Horrible experience! Do not hire this company! I had my wedding ring stolen from me. Save yourself the heartache and headache and look for a company that does not hire convicted felons. I hired this company for a local to help my husband out because I am 7 months pregnant. The morning of our move, I left my wedding ring inside a jewelry box put away in our master bathroom where no one should have entered, all items were shown to the movers that were to be moved and nothing in the master bath was included. I was home alone with the movers and had an uneasy feeling, I should have followed my instinct, as one of the men made several comments throughout the move pertaining to my husband's line of work in law enforcement. That evening I went to retrieve my ring, only to find its empty spot in my jewelry box. The only people who had access to our home on this day were the movers, my husband and myself. I have since found out that at least one of the movers that day has an extensive criminal/prison history...of course including theft! We have since increased our security system at our new home as this person now knows where we live.

From Scheduling to delivery everyone was pleasant and friendly. I had to reschedule not once, not twice but 4 times, accommodating was first and foremost. Once the move was actually on, the guys called ahead of time, were on time courteous friendly efficient and a complete pleasure. I will gladly recommend and use you guys again and again

Super great experience! from the estimator (Jay) to the actual crew that showed up to do the moving. what took me and my friends 8 hours and 2 truck loads to move into storage, took them 3 hours and 1 truck load to move it into my new house. very nice working guys.

Everyone I worked with provided great service and answered all of our questions. The movers came prepared to protect our items and wrapped everything with blankets before loading the items in the truck. The movers were happy to take the furniture to the right offices and even moved a few items we directed them to place in the wrong spot initially. I would definitely recommend this company!

When I called there, I got a person, named Stephanie that was really helpful and courteous with me. I used these movers for the first time to move my things to a home that had other furniture in. They not only moved my stuff; but, also, moved the other furniture out of the home to make room for mine. The two young men, Shoff (not sure of the spelling) and Marvin, that work for them were very polite and made sure I didn't do too much. I had just got out of the hospital from a heart attack. These men worked a long time; and, I am sure they were really tired. But, they were quick; and, very careful with my things. I hope I never have to move again; but, if I do, I will definitely use them again. A great company with a great staff; and, a great price.

Stop now and rent your own truck. If you need assistance, I recommend that you go outside of Home Depot and hire some day laborers. This was the worst experience that I have ever had. A room full of boxes was ignored and not moved to my new house. A bed frame was left at my old house, even though they moved the mattress. Door handles not placed back onto my refrigerator. I have no idea where the hardware is. I could go on about trash that was left behind from them. Not to mention that they movers were stalling to pad their hours.

Moving day 3.30.13......The worst experience ever! Ordered service a month in advance, 6-8 hours late the day of the move. The help in the truck, way above par. The office, on the other hand is full of excuses, don't return calls, and seemed to be totally inept. Couldn't get a straight answer to save my life as to why I didn't have a truck and crew as promised. Finally finished the simple three mile move about 11pm....Used this company before, with no problems. Would NOT recommend or use this company again.

I used Arizona Discount Movers at the beginning of August for a move from Phoenix to Scottsdale. One of the cheapest I found they were as efficient, friendly and hardworking as I could have asked for. Someone called the day before the move to confirm and the movers called to tell me they could come early the day of. Originally scheduled from 12-3pm, they showed up at 10:30 and we were done my 1pm. The 2 movers worked hard to move all of our heavy stuff down 2 flights of stairs without complaint and James was especially friendly and professional. They took a lot of the stress out of moving and I will be using them again!

The crew moved all my furniture and boxes from my old apartment to my new apartment in just under two hours. Granted, we didn't have as much stuff as other renters do with larger families, there were only two of us but they did an excellent job and were there on time. They knew what to do and how to load it onto the truck. Josh and his partner were very professional and fast paced. Overall it was a great value. Would use again and recommend in the future.

