I contacted Superman movers for a last minute move on January 14th. We had to remove several, very heavy, pieces of equipment out of a commercial facility on January 16th. 48 hours from the time I called they arrived promptly with 4 guys and two trucks, ready for action as promised. The guys were all very polite and hard workers. They even seemed to have fun doing their job. We were very happy to have the work done on short notice and to have such a great experience just made it all that much better. We will definitely call them again for our next move.

If I never have to deal with Superman again, it will be too soon. If I could give them a lower rating, I would. Never on time. Missing appointment times, and then lying about why they missed it. Spent over 8 hours waiting for Superman over a 4 day period. Yes, it was chaotic, dealing with moving an entire building full of tenants following our building being shut down for repairs after the 7.0 earthquake. No, they shouldn’t lose our items, mix our items with other tenants, break items, or fold and shove rolled up artwork into a box. Unable to follow simple directions. We marked cabinets/shelves/boxes, etc. with “Need Access”, or “No Access”, and labeled the cabinets to store the items we needed access to. Cabinets with “Need Access” were buried in the back of the storage unit, boxes were scattered all over and inaccessible. We will likely either spend a week going through the storage units looking for stuff, or just go out and buy replacements. They took apart the office furniture, breaking some pieces, and throwing all of the fasteners on the floor. Topping it off. They apparently have lost the key to the storage unit. If you like your stuff: Pack it yourself, label it, and have a person watch how it goes in the van, and where it goes at the other end. They are too incompetent to be able to do their job without constant supervision. I fully expect to have to file a claim against them, when it comes to moving back into our building.

I recently moved from Anchorage to Oregon. Superman packed up all my belongings and arranged to have them transported to Eugene, plus they made arrangements for a local moving company to bring everything into the house once the van arrived. The Superman crew was friendly and helpful, and completely professional, as well as managers Clint and Chris. Originally I had been told that my belongings would take 6-8 weeks to get to the destination, so I had the expectations that I would have to wait. Much to my delight, my stuff arrived within 2-1/2 weeks!! After unpacking everything, I see that 99.9% of my items arrived at my house intact, which I think is a pretty good percentage. My only complaint is there was some communication issues on setting up an appointment for the estimate. The estimator didn't arrive at all the day that I had scheduled, and then was late for the second appointment. But in the end, it turned out well and I'm happy with Superman's service. You're super duper, Superman!

I recently made a VERY foolish mistake of buying a stack washer and dryer at a thrift store without asking one single question about it. I contacted Superman Moving and Delivery and they assigned three men for the job. When they arrived they had to remove the old non-working set and install the one they delivered. After many problems were discovered (I was ready to throw my hands up and say never mind - i.e., I didn't realize the dryer was gas and there were no fittings included) the EXTREMELY competent crew saved the day for me. It's installed, working great and no more laundromats! Thank you Superman!! You're the best!!

Superman Moving & Delivery is Anchorage's best kept secret and I want to share this with others who need a local company to come to their rescue! When I discovered that I could not afford to hire any of the large national moving companies that operate from Anchorage, I searched for a local moving company who offered packing, transporting and loading services. Not only that, Superman would help me load my household items into a shipping container that I secured through a different company in order to make my move affordable. I met with Bea, the moving manager at Superman, who provided an estimate, start date and end date to get my move initiated and completed. Bea also checked in with me by phone during the pack & move days to be sure all was going per plan. To me, that was additional affirmation that Superman is a client-centered business; that I had made a great decision in hiring them. Packers showed up on the first two days to get household items ready for the Movers. Shirzell was amazing. She knew what each piece required and worked quickly. Superman's strategy of packers first; movers next, allowed me to interact with the crews and to also be nearby as my household possessions were packed & moved. Superman sent an amazing crew of movers to finish the job. In two days, this polite, professional, swift moving, confident group of five moved my household items and also unloaded a 10x30 storage unit in less than two days. If there was any doubt about an item, or about what I wanted, the crew always asked for direction. I appreciated that; it also gave me confidence in Superman Moving. On the last day of loading, the shipping company delivered a container that was 6 feet shorter than ordered. San, the moving crew leader, stepped in when I began to falter. He assured me that his crew could pack household and storage unit belongings into the smaller container; and guess what? They did! This group of five loaded, packed, secured contents, and even help me put the lock on the shipping container before they drove away. I am more than grateful to Superman Moving for the affordable services they provided! They went above and beyond my expectations, and each person on their team made it possible for me to complete what felt like an overwhelming and impossible moving job for me. Thank you Superman Moving and Transport! You are deserving of a 5-Star rating!

