It's a nice 10 screen theater. Too bad there's no dine-in experince. The seats recline and have seat warmers which come in handy if you get cold easily.

New movie spot ! So far, the people were nice, everything was clean, and spacious. The chairs recline just the right amount eliminating the presaure on people's lower back. The seats are also HEATED! I get very cold during movies so I was very excited! The heat was perfect for me but I can see people thinking it maybe too hot. Also for those who love to cuddle with their children or significant other the middle piece between chairs lift!! ** we have not tasted the food yet**

Went here to see endgame and loved it. Theatres are top of the line I'll only be watching movies here from now on. I love how they have a minimal lobby, instead choosing to devote maximum space to big screens. Food selection (and popcorn) is very poor but as expected

Small theater room with very comfortable seats. My one complaint is that I could hear sounds from neighboring screens but that's not unusual at multiplexes. I didn't get any snacks but liked the sign for "surf and turf" -- Swedish fish and a hotdog!

Went there for a free movie on opening night, it was great. Nice theater with reclining seats and seat warmers. They have advanced recycling stations, with spots for composting and such. Bathrooms were nice. They were even advertising discount days!

Definitely a great movie theater! It's so beautiful inside! Shoot there is even an extra sink in the hallway(I am like what!?!) Oh and get this not only they have recliners but they are also heated too!!! You can not beat that:D Now if only they do dine in!!!

Needs more concession options, and their prices need to be lowered. $3.75 for the same bag of chips I can get at family dollar for $1. The popcorn is good. And the theaters are clean with comfy heated and reclinable seats. Sound is super clear and very high def screen. I've only been in the XD room so I don't know if its just the screen in there, or if all are that clear.

The movie theatre was nice but we waited at a cash register and she couldn’t take cash and we had to wait in another line. Then we wanted one bottle of water but she said to get tap water. Then she charged us six dollars for tap water which is normally FREE.

For about a month this theater has had a hot water problem. The water in all of the sinks has been boiling hot. Their solution is to put signs at the sinks warning us about the temperature. Thanks for the warning but how are all the kids supposed to wash their hands? I brought it to the managers attention and he seemed shocked that the water was hot. He was under the impression it was fixed. If it's an ongoing problem there needs to be a temporary solution. Hand sanitizer stations should be set up while the water situation is dealt with. If the water is too hot to wash hands, patrons are walking around with post bathroom germs all over them and touching everything, the seats, the walls, their food. Fix the water! Also, one bathroom? Who designed this place?

Really a NO STAR RATING. Never going back AGAIN. It was my first visit to the theater. I am 25 years old and was trying to watch a rated r movie with my teenage sisters. They would not let me buy the tickets because I was not their parent. But again, I am of age. Never have I ever heard of something like this. I’m not upset because of their policy so much and I was just treated with such disrespect from the cashier. Terrible customer service. Just gave me a nasty attitude as soon as she saw me with my sisters. Just rude. After leaving, I then called for the manager, which I should have asked for on the spot l, but didn’t. After speaking to the manager, he only made excuses for the cashier. Cashier then stated I was trying to buy tickets and then leave. As if I was buying tickets for someone else? I asked for 3 tickets, there were three of us. Not even a simple apology was given over the phone from the “manager”. Staff needs a serious lesson on customer service. Clearly they have No knowledge of it, let alone know how to just talk to a person with respect.

What an experience!! I loved the variety of food on the menu. The theaters are beautiful and the chairs recline and have heaters! It's a bit pricey for the food. I saw Yesterday there and I had a delightful experience. I definitely recommend going there for a movie.

Horrible customer service. Cashiers are allowed to be rude to customers and when i tried to complain to the manager he made excuses for the staff. This theatre is litteraly down the block from my home and I would rather drive to AMC.

Had a bad experience this evening at this theater when I had over $200 stollen. Aacidentaly left my wallet in my seat we were the last to leave the theater. I walked out not even a whole 60 seconds later went back to get my wallet and the money was gone. The managers did not introduce themselves as managers or give their names. They were disorganized and not responsive. It took a long time for an manager to respond to the issue. The most likely person who took the money was an employee but the managers were dismissive and barely took the sitation seriously. Had to call the police. Never have had something stollen before, shocked at the response from staff, never will I return to this theater. Consider going to another theater that take security and concern for their customers more seriously.

This was our first visit. Almost brand new theatre on Route 22 East and Terrill Road. Great parking, easy to get in and out of. The concession items are pricey. The seats are very comfortable and recline. Surround sound is great.

What made this place great are the employees! We ordered chicken tenders and I was advised that this will be a long wait. I said it’s ok since we’re early for the movie anyway. One lady from the counter volunteered to accompany us to our seats so she can see where we sit and she will just bring the order to us. Now this is customer service at its best! I’ve never seen this on any non dine in movie theater. All of the employees are very nice and positive and because of this, I’m convinced to buy membership. Great job everyone!