The company was willing to move me on January 1st when NO ONE ELSE would for starters. Being a military brat, I've experienced a lot more moves than most people...in addition, they were moving my items out of 3 storage units to our new home. I was VERY impressed at their strength, stamina & speed without damaging any of my belongings. Jose, Pedro & Jacob were an AWESOME team that made my move an incredibly easier ordeal than I could imagine. Booked with this company after researching online. We had 3 great movers. They moved our 4 bedroom home along with a Baby Grand Piano. They were friendly, efficient, and wasted no time. From the booking of the move with the office to the completion of our move was clear and easy. They have no hidden fees and did not charge me to use my credit card as payment. I felt my money was well spent and they don't charge a ridiculous amount of money like some quotes i had gotten. The price was fair, I will use them again.

This is now our third time using Arizona Discount Movers for moving. Every move has been excellent. This move was by far the most impressive. They moved us from a two-story townhome with a difficult stairway. My mom and I were concerned about the walls being damaged during the move. We are thankful to say they were not. The movers used padding through out the stairway. The movers were extremely professional and kind. They also had a great sense of humor, which put a smile on my mom's face which does not happen very often. My mom who is not easily impressed was extremely happy with this companies moving services. My experience was much like Christy's experience. David complained constantly all day and was actually abusive toward me. It even shocked the other 2 movers working with him. They either lost or stole (probably the latter) many things; almost too much to imagine. They had to have purposely broken my dining table as it is sturdy and designed to take abuse. They cracked the torchiere glass globe of a lamp in half, which had to be on purpose. If it had fallen, it would've shattered. They packed boxes from 4 different rooms all in the same box, so that unpacking would be difficult at best. It was obvious to me that they went through as much of my belongings as they could. They re-packed things that were already packed. I had 6 conversations with Jay, the GM, and 2 with the owner, Amy. They did nothing but defend their movers. Later I learned that they had stolen 2 of my credit cards and sold them to a transient, All in all it was a nightmare of a move, and I am still recovering. They asked if I wanted to make a claim, but then never returned my calls. They will be hearing from the lawyers at my insurance company. Also, they did everything to stretch out the time to charge more. Then were so tired that they put ALL of the boxes in the Arizona room, instead of where they belonged. Stay away from this company. They are dishonest and they are crooks. They seem to discriminate against single women especially, but seem fine with men, couples or families.That is where they seem to get their great reviews. To top it off, I am disabled and sometimes in a wheelchair. Feeling picked on is an understatement. I had to hire a second company to finish bringing things from my old house that they purposely forgot. There was plenty of room on the truck the second day. The second moving company also had to move all of the boxes to the rooms where they belonged. This was an extra expense for me. All in all, TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!

Then the movers showed up on time and went right to work. Walked thru-out the house with me to verify what was being moved. Explained everything to me and made me comfortable. Probably the BEST move I have ever done!!! From Jay, at the office, with my quote, to Steve, Jay and Gilbert, the movers!!! Steve, Jay and Gilbert were so professional and fun. Well, where does one begin. Last May 2016 AZ Discount Movers (unfortunately) moved me. I have moved many times in my 57 years and NEVER have I had the damage that I had with this compay!!!! First of all, we all have worked hard for what we have, so if you appreciate what you have, use ANY OTHER COMPANY BESIDE THIS ONE!!!! Iasked Jay if I needed insurance, he told me NO due to the fact that they have people to fix ANYTHING......Well it is February 4th, nothing is fixed and after SEVERAL calls to Jay (most of which he was on the phone and I was told he would call me back...that never happened) I filled out the paperwork that was requested. After Months, Jay doesn't want to fix anything now he wants the weights of all the furniture that was damaged or just plain broke, because now he wants to pay me pennies on the pound, which won't even cover the cost of one marble table!!!! I am OUTRAGED!!!!! This company does not stand by it's word!! First you talk to Jay, then William, then Jay and Jay says he will have the owner Amy call....that call NEVER took place. I had called all the company's that I purchased the furniture from to get the exact weight's. Tried on several different occasion's to give the information to Jay, once again always on the phone and won't return the call. The last communication I had was with Josh (oh boy a newcomer) he said he was trying to help out, due to the fact that they were so far behind on compensation (that should be a warning right there) I gave Josh the weight's of all the furniture. He then called me back to "QUESTION" the weight's that I had given him. Once again OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! That conversation took place two weeks ago.....STILL NOTHING. This company will tell you one thing and then tell you another....STAY CLEAR, AVOID THE HEADACHE!!!!! Remember I moved May 16 2016, it is now February 4th 2017!!! Give them 3 more months and it will be an anniversary. AMAZING

