Feels cramped with arm space, going to see a movie should never cost more than a full tank of gas. If I have to hear "hi, I'm Greg Marcus" one more time, especially after 20 minutes of previews, then I'll just wait till Blu-ray release. Can't rarely get an experience without people talking or blinding me with cell phones during the films

I'm not from this area but I come up for memorial day weekend to see friends and whatever Marvel movie is playing. Very clean and friendly. I like the layout and the fact you can get real food from a real kitchen, but its all overpriced to make up for the movie tickets just like standard concessions.

This is an update. I had to drop this rating as without any notification the movie prices have gone up. Including $5 Tuesday, so there is no longer a $5 movie day. The rating is about a complete lack of communication leaving thr customer in the dark, to be suprised at checkout when the price is not what was expected.

It's a movie theater. There are comfortable seats, good food but these days the entire experience is entirely overpriced. It almost feels like Greg Marcus gets up there before the show and mocks you with that lazy PR commercial because you're looking directly at the man responsible for the insanely high cost of traditionally cheap items - popcorn, soda, candy. It's a nice theater, don't get me wrong, but these days I really have to decide if I'm going to see it in the theater at all. On the plus side, South Shore does do movie exclusives, which I've seen there now multiple times. Off-brand future "cult classics," which I really like because it's more or less the only theater in the area offering that experience.

Best movie theatre I've visited. It beats bistroplex by a lot of things. Great selection of movies and on wednesday there are 4 dollar movies. Food is amazing but prices are a tad too high. Concessions are great but its too easy to sneak food from outside the theatre into it. Overall, amazing place.

Everything was great except for the temperature in 5 left. I don't know what was going on with that but by the time I got out of there the back of my clothes were soaked! And being on leather seats, omg! Struggling to stay awake during the movie. Please fix this!

Great theater! But the only problems are the new ticket kiosk machines and the new restrooms at the back of the theater. C'mon, only two urinal stalls and one of them is child size. I don't wanna crouch down to pee! Plus, it's difficult to get out of the toilet because there isn't enough room for the new restroom stall's door to open. With the previous ticket kiosks, I could buy movie tickets about two weeks early and reserve my seats for the biggest theater screen I could find. I loved it. But now for the past few months they're only displaying the movies' showtimes a week ahead...hell, or only a day ahead. Some times I can't even choose my reserved seats at the kiosks, now I have to wait in line at the ticket booth to get my damn tickets and reserve my seats with the hassle of employee mistakes. That totally sucks! YOU BETTER FIX THIS, MARCUS THEATERS!!! At this point, I'm seriously considering Marcus Theaters are sabotaging their kiosks to keep their employees busy at the ticket booth.

This was my first time at the movies in many years. I love the dreamloungers. However, mine kept going down, but that might have been something I was doing. Aside from that, I thoroughly enjoyed myself. It was entertaining buying my ticket online and then not having a clue how to check in, but next time I'll know.

Tuesday is discount movie night with free popcorn, so it attracts all types of people looking for a great show at a more reasonable price. Overall fairly clean establishment on normal viewing days but on Tuesday's they need to bring in more cleanup staff as it tends to get a bit messy. Leather seats today didn't feel "dirty" other visits sometimes the seats have a residual funk in them and could use a good wipe down.

I love that it's not a bistro plex so you can still go to a concessions stand and order whatever you want instead of having a waitress etc. but they do have a Zaffiros. All the theaters have the DreamLounger seats in them. It's my go to movie theater

Pretty good cinema. It's usually clean and the people are friendly. It can get really busy so I always recommend arriving early as concessions can get overwhelmed easily. Never had anything like technical difficulties during a movie there and I go pretty often. Also, the best $2 hot dogs of any Marcus.

We love this Cinema because of the comfortableness and cleanliness. However, not all the employees are nice or imformative with suggestive selling. The bathrooms were very clean and the manager that was working was awesome, friendly and eager to to help me recover my rewards card!!!! Great movie theater

Our experience was negative the last 3 times we’ve been here—within the last 2 months. The climate in the theaters was very hot and humid, and I normally run cold. The food service took 30+ minutes for just fries and we didn’t go at a busy time. Yesterday, our latest visit, it took over an hour for our food because they lost my order TWICE—and we still only ordered French fries again. Overall disappointed with the lack of professionalism, inconsistent customer service, and poor/unhealthy indoor environmental quality.

Every time I've gone to this location they ask me for id on my debit card but I never see them ask anyone else for this. Despite them claiming they do ask other people I've never seen them do this to anyone else in their long lines. I'm visibly a minority and it gives me a bad vibe about the values of the employees, management and or Marcus Cinema as a whole. To be fair, this is the first Marcus Cinema to ever treat me this way so I'm not going to write off the whole company but this location definitely rubs me the wrong way and I plan to never go back to it.

The renovations are so nice!! This is my go-to theatre! They have a seamless flow for for $5 Tuesdays, so there aren’t crazy lines!! Tickets purchase online are easily obtained via the kiosks and any issues are handles at the service line (a lot shorter than what it used to be!!) I don’t think their bathrooms were updated with the renovations so that’s unfortunate but otherwise a great place to frequent for your movie needs!!

I have had nothing but good experiences at this movie theater although we just went and saw Toy Story 4 and we were in the 2nd theater on the left on the right side in a row G the center seat look like the leather seats needed to be replaced. They were extremely rough and I was a little disappointed I mean I'm happy if they are going to go in and replace all the seating with nice recliners but then just make sure you maintain it. It worries me a little bit because those seats are not that old.

The recent remodel has made this a really nice theater - seats are comfortable and the food is surprisingly good. It can be pricey, but the free membership and discounts on Tuesdays make it entirely reasonable for a group to visit. The only downside is a relatively small lobby, which can feel cramped on a busy day (like a Tuesday).

Usually clean every time I have seen a movie here. They implemented a new rule with smaller size purses only and will measure it. Popcorn was stale last time and the boy who worked the counter kept walking away when I was at the counter (talking to other employees)

2 things to mention: With the current construction going on, you need to give yourselves a half hour window after the movie. It's a one-lane one way drive right now. I was there on a Tuesday afternoon at 4 in the afternoon and it took me 40 minutes to get to Drexel Avenue. With that said, the movie theater itself is very good. The rooms are easy to find, you're allowed to take your adult drinks into the theater, and if you buy the tickets prior to the movie, here's a tip: The street side is the lower numbered rooms and the highway side is the higher in numbers Enjoy your movie!

We want to a 325 showing. I haven't been here in a while and was really impressed with the renovations. They have a nice bar area and zaffiro's to go pizza place too. The concessions area and soda filling station needed to be cleaned up but I guess this is the norm for a Marcus theatre. The people working there were polite but I felt like there needed to be more people serving behind the concessions stand. Otherwise the experience went well and the movie was great.

Great customer service. Numerous food deals. Good selection of movies. 3 stars: The east women's bathroom was recently remodeled. In the first stall, the door hits the toilet bowl; how do you get in there? The handicapped stall is large with a number of grab bars; however, the stall door open every time another stall door opens or closes.

Went to see The Adams Family, it was a good movie. The staff here was very polite and quick, they like to keep things flowing smooth. The bathrooms were very clean and stocked, hallways were popcorn and garbage free, the soda station clean and sticky free. I only have one complaint, the glass that covers the project was smudged (fingerprints). Other than that it was an awesome time at the movies with the family.

This is one of the most comfortable chairs I've seen in Milwaukee you can lean back and relax and enjoy the show. But to be able to reserve a good spot you need to buy the tickets beforehand when we went all the seeds were taken and we had to go sit right in the first row but we enjoyed the movie.
