First time here...new to resident to Cody. Love the facilities, however, was very confusing where to go with pre-purchased tickets. They don't have a person collecting tickets beyond the concessions counter. So, you either wait in line or cut through people to get up to the concessions counter just so they can print them out again. Why bother buying them in advance if still have to wait in line or make people mad by cutting up front?? One man got so mad, he started mouthing off at me...sorry guy...didn't know the process and for sure won't waste my time doing an online purchase again for tickets. No point.

A very clean and enjoyable facility! We hadn't been to the movies in 20 some years. We took the kids for their first experience at a theater to see Maleficent 2, Mistress of Evil. They had an excellent time. I highly recommend this movie theater to anyone in the area.

I've grown up with this theater and love it. The seats all have cup holders and are VERY comfortable. Plus, you can't beat the prices (especially on 3D features). Great staff and now features digital projection on all screens.

I've seen a lot of movies here and the staff is always friendly. They almost always get the "big" movies when they first come out and even seem to throw in some classics here and there. They do midnight premieres as well. They have 4 theatres and usually start playing movies in the late afternoon and run into the late evening. The only thing I've noticed recently is that the volume has been slightly lower than is typical for a theatre experience the last few times I've been there. Great theatre overall!

I was impressed with this place because it was a very friendly place that seemed to be well run and relaxed at the same time. No I didn't think that the prices were cheap but I guess it's not any more expensive than any other cinemas. The seats were extremely comfortable like being in a lazy boy that rocks with cup holders for your drinks. Also it's kept very clean. Great place to watch a movie!

Don't let the mere 4 screens fool you, it's clean and staff is friendly. If you can afford the Luxury theater, go for it. Very comfy to sit in a leather recliner! Snacks are costly, but it's easy to smuggle your own in. (They don't seem to mind)

We go a couple of times a week and are never disappointed. The popcorn is always good and all the snacks and drinks are very reasonably priced. The new luxury seating is great! It's perfect for people who find normal theater seats too uncomfortable or for those who like a big, comfortable, reclining seat.

25 years ago Tony Beaverson had The Big Horn Cinema Theater built in Cody, Wyoming. I was skeptical because of the height of DVD renting and Cody people taking in movies at theaters while shopping in Billings. Well, Tony's dream has came through and lived well 25 years. Tony has provided a wonderful entertainment service for Cody. The Big Horn Theater 4 screens (stadium & 3D) have a strong attendance. Tony's Theater is classy and state-of-the Art. He gets new movies as soon as he can and shows them for ample time to get there. He also gives a discount to Schools, community groups, and special showings. Thanks Tony for your vision 25 years ago and made it happen by your passion for Cody and the movies!

This is a great little theater, don't let the 4 screens fool you! Very clean and well maintained and the luxury seating is completely worth the extra money! The prices are actually reasonable for a movie night whether it's just a couple or the whole family, they even have specials that you can afford in concessions, plus free popcorn refills. Oh and since it's small, you don't have to sprint down 3 hallways and navigate a labyrinth to get to the restroom so no more missing the good parts.

Just went and saw The Upside tonight and had to spend the whole time with a baby behind me being soothed and patted to try and keep the baby quiet. Super aggravating and when I tried to let someone know, there was no one in the lobby area or behind the counters. Tried to speak to someone after the movie was over and there was no one to be found. I went to the 6:30pm movie. Tried to call the movie theater phone to see if anyone would pick up while I was still in the parking lot and can’t get through. Saying all this will probably make no difference though :(

This is probably the best movie theater in the Big Horn Basin. The prices are reasonable and they redid it a while back so it's stadium seating and the seats are way more comfy. This is about the only place in the area to watch new releases. Good place and it's been around a long time.

I was in Cody for vacation and wanted to see a movie. I stumbled on this theater and was pleasantly surprised. A very clean facility, polite staff, and the prices weren't bad. Only complaint is refills for drinks are a dollar.