Arizona discount movers did a phenomenal job. Their professionalism and politeness was beyond reproach. They had 6 men moving all our furniture and tons of boxes. They were very careful not to hit walls or break anything. They worked diligently for 12 hours making sure everything was moved and another 12 hours the next day moving into the new home on 3 levels. We were all beat by the end of the 2 days. Through all of that hard work they still were able to maintain a great attitude and were able to move my furniture without any damage. I don’t plan on moving anytime soon but I would highly recommend this company to anyone contemplating a move, no matter how big or small.

STAY AWAY My move took 2 trips the 1st movers didn’t fit everything due to bad packing. They complained, spoke ill of each other & broke my stuff. My fridge for 1. The movers told me it was because there was faulty equipt. on the truck, they’d been telling the company but they didn’t care. Next day the GM Jay calls & says the movers lied, they broke the fridge & lied to me because they didn’t want to lose their tip. I told Jay about my concerns he didn’t say/do anything. 2 wks later after speaking to Jay 2 more times he still hadn’t done/offered anything so I sched. the move for the rest of my stuff myself & would get in touch with the owner then to handle this. Jay came to my home on the the 2nd trip prob. because I requested the owner & because the truck with my property was pulled over for 2+ hrs due to the movers license being suspended. The mover informed us that his license was suspended because the company dropped the ball & didn’t send in proper paperwork. When the move was done I found out I couldn’t talk to the owner because she was “sick”. So I asked Jay “let’s wait until she can talk to me before settling the bill”. Then came the disgusting behavior. Long story short I paid the bill & would dispute the charge later if needed. I wrote a review the same day about what happened including Jay threatening to call the cops because I wanted to speak to the owner before settling the bill, Jay telling my mover to keep at least 1 item of my personal property on the truck so he could lock the truck & hold my property for ransom if I insisted on speaking to the owner, calling me a theif, giving unwarranted & pathetic guilt trips, etc.10 min later Jay called telling me that the owner was willing to refund my $ for the 2nd part of the move but only if I removed my review.. I told Jay my review stood & never call me again. About 30 min later the “sick” owner called. Nasty at first but when you bite back she backs off. We spoke of many things that had happened. She brought up her movers license suspension which she stated her mover was lying & the suspension was his fault not the companies. I usually wouldn’t do what I did next but this was the 2nd time in 2 wks this company had called their movers liars & I wanted the truth. So when the mover text me (Because he’s doing work in our home) I told him what the owner said and asked which was true? He was angry and rightfully so.. he was slandered, had his character defamed, take your pick. (He has proof it was the companies fault) About 20 min later the owner is calling me again (she was supposed to call 4 days prior to figure this debacal out but never did) She starts off yelling per the norm it seems but kept yelling this time she wouldnt shut up long enough to hear the truth about herself. So she’s yelling about how upset she is that I sent the mover the proof I have of her telling me he’s a liar!?! Or is she actually upset because she got caught lying, defaming, and slandering an employee to a customer? lying to a customer? not being current on AZ state insurance laws? That ones easy. So she’s yelling at me, won’t shut up & then says this call is over! & hung up on me.. Really? You called me you crazy person & had a yelling match with yourself! 15 min later she calls again! it’s her secretary (who is very nice & I feel so bad for because of the owner putting her in this situation) you can hear the owner in the back telling her what to say. She has the audacity to ask me to not send her employees anymore proof I have of her lying, slandering, defaming, etc. her employees! Wow maybe you should rethink lying to customers by slandering employees to try to cover your own butt then none of this would be happening. Who does this to the only people keeping your business going? So the 1st movers were telling the truth which I already figured. So I’m going to post/write everything I have/know to every review site, BBB, Twitter, everywhere I can and make as many complaints about this company as possible and despite their responses claiming I’m lying I have proof of all of this.

