good company overall but wasn’t impressed by how long it all took since your being charged based upon time. Will not recommend or be using them again.

Their motto is so perfect " preserving sanity one move at a time" If you have ever used another mover, then I'm certain you've encountered the attitude when you ask the movers who are entrusted with your valuables to make some adjustments of a couch, bed or TV. Contemptuous, angry-certainly and generally not helpful. Not so with the guys that moved my valuables. They treated our things and us with the greatest of care and respect. Every item was wrapped in plastic or or blanket. In the end, the cost was much less than I had anticipated. We needed to move my 83 year old mother quickly. We called on a Sunday and made arrangements to pack next Saturday and move her across town on Sunday. The job was more difficult than I anticipated, with a house, garage and shed full of stuff spanning 50 years. We were not very prepared. Camelback moving showed up at the designated time and realized that we needed another person, and that it would be a tough job. They worked hard packing and did a great job. On Sunday, the crew of three, Mack, Hilario and Barry, showed up promptly and carefully loaded the stuff. There was so much, but it was all handled with care, taking note of which items came from where so it could be put back in the right rooms. There were many fragile items. I was amazed at how they remembered where each item came from. It took two trips in the large truck to move all of the stuff, and the job took over 12 hours, and in 110 degree heat! Throughout, the crew was meticulous in protecting her possessions and putting them where she wanted them. They had an incredibly good attitude even after working all day and into the night. I can't think of a single item that was damaged in any way. I was very impressed and appreciative. They took great care of Mom. I highly recommend Camelback moving!

Like many others who are searching for a moving company, I had heard of many horror stories. Everything from hidden costs to damage property and shady personnel. I contacted 5 different companies for a moving quote. Wow they were all different, from the cost to the projected hours. I went with camelback moving, as they were recommended by my realtor. The 3 gentlemen who arrived were very professional and friendly. All three worked quickly but were very careful with items. They listen to all my instructions and complied with them. We have had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Camelback Moving. On 4-19-18, Ron Wright hired this company to move us only one mile down the road, from one house to another. The three movers were courteous to us, but they seemed to be in a rush to get to a corporate move scheduled after ours and were extremely rough with our belongings. One of the movers also was obviously new on the job and the lead mover had to constantly correct him on how to move and lift our furniture properly as he was scraping it against doors and walls. This resulted in many items becoming scratched and damaged, most notably being our custom built entertainment center which sustained 50+ dings and scratches and a lost leveler foot, rendering it unusable until I paid the manufacturer to come out to the new home with a replacement part. In addition, these movers repeatedly dropped heavy furniture on our tile floor, shattering it in several places so badly that it cannot be repaired and has to be replaced. After filing a damage claim that by law is supposed to be settled in 120 days, Camelback Moving had only managed to send out a gentleman to restore the entertainment center during that time frame. They did eventually reimburse us for the house call made by the manufacturer of the entertainment center, but this didn't occur until after the 120 days and only then with my repeated correspondence. As for the completely ruined tile floor, I have been told it is now in the hands of their insurance carrier but I still do not have any information as to the status of this claim and when it will be settled. Throughout the entire damage claim process, I have had to continually prompt them to take care of damages that they admitted responsibility for and we are again feeling ignored. In the meantime, it is now almost one year since the move and we are still living in a new home with a shattered tile floor.

We had a custom cabinet install to do in Phoenix, and needed to have our cabinets offloaded from our semi truck at Camelback's dock, and then have the cabinets carefully transported to the home, offloaded from their smaller truck, unwrapped, and placed in the proper rooms. We were delighted with the professional, friendly, considerate manner our cabinets were handled. We absolutely recommend their services to anyone!

With all of the horror stories out there, I had every right to be scared of what tricks a moving company would pull, last minute, in order to make me give them more money. Well, I'm happy to report that Camelback Moving was the most transparent move I've ever done. Their process was clear, the pricing was fare and completely inclusive and their people were awesome. We had 3 guys and one truck and then when it became obvious that we were going to need more help, I made a phone call to Camelback and we had another truck and more people with no hassle, haggle or arguing. It was just done, they made it right. The guys we had were all super up-beat, worked as a team and were very careful with our stuff. They didn't break, dent, or lose anything, which is more than I would have done if I would have moved myself. If I ever have to move again, these are the guys I'm calling.