I thought it was really clean and fresh which will hopefully not change. The motorized heated and reclining seats are awesome. When the credits were rolling, the staff were dancing along to the music with their brooms, which, is awesome.

I can only give them 3 stars due to their concession service. I've been here a few times since it opened and even when there is no line at the concession stand the service is is still slow. When its crowded they still won't open the other registers and today they ran out of large popcorn tubs. How is that?

I was so excited when I saw this location being built in NJ. You do not have to pay for membership but it's worth it if you are a regular visitor. Also Tuesdays you get a great deal at about half price. Check online for restrictions. If you like you can just sign up as a regular without the monthly fee and take advantage of the App convenience of reserved seating and coupons. I am familiar with Cinemark theaters in PA having comfortable roomy seating, spacious theaters and awesome sound quality. We didn't watch an XD film today but the regular theater quality was great! We had to wait a little bit at concessions but were able to get everything we wanted. Cashier was not the friendliest but the person who gathered our order was cheerful and helpful. About the goodies: Nachos: HORRIBLE. Pretzel bites: GREAT! Popcorn: your average theater popcorn! Fresh tastes best. Tenders and potato wedges: Thumbs UP!They have candies, fountain drinks, icee. Etc. This location also has premium products like : Pizza Hut pizza and Hershey's big warm cookie pie. There is a separate counter area for Starbucks hot or frozen drinks and Edy's Scooped Ice Cream. Once we picked up our food at concessions we were able to go straight to the podium. Scan the barcode on the app received a ticket stub receipt and headed into the theater. No wait. Great sound quality (not too loud), U shaped screen, electric luxury recliners with extendable foot rests. Unfortunately the theater did not have personal seating tables for all our goodies so I ended up using the empty seat next to us. Reserved seating is the way to go to save time at the ticket line. We got great seats and were able space our seating far enough from others they would not have to hear us chewing. Overall, new clean and pristine theater. Carpet and seating well maintained. Bathrooms very clean. Customer service needs some work but it is still fairly new location so hopefully they can workout the quirks.

Great movie theater. Very comfortable, reclining seats and finally some leg room for someone over six feet tall. Worst part of my experience was my GPS thought it was somewhere else in Watchung. Only surprise was the theater I was in was a tad warm. I was expecting it to be more air-conditioned considering how muggy it was this evening (my glasses fogged up when I got out of the car)

Went to the opening of Avengers Endgame. The house lights were out and I fell down a small set of stairs. Broke the back of my phone and no one ever got back to me. Everyone had difficulty finding their seats in the dark. It took a long time to start movie as sound and picture were constantly out of sync. Since no one ever got back to me I cannot recommend going here at this time.

First time since it's open. Very nice place from the entrance of the parking lot to the door. Very well organized but what I didnt expect was when you walk in as a brand new place and very presentable outside area, I didnt expect inside just as you walk in popcorn all over the floor, no one at the counter to purchase ticket and also the chairs on the left corner. You would expect something more decent other the party chairs as you wait for the movie. Other then that employees where very nice and inside after you give ticket looks great plus the chairs are very comfortable.

The building is spotless. Taryn, the manager was gracious and lovely and accommodating in every sense of the word. She explained the Cinemax movie program completely and I will join. The seats were super huge and comfortable. It was odd since I remember the theater as the Sears auto center for so many years. Well done Cinemark. I wish you had been there when I lived in Scotch Plains.

This movie theater is the best one I’ve been too (and I’m not a movie person). The seats are comfy and heated (and the seat warmer automatically cut off after about 15 minutes so you never have to worry about overheating). There’s plenty of space in between each row so if you have to use the restroom in the middle of the movie you’re not climbing across people. The food is decently priced. The only negative is that I had to wait 10 minutes for my food but I’ll give them an exception because there were lots of people in line. Definitely won’t be going to any other theater anytime soon.

Waiting 15 minutes in the line to buy tickets.. when finally it's my turn are you paying cash or credit I was paying cash so I had to change line and wait another 20 minutes because that line was only credit.. then buying food same thing.. waiting on the line when it's my turn are you paying cash or credit so I have to change my line again and wait another 15 to 20 minutes.. by the time I got my food my movie had already started..! And then there's people on the cash line paying with credit..!!

First time was great when it first opened. Everytime since has been unpleasant. Food area a complete mess. Never have food ready, always out of something. Couldn't find a simple napkin anywhere. Zero management everyone laughing and having personal conversations. I'll drive a little further and pay a little more before I come back to this dump again. You can bring in outside food have seen it on mulitiple occasions

I love that you don't have to wait 15 minutes when you order snacks at the concession stand and that the theater has heated seats because even in the summer I'm freezing. Recently saw Avengers Endgame here and the Lion King, and I really appreciate the amount of room between the rows of seats because I had a mom seated near me who kept walking her toddler outside and she didn't have to squeeze by everyone.