This moving company is great on time and very efficient the guys Josh and I believe Francisco showed up before the scheduled time and they went over the paperwork to make sure nothing was missed or misquoted they came in and got the furniture wrapped and put in the truck and then they unloaded put everything back together right in two hours and off they went. I can’t say enough about this company highly recommended for all your moving needs great pricing and efficient.

I wouldn't even give this company one star. a few months back we called asking around for prices to move a 900lbs safe. Amy was nice on the phone but besides that we would never use them again. they came with only two guys and a hand dolly to move our safe. they ended up putting deep scratches on the side and we are still trying to get them to pay for the damage. we sent in a damage report and NEVER heard back from anyone. and we called to make sure they received our email. If you have nice furniture or anything I would not use this company! they never even gave us the $80.00 we put down. we are very surprised they did not break the tile in the house we had already SOLD!!! Very professional, very courteous, and took very good care of our stuff while seamlessly loading our two trucks in a very timely manner. I am very impressed! Disappointing experience with this company. They claim to value customer service and their customers but I did not see any of that. Our movers showed up 3 hours late, had to call a third mover and took 8 hours. Immediately when they arrived they made multiple comments about how much stuff we had, the size and that we were moving to a 2 story. It was uncomfortable hearing negative comments about your stuff in your personal space go on for 8 hours. They showed high levels of dissatisfaction and were careless with my things. Ended up with a cracked 55” TV and was told that due to contract it is not covered. They refunded me 1 hour due to not being a satisfied customer. I had requested a full refund for the entire experience. The owner will not talk with you and management never once contacted me back on the claim, I called every time and felt I was just being shuffled around. If you are looking for high customer service do not use this company!! I now have to purchase a new TV and a sour taste in my mouth about movers.

This is our second time using Arizona Discount Movers. The crew called when they were on their way and showed up right on time. After a quick tour of the house Rene, Jacob and William got to work and didn't stop till the truck was fully loaded. They did an outstanding job. Not one wall or one piece of furniture was damaged. They were very patient with us and did everything we asked of them. They even dismantled our swing set and trampoline and rebuilt them at the new house. We also had some furniture that had to be taken to another location for a garage sale. Everything was done with care and precision. I would definitely use them again.

Arizona Discount Movers provided the best possible experience I have had in connection with a move and I have made several cross country moves, most recently from Raleigh to Phoenix. The team was experienced, extremely prompt as they came early after calling, and flawlessly handled all of our furniture and boxes. They were super fast completing a three bedroom unload in less than two hours. In addition, they put together a couple of tables and one of those cumbersome KIA beds - what an unexpected bonus. They were pros. They put a ramp in place so the dollies didn't damage the entryway, as well as laid a rubber carpet to roll the dollies on so they did not mark the floors. All of the movers were very professional and personable. They really were great!! I not only would recommend them highly, but I will be moving again in one year and will definitely use them again. They have very good pricing, actually very cheap, but provide top dollar service, tremendous value!!

