I have to say Madeline Bishop is an amazing asset to the Beltmann team. She made this process less stressful and was quick to reply with any questions I threw at her. We used Beltman for our recent local move across Phoenix area (Mesa to Verrado). We used Beltman for packing in addition to the moving. We were impressed with the quality of the service, the speed of their work and the quality of the employees. We had previously moved numerous times across the US (Az, Tx, NJ, Pa, Co ) and the ease of this move and the quality of the service and personnel was the best experience we have encountered. We would wholeheartedly recommend the Beltman group.

I moved from Chandler AZ to Portland OR with Beltmann. I am a career mover having moved at least 15 times in my adult life using professional movers. I was impressed with Beltman from first contact with the office, to the quote, to moving day, to unloading. Everyone was great! I felt that I was treated with respect and courtesy and honesty. My possessions were handled with great care and arrived in perfect condition. Everyone went out of the way to make sure my move was successful. This move was the last I am planning to make and I only many of the others were as great as this one. Everything was done in a very professional way from the estimate to the movers! I knew step by step what was happening with the move and the movers (Frank and Virginia) were amazing! They treated my stuff like their own! They made sure everything was packed correctly and safety,and I felt secure knowing my stuff was in good hands. They called during the trip with estimated time and was actually earlier then I expected. They unloaded the truck and worked so hard all day making sure everything was right.I was so happy with this group and would totally recommend to anyone. The staff in Phoenix setting up the move was great! The mover who took my belongings to my new home left something to be desired. He pitched a box labeled GLASS in 4 inch black letters on all four sides and both ends off the back of the truck. He was the only person in this moving process who was not completely helpful and pleasant.

I had a very good experience with the actual driver and his helpers. Allen was very helpful and appreciate the time they took to get all my things here. None of the things I packed got broken or damaged. Initially, I did not like the price but I am glad I decided to bite the bullet and go with this company. I have had bad experience in the past with broker firms that don't care how they get your things to you. Driver was top notch. Our move from AZ to Central Coast CA was smooth. We moved at high season, over 4th of July. I was worried about timing, etc but everything went as planned. They packed and moved us a d only 1 glass was broken. They took apart all beds, tables and everything was put back together, set up, without a problem.

My husband and I used Beltmann Group to move us from Phoenix, AZ to Indiana. We opted to have them pack our house in Phoenix, load the truck and deliver to our new home. Overall we had a very good experience with them, but we were extremely disappointed in their packing services. They sent two people to pack our house the day before our scheduled move. The two packers took several long breaks and didn't pack more than half the house. They "forgot" to pack several cabinets in the kitchen and multiple other rooms and when I mentioned it and asked them to pack these areas they told me that the truck needed loose items to go in between the big items. I spent several hours that night after they left and the following morning packing the items they didn't and when the moving crew arrived to load the truck, they too spent several hours boxing up items the packers didn't pack. With the exception of the packers, we were very pleased with all of the employees that worked on our move. They were very kind and helpful and took pride in their work. I would encourage you to opt for the extra insurance coverage, as even though most of the workers were good, we had a handful of items that were damaged. We haven't completed our claim yet, so I can't speak to how that end of the process went. Overall I'd use Beltmann again for our moving needs since they were easy to work with, but I'm not sure if I'd use their packing services.

Absolutely awesome! When I called the office, I had someone at the house for the walkthrough within an hour. Estimate was all done and date set before he left. Estimate was almost spot on. Tim and Jay, the guys in the truck, were great, and moving our grand piano was definitely a challenge, one that they handled expertly. Great experience!!

At this point, I'm not very happy. I'm missing a couple boxes, had a glass in my dining room hutch broke among other things. I was told you can leave boxes open for tall things, DON'T, because someone has taken some things out of the box. The movers in AZ that picked up our things were great. The coordinator that's working with me is great! Unfortuneately the movers that delivered our things weren't organized. Too many boxes coming in at one time, very hard to keep up with. Hopefully after I get my things fixed and replaced I'll be happier but not right now.

