As you can read, it reaches an reviews average is very high, and it is based on a very high number of reviews, so we can say that the assessment is quite faithful. If people have bothered to give their score when they've done well with the service, is that it works.
You know that we don't usually bother to set tatings when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Movie Theater is included in the category of Movie theater.
After the remodel it's much nicer, and the new seating is great!
Super nice theater. It was so comfortable!
It was quite nice clean and quite
Expensive and rude ....punk kids were coming in every five min throughout the movie making sure u were in your assigned seats outrageous prices no military discount
No reason for ads to be so loud!!!!
Awesome theatre with comfy oversized seating! Clean and fun !
Great place to see movie! Love the new seats,!!
Recently remodeled to include super comphy theatre seating and nice lobby.
Movie started 18 minutes after scheduled showtime. Had to sit in front or pay double for "VIP" seats in the back. First time I sat in front in 35 years. The sign in front never says whats playing anymore. Used to be a 5 star theater. Now I hope someone else builds a competing theater soon.
Don't like that us seniors are forced to do VIP sittings for some of the shows. Have to sit too close to fount and hard on the eyes. Also lines are too long to get tickets when at concession counter!
Won't be returning to this theater. My wife and I went to a show during the afternoon on a weekday. Only tickets were VIP for the movie we wanted to see so we had to pay an extra $3 each. Don't know how they figure which show to charge the extra money for, but it's not worth it to us. I can wait a few weeks for it to be available from Redbox for a lot cheaper than this place. Ta ta.
Very comfy. No special Tuesday pricing, though. Extra comfy chairs with more legroom available for more money.
It's a nice theatre especially after the remodel but I wish their showtimes were on the sign by the road like they used to be. It's just a black unlit sign now.
I hadn't been to the theater in almost two years. I went for a matinee this afternoon, and I found a few changes. There's no longer a ticket booth upon entry. Now we need to go to the concession counter to buy tickets. It's not very efficient since the lines for popcorn move slower than a ticket line. I suppose the point is to sell more popcorn! The seat upgrades are comfy, though!
Nice movie theatre in the north woods. Perfect for the kids when it rains all day while you're at the cabin.
A little expensive but the VIP seating is very comfortable!
Newly remodeled. Comfortable seating.
Friendly people and good food.
Thank you for a wonderful night. We were there for our anniverasry. Movie was awesome
Opened late, however theater was clean and staff was efficient
I appreciate they have Christian movies and the latest Unplanned is a must see! Thank you for showing this!
Has 8 Different theaters within you have the option of VIP seating which provides you with more space comfort and a little more privacy if you don't mind paying the extra it's well worth it. Regular seating is not uncomfortable by any means as the theater was just recently updated. Concession is pricy.
The VIP seating is awesome, just very expensive for our small town. They would probably make a ton more $$$ if they lowered the prices a bit.
I love that you can get comfortable seats
Love the new updates to this theater. Big carpet of michigan at front doors, updated touchscreen controls, VIP seating, and improved vending areas. The space also looks less cluttered with a more modern feel. Free soda refills are also a huge plus from the previous theater.
Would give a higher rating but half froze to death in there. Made it hard to enjoy the movie.
70 dollars for a family of 4 to go to the movies tonight. Nothing extravagant purchased, 1 popcorn, 3 drinks, twizzlers, and cotton candy. For this price you should get a massage while you watch a movie.
Seen Avengers Endgame. Loved it.
Beautiful renovation and not a bad seat in the house. Food is great. Recommend for everyone
Nice for the area. Definitely doesn't come close to metropolitan theaters. The VIP seating is comfortable, but without stadium seating, it's not worth the money.
Small screens, clean.
Always clean. Friendly staff. Prices are outrageous... nice treat once in awhile.
Always enjoy movies here . Popcorn and soda a bit pricey though
Very nice theater. Good staff, clean. Only thing that buds me if that there isn't a lit up sign near the road advertising the movies that are there.
Nice enough place to catch a flick.
Everything was easy. Popcorn bowl was large. Seats were made to cuddle as well.
Love the new updates
Friendly staff, reasonable prices. I have never had a bad experience in over 20 years!
Obviously all the good reviews are from Yoopers that never experienced real theaters. Ive been down state for 20 years going to theaters like Star, Amc, Emagine, Cinemark and Imax. SO I HAVE PLENTY TO COMPARE TO!!! This place is a joke. 1st off you buy a seat then go into the theater to find out general admission is the first 4 rows only. If you don't buy premium seating your kissing the screen and will be told to go back to your seat if you move back to an empty unsold premium seat (which I understand that part). Salt is free on your popcorn but you must pay extra for flavor seasonings. Also they are to cheap to finish the sign out front at the highway to tell you which movies are actually playing. So you drive by a blank sign and say to yourself... I wonder what movies are playing this week?. Thank you Thomas Theaters for ruining my home town theater.