This is a brand-new multi-screen movie complex. Big screens lots of comfy chairs with cup holders that fully recline. Big snack bar.wide aisles to get to the screen you want. Big parking lot. Easy access to and from Route 22. This is right next to where the old Sears used to be. This place is no secret. Popular movies get full.

Nice cozy theater with confortable plush reclining seats with heating if preferred. In my opinion its better than AMC theater. Only thing is missing with Cinemark is the dine-in. I like the fact that you can select where you want to sit (seating selection) when purchasing tickets prior to the showing by using the app. Cleanliness of the bathrooms are satisfactory. Lot of variety goodies at the concession is perfect. Associates were well polight and professional. I give it 5 stars. Its recommendable.

Being new is always nice. Lets see, if the standard remains the same. Recliners with back heat was good. Movie theaters are compartively smaller but good enough for local community. Parking spots were little bit tight but atleast it was easier to find a spot. Best thing which I saw the presence of a cop on duty. A mall is under construction across the road, may bring larger crowd in few months and then smaller theaters may become an issue. So far a good and healthy competition for movie theaters in the neighborhood.

We had a great first experience with Spider Man Far from Home. The theater is spacious and comfortable. We saw it in 2D and enjoyed the clarity and sound but didn't really care for the curved screen. Sitting near the front caused some widescreen fish eye effect. Buy your tickets early and sit further back.

The movie was fine, the theater was fine. The consession stand was a nightmare. Employees couldn't decide whatwhat register they were using, causing several people to be cut repeatedly by new arrivals. I had to repeat my order of a small popcorn and 2 drinks to the girl four times, and she still gave me the wrong drink.

Great theater. I took my daughter to see Wonder Park on my first visit. Room was a little small but it didn’t bother me. Then I decided to treat the family to watch Avengers Endgame In XD. That was it. I was sold. It was a great experience. The screen is huge and the sound is amazing. I can’t wait for Godzilla to come out. Will definitely watch that one in XD.

This theater is by far the best in the area! Great prices, great seats (they’re heated) and cheap concessions! My wife and I do movie night every Tuesday night and when we heard this theater was opening we had to check it out! It’s about 15 minutes away from downtown Westfield, and east to get to right off of 22. Tuesday nights tickets are only $5.50 and concessions are super cheap. I got two scoops of ice cream and a package of jolly ranchers for only $7! That’s it! All of their theaters have reclining seats that are heated. I’ve never been in a theater that had heated seats before…definitely a plus! I can’t wait to experience their XD theater and will update my review then. Downside is not all of the theaters are stadium seating.

As I write this, the theater is brand new -- having opened in the past month. The seats are comfortable. The screens are large. The sound is clear and full. Unfortunately getting popcorn and other snacks is disorganized and SLOOOOOW. I had to wait on a long line for at least 10 minutes, and when I ordered (popcorn and soda, nothing complicated), it took several more minutes. They had all the registers working and lots of staff but the people didn't know how to process orders efficiently. Perhaps this will get better with time, practice and management coaching.

Cool venue with the roomy reclining seats and very nice staff! We were in the XD theater tonight which sort of helped block out the family that brought a bunch of little kids who were allowed to act as if they were in their own living room. Hobbs and Shaw is not a G rated movie people.

Seats were very spacious and comfortable. They even recline. But beware the seats can be heated and I was wondering why my rear was getting hot...lol..I don't get out much, obviously ... Staff were very courteous. Great experience all around.

Seats are very comfortable. However, the over sized seats, very wide isles between them, and relatively small theater room makes it very easy to feel too close to the screen if you are not in one of the furthest rows away from the screen. The other issue is the bathrooms, which are located past the area where they take tickets. So getting concessions from the concession stand means taking your food to the bathroom with you if you need to use the bathroom before the movie. At least if you are with someone then one of you can watch the snacks while the other one uses the restroom, so adding some bench seating to the main theater isle for people to sit on would be nice.

Excellent experience Since its new, everything is clean and in great shape. The staff is still getting their sea legs but were nice and welcoming. We bought seats late and ended up in row C - really close to the screen. But because the seats were soft and cushy. Because the seats can recline it was really comfortable and enjoyable to watch the movie. The sound system is amazing and we felt the rumble from the subwoofers. Awesome!

The chairs are so warm and especially in the winter time, I think overall this is the best movie theater I've ever went to.

This was my first time. Ordered tickets online (could've saved the online fee as the theater wasn't crowded on a Thursday). The concession stands only had one cashier, and took a while to get popcorn. No KitKats or regular M&Ms . The seating inside is small, but reasonable. Will go again!!..
