This is an awesome theater. I almost hate to tell everyone cuz they'll be there but I love this place. Met the manager. What a great guy! Also has some really cool Old Time movie posters and pictures. The seats are so comfortable they match the ones I have in my living room. Just a total pleasure!

Disappointed. In addition to paying for movie tickets, we also ordered 2 hot dogs, nachos and a large drink. We paid for our concessions and were told to pick them up at the end of the counter. No receipt or number given nor was our name taken. The young girl was very busy pulling tickets and throwing food in baskets. As she finished an order, she would call out the food item(s). Myself and 4 other people looked back and forth at each other, each of us not wanting to "cut the line", politely figured out who was there first and what order belonged to whom. Not a great system! By the time she prepared our order, she was out of hot dogs. Rather than apologizing and refunding our money, she microwaved the hot dogs. Our chips for the nachos were also dropped in the fryer and over cooked. Vegetarians beware! She cooked chips, chicken, tots and fries in the same fryer! My husband is not one to make waves, so he accepted the "food". I paid $20 for a large drink, 2 microwaved hot dogs that weren't even cooked in the middle and brunt chips! Next time, we eat before we go and bring in our own snacks and drinks.

Deliberately environmentally wasteful. If you want to drink water you have to use their PLASTIC bottles or cups. They won't let you bring in your own aluminum water bottle. Catch up with the times. I was planning to buy some popcorn, but not without something to drink, and I refuse to use single use plastic. They lost money on this money, and I won't be back to this location.

We go to the movies like 3 times a month here. We absolutely enjoy the reclining seats. The staff could be more friendly. I 100% do not recommend front row, unless you want to be nauseous and have a cramp in your neck. Food is always good, that is if they are not out of it. I wish you could use your free tickets online when making reservations.

Racist and unprofessional establishment. The “owner” is racist and the definition of aggressive, disrespectful and very unprofessional. Long story short my husband and I got moved from our seats that we chose in advance when we purchased our tickets days in advance!! so the couple not of color can sit together and be happy and comfortable totally disregarding our feelings. Never will be coming here again! Zero stars!!

This is the only theater we will go to in town. Its definitely worth paying extra especially with the reserve seating, and reclining seats. Its usually pretty clean, and employees are friendly.

Surroundings and theater itself is great...food is subpar...popcorn has gone way down hill and cooked food has gotten worse...example, dried out buns for a overpriced hotdog shouldn't happen.

This place has really stepped up their game. Comfy seats, you can buy tickets online, and they have a pretty big menu of food besides popcorn and candy. 5 years ago I wouldn't go here and now it's the only theater I will go to.

Terrible customer service! I have never been treated so disrespectfully by an employee (or in this case the ACTUAL owner). To give you a little background, I purchased my tickets online and, after showing up at the theater, sat down in what I thought were my seats. However, five minutes into the movie, a stressed out, aggressive, and impatient man (the owner), comes to my seat with a flashlight and says, "Show me your tickets!" Apparently, I failed to move fast enough because he continued to repeat the command - "Show me your tickets!" - in an aggressive and offensive tone. Finally, after I was able to produce my tickets, he proceeds to start counting seats and demanding that the couple next to us comply with the same instructions. After looking at all our tickets, he became confused because there was an overlap in our seats (two of us had a ticket for seat 10). He then proceeded to tell us to get up and follow him out of the theater. After leaving the theater in his confused and frantic state, the man finally figured out that we had accidently sat in the wrong row. At this point, he tried to "comfort" us by telling us it was okay and people sit in the wrong seats accidently all the time. This really rubbed me the wrong way because he acted like we were the only ones in the wrong. I will admit that we were in the wrong seats unintentionally; however, the way he treated us and the automatic accusation was off-putting. After he dragged us from the theater, I expected an apology, not an offer of forgiveness. I am not sure if he has a negative outlook on all of humanity, or if he simply thinks Cheyenne residents are trying to sneak into theaters and steal other customers' seats. If the owner treats customers this way, I do not even want to imagine how the employees who do not have a vested interest in the business treat people. So, if comfy seats are worth being harassed and missing part of the movie when the owner decides to drag you out and interrogate you, then go Capitol. However, you better pray to God that you do not accidently sit in the wrong place. If he had been respectful and asked, "Sir, may I please see your tickets? It looks like you may be sitting in the wrong seat," I would have had no issues. However, shining a light in my face and demanding, "Show me you tickets!" repeatedly is not the way to do business. Respect for others is an underrated quality.

I love going here to see movies. The seats are very comfortable. I have even fallen asleep in them at a late night showing after a long day at work. I am waiting to try their expanded menu when they get their remodeling done. I love their new drink station, so many choices of flavor combinations.

Great theater, the thicket prices are very reasonable for the quality of theater that you sit in. The reclining seats are a huge plus. The concessions prices are very high, but overall for a date night for 2 people it was about $40.

WOW!!! Watched my first movie there last weekend. It was the most comfortable movie experience ever!! I was well worth a few extra bucks to be able to fully recline, choose my seats prior to arriving, and not worrying that inconsiderate people would be kicking the back of my seat the entire movie. Best of all, we weren’t crammed in like sardines. FANTASTIC!!!

We watched endgame in the ARQ theater and frankly it was amazing. The seating is set up so you have far more room to yourself and the quality was spectacular.