Workers were very kind and the office was flexible with scheduling. Other than that, not much great to say. Their packing skills were haphazard at best, they neglected to pack *many* cupboards as well as things out in plain sight. They showed no care for my belongings or home. I emailed the manager with a detailed (and long) list of the packers' incompetencies, but it has been completely ignored. Apparently she doesn't care that her employees "lost" the focal art piece in my living room (even though they were asked not to touch any of my artwork) and left behind all of my scrapbooks.

Superman Moving was awesome! Setting up the service was super easy and when the guys arrived they were super nice and quick. I couldn't believe how fast and efficient they were. They were able to pack up our shipping trailer to make it the most cost efficient for us and I was shocked at how they were able to fit it all in with using the least amount of space. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! We got a quote to pack our things and when the packing people came out who also were going to move it to storage came out they DOUBLED the quote given and even forgot the storage that was included in the quote and stuff in the apartment so they had to be called back out and we were CHARGED FOR THAT! Our things were stored and when we pulled the trigger on the shipping to Texas 2 entertainment centers were broken, a dresser was broken, a lot of scratches on things, our mattress covers (very expensive bought at the mattress store with the mattresses) were torn. Stuff for the bedroom was in with kitchen dishes and game consoles had water in them. No moving crew showed up to unload the truck. It's been a mess and a hassle. Side note: Wally was AWESOME!!!!!!! Just a response to the comment made below. It was NOT our idea to offload the truck ourselves but we had no other alternative considering we live on a small residential street. Yes you are responsible for the other businesses when you are charging on your end for their service. It is your companies reputation on the line. YOU did not pay us Wally did and we weren't satisfied with that and that wasn't our idea either. It was growing late and we had no alternatives but to do it. Now while unpacking we are finding bedroom stuff in with the kitchen stuff, kitchen stuff in with the bathroom stuff. This has been a very unorganized and unprofessional move from the estimate that was not honored to our broken things. A dresser we had to replace, we had water in our 2 playstations and xbox 360. It's ridiculous and you just try to smooth it over by saying we got paid, it was our idea and we were happy about it? NO WAY!)

Awesome experience in my move from Anchorage out to the Valley. Movers were extremely prompt in getting my furniture down to the (old) apartment's parking lot - during a light snowstorm and with snow/ice in the parking lot. On the 'flip' side, they were able to get the furniture into the new place in a short period of time... just had a few heavy pieces that I couldn't move myself - including a sectional oak pedestal bed ('captain's'-type with drawers) that needed to go upstairs in the new place. Great team. Nice, out-going guys. Well done! Friendly staff at the office, too! This was the first time that I'd been in a professional move since my father ETS'ed from the USAF - in 1963! Definitely left a great impression with me.

We had two people come and pack for 3 hours one day and then those two returned the next day with a third worker to do the actual move. All of them were hard working, efficient, polite and friendly. There were a few minor mistakes made (boxes put into the wrong room in new house, etc) but overall I would definitely recommend Superman to anyone moving here in Anchorage.

Im paralyzed from the waist down so I could not help with anything except for instructions but the crew did an amazing job and was very professional about everything and the price was perfect! Scheduled a move date with the company, then the day before, they called to ask us to move the date if possible, they gave me several options, but we needed to be moved out and scheduled the date intentionally and specifically. They then agreed to be there at the scheduled time. We also asked to to make sure for the delivery address that the movers would have carpet protectors, we were assured they would have them, but they did not when they arrived, causing another improvisation during the move. The morning of the move, we had nearly all the boxes ready near the garage entrance and the front door, to minimize movement, however, they arrived over 10 minutes late and they charge by the quarter hour so effectively this was going to cost us 15 minutes. The two young men then asked to see the items requiring to be moved, which seemed logical, then very slowly and unmotivated, began to move our items. One of the movers asked to use our restroom about 5 minutes after they arrived, they didn't come to work ready to work. They would seem to carry the lighter things, one at a time often and It took multiple attempts on both of our parts to motivate them to move quicker. I ended up having to jump in the middle, and start carrying and helping carry heavy items(contrary to why we hired movers). Realizing this was going to cost much more as they were taking their time, we started calling our friends to come help and repositioned the movers to simply get the very large and very heavy items. Without prompting from us, our friends were confused why the movers were going so slow, as they were being paid to move, and our friends were simply being kind. Our friends had to go into the actual moving truck to do what the movers were being paid to do. The house the items were being moved to was only a half mile down the road, but loading a couch, a chair, a mattress, a fridge, a small gun cabinet, and approximately 15 boxes(nearly 20% of all the boxes needing to be moved, and remember, the boxes were near the entrances to the house, not far to take them)this all took 2 1/2 hours, so $350. Yes, they saved my back on the couch and mattress, but could have had everything done in just over an hour, as our friends helped us and only took 30 minutes for the remainder of the items. During the move, a gun case key was removed from the lock by one of the workers, not to either of our knowledge, and placed in his pocket, later in the day, we were trying to find the key, it was nowhere to be found. We called Superman to find out if one of the workers had pocketed the key while moving the cabinet. I was informed i could come and get the key(a 15 minute drive) or they could deliver it to me within a week! Luckily I was going into town anyway and was able to go get the key, however, when retrieving the key, the manager or owner was unconcerned with our displeasure as we had made him aware and we also advised him we would leave a review. We tried to prepare as much as possible to assure we would only have to use them for a minimal amount of time. It was extremely poor service and we do not recommend them.