I love this place.
Went to have a great night with family and the girl at the counter was rude and even rolled her eyes at my husband. If it wants for the movie the whole experience would have sucked
Expensive five dollars for a fountain soda six bucks for popcorn a bit much
Clean, enjoyable experience. Sound was pretty loud for how empty the theater was (Tuesday afternoon matinee).
Burr...turn up the heat
Luxury seating leaves a lot to be desired.
The movie was very good. However I don't think I should have to pay more to sit in the back of the theater.
A bit pricey, but hell, watching endgame was a great experience!
Love the VIP seats
Friendly, efficient employees. Clean theaters. V.I.P. seating and fair prices too. Good time at the movies.
Love the people that work there!
Very nice place in general. The VIP seats are very nice, the normal seats are great too, and the popcorn is perfect. Although the food isn't cheap.
Very nice layout, clean & friendly, helpful employees!
Love this small town theater
Thomas theatre Co. has done a super job at redoing the inside of the Quinnesec movie theatre! Seats are really nice and they have everything now at the front desk, as far as tickets, popcorn, and other items.
Remodeled, and NOT for the better. You NOW have to purchase show tickets in the snack line and you wait FOREVER to get your tickets. From now on it's pay-per-view for me!
I agree with the writer who indicated that the commercials should be age appropriate for audience. Drug overdose ad was inappropriate for the 5-7 yr olds watching Rock Dog. The price is reasonable for reserved seats. In Chicago, we pay a lot more for less.
Great experience for my 5 year old's first movie! We chose the VIP seats, which were amazingly comfy, and the upcharge was very little for the extra convenience. As this was my first time at this particular cinema, I was extremely pleased with the experience and will definitely be back!
They have regular and "vip" seating and multiple formats
Very nice and well furnished but upset to see that so many movies that were advertised didn't even make it to this theater :(
Great experience
Speaking with several other senior citizens we are greatly disappointed in the seating arrangements. We really used to enjoy going to matinees and senior pricing. Now in order to get senior pricing we have to sit in the front rows. It appears you can do without our patronage.
Nice place to go from time to time
Disappointed by the ever increasing prices and the fact that thr VIP seating takes up well over half of some theatres, leaving the only option of sitting very close to the screen if you do not splurge on the even more expensive VIP seats.
Great price Monday's
Love this place specially since they upgraded
Loved it
Great place!!
Use to love this Theatre until they started cramming the VIP Seating down our throats at the Matinees! We should be able to pick & choose our seating. The seating doesn't even have foot rests that go up it down & there is no lower lumbar support. Most are in the back rows also (except for the couple of auditoriums saved for matinee features). So what are we paying for? Nothing special there!
Great place to see a movie, the upgrade really improved the experience, but food and soda is way too expensive.
Great place, good people
Screens are a bit small but I love the service here. Their popcorn is great, it is clean and the seats are very comfortable. If you get VIP seating, the seats are large and roomy however they do not recline.
Comfortable
In a small town area this place is a great escape, clean comfy and good quality
Outstanding very spacious comfy chairs and very clean. I would definitely go back.
Great theater. State of the art, clean and friendly atmosphere.
Super comfy seats. The movie was great!
The remodeled building is nice, but maybe try tailoring the commercials as you wait for the movie to the type of crowd that will be at that movie. We brought our daughter to see Lego Batman and there was a commercial about a prescription drug overdose that was absolutely inappropriate for children. We were shocked and disgusted. There were a few other commercials that were questionable as well. Maybe get some kid friendly commercials or skip showing the commercials at kids movies all together.
Love the place. Very clean. It's not cheap. But worth it.
I dislike movies. Even free ones. Even if there is a movie I want to see they don't show it. Have to go to Green Bay. I dislike this place. Their popcorn is not good. Plenty of parking Then again the place is always empty.
I absolutely love the VIP seating.
There is way to much salt on the popcorn which leads to heart disease, kidney problems, and hypertension or high blood pressure. It would be my suggestion to cut the salt in 1/2 customers could add more salt if they prefer. Restaurants are providing more healthy choices I suggest the same for the theater. My tongue and lips burned so bad I had to throw the popcorn away.
A little pricey but nice movies
Newer seats much more comfortable Service person s were nice
People were very friendly and it was a very nice clean theater
Have always enjoyed our visits here. Even though we are particular on our movie choices, we've never been dissatisfied. The facilities are more than adequate, specially after their renovations. I've read about size and choice complaints, but for an area this size with customer counts, this is a a great place for movie entertainment.
