This was our first time visiting this theater. The men's room was spacious and clean. The seating was in good shape and all areas seemed well kept.

Clean and great customer service. Could use some updating and newer seating like dreamlounger seating. They do have a good outdoor theater that's always showing a double feature. Two movies for the price of one.

The cinema has really gone down hill over the past years. The seats are so disgusting and dirty we won't go anymore. The popcorn is old and stale. Someone needs to buy that place a remodel it. New signs, new chairs and landscaping.

There was a slit/hole in the screen ( theater one). It should be taped from the back side at least. I love Sun Drop, but I couldn't drink what they had on tap. It had an off flavor. Saw a great movie there though. Popcorn was fine too.

The nacho cheese was out/machine was broken so I wasn't able to get nachos with the movie. If it recently broke, that was understandable but if it was broken for a long time, less so. The theater itself was not clean, but the concessions worker was polite.

Staff can be snooty from time to time. It's a little outdated compared to other movie theaters I been to. Prices are expensive considering it's in a small town doesn't have what other places have and you pay them same.

It's convenient for Shawano. Folks are nice, but not a quality product. They leave the lights up and make technical glitches more than occasionally. Blockbusters are always in 3D which no one really likes.

This was my first time and I found it suitable for the size of our community. It's a 4 screen (I believe) cinema, nothing fancy, that seems to be in a historic building. The lobby area and the refreshments area is small but sufficient. I would recommend it and, they play the first run movies.

It was our first time going to this theater and it was awesome! Having a regular theater with a drive in around back is the coolest idea ever! I grew up in Franklin, wi and loved going to the drive in as a kid till they tore it down. When my son was younger We lived in Milwaukee and would drive out to Kenosha to the Keno drive in but eventually that one closed as well. We just moved to Clintonville a few days ago after buying a house and were so excited to find out we were only 25mins from a drive in. We took our 3 kids last night and they had a blast!! We definitely plan on becoming regulars. Nothing beats going to the drive in on a Friday night❤

Went out to the movies last night and of course had to get the soda, popcorn, pretzel bites and candy. The popcorn was burnt when we got there and they didn't offer new popcorn. I order pretzel bites and they didn't have them ready so I had to walk out of my movie after about 15 minutes (instead of them bring it to me considering they were just messing around anyway. Terrible customer service.) to get them and they were burnt too!! Not only were they burnt so bad I could see it in the dark theater but they were rock solid! I'll never go back unless it's for the drive-in theater.

Why should people who are not ordering snacks have to wait FOREVER in line to only buy tickets. Have a ticket only line at the counter and a "both" line. We just wanted to go in and sit down and ended up behind a large group of kids that weren't in any kind of hurry and neither were the counter staff

Horrible! They turned the lights on before the end of Black Panther! Did not see or hear the last 2 scenes. Just awful saying the lights were on an automatic timer. They should know better than that!