Everybody from the office staff to the movers were so helpful and friendly. They made the move go so smoothly that we will hire them again soon, when we move the items from storage into our new home. I made an appointment with a down deposit. They asked me to be available between 12pm-5pm so I waited. This was the second to last day before my good friend deployed for two years to Afghanistan. We waited around and called at 5pm when there was no sign of them. They stated that they were running late and that they would be to me between 6pm-8pm. After spending half of my day waiting on them, I asked for my deposit back. They told me that that would not be possible and I could cancel my appointment and have a line of credit to use in the future. I don’t understand though. If I made an appointment and put a deposit down just in case I was unable to keep up my end of the deal and then your company falls through, why am I unable to get my deposit back? I would never want a line of credit with a company that makes you wait for them for 9 hours

Just another shady Alaskan company. Buyer beware of being overcharged. I moved basic household furniture with no boxes well under the 2 hour minimum. However I was charged n additional 40 dollars for travel time when the move was completed in enough time to drive all over Anchorage. I will be reporting this to the base legal office and VISA. Score minus 1 star.

At 9:30 I was told movers were on the way. At 11:00 I was told they were going to be a few hours at another job first. At 3:00 I was told they should have been there, let me check and call you right back. At 4:00 I had not been called, so I left. After 6:00 I got a call from movers saying they were in my driveway, asking where I was. I explained they were fired. Called 4 other movers before finding one who could come soon. All 4 were cheaper than Superman, and I believe all 4 would be a better choice.

I needed movers for an in - town move. I called Superman and the ladies who set up the move were friendly and informative. Jeanette set everything up for me and Bea called the day before to confirm. The move was quick and easy. The guys didn't dawdle or try to waste time to extend the length of the move. They broke everything down, got it in the truck, put my bed back together when we got to my place and were easy to chat with. I was even amazed at their parking skills with such a big truck in a small parking lot! A potentially stressful event was made much easier by Superman. Thank you!

Chad, KC, and Ben showed up on time, went right to work loading the truck. When they finished loading the items on the list they had room for boxes which I had planned on moving myself. They loaded them on the truck and went to the new place. They moved all my belongings to the proper rooms and without any issues. The stairs were very tricky but they were able to get my oversized couches in without incident! I recommend Superman - they are excellent and I would give them 10 Stars, if I could! I love these guys and highly recommend them to everyone! We had another moving company scheduled to come move things for us, but that morning we were left waiting and waiting for them to arrive. After a call to the company, it turns out they forgot about us. Then we had to wait almost 2 hours longer to see if they could get some guys out to us later that day. We finally had enough. I called Superman Moving and they were SUPER helpful! The sent some guys out right away. As soon as they got here, they started moving things- I honestly couldn't believe how quickly they got to working, especially knowing they worked by the hour. They got all of our items moved within an hour and a half- not a dent or scratch or anything on any of our furniture or walls! The guys were super friendly too, so that's a huge plus! Oh, and after they were all done, we got a nice follow-up call to make sure everything was done to our liking and to say thank you. :) If you're looking for help with moving, these are the guys to call! So, like most people, I hate moving. But Superman Moving made this one a total breeze. I scheduled a week in advance, worried I didn't leave enough time-- not a problem at all. They gave me a reminder call the day before and kept in touch about arrival time on the actual day. The movers themselves were awesome!! They were very professional, careful and quick; we were done so quickly, I couldn't believe it! I don't know why it took them so long to get from southside, but I think 45 minutes is a little excessive (it only takes 15 minutes); especially on a Sunday morning at 8:30a. We hired Superman to move our office into two storage units following the November 30th earthquake which displaced us. I am terribly disappointed in their service and would not hire them again, I found lots of damage items such as cabinets and equipment, and cardboard boxes were just tossed around as evidence by all the broken ones I found while trying to find some things i needed. We also found items from another tenant in our storage unit so I have to wonder if some of my stuff is in with other tenants' stuff. And everything was just stuffed into the storage unit with out any organization. I paid two HS kids to help me re-organize the storage unit and they did a lot better job than superman; and now we can actually walk into the storage unit. If you cannot be right there supervising the movers do not hire Superman.