When I initially called for information about moving, I spoke with Lisa Wagner. She was very helpful, knowledgable, pleasant and absolutely wonderful. Alex, Barry, and Mike were fantastic - professional, courteous, and efficient. Called ahead as promised and showed up on the job between the scheduled time window. While the job took longer than estimated, Alex up-front stated that this would probably be a two trip move after we went through the initial walk through of what I wanted move. He did say that I could still do a one trip move if I wanted to (given my main goal was to move the large pieces of furniture) and I never felt pressured into the "up-sell" of a two trip move. A few large pieces were damaged (these were ones in which I had to sign a waiver), but they did make sure to wrap and secure pieces in the truck. Camelback movers had a huge and difficult move on their hands with my job! They had to move a 6000 sq ft medical office and move it to 3 different suites! I can't say enough good things about my experience from beginning to end! Chris Sherman and his guys are AMAZING! He promised me he would take care of me and he certainly did! All of his movers were hard working, fast, and extremely polite and professional! There was very little damage in the move! I don't understand people thinking you can avoid any damage in a move! It's inevitable no matter how careful you are! If they break it they replace it that's their motto! We have to move again in 2 months and I have complete faith and am not stressed about it at all! I had a very good experience with Camelback Movers. It was a fair and accurate quote, and the workers got it done in the anticipated time frame. They were courteous and careful and did as I asked as far as where to put furniture, etc. The move was an hour drive across town, and they were over to the new place promptly and efficiently with no delays. I have used them before, and had similar experience, so I have no problem recommending them. They have a pretty good system, it seems, as all the paperwork and contacting me leading up to the move was consistent, and you always feel like they know what they are doing. Here's my experience: After reading many positive reviews, I called Camelback moving for a last minute moving job. Initially, they did not have an opening for me. But Lisa worked with me an managed to squeeze me into their schedule. Plus 1! David and Ryan showed up on time with cheerful professional attitudes. Plus 2! They proceeded to quickly start loading the truck. These guys worked hard and fast. Running between the house and truck. Very quickly we were all loaded up. They were careful and attentive to our furniture. Overall, I think Camelback may not be the cheapest game in town but you can hire them and rest easy that there will be no hidden charges, no funny business. I say they deserve their reputation and more power to them.

I just used Camelback Moving's service to move apartments, a 550sqft 1x1 to a third floor studio and they were speedy and efficient. I had everything I could in boxes when they arrived (a few hours early which worked out really well for everyone!) and they were really easy to talk to and work with. They were considerate of my cat locked in the only bathroom. They shrink wrapped as much as they could and provided some wardrobe boxes to move my bagged/hanged clothing. They also took the time to point out some things that looked weird, like my dresser had a ding and Cory wanted to make sure I knew about it before moving locations. I had a great experience with them and am grateful for their care and efficiency.

Very clear explanations and fees were reasonable compared to others. On moving day, 2 movers showed up before an appointment time (they called me when they were on the way). I hired Camelback Moving during the middle of February 2013. From the initial phone call of scheduling the move to the guys who moved my furniture, they were personable, professional and made me feel at ease. The office staff communicates with the customers in a timely manner and I never felt out of the loop. I was given a morning timeline between 7:30 am and 9:30 am. The guys arrived at 8:30 am. They were professional and got the job done. Even with moving my contents to a 3rd floor unit, nothing was damaged (items or structure) and the time frame it took for them to complete was reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and when I move into a home I plan to purchase next year, I will be calling Camelback Moving.

We had 4 men and two trucks. They were all very respectful, in fact showed a sense of humor. They finished in 4 hours, with no hidden costs or fees. All men were careful with our furniture. The charges were explained in email prior to the job and then reviewed once on site. We received a 10% discount...that we had forgotten about and their office reminded our crew leader. They only took one short break...and asked permission before the break. Of course, we said yes, as they had been working hard and quickly in the heat. The crew leader asked several times if we had questions or concerns. If they found anything out of the ordinary, such as a box with broken glass, they immediately brought it to our attention so we would know that they did not cause the issue. I really enjoyed my experience with Camelback and like that the deposit was used as a credit against the final bill. Zac, Sean and Kevin K helped my family move from a condo in Phoenix to a house in Surprise. The team worked diligently to make sure that they got done before the quoted end time and I was very pleased with the service. All of the crew members were friendly and seemed to take pride in their work. They made sure to handle all the items with care and most importantly they would go on and size up the space so that they could good idea on where to place the items. The members would still ask where you would like your items placed as well.

When I called Camelback to tell them this they were so understanding and helpful. They just postponed my move in date and asked me to call back whenever I could move in. They were all very careful with my belongings and ensured that there was no damage to the doorways or walkways to either of the places I was moving to and from.