OUR MOVE 7/25/17. Alex was absolutely amazing very professional, kind, and considerate. He called me ma'am and had good conversation with my fiance. The 3 men were on time and worked so fast through the bad humidity, I give you all props for that. The only bad thing i have to say about this company and i hate to point fingers but i did find a few things missing from our belongings. One of the movers joked 1 too many times about wanting to keep our TV, the truck was full so they placed it in the bed of the truck and once everything was unloaded out of the 24 foot truck they had me come up to make sure nothing was left behind.. I had to remind them to get the tv from the bed and bring it inside. Then come to think of it, after our long day, in 1 of my nightstands in the guest bedroom set i left a few pieces of jewelry, the man putting it together (the one that joked about our tv) was missing for 40 minutes went to the bathroom twice and removed the saran wrap from the nightstands but couldn't remove the saran wrap from any of our chairs. I just find it strange. Find it strange that a few of my costume pieces are still in the nightstand but not my 2 necklaces that have diamonds in it. We spent $650 on the move, bought them lunch, bought them Gatorade, bought monsters (per there requests) gave them the old beer from our fridge to take home, and tipped them $40 each. So a total of a little more than $800.. and to think a few things are missing makes me so mad. Maybe i'll find them in unpacking but i doubt it, They would've come up by now, especially with taking the nightstands completely apart and looking through all of our boxes. I called the owner Jay the next day 7/26 and asked if they could look on the truck just in case they were to have slipped out of the nightstands through the saran wrap, i knew it was a long shot but i thought i'd ask.. He said he'd give me a call back and took down my phone number. I never got a call that day and i had to end up calling them first the next day 7/27 to get the answer of no. It takes 2 seconds to call someone to let them know whats going on.. I know you are all probably busy but to call one of your customers back that had a move the day BEFORE would've been polite.

This was by far the best experience I've had . Their process was straightforward. I was given a honest quote based on how much I had to move . If they take less time than the hours quoted -you only pay for the number of hours you used . No extra fees, Completely transparent! This company charged us TWICE the amount quoted and had all our belongings hostage in their vans because they couldn't finish the job in the one day promised. My movers called before arriving on time, wrapped every piece of furniture and didn't leave a mark on anything. Two movers were able to move my 1bed/1bath apartment into a 2 story apartment AND storage facility in under 4 hours. They even paid attention to how I labeled the boxes, and placed things accordingly! They easily turned what would have been a stressful weekend of moving into less than half a day of stress-free moving. Arizona Dishonest Movers. We had an awful move with this company. They sent a truck that was too small,. They did significant damage to our dining room table, and lost $1900 worth of sporting equipment. The truck sent to our move was about half the size it should have been, despite two calls prior to our move describing the size of our home, patio and storage unit. Resulting in two trips to move our stuff, significantly running up the cost of the move. Following our move we went to sit at our table we noticed it was really unstable, as we moved it we could feel large chunks out of the underside of the table. Apparently the table had been damaged in the move but rather than coming to me to report the damage at the time the movers put the legs back on and hid what they had done. Now after reporting the table damage they did (after several phone calls and a few weeks) have the table repaired. When the guy came to do it and took the legs off the table I was shocked at the level of damage these guys had done. It looked like they had just ripped the legs off the table rather then even try to unscrew it. For someone to be so deceitful that they felt this was ok to hide and not report is just one example of the dishonesty of this company. However the next is even better, during our move my husbands golf clubs were “lost”. We noticed this the next day. We called and reported it hoping very much the clubs would turn up. We were given every excuse in the book for where these clubs could have gone. Finally when we pushed for answers they told us to call the police! Yes, that’s right if you hire these guys you just may end up getting to file a police report! (so glad we used “professional” movers!) In the end we did have to file a police report and file a claim with our own home owners insurance to recover the $1900 loss as we were never compensated for the loss of the clubs. Our movers took about a 45-60 min off site break that day, when I later looked at my bill I realized we were charged moving time for that hour. Making for an hour of unaccounted for time to the company, I suspect it was during this hour that the clubs were “misplaced”. We were never compensated for this time. I have noticed this company has all kinds justifications for their behavior. I am certain a representative of the company will have a response to this review. I am no longer interested in their excuses and dishonesty but PLEASE as another consumer skip these guys, they ran up the cost of our move, they damaged furniture and hid it, they lost items and took no responsibility. Save yourself a potential nightmare and expense, find a better company. 9/18/14- Thank you for your response to my review and the excellent display of your customer service policy of twisting events and blaming the customer for your poor service. If you are researching this company the response below is exactly what you can expect to encounter should you have a problem during your move. A police report was filed over a month ago, along with the claim to our insurance. This mover is WELL aware of that! My home was 1500 sq ft and storage was 5x5. Two trucks were never discussed. The BBB A+ rating turned out to be pretty meaningless. They only considered the table damage an issue, I guess running up costs and large item loss are still A+ in their book. Yes we received our $95 credit, today - close to three months after our move and two bad reviews later! Laughable!!