Bohemian Rapsidy was great
For it being in a smaller area it is a decent theatre. Been there a couple of times and they have comfortable seats.
Clyde and I went to see the movie, I Can Only Imagine, this afternoon. It is a great movie and so nice to walk out of the theater feeling better than when you went in!
Never coming back. Horrible service. Way to expensive. People are walking out as I sit here because they paid for tickets when their are no more seats so they would have to upgrade their tickets to vip if they want to stay. Not impressed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Recently attended the Quinnesec theater and was very disappointed in the new renovations. The segregated seating reminded me of theaters in the south in the 50's. The regular priced seats are placed in the front and there is not a enough of them. We arrived a few minutes before the main feature to find most of the regular priced seats taken. An attendant quickly found us and told us that for $3.00 each we could sit in the vip section. Bait and switch indeed. it reminds
They are my free ham
The staff was pleasant. The bathrooms clean. All the seats were comfortable. The volume was a little loud.
Good prices, nice seats.
VIP seating is woryh the extra $3 dollars unless you're the ones bring an unruly gaggle to the theatre.
Seats comfy was busy day..so theater was very dirty..kid at ticket counter ride and condescending.. theater was too loud almost uncomfortable..with all that still higher stars due to comfortable seats..makes up for alot
Probably the nicest theater I've been to! Comfortable seating, plenty of legroom..... Just very nice!
Nice clean place pretty fair rates
Love this place
Great and awesome
Ticket prices are horrible!!
Amazing new renovation. Great place to go!
Saw the art of racing in the rain- wonderful movie! Nice people, and $5 seats on Monday !
Very cold in the movie room, other wise amazing
Very nice theatre to watch movies. Wish we had an AMC Theatre.
This place is so disgusting, I went and got a tetanus shot after my movie.
Nice clean theater. Not Alot of Christian movies. At Times nothing for kids. Either all at once or nothing.
This is the most comfortable place to watch a movir
Nice theater, recently renovated. All the seats--including non-VIP--are very comfortable and spacious. Like most theaters, snack prices are high but not out of line with any others I've been to. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
Love their new remodel, the VIP Seats are amazing
Nice but prices are crazy. Yes, it is traditional for theater snacks to be expensive. That is where their profit comes in. They have an awesome new electric sign by the road. It hasn't been turned on yet though. It is nice, but there is nothing to make it stand out. Just get a decent size tv, wait two months for your movie to come out at RedBox. Pay the $2 for the blu ray if you want high def, $1.50 for the normal DVD.
Clean theater
Great! But audio can be a bit loud.
Comfy seats, great audio, clear picture, great popcorn
Always good service
Very nice. Love the VIP seating
Nice but pricey for a decent seat.
Good seats reasonable prices.
It's a good place to go
Updated seats and movie theater, great popcorn and clean environment. Also have games you can play and I win often!
It's fine
Great theater! Pay the extra 3 bucks for the vip. Awesome chairs!
Great place for your child's birthday party
Love this place every thing in wonderful
I am having a hard time believing that they would not show Supertroopers 2 at the Quinessec theater but here we stand without it. They have it for the Marquette theater but I would rather not drive up there. This happens more often then not. Additionally, they are currently not showing that there is a Thursday premier showing for Infinity Wars next week. Looks like I’ll be driving to Green Bay to see this movie next Thursday. What’s the point of having a theater here?
Im not one to complain but I was not impressed with the theater with today's experience I had. My family and I went to go see resident evil "final chapter" and were horrible disappointed. The movie was so loud it was deafening! I'm 22 and love loud music and what not but when I think something is too loud then it really must be. I politely went up to the front and asked if they were able to turn it down a little bit so it could be enjoyable. Ten minutes later I still found myself plugging my ears to be able to watch the movie. Then my mother went to front and asked the same question (thinking if it came from multiple people they would understand it was a problem) when she went up there their response was "were working on it" the volume never went lower and I luckily had head phones in my purse that I put in so I could actually watch the movie with out feeling like I was going to go deft. When the movie was over we went to talk to the manager to see if it was actually turned down or not. When we were talking to her she immediately got defensive and unprofessional. Since the manager did not handle her slef in a professional manner we wanted to be compensated. She stated in an unpleasant tone that she would not give us a refund. Finally we were offered three movie passes. Unfortunately I will be regifting these movie passes because I do not want to give them my business again... moral of the story it was a waste of money to watch a movie that was unbearably loud. I should not have to spend money to watch movies with head phones in and then be disrespected by a manger that doesn't know how to handle herself with upset customers.
Too expensive. Only second time this year.
Great place, comfortable seating good prices for the movies.
Love the popcorn.
Nice set up.... Good movie for kids... Ferdinand.