I hired Beltmann on the recommendation of my realtor to move items from two Scottsdale condos into a nearby house I purchased. Mark came out in advance and assessed everything to ensure that pieces needing special handling were packed appropriately. I also communicated with Karen, who was very helpful in coordinating the process. Mark sent a special crate for my expensive, artist signed cocktail table and special packing for delicate artwork. He was very thorough and genuinely cared that my belongings were handled properly. Moving day arrived, along with all the unavoidable stress. The movers worked quickly and efficiently, and cared for my items as promised. I was very impressed with the courtesy and follow through of everyone at Beltmann. I just hired them again for another move and am very optimistic on another 5 star experience!

Let me start by saying I have moved many times in my life and it is worse than having root canal. Having said that, the Beltmann group was like a "shot of novocaine". They completely took the pain out of the whole process from the original estimate, which beat others in town, to the professional and courteous way the tracker and movers orchestrated moving day. They arrived earlier than they had said (but right at the time I had requested), were quick and efficient. I have nothing but praise for these folks. I truly hope I never have to move again, but if I do they will be my go-to people.

Make sure you verify everything in writing twice cost, weight of furniture and would be transporting your furniture. I was over quoted for a price to move long distance two months before my move. The day of my move the movers did not show up on time. I had to pled with these people the importance of my moving the day that have promise to move my furniture. Although they knew I was moving long distance they decided unilaterally they would cancel my original move to the next day. However the movers did show up 3 hours later. The movers they sent were the best part of the experience. They were fast and careful with packing and moving my furniture. The other complaint I have is the weigh of my furniture. I was charged for 5000 pounds when my furniture did not weigh 5000 pounds. I did not receive a refund.

This is my 5th cross-country move......THE WORST MOVERS I'VE EVER USED........BELTMANN MAY NOT HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE PROBLEMS I EXPERIENCED, BUT THEY WORK W/IDIOTS THROUGHOUT OTHER STATES AND JUST DIDN'T GIVE A DAMN!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CONTACT.......A NITEMARE!! pickup date/time pushed back 2 TIMES!!! Delivery was 5 DAYS LATE!!!! NO one calls to tell me ANYTHING !!!!!! All kinds of my furniture were taken apart.....and my BIKE WAS DISMANTALED INTO 5 PIECES!!!!! I'm still looking for my furniture pieces!!! BOXES with HOLES pushed into them........this happened in January. After I received my goods, I unfortuntely had to take a long extended medical leave of absence........I have NEVER experienced such a disaster!!!

I interviewed five moving companies and selected Beltmann because they answered all my moving questions promptly and concisely and presented a competitive estimate. Once selected they kept me informed in a timely manner and were responsive to follow up questions. I cannot give enough kudos to estimator Pete, office coordinator Maddy, and my wonderful mover Chris H. One major snafu on my part, several years before my move, I moved a portion of a large sectional into a TV room through the window because it was too large to fit through the door. I had forgotten that a year later I replaced all doors and windows and now the sectional was no longer able to fit through the window! The sectional piece was one of the last pieces of furniture left in the house and the van was ready to go at mid afternoon when we discovered this "problem". The new owners were gracious in allowing me to enlarge the door for a future french door and van driver Chris agreed to pick up that final piece at noon the following day. Even with my snafu, the delivery from Scottsdale, Az to Richmond, Va was exactly on time and all contents were unpacked in pristine condition. Thank you Beltmann for super experience! Your team was remarkable!!!

for the most part pretty good. I thought that communications were lacking at times as I had to reach out to them when I heard nothing. I was not to happy with how the truck was finally packed as some of my wardrobes were crushed. I had purchased them from Home Depot at their suggestion. All of the personnel I met on both ends were great. We received everything and they met our timeline perfectly which for me was up in the air until the last minute. I would contact them again...

We were moving our furniture from Goodyear, AZ to Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. Our experience with the packers and the movers (in both Arizona and New Brunswick) was exceptional. Beltmann did an outstanding job moving us locally. Our only problem was that some of their employees tried to repair a desk that they had damaged without notifying us...even after it was delivered and they had departed. It looked terrible. But I must say that they certainly rectified the mistake by correcting their employees and by having the repair done again by a professional furniture restorer that picked up the desk, repaired it, and redelivered the beautiful piece of furniture about 10 days later. Job well done! We would certainly use Beltmann again.