Not the first time but the 4th time we have used this company to move and this time didn’t even seem like the same company. Movers came to pack up our house that was just shy of 1800sq feet (washer, dryer, one 2seat couch, and 3 bedrooms). They said they came in their biggest truck they had. Not all of my belongings fit in the truck making me get a U-Haul and move some stuff myself and store in my mother in laws garage. I paid to have movers so I didn’t have to do anything myself and bug anyone else to help me. Movers did advise they can drop off what they had and come back for the rest but would charge for the time to go to and from. Because of that I declined. (Side note: The moving truck’s battery died and I had to jump start it) All my belongings were put into storage since I wouldn’t be in my new home for 10 days. When the new movers came to deliver I couldn’t help but notice all the extra room in the truck. EVEN their own employees said that the previous team of 3 didn’t do a good job at loading it up. There was enough room to have gotten all of my stuff loaded. I called and spoke with Jay right after the movers left. This was on a Monday. Jay adv he would talk to the owner and would get back to me. Tuesday passed and nothing. I called on Wednesday and he said he will call me back later that day and didn’t. Called him again on Thursday, didn’t get a response until Friday. I had to make the contact to resolve my problem. He said he had talked to the owner and decided that there was nothing they can do. The movers that loaded up the truck have no idea how everything will fit and cannot guarantee anything. So if they load up half of your belongings and fill it up that’s how it will go. He said he can get me a gift card to go out to dinner with my wife. Guess that’s a nice way of saying we already got paid and you got screwed. Really disappointed with Arizona Discount Movers. I will not recommend them to anyone else. My mother in law has also used them around 4 times, 2 times in the past year and is a property manager. She will not recommend them to any tenets. Bottom line I am not happy with the outcome of paying almost $2,000 with tip for ¾ of my home being moved and me having to do the rest my self.

I went trough nauseating detail with Amy about my bedroom set that had marble tops and how you could not lift them grabbing the top and again told the drivers when they got there, well that was the first thing they broke and from there it just got worse but when they had my desk in several pieces (destroyed) in fact I asked them to stop and let me show them the damages thus far, well they completely ignored myself and my wife and things turned really bad quick, they were rude and mean so like you would have done I called the office and got a hold of someone calling themselves general manager who immediately attacked me as I'm sure there driver called them from there truck 1st, when I told him what was going on he could have cared less and flipped it to either I did not have the money to pay them or that my furniture was cheap and poorly constructed and the best one! that my stuff was already damaged, when I told him things were so tense and uncomfortable I wanted to call the police as an secured escort he laughed at me (unbelievable) and told me "NOW I KNOW WHAT MY POOR DRIVERS ARE HAVING TO DEAL WITH" !!! I was never rude and stayed calm throughout the conversation. when they left I started looking at the reviews and it looks like when you report a issue they come after YOU the customer so i'm expecting to hear how terrible I was, BTW all they will tell you is how they are going to send you a damage form and they will take care of it, again please read the reviews regarding this process as many said it had been months and months and countless time wasted and pennies on the dollar so if your like me and your time is valuable please consider anther company as they have mastered the cloak and dagger to protect themselves... and just FYI the desk that was in pieces was left right there where they broke it untouched so my wife and I had to take care of it.... It's just not worth it if you care about your items, they tell you they care well the proof is in the pudding... this is just my opinion based on my experience 8/4/2019