Several weeks ago my brother and i realized we needed movers to assist us in cleaning out my downtown condo. My brother was on a short time frame so we needed help right away. A neighbor recommended Superman. I had seen some advertising and had a generally favorable impression of the company in terms of professionalism and price so I gave them a call. From the very first contact with this company, we were very impressed. The day after that first call, an estimator arrived on time to look over the project and give an estimate. The moving crew arrived right on time the next day and got to work straight away. My brother dealt directly with the crew and reported to me they were each hard working and responsive to his instructions., Some of my items were to be hauled to the landfill while others were to be donated to Goodwill while others were to be shipped to my brother in Arkansas. I am happy to report everything was handled correctly. That was a major relief. In terms of price and professionalism, I do not believe Superman Moving can be beat in the Anchorage market. From beginning to end, our interaction with Superman was nothing but very positive. Without any reservation, I give my highest personal and professional recommendation to Superman for a job exceedingly well done. When you have the need, hire this company and rest assured you are in the right hands. .

The first time, moving everything into storage, went relativity well, the movers showed up on time, but would not start until i arrived even though i had my father there as a representative. They took the time to wrap the furniture and used the blankets, boxes and materials i had on hand instead of charging for what they brought; what would i do with 20 moving blankets after it was unwrapped? The second time not so well. They had changed the contract which i should have read more clearly. They didn't bring straps and without removing the doors to the unit, tried to man-handle a large refrigerator down the stairs, got it stuck between the rail and the wall, scratched up both and rested the fridge on the bottom step denting the bottom of the refrigerator. I had to take the front door off the hinges and the handrail off the wall while the fridge was jambed between the two. Then I had to stop them from moving so I could take the doors off the fridge. It took the better part of an hour to get the unit out instead of taking the 20 minutes to remove the doors at the start. The vinyl laminate was gouged when they turned the unit on the landing without rollers, blanket of even cardboard under it. Professionals would have measured before starting and brought he right equipment to safely make the move. The replacement fridge moving into the house was dragged on the new laminate and scratched it up, the water line was pinched in half while it was rested/dragged on the stairs (as far as I can tell). I emailed them that night with pictures of the damaged caused by the lack of professionalism, and the paperwork i signed listed some of the damage, although i didn't catch all of it before they left. After 2 days without a response I read at the contract more closer and they are not responsible for anything. The disclaimer for the floor is "Owner is responsible for protecting the floor before mover arrives" I guess i didn't foresee them dragging a refrigerator on its edge across it. And as others have stated they only compensate as a percentage of bulk weight, which since nothing was weighed i am not even sure where they could start that calculation from. Lastly, the contract says damage complaints must be phoned in within 48 hours(?) after the work was completed. Guess i missed that window. I give them 2 stars because the first crew did so well. I can't award a negative star for the second visit. Both crews were very friendly but the second seemed hired off the street the morning they showed up. I had more appliances delivered a few days later and it reminded me of all the things Superman should have done: Use straps to carry instead of drag; protect the surfaces, clear the path (remove doors and handrails); remove excess weight and hardware before starting. Buyer beware. Read the contract.

Moving is never fun and I have done my fair share. I find the short distance moves to be more difficult than the long ones. Superman Moving made it as easy as it could be. They were easy to contact and schedule. They followed up with a reminder call and were punctual. I would definitely use them again.

we had a nice front door, but no they brought the furniture over the metal fence and through the patio door. Closer? They broke the glass on a over 100 year old china cabinet. Costing me over 150 dollars to fix so get insurance with these folks. i got 60 dollars back from them. They put dents in three items.

