I enjoyed the theater. They have 2 person couches not individual seats. Different. They didn't recline but were comfortable. Food served is pizza and appetizers such as French fries. Coke products to drink plus a bar. They have wait service to brink your food. It was cozy.

I took my mother here for Mother’s Day and it did not disappoint. The couches were so comfy and the customer service was so nice. The only problem I had was with a family behind us that wouldn’t stop talking, it didn’t bother my mother, but I wish I reported them to the staff because after the movie I saw that they made such a big mess when they left. Nevertheless, this was an amazing experience, I will do go back.

Great local Cinema to see small budget or commercial films. Great selection of food to be made fresh to order on site. The area also has number of trendy dinner spots locally situated to eat at before or after your show. Would definitely go again. Plenty of free on street parking.

Cozy local theater showing first run and classics. Couches instead of typical theater chairs make viewing a little more comfortable, but they're all in desperate need of replacement. Good beer selection and they'll bring foods to you in the theater. If you go, be prepared to walk a couple blocks for street parking if you're from out of the area.

Went on the 4th of July and there were maybe 10 people in the theatre. Couches were comfy and popcorn was good. But....it was very warm inside. We were a little sweaty. I THINK the air did come on a couple of times but it wasnt enough. Its usually cokd inside movie theaters but not this one.

One of the best theaters I have ever been too. It has couches and fun single chairs instead of your traditional theater chairs. Their Pizza is very good, their popcorn is even better. I'm a little sad over the years they have drastically reduced their menu. They used to have things like brownie hot fudge sundaes, and corn dogs, and other super delicious items. Before you could never get bored eating from their menu. Now they've tried to reduce it but not a big fan of the lack of variety. All said and done, this would never stop me from visiting this theater. It is also been sad seeing the turnover, I'm not used to seeing my usual Rosebud employees. But I guess that's just the way it goes. Hoping to see a study group of employees to really build up this place again to what it once was.

Amazingly fun little theater especially for couples. Decent price for the ticket, great food, and best of all is their seating arrangement - loveseats. Feels a bit like going back in time. Worth a visit with someone you like.

I love this theater. I would rather go here than any other major multiplex. They show everything from major releases to indipendent films and fun retrospectives. The staff is great, the atmosphere is better. Put your money into your community, at The Rosebud.

I visited Rosebud on this evening at 630 to purchase 1 ticket to watch Spiderman and to get out of the 94° heat . Before I purchased a ticket I asked if I could bring in my water bottle that I had been using all day to stay hydrated. Matt the gentleman and a lady at the counter said no outside beverages were prohibited. I understood. I asked if I could bring it in empty and they fill it with water. Again they said no that it was against there policy and If I wanted water I had to purchase it. I left Rosebud theater without watching the movie because i had to pay extra for water. This may be a policy that needs to change. I understand the policy about food and beverages but I shouldn't have to pay extra for tap water. Especially when the tem6os in the 90s.

I always go to the Rosebud to see movies. They have sofas and love seats instead of the regular movie theater chairs. They really turn the whole movie into a viewing experience. Get there early. Usually 15 minutes or so before the movie starts, they'll play a short indie film or some online video that ties in with the movie. The staff is also always friendly. Support your local theaters!

This place proves to be a very unique and fun experience. they have a ton of couches for you to pick from instead of just chairs in the theater. I have interesting and good-tasting pizza selections as well as your standard theater fare. The popcorn butter is better than most theaters however.

Comfortable love seats for seating. Odd numbered groups can be tricky unless your willing to get cozy, but shouldn't be an issue. Decent food. Can hang onto movies slightly longer than you want, meaning they don't show all the latest movies.

Squashy sofas, pitchers of beer, watching movies. The only bad part? Having to leave your squashy sofas in the middle of the movie to visit the restroom because of the pitcher of beer. I haven't had the food yet, we usually go to Bel Air right next door for food first.

Place is great. Real butter for the popcorn. Couches. They deliver food to you, and the prices are not completely outrageous. (read: it's not cheap either) The staff are also really nice.

Sold my 13 year old son attacked to Halloween. Then wouldn't sell his friends tickets saying they needed to be with an adult. When he asked for his money back, they told him all sales final. Sale shouldn't have happened in the first place if he needed to be with an adult. Classy place.

My favorite of the Neighborhood Theatre Group venues. Love the couches and I think these theatres have the best movie popcorn. If you have a Small Shops United rewards card be sure to use it here, you can earn a glass of wine!