Everyone is always very polite, the reclining seats are extremely comfortable (I have a bad back so that's saying something), the soda machines with multiple options and flavour add-ins are great, and the ability to purchase your tickets ahead of time while reserving an exact seat is incredibly convenient! I always highly recommend this theater.

Had so much fun with my sister! We went to a late showing of the new horror movie, Crawl, and we were the only in the theatre. The staff was very nice and the recliner chairs were super comfortable and well kept. Also huge concessions stand and pre booking available online!

I really liked this theater and the prices were reasonable. I love the seating with reclinable comfy chairs. No one right in front of you to see over either. the only downside would be it was really hard to find. Even when it got there we didn't see a sign that said it was there. there's a big sign out on the highway though you just have to be able to follow through this alley between two big buildings and there's a big parking lot and to the east of the lot is the theater.

Super easy kiosk to print your online tickets. Overpriced concessions just like at every theater everywhere. They have the cool fountain drink dispenser you can customize your drink. Very comfortable recliner seats. Bathrooms at 930 in the morning not as clean as you would think/hope and kind of old toilet seats that were cracked and porous. Overall average theater experience.

If you're looking for a comfortable movie experience, this is your best bet in town. Concessions are pricey, as you'd expect, but the reclining seats are nice. One word of caution: the theater does not own the parking lot. If anything happens to your car, or customers block you in due to barely-visible lines in the parking lot, you're on your own. Management will provide little-to-no assistance.

Has been remodeled so that the seats are now the big cushy leather recliner seats. Best place in town to see a movie. The consestion stand has everything you would come to expect, the drink fountain is one of those where you can select any flavor combination you want, so if you want a cherry lime sprite there you go. You can preselect your seats online.

The remodel of this theater is incredible. They have the most comfortable reclining leather seats which are nicely spaced out, even better than the ones in Laramie. The stadiums are huge with giant curved screens so it's a lot easier to really get immersed into the movies. The staff is very friendly, and of course the concessions are pricey but they have at least 4 of the soda machines where you can mix and match any flavors. Like Cherry Vanilla Pepsi, etc. I'll always be coming here from now on!

If you forget dinner and want to feel like your in your lazy boy at home watching a movie, but on a much greater screen and awesome sound then you would love this experience. You choose your seats and get literally an electronic controlled lazy boy with cup holders and they have things like jalapeno peppers and hot dogs and all kinds of different foods. We loved this theatre.

He found me 11 seats at the last minute and called Casper to tell them what happened and refund my credit card. We so appreciate his time and effort to straighten out a mess that I created. He saved my 8 yr olds birthday!

This is a great little theater. They have recently renovated and put in recliner chairs. Now you get to feel like you are watching the movie from the comfort of your home! On Tuesday nights they have half price movies which is a real incentive to go every week. The concessions are a little on the expensive side so we're taking off one star for that.

I love this thetere. When i fist saw it i thought it was those small nasty no business and uncomfortable movie theatre. But hey Its smoll, clean, and the worker's are incredibly polite. Its not crowded(big for me becuase i hate large groups off people) plus its nice and comfy to go with family and friends. I love it so much. Id come every Friday even though i live in denver. Props guys.

Best movie theater in town by a long shot. Maybe the best for a long ways. I haven't needed to go to a large mall or metrolux type of place for a long time. Real butter, perfectly popped corn. Friendly helpful staff, clean restrooms, family changing room/bathroom. Reclining oversized seating in several of there Theatres. Excellent self check in (if you ordered tickets online). This is an independently owned facility. Sound system is way top notch. Owners are always working to improve the facility. I am very thankful this is in my community. They do serve hot dogs, and nachos if your hungry. Huge candy selection. Decent website.

It's always so much fun! The new chairs that recline are the best and they've added food to the concession! Popcorn is always my must have favorite with extra extra butter but I occasionally get a pretzel with cheese LOL! ALL the staff is nice and ALWAYS friendly. We get movie perks and rewards and it's usually a great time! Good job, everyone! The only thing you could change lowering ticket prices a bit and the world would be a better place! LOL Thank you ❤❤❤

Best movie theater in town. Comfortable, wide, electronic reclining seats, plenty of room. Renewed my interest in going to the movies. Staff is always friendly. Snacks are expensive as usual, but they have a rewards program that eases the pain. You can buy tickets and reserve seats online, or when you buy your ticket in person. If I were to log one complaint, it would be the parking lot. It needs repainted badly, it's comedic how some people park when they don't have lines to follow, but it also creates safety concerns. In the end, once you get inside, it's a great place to see a movie. I recommend it.

They ran the vacuum during the movies which we could hear, the staff wasn't super friendly. The seats are nice, place was clean for having so much traffic and the quality of the movie and sound were good too.

By far the best movie theater in cheyenne! The employees were extremely helpful and the seating was comfortable. Overall great experience and would return back to this theater any time. The food was also good but it is on the pricey side. The movies are reasonably priced which makes up for the cost of the food.

Theater #3 Awesome sound, deep bass, good sound levels, vocals excellent, excellent picture quality to Row 'D', transducer input in seats synced to movie picture and sound added a powerful Dynamic to the movie experience. The seats are very comfortable. I had a grand experience watching the movie Aquaman.

Nice theater. Very date night and family friendly. The lazy boy stadium seating is comfortable and homey. The screens are bigger than life, sounds systems are booming and the bathrooms are clean. The staff is very helpful and the food is typical movie fare... Pretty tasty. A great experience!