Overall a very unpleasant experience. My list of complaints: 1. They didn't ask enough questions to get a good estimate of the move. The truck was too small to hold my household items, necessitating 2 trips. 2. The movers initially refused to move any item not on the list...until I called the supervisor and complained. At $140.00 an hour, they should move whatever the customer wants. The driver told me I wouldn't be charged for the extra time (2nd trip), yet I was. 3. They were careless with my items, putting in lots of dings and losing brackets for my bookcases 4. Boxes were clearly labeled which room they were to go into. They were placed in wrong rooms 50% of the time. 5. They charged me for extra drive time stating that they started at 7:45 am (I was told it would be 8), and ending 20 minutes beyond what it should have taken for them to return. 6. They needed constant supervision. It wasn't enough to tell them to put something in the downstairs bedroom, under the window. They still tried to place things in the wrong rooms, and in the wrong locations in the rooms. I would recommend you try a different company.

This morning I had a crystal weighing over 450 lbs. moved from Anchorage to Palmer, AK using the Supermen of Superman Moving & Storage and I was so impressed! What looked like a challenging weight lifting event turned out to be a total team effort in moving this item without damaging it. It was carefully wrapped in layers of padding, dollied onto their truck, delivered to its final resting place, and great care was taken to make sure it stood in the orientation that I desired. Movers were fast and professional, got everything taken care of quickly. Time charged starts from when they leave their location to when they return, so it could tack an extra 15-30 minutes on each way depending on where you are and where you're moving to. This wasn't a concern for me since mine was a small job and everything was still within the minimum time requirement of 2 hours.

Don't use this company if you are on a timeline or care about your furniture & belongings. They didn't show up the first time they were supposed to, then couldn't come back for two days. Then they were supposed to show up at 9 but the didn't until 4. And it cost extra after 5! They banged everything up and broke a few things. Packed it badly in the truck so things rubbed against each other. Good luck getting anything to cover it from their supposed insurance that you pay for!

Utterly dishonest and disreputable company. Bait-and-switch ought to be their middle name. Their estimator, Chris Thierman, is either incompetent, or dishonest. Multiple times during the estimating and shipping did he give us incorrect information and only after we had signed the contract did he change the rate per pound and also tell us they would not insure our shipment. The date of delivery for our household goods was off by a month(!) and they did not take reasonable care of our belongings. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVING NEEDS.

From day one talking with Chad to talking with Chris at the consultation and then to talking with the lead on the move, Charles, the move was excellent!! I've never paid for movers before. And considering the fact that it was a terrible experience, I'll probably never trust movers again. At least not by superman movers. They packed my moms belonging up to her storage unit until before she needed to move into another place. We called superman again, all they needed to do was move the boxes they had packed for her two months prior.... once they unpacked her boxes in the new house, they started to put her furniture together and NOT one piece of furniture has a complete set of screws or bolts, belongings were missing of hers, plus they were an hour late, and tried to charge us $125 for that, and an extra 45 min after they left for "drive time". My moms expensive dinning table is extremely wobbly because of missing parts and her China cabinet can't hold its shelves because the piece are missing. Horrible business. DO NOT RECOMMENDED

I saved the heaviest, largest pieces of furniture for the moving company. Superman was easy to schedule even though I called just a few days beforehand. They scheduled two guys who showed up on time, worked consistently not taking a break. They were polite, cheerful, and made sure they took what I wanted and placed it where I wanted it placed. All together they made the move much less stressful than it could have been.

First of all they showed up on time which surprised me. Guys were nice at the beginning but they started to ask me what I do and say with such a nice house I hope I get tipped good. Then I got to wasilla. I got a call and they stopped in Eagle river to do some other thing for a little bit and would receive a call when they get back on the clock for charging me. Never received a call they just showed up to my house.... then while moving stuff inside they damaged the walls and door frame of my bonus room. At the end of the whole moving process I was charged 1500 or eight hours. When I was quoted 1000 but the thing is they were gone at least 2 house so they only worked for me for 6 hours. I was told it would change my bill before they went on my credit but I check my credit card statement and I was charged 1500. The process of dealing with them now trying to get everything resolved doesn’t look good for me… Update —Spoke to the owner of Superman Movers his name is Chad great guy. Very reasonable and easy to talk to. We talked it over and we added up everything and he is crediting me $300 because I was only supposed to be charged for 6 1/2 hours at $200 an hour. Then he said let’s talk about the damage. (I really appreciate that he brought that up) Told him that I would fix the damage myself or pay someone and we both came to agreement will definitely use them again but would end up talking to Chad when I use them again.

