I really like coming here last month. The lobby is awesome! I sure like the new soda fountain machine setup, so many options to choose from. The movie area is awesome too. It's never too crowded and the seats are nice and comfy! The theaters here in Casper sure have upgraded since I was a kid.

I scheduled my daughter's birthday party here; the manager went above and beyond to make a great experience. Personable, created a birthday table and decorated, provided and the drinks and goodies (including pixie sticks), roped off our seats. Wow, amazing! Thanks, we had a great time!

I like the Mesa Theater. The reclining seats are nice. They make it a lot like watching a movie at home except it's a big screen. There is also enough room that you don't have to mess with your seat or legs when someone wants past you. If you go on a Tuesday most of the movies are $6 even at night. Cooper shows and 3d shows cost more.

Good theater, comfortable seating, usually fairly clean... BUT, I've seen clogged, overflowing toilets go unfixed/uncleaned for the duration of an entire movie. Mentioned this to staff and they said "yeah, we know" and then walked in the opposite direction.

I like seeing movies here for the most part. Its good concessions, visual and audio quality, etc. Seats comfortable. There's a couple of things I don't like though. One is the ridiculous way that the theaters are numbered. It just makes it hard to find the one you are looking for really. I would understand if it were some kind of way to advertise to people with posters in the hallway but the hallway is just a bunch of posters and stills from REALLY old movies. Like the dawn of film to the 50's movies. It's more like they are forcing you to celebrate the history of film? Maybe? I don't get it. That's not TOO big a deal, really. Just an annoyance. What really gets me is how completely understaffed they are. I don't know if the management there is just an AWFUL boss or something but when I go there they seem to have like two people in the entire building. Maybe 3, and that third person is just darting between the register and cleaning the theaters, doing their best. Tonight was December 15th, and the date that The Last Jedi started being massively seen by audiences. I don't know if this theater had any early screenings or anything. Either way, the movie is huge and you would think that there would be more staff to handle tickets and food sales for it, not to mention all the other movies. The film could have been completely ruined for my husband and I, by a drunk man in the audience. He was very obviously drunk. We were like two rows away and could smell the alcohol. He kept talking during the movie, and had an open bottle of either whiskey or rum in the cup holder. He made the both of us nervous so my husband went to get an usher or something. Apparently he got the manager guy, who did......nothing. The manager came in, and stood by the entry way. Just stood there. I made sure to get his attention (quietly) and point to the drunk man. The manager nodded. And continued to do nothing. He stood there for like 10 minutes, and now there were just two people making us incredibly nervous. After that the manager left. After a while the drunk man left on his own too, leaving clothing behind, and spilling his alcohol, stinking up the theater. Thanks manager guy! You helped? (That's sarcasm and obviously I don't give manager guy any of the credit.) So my husband missed part of the movie we have been waiting to see for years, we felt incredibly nervous, grossed out, and disappointed in management staff. The 3 stars is literally just because TLJ was really good. So yeah, go see it. Just, somewhere else.

Definitely a 5-Star experience. We went and saw Alita: Battle Angel. Great movie. The seats are amazing in this theatre. They recline and they are leather. Great picture and audio on the movie as well. Definitely recommend this over any theatre.

We decided to go out and skip dinner to grab the food from the theater. I chose pizza. They were out and so we substituted loaded cheesy tots. They were tater tots smothered in cheese, sour cream, bacon and chives! Sooooo good! I would not have ordered them normally but I'm glad they were out of pizza. The chairs reclined and were a calming teal color. The nutty bavarian nuts were on sale. Buy 1 get 1 for a discounted price. We saw "Us". And it was a great experience. Will definitely be back!

all of the Studio City movie theathers are very nice. i usually go to the Studio City Mesa West, but i went to a showing at Studio City East tonight. they have actually done some nice rennovations to their theaters and it was a nice and fun experience as usual.

Went to see Avengers End Game and they played a trailer with a spoiler in it. Spoiled the movie I was seeing as I sat down to watch it. Only reason I didn't give it one star was the fact that the theater is pretty nice.

Tried to watch a movie there, but this one customer texting, ruined the whole start of the movie for me. I asked him several times to stop, turn the phone off. He refused. I did get my money back, I wanted to see the movie. When I came out to complain, he got a warning. He should have been asked to leave. That's why I gave a bad review. The manager didn't have the stuff to do the right thing.
