My overall experience was really good. The terminal called to set up a delivery appointment. Then, the next day the driver showed up within the window provided. I got my TV stand and felt a great sense of joy come over me. It came without any damage. WTG Estes...excellent service.

Terrible service from start to finish. The Home Depot uses this company so be warned. I was told my shipment was coming, took time off of work, no one showed up. For ten days they were not even sure where my shipment was, when it did finally arrived it was severely damaged.

For me, Estes provides the best price and customer service over all the other carriers we utilize. Our driver is very helpful and friendly, our account rep is always helping us utilize Estes services to their fullest and most importantly, shipments are picked up and delivered on time DAMAGE FREE. I would highly recommend Estes Freight to others.

PRODUCT sat on dock all day then we were told it would be sent first thing the next day that morning we were told it would be 3-5. Had we not called back to express our concern we and our customer would have been yet another day behind. Thankful Tim has tried to correct the problem.

Hired by Norman Shutter Company (International Company) to deliver pallets of shutters to me, a whole sale vendor. When they took the contract, specific instructions require the parcel to be delivered on the pallet and not to be broken. Driver had three pallets, two of which were too large to drop off of lift gate (all other delivery companies do not have a problem). Driver wanted me to unpack them with him, however I was leaving for a job and could not assist. Driver rudely said too many pieces for him to unload, thus he will not deliver. Later that afternoon, called the dispatch to let them know I had myself and two others to assist. Driver returned and we got the parcel. At the conclusion, my assistant (whom I had to pay to get this unloaded) thanked the driver. His remark was "If you didn't assist, this would of never happened (been delivered)". As for customer service, hope this company has lots of business. For I have fired them via Norman. They may have lost the entire Southern Colorado and Northern New Mexico. Norman is the largest supplier of shutters in the world holding about 50% of total market. I personally would find another company if you need class and service.

Horrible customer service. Ray at the Colorado springs location was rude, he cancelled our delivery without telling us and tried to blame it on me. We had to pick up ourselves after waiting 4 hours on them. We didn't have a choice because Home Depot used them to transport our flooring order but we will never use them in the future and will not recommend them to anyone.

Pretty bad! Not only was the shipment 3 weeks late, but the truck driver was too lazy to deliver to my house and gave the BS excuse that "the road looked dangerous", so I had to pick it up myself. Interesting, my neighbors and I all have bigger trailers than their delivery trucks and we have no problem getting in and out. Same with Fed Ex and UPS. As a point of fact one of my neighbors moved recently and hired a company that came in with a full sized semi, and they didn't have problems. But that's fine, there are other shipping companies, this one clearly doesn't care much about customer satisfaction.

The driver, Jeff, was amazing! Our pallets were the wrong size to fit under his pallet jack, but he didn't give up. He went the extra mile and figured out how to get the shipment loaded anyway.

You absolutely cannot believe how rough they are with delivering. I've had multiple appliances and home furniture damaged, even the replacements are damaged. They won't accept responsibility.

These guys are such a joke. I just called to get a delivery date for an extremely large shipment. I was told via phone when I asked for a date after "Rick" laughed, that they couldn't give us a date and that they would call 4 hours before deliver and there is a 5 day window. That's a pretty large time frame to be ready to expect our shipment. Our world doesnt revolve around shipping. Your world should revolve around our needs. I would avoid this company at all costs for future business. What kind of shipping company cant give you a specific day? Unless they have no logistics professionals. Every other company I have ever used has been very accommodating. Estes is absurd and bottom rate at best.

I ordered a Kohler kitchen sink. I never received it, but that is NOT the reason for my poor review of Tracey, and Estes. After Estes and Tracy not being able to locate my sink they continually refuse to call me back, and are extremely rude when I contact them. Tracey continues to pass the buck about not calling me (Stars someone else wadd suppose to do that, after she said SHE would). I understand that things happen sometimes, and deliveries get lost but that is no reason to be rude to your customers, and hang up on them. A delivery service that loses a package needs to have empathy for the customer who did not get their delivery and continue to be patient. If there are other options of shipping institutions please use them! Shipper beware!!!!

I use Estes almost daily for shipping LTL and have very few problems. When I do have a problem I just simply call my rep Eric and he always handles any problem quickly and fairly. They always show up to pick up shipments same day and i have still not had to file for a damage claim. I am very satisfied with the company and will continue to use them as my primary shipper for years to come.

The Staff at the Colorado Springs Terminal are awesome. Eric, Rick and Ann are the best! Anytime we need some hand holding on our shipments or a problem arises, they are there to make sure it is taken care of!

Loxley, AL location: Not only did they work with us ay the location, but we had to drive a good distance away and on the way they called to let us know that there was a package that just arrived for us (But there was a guy in a different state on the 800 number that was an ass)

DO NOT USE TO SHIP!!! They wouldn't let me open a package that was breakable to inspect for internal damage until I called multiple times. Apparently it is the company policy to not allow a customer to inspect for internal damage which just isn't right. The policy is designed to get them off the hook of paying a claim on proudct they damage and stick the customer with the bill.
