A true Watertown gem. Ticket prices that are so cheap, you just have to buy nachos or popcorn just to feel like you're paying a proper price to see the film! The best is when they show classics like labyrinth, Willie Wonka, and Princess Bride.

Where else can you see a movie for $4 any day? It is not a "state of the art" theater, but it is a decent place. Concession prices are competitive as well. $4 for a soda with unlimited refills. Staff is super friendly and you can tell they have fun with their job. I'm new to this area, but this theater is quickly becoming a regular haunt for me! Highly recommended!

Towne cinema is the best. It's a truly family friendly place. For a moment you feel like you're stepping back in time. An old school theater like your parents and even your grandparents went to when they were young, but with modern twist. the staff is friendly and fun and the prices are the best I've ever seen.

This is a great place to go see a movie. The price per ticket is the lowest I've seen. For a movie for me and my wife with drink and popcorn is under $20. They play good movies and the theater is an old one so it's kinda like sitting in history.

I always love coming here. Sometimes it's a bit chilly but I get an excuse to bring a blanket out in public lol. A few days ago I rode my bike to town. I work at Jimmy Johns and had a few hours to kill. I wanted to see Solo but it had started at 1 and it was already near 1:30. I had also forgotten my bike lock. I went inside and asked how long previews were. They said no one was there so I could go drop my bike off at work and they would hold the movie for me. I was really grateful for that. I got back to the theater at around 2 and enjoyed a good movie by myself lol. To show some appreciation I tried to keep my space clean but that didn't work out too well (i.e. dropped candy, popcorn, change...oops) anyway I really love this place. Good employees, good location, and always a good experience.

This quickly became my favorite theatre to go to once I moved here 3 years ago - they show current popular movies at the cheapest rate around and delicious popcorn and beverages(only $20 covers the tickets,food and drinks for my hubby and I to have a date night!), and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I love the old time posters in the restroom and the quotes in the hallway. Frankly I have no complaints about the Towne cinema!

Has a great old school movie theater feel and I can never afford a movie without them. Great popcorn and friendly staff. Only negative they need to work on some getting some new seats or at least fixing some of the ones they have. Don't bring a big person or they will fall right thru. Some of them are very smelly. Especially in the big screen room.

Love it. The tickets are cheap. Then for concessions, there is a deal that costs $13, it's two big sodas and a big popcorn. It's called "the sequel." You should get that. Unfortunately this theater only ever has like three or four movies running. And the building itself isn't nearly as nice as Star Cinema's. But this place has better deals. And the people are nice.

Went for the nine o'clock showing of the " Joker" . I was really early and had to wait while the show ended and they cleaned the theater. The lady behind the snack counter offered me a free soda cuz of my long wait and I thought that was extremely thoughtful. The staff was super nice and efficient, the ticket was cheap, only $4.oo, but I thought the movie I chose was awful. All that hipe for nothing.

If you're looking for a super good deal on a movie, this is your place BUT if you're looking for comfort, this is not your place. The pricing on the movies is great as well as their food and drinks but the theaters are not good at all. The seating is awful and it has a weird smell to the theater but the picture quality and sound is pretty good for being such an old theater!

Small town theater with nostalgic feel. Appeared to be well maintained, with floors clean and restrooms stocked. I did not experience any "sticky shoe in spilled soda pop" syndrome. Prices were lower than most multiplex cinemas, making it very affordable for families or the budget conscious.

This place was very dirty. Bathrooms were not cleaned. In the aisle of my seat there was pop spilled that had dried, and popcorn was all over the place. The cost for a ticket was expensive too.