I have never dealt with a moving company like this before, and quite frankly, I didn't think they existed in Phoenix at all. We have used companies in the past that had a practice of milking the clock, charging hidden fees, and damaging our belongings. They had no sense of organization or direction when it came to loading and unloading a truck, and I believe the employees were actually day laborers who were picked up on the way to the job. I also found it interesting that the individuals taking the reservations for these companies spoke perfect English, but their employees could hardly carry on a conversation with me. As far as the damage to our belongings, we got the old "that was already there" comment, and we were told that we should have taken pictures before the move. One of the movers even told us after the truck arrived that blankets for wrapping our furniture would be an additional charge (hidden fee). The employees at Arizona Discount Movers gained my trust from the first phone call to set up our reservation. We were on a tight budget and William (manager) went out of his way to ensure our move would be done to meet our needs and with no hidden costs. The price was what it was, and that was it. The movers arrived right on time, immediately got to work, and had a solid plan for how the truck would be loaded to save time. Jay was the apparent lead man of the three man team, and he did a great job of assisting the other two. All of the men were courteous and professional, and they treated our belongings as if they were their own. Narrow stairs at our new place were not an obstacle either. They successfully navigated a washer and dryer, large bookcase, an old 200 pound television, and our entire bedroom contents up two flights without so much as a scuff in the paint. When all was said and done, the move wound up running a few minutes over schedule, and my charges were prorated to reflect the cost for the additional time. Our total "out-the-door" tab was over budget by 15 dollars. Needless to say, I was ecstatic. I have already recommended this company to a few friends, and I will continue to use them for all of my future moves.

I've used this company 4+ times and the last two moves were horrible. The movers installed the legs on my piano incorrectly and then I had other furniture that was damaged as well. Because of the prior move resulted in my piano legs being damaged. It has took almost a whole month after my move for my piano to be repaired. I have been given the run around since May 1st. Still waiting!!! I would not recommend their services at all.

DO NOt use this company!! Completely unprofessional workers! Wasted valuable time chit chatting and sitting in their vans. Broke a leg off of an entry room table, multiple scrapes and dings in furniture and ripped the canning on a custom made dining room chair. They did acknowledge the damages and I did have someone come out and repair the leg on the table but have been getting nothing but the run around on our chair. No returned MULTIPLE phone and emails! This has been going on since we moved May 27,2016!! NO resolution! If I could choose a NO star rating I would!

Three months ago I used ADM to move within town - 3.7 Miles / 7 Mins apart from each other. It was expensive especially when you see the result! I'm disappointed about the lack of customer service and all the promises they made who turned out to be nothing more than a pie in the sky. But let's start from the beginning. When I contacted them, I briefly told them about my situation. To make a quote, Jay the manager came to the house. He was very friendly and firm that his guys would handle everything to my best satisfaction. When I showed him the huge train layout that I still worked on, he fell back to his childhood memories. We talked almost two hours before he left. That's when he assured me not just to send his best guys, but also to be there himself, to ensure that the model gets moved with the least discomfort possible. It seemed he understood what it meant for me emotional and financial. They showed up at 7.45am with one truck and only 2men (Alex & Ken). When Alex walked through the house he made negative comments and rolling his eyes, that not just disappointed me but also brought up some concerns whether they are able to handle the move to our expectance. When I asked him, why he acted that way, he replied it should not be my concern, but all the time dispatch would not tell them what to expect and to move. More than an hour later Arron and Francesco showed up with the second truck. The first thing they did was complaining that the 5th guy did not show up. When they saw the train layout they made bad comments again and seemed like they had no idea what to expect which of course was in big discrepancy to what the manager promised. I agreed to cut the legs of the layout so that they could carry the parts sideways. When I went back, I was shocked from what I saw! They demolished the entire layout like they run over it with a sledgehammer. My entire work was demolished and layed on the floor in tousand pieces. When I later got the customer survey handed over, I noticed on #9 that they should have done a walk through every room on both locations - it was not done on either one. We found several items and tools that belonged to them (chainsaw, charger, batteries etc). Finally we left to the new place. Ken did a real good job, knowing what he was doing, putting furniture together and placed the boxes according to their numbers. Alex worked at the beginning also well, but as more time went by he and Arron started to place the remaining boxes more or less all in one room. They completly disregarded the map I draw for them. On 3pm sharp they finished work, like they worked unionized. Despite I was not really happy, I paid $250.- in tips. When we went to sleep, tired and exhausted the whole thing collapsed because they did NOT screw the base of the bed! I tried to get hold of Jay the manager but I did not hear back the next day although he promised to do so. I started not just to be disappointed but also to get upset. I went to buy screws myself to repair the bed. I also remember how Jay praised their inhouse repair shop. If something get scratched or damaged while moving, their repair shop would fix such items. When I showed Alex some scratches and damages he rudly said I need to get some paint at Home Depot to repair it myself. He was not happy that I even showed him the damages. Of course they are minor, and I don't blame ADM as I know as well that such things can happen while moving. But than don't promote an inhouse repair shop, if the movers are not willing to accept minor damages. Soon later I had to go to hospital again, that's why I wrote them only 2 months later. Most of this review are extracts from that mail. Despite my late reply, I still wanted to let them know my dissatisfaction to give them a chance to correct, as I still could not believe that such nice start ended up that bad. They lost a customer by promising things they didn't keep. Now all I can say is, I'm disappointed and I DO NOT recommend ADM. Needless to mention that I did not get a reply to my mail.