Rosebud theater is a great, single-screen movie joint. Currently (Spring, 2014) they offer comfy seating on loveseats (not standard theater seating) which are great for cuddling with your date or lounging. Additionally, you can purchase sandwiches, pizza, appetizers as well as typical movie snacks. They also serve beer, wine, and some liquor. Prices are reasonable for food, drinks, and tickets. The screen and sound are great and I'm 100% for supporting this local theater. Be prepared to find your own parking if you come, there's adequate nearby street parking so it's usually not a problem.

Great to still have a local theater that is not a mega whatever. Comfy Couches and pizza for the meal. We saw Solo, Yes I enjoyed it, no there is not a star wars saturation, but it was on the heals of infinity wars so that didn't help.

I always look to see what is showing here first before heading out tto the movies. The Rosebud is located in the heart of East Tosa with plenty of pre-movie or post-movie dining options and great food and beverage options at the actual theater. Love the loveseats instead of traditional movie theater seating as well, feels like I'm just sprawled out in my rec-room with a super giant screen.

We love this theater. Safe enough for our teens to hang out without worrying about the chaos of the mall. Candy plentifully, popcorn is great, beer, wine, what more can I say! Staff it always great! We Definitely do date night with the kids (they can have their own couch next to us), and even order pizza for dinner. Thanks guys I hope your around for ever !!

If you at all "into" a nostalgic, neighborhood movie experience, the RoseBud Theater is absolutely a fun & enjoyable experience - 1st run Movies, Beer, Wine gret popcorn and a good selection of snacks and food. I am almost reluctant to recommend for fear that this charming, "best keep secret" in entertainment "gets out"

Single screen theater that's 3D capable. Couches/sofas for seating. Each one has its own little coffee table. Cocktails and beer on tap. Popcorn and snacks available. They do offer sandwiches/pizza, but the selection is a little lackluster. However, they aren't operating a full kitchen, so not a big deal. This is our favorite place to catch a flick.

Very fun place to go, but not so much on a hot day as they keep the a/c at about 78 degrees which is way too hot when sinking into a big warm fluffy couch. Food is decent. Fun to have a drink while watching a flick. Prices are very reasonable. Great place with lots of nastalgia. No parking lot but plenty of parking on streets. One screen, small theater, and not too busy for a holiday. Popcorn is good, not too much salt and butter is optional. Didn't use restroom but everything else seemed clean. Don't confuse the 3-D glasses recycle bin for use with normal recyclables. Not too many commercials before the movie, actually only a couple of trailers.

Nice place clean, you can have wine while watching movie. They have cozy 2 people loveseat for you to sit and enjoy movie. I think they should update to a more firm or supportive love seat because these are rough on your back with no support and also hard to get up and out of .

"I'm not giving you anything free!" The experience I had tonight at a cinema that I've frequented several dozen times in my lifetime and over the span of many years has terminated my once loving relationship with it in just short 10 minutes. I'd loved this quaint, space and adored it's uniqueness so much so that I'd even stop in, if in the area, to purchase one of my favorite snacks. Chicken Tenders. I've been coming here so long that I can tell you that originally, it was served with original potato chips and now waffle fries. Last time I was there, only after arriving home, I noticed that someone was overzealous in making sure that they were cooked all the way through. In fact, they were terribly burnt. Of course I called and when I received no response, I simply left a message on an answering machine. The call was returned a couple weeks later and coupled with an apology and a promise to replace my meal. Tonight, I saw my beloved "Fences" was playing, the plan was to get a bite to eat, purchase 4 tickets and come back for the show. When I asked for a manager for my replacement meal, I was made to wait while some calls were placed to the other 3 members of the management team. After 10 minutes or so, Nick the manager on duty, came out and said that nobody knew of the situation. Of course, I contested this. After all, how many people just come in and purchase chicken tenders?! But when he told me, in front of several people that " I'm not giving you anything free" I lost all respect for this establishment. I am a regular, and even if I weren't, to try to shame me into leaving by making such a disrespectful comment out loud is in a league of its own in terms of non existent professionalism and customer service. I even asked for the General Manager's contact information and that request was meant with a prompt refusal. I am truly saddened by the way that this was handled,Rosebud Theater, and very disappointed. You have certainly lost a regular as well, as a fan who always referred people to your establishment. Perhaps some additional administrative training and focus on conflict resolution for management is in order. I hope that this is the case, and that this negative interaction had nothing to do the fact that today I am not professionally dressed- as I normally am, and that I look today as if life has dealt me many blows. I shall never return. Perception is not reality. Do not attack my character or credibility because of my appearance ever again. You lost 4 tickets sales tonight and my respect. I was raised in a small family owned business, never would we have handled a situation like this. We valued every customer to the fullest.
