Had these guys help me lift a 520 pound spa into the back of a uhaul. I couldn't even budge the thing. Took them probably a minute to put it up and in. Great job!! Very good communication, nice guys, and even though it was a quick job, worth the price. Thank you.

I used this company to move back to the valley. John came out and we went through what I would be taking and gave me a quote. I had a piano so had interviewed several companies and he assured me they moved them all the time. They sent out 2 guys with a few blankets and one dolly - no piano dolly! Here are a few of the problems that day: 1 - It took us six hours to load the truck - which included myself and my brother to load. 2 - no piano dolly to load a Yamaha Conservatory Piano 3 - Could not fit all my items on the truck, so I had to leave $6000 worth of items behind. There solution was for ME to drive up the next day and pick it up. 4 - They took off the screen door to move items and left me to put it back up as we were so far behind (again 6 hours to load) 5 - They scratched my dining room table ($3000 table). 6 - They scratched my bedroom dresser. 7 - It took 5 people to move the piano off the truck - again, no piano dolly. 8 - We all moved that day and had bruises on our arms from very little equipment. 9 - They used all our blankets and dog beds because they didn’t bring enough. 10 - The owner said I had insisted on 2 workers. Do you really think I would have wasted six hours just to load, with a 2 hour drive ahead of us? The owner said 2 would be fine. I could go on and on - this is the worst experience I have ever had moving and it was my 14th time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They lie and are irresponsible and do not care about the customer. Find anyone else to do this, but not this company.

We lived 3 hours south of Prescott and coordinated this move by text and photos. After the piano comment below I was nervous. No need! 3 men and a big truck came into 105 degree weather and worked extremely well as a team! We were loaded in 4 hours. They NEVER stopped working while dripping wet from sweat!!! Off to Prescott! Next morning began unloading at 8am with no scratches or anything broken. Put beds together, moved around furniture to my liking with a smile. Burt (Air Force vet), Brandon (Navy vet) and James (Army vet) have different skills for moving, organizing and putting things together. Respect us and our possessions. Particularly James broke down beds, grandfather clock and detailed items then put ‘em back together in Prescott. But loved all 3 of these guys!! Would call them again in a heartbeat.

After a last minute cancellation from a different Moving Company, I contacted this one and was able to schedule an appt the same week. They really helped me out of a bind, and could not have been more professional, friendly, completely empathetic and went out of their way to complete my move thoroughly, on time and quickly. Could not be more pleased !!!
