Their listed show times were all messed up. We showed up 15 minutes early for a movie Just to find out it had already been playing for 30 min. Then the staff argued with me about it, and told us if we go in we better be super quiet. The theater itself is decent, nothing special.

Theater is GREAT...but saw the new STAR WAR movie and it was horrible! Garbage....Im from the 60's and am a star war junkie! The last 2 movies sucked! I fell asleep too....Best nap I have had in years! Popcorn , candy and staff here were 5 stars!!!! Not their fault the movie was horrible!

I had a poor experience with this business and left a poor review on Facebook. I was then stacked by the business and locals that I would believe to be close to or friends of ownership. Stay away, if you have a bad time and try to warn others, you will be attacked.

Not a bad small town cinema. Low prices comparatively to bigger cities and the temperature inside the theater was awesome... not freezing cold like almost all cinemas I have ever been in. I took in my jacket and was pleasantly surprised that I did not need it.

I had a horrible experience with a cashier at Sturgeon Bay Cinema. She was extremely rude and condescending. She overcharged me twice and when I questioned the charges and explained to her that I was overcharged she said "Well I am not a mind reader, I didn't know you were paying for children." Also, she did inform me that it was a 3D movie until after she charged my card and she did not give us the glasses. We had to go back up and request the glasses. Furthermore, she must have charged me for a refill cup without letting me know. She first attempted to say she would offset the charge if I was planning on getting concessions but even after, I couldn't understand all the amounts. Following the movie I compiled all the receipts and found out that I was charged four adult tickets and I also still paid for concessions. Instead of offering to refund the incorrect amount she then proceeded to say that I had told her 4 which I certainly did not. Then she offered a free movie ticket for another visit instead of refunding my card. l am not one to write bad reviews but I do not want other people to experience this and I hope management addresses this. I honestly was in shock with the mistreatment and since I had my niece and daughter there I was not about to argue with her. I am a Showroom Manager myself and would not allow my employees to treat customers this way. NO ONE should be treated this way!

They have great prices and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. I would go here frequently and the only reason I dont go as much is because I moved. I recommend this to anyone who wants to see a movie but dont want to spend much money.

Waited 20 minutes for movie to start then was informed that their server was broke. Which, fine, that ca happen, but then was informed that I wouldnt receive a full refund. Poor service from management. Will never stop here again.

Went to see Wonder Woman while here in Door County. The theatre was clean and neat. The seats were comfortable but the popcorn was not good. Tasted like it was stale and it was cold. They did refund my money but bad experience.

Top new releases, friendly staff. Also, I don't know why some people have been complaining about the light levels during the movies, it is plenty dark in there with just enough light to safely make your way to an exit or the bathroom if need be.

We always come here when we’re in Sturgeon Bay during the winter. It is never crowded and they typically show good quality movies - or at least whatever the latest hyped movie is. Seats are comfortable and the theatre is spacious.

Nice local cinema. Pricing is on par or less than most chains in the area (ex. Marcus Cinemas). Picture and sound quality are very good, including 3-D. Limited number of screens means you don't get as many options for times, formats, etc, but they do bring in most major releases across a spectrum of genres and ratings. Family friendly (kid combos are a plus), clean, and well run. The building and interior are older (no newer amenities like reclining seats, food servers, etc), but still very comfortable. Great spot to catch a movie if outdoor plans get rained out or you just want a break from all the other things Door County has to offer. Plus, you don't need to drive to Green Bay.

It's always a blast taking the family out here. We save the theater experience for only the best movies... The popcorn is amazing! I make sure to skip dinner so I can recoup cost from the bottomless bucket deal; no matter what, though, I never make it past a single refill...

Great experience on Christmas day. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the man at counter lacked professionalism and was angry or at least thats how his lack of being friendly came accross.

Very friendly staff anytime I go here. They got a great snack and beverage selection and the theaters are always very clean. The only downside for me is that the audio in the theaters doesn't really come through clearly. Sometimes it's really loud, sometimes really quiet. It's especially hard to hear regular dialogue. That aside, it doesn't stop me from coming to this cinema. It's a great place and good atmosphere to see a movie!

A great theater for a small town. 6 different theaters showing 8 different movies and a full assortment of snacks. The seats were comfy even for a big guy like myself. The theater could afford to be a little darker. Some scenes were tough to make out given the conditions. Everything was clean too which shouldn't be undervalued. Not having a sticky floor is appreciated.