It's the only theater in a 50 mile radius of Iron Mountain and the one 50 miles from here in Escanaba is a clone of this one. It is nice to have a semi-modern cinema but I feel they really dropped the ball when they didn't incorporate stadium seating into the design. They however redeemed themselves when they built the multiplex in Marquette 75 miles away. I will say I highly frown on the all VIP theater. Not against it when just some seats are available as VIP and the choice is there. It does serve it's purpose during big event movies.
Very nice and clean. Only a bit on the chilly side. And treat prices are getting a tad to high...overall nice environment.
Great "big city" experience in a rural area, lucky to have them!
Recently updated and priced appropriately. They offer VIP seating (at an increased cost), which is really just slightly wider chairs of a different shade than the regular seating. The advantage of the VIP seating is the location, further back in the theater, and wider aisles. They now offer free drink refills, as well as snacks that are consistently priced as any another movie theater.
The venue is amazing and the sound is great only downside is that for a family of four to go it costs about 85$ after simple conscesions
Love the VIP seats
Love coming here!
Great theater all redone. You will want to see " A Dogs Journey " It is a must see movie for all ages!!!
I love the new remodel of the theater. I love how you have the VIP seatings because you can reserve a spot for the new releases and not worry about going there a half hour early to get a good seat. I love how the arm rests go up on every seat so If I want to curl up or if my husband wants to put his arm around me, I don't have that arm rest digging into my side. I love the fact that you fill your own drinks cause then you can control how much ice you want, free refills, and if you want to mix flavors you can do that to your tastes. I miss the ticket booth cause it was unique but I love how you can purchase your tickets and yummies at the same time so you are not waiting in line twice to get both which takes up more time the old way. I miss all of the games and cool stuff which were fun but the arcade thing is going out of style so I understand. The prices are alittle high but all around an awesome place to be and I love coming for the new releases. I do wish they would monitor what commericals they put on what movies. I do not think my children need to see abortion or drug commercials with the fact they are little kids.
The movie was good and the seats were comfortable, not sure everyone bought those special seats, but they seemed to enjoy them . We had to move two people out of our seats, so We could be seated
Lines move slow. Of course I picked the slowest line.
Way too loud both times I took my 4 year old, she covered her ears and kept saying it's loud mom it hurts my ears. I thought it was way too loud also, no reason it has to be that loud. Come to find out, after the move the rest of out people said the same thing. Turn it down some, I'm not paying to bust my kids eardrums!!!
The renovation is fair open concept nothing impressive modern looking, very plain organic. Bathroom was overkill on bleach, what are you trying to hide? Seriously! Segregated theater seating You should have made them all Vip seating and just raised the price a few it would have been a better idea. removing seats to make some feel SPECIAL. What were you thinking in design? Now you're sitting over half the room closer to the screen being blasted by over loud sound. The Movie Star Wars was playing next to our movie, their sub woofer was too strong it was vibrating in our movie making it hard to hear at times. Really had a bad time. Really didn't put much into the thought of the renovation. not a lot of bang for your buck but you be happy with a cheap design. You really made my experience bad. Won't go to your theater any time soon rather sit at home and watch it then the time I had at your theater. seg·re·ga·tion noun the action or state of setting someone or something apart from other people or things or being set apart. Why? I had to give it one star to post this.
Premium seats are to low to see over the backrest of the seat in front of you.
A great place to see a movie! Very clean, comfortable and state of the art!
Did not like being forced to buy VIP seats.
The VIP seating is wonderful. I also like only having to be in one line for the tickets and concessions! Great set up.
Enjoyed the VIP seats.
Spiderman homecoming with my two favorite fellas! Couldn't have asked for a better night
Over priced
Awesome time.
Yummy popcorn and comfy seats!
was able to sneak food in no problem, the staff saw that i had food and they didnt do anything, very nice!
Clean and comfortable. Reasonable prices.
Ridiculous prices. Never going back
Fast service & clean
Love the remodel except the silly VIP section and VIP only movies are useless and annoying the general admission is great enough. I’ve passed a few time because the movie I wanted was in a VIP only. Save your money general admission is where it’s at.
U don't have enough stability or courage to deal with this, but u know we know u aren't very much.
Very beautiful theater. Took out alot if the cheap seats and put in VIP seats that cost more.
It is awesome that we as a very small town can have a theater this nice and they keep lot of the top movies coming out. People say it’s expensive but after just coming from downstate Michigan and Pittsburgh where all movies were $12-$15 a person, I’m thinking ours is still pretty good.
I don't like the idea that you are stuck in the first four rows because you can't afford vip seating... It's all about money I guess and the popcorn wasn't as good as it use to be
They have dippin dots and that's all I care about.,. LOL