The work crew showed up early, waited for me to be ready before starting the clock on the time for the work order. Then they got to work immediately and were quick and diligent in safely and properly loading my items onto the truck. Then once transported to the unloading location, they quickly unloaded and placed the items where I required. Throughout the process they were polite, hardworking, and professional. The performed well above expectations, and I have no qualms recommending them to anyone that needs to move they items from point A to B.

My Mother-in-law used this company to move her belongs from Scottsdale to Mammoth Arizona, she gave the movers the key to her new place and when she arrived they told her that the key she gave them was stolen from the truck, they refused to wait for a lock smith to arrive and then left with the truck full of her belongings and off loaded her items into a storage unit this was on Thursday 4/27/2017. She has been sleeping on the floor with none of her belongings at her new place. They have demanded that she pay them more money to have her items taken back to her new place. She is a little old lady and can not believe the way they have treated her. Shame on this company and the movers that did this to her. How horrible of a way to treat a person.

Arizona Discount Movers really gave me the best moving experience I could ask for. They worked with me to find discounts to my move, waited for me to make a decision, gave me the timeframe I needed and showed up on time. They confirmed the appt time with me 2 days prior then again 30mins before arrival. My move was at 730am so I was very appreciative of the 30min check-in. The movers were exceptionally kind to my stuff from my old house to my new one. Boy. Once it came to loading time they were zipping through the unload too so I saved money on my time frame. I had an AWESOME experience from the moment I picked up the phone and spoke to Stephanie in the office. She was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had a bad experience with movers previously with hidden cost. She assured me that they had no hidden cost; and she was correct! I called around for several Movers, at least 5. They beat out all of them. That brought on another fear: You get what you pay for. Well, in this case, I got a whole lot more than what I paid for. Rene and his team were awesome!!!! They were very professional, friendly, and experienced. They put together furniture; they moved things where I wanted it and stated, if it wasn't the place that I wanted, they would come back and move it to another spot. That's exactly what they did. I like the fact that I had control over how much money I was willing to spend . We could have had them just put the stuff anywhere in the house and not set up anything ; our total cost would have been a lot lower. Because we are an older couple, and their price per hour was so reasonable, it was worth every dollar we paid for them to do the extra work. If I ever move again, I would definitely use them!! I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They were NOT like those other moving companies who tell you what you want to hear just to reel you in and then you get a bunch of surprises at the end, like unprofessional movers and hidden costs. You must ask the right questions and read the fine lines. Oh yeah! They worked with the same disposition until the job was completed: happy, considerate, respectful, and accommodating. As a matter of fact, it was one of the hottest days of the year. They had to do, not one, but two trips. As they were getting ready to unload for the second time, I heard about 5 seconds of singing. I couldn't believe it! And, they worked as if that was their first time unloading. I still saw hard workers and smiles. Kudos to the moving team and the office staff. They were definitely the BEST! They cancelled card and froze everything. If using this company don't use card, pay another way my situation was due to the movers themselves. But great price for the move.