0/10. I would NEVER recommend Superman Moving! We got a quote to pack and move our house close to a month in advance. I called to pull the trigger on the quote and gave the exact date. They called the day prior and I confirmed they were coming to pack and move my whole house. The day came, they showed up and told me they could pack my items, but didn't have time to move them. We close on our house and were left to find another company to move our items. I took this up with the manager who quoted me. He passed all the blame on me. Saying he quoted me, but when I called to schedule I talked to a different person that does different quotes. That somehow I should have known that it wasn't him I was talking to and that I should have scheduled with him personally. They apparently have NO interoffice communication. This cost me a lot of hassle and additional money. Learn from my lesson. Its not worth risking it going with this company. *side note- Crew was very nice.

Watch out when they actually charge you for after the move! We had a poor experience with the movers and moving truck that they brought had a broken lift gate. It was so unstable that twice my husband saved furniture from falling off of the lift gate as it was going up. When we signed the final paperwork they charged us for time from 8:30-2:00. Thankfully I had my credit card locked because the next day they tried to bill me for an extra hour and a half more. When I talked to them on the phone to fine out why the woman in the office stated that they had miscalculated the total and that the moving time was 8:00-3:00. I told her that was not what my paperwork said yesterday. I don't know if the movers fudged the paperwork after they left or if the office messed thing up but I was pretty unhappy and will not be using them again. It certainly felt shady for them to be changing numbers like that after everything was done

My friend was moving into downstairs efficiency so we made stop at her house to pick up things as well. Our two guys King and Junior were amazing! No I paid for a service , you booked it , it should be done the same way it be done in the morning as at night ! I recommend midnight movers honestly . I had Superman doy smaller apartment 3 sofas . 3 TV and 3 beds . 1100 plus. 7 hours an took 4 men. MIdNight Movers not only moves way more out of my other apartment . They broke down my beds and took to a storage and another stop for way less. The guys were super nice an professional but I wouldn’t use them ever again . The nice man did refund me some moneys back . Really surprised how long it took the men! They milked the clock with numerous smoke breaks and one guy just kinda sat around ! My storage until I can’t even get into . They said it was because I had a lot of things. My other apartment had way more and Midnight movers did a Marvelous job . Only reason I didn’t use them was because they were booked. I wasn’t even charged extra by them to wrap my furniture yet Superman charged me 150 ! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

I've used this company the times total. The first two times, they were reliable and charged what they said they would. I didn't lose any furniture, nor was anything broke during moving. I recently used them for a third time last week; they had me pay the $100.00 as normal and informed me it would be $160.00/hour with a 2 hour minimum to do the move. I had a small bedroom set w/dresser and vanity, a few boxes, a love-seat and recliner. The move was only down one flight stairs and the other end had an elevator. The move was only about three miles. However, they took three hours to make the move which came to $483.00. They charged me a $40.00 fuel fee on top of the moving fee for their vehicles, which they neglected to tell me I would have to pay for before I hired them. (I don't remember having to pay that on my two previous moves with them) I have a hard time believing they used $40.00 of fuel during this move. On top of all this, they lost two drawers from the dresser. We had opted for the standard insurance, which they said is only good for $100.00. They said if I wanted the whole dresser replaced I should have checked the higher quality one. So, although I get $100.00 back, I still have to buy a new dresser because I'll never find drawers to match the set. If you haven't guessed by now, you should know I will NEVER use this company again! I will tell anyone I know who is moving not to use this company. Please save your money and use someone else.

I have never hired movers before. I would hire Superman again in a heartbeat. The three men who showed up to unpack the Uhaul were professional, cheerful, competent, and strong. They did a refrigerator swap, and handled it perfectly. Most impressive, they moved a loom weighing almost 400 lb. to the loom room, exactly where I wanted it. The office staff was also helpful. I had to reschedule my unpacking date, and they were accommodating. I was called the day before my move and offered a later time if the early one was not satisfactory. I am now happily moved into my house thanks to the unloading prowess and organization of Superman Movers.

The entire process from start to finish was smooth and professional. The movers came on one of the worst weather days of snow and icy roads and were hard working, fast, and efficient. I have had my motorhome stored at Superman for the winter. This being my first winter having it I didn't think that the battery would be dead. Clint was amazing in helping me get my motorhome charged and ready to go. My five year old son would have been so disappointed had I not shown up with the motorhome. Superman moving was quick, prompt and attentive to my requests. When they arrived and walked through the house they did not feel I was going to fit into my moving container. Due to the fact that I was moving from Alaska to the Lower 48, this was very stressful for me. They pulled off a miracle however due to their knowledge of packing moving containers and were able to get all of my goods in the moving container. They were professional and courteous and I highly recommend them.
