Pathetic customer service..called for inquiry..but they just shuffled my call across multiple people and no one had any answer. Either have a better IVRS system or train your staff here to direct specific queries.

Blacklisted: Incompetent and rude. My customer used them once, terrible experience. Attempted to use them a second time, and they were incredibly rude. Blacklisted. Save yourself the headache.
