This theatre is clean, the staff is pleasant and the seating is comfortable. The ads shown before the movie were brief and the temperature was just right. We saw a great movie and I found the experience to be positive. I would highly recommend this theatre.

The newer addition is decent to watch movies in but the seats aren't recliners like the other local theaters. The old part has miserable seats.

This is the closest theatre to where I live (which is basically over a half hour away) so unfortunately I can’t go here as many times as I would like. Like most theaters, the prices are high so that’s another reason why I don’t go here as often as I would like. Other than the expenses and time it takes to get there, everything else is awesome. The food that they offer is good, the staff are very friendly, and they have new movies playing all of the time. I remember a while back these group of kids were being VERY disrespectful during the movie and when a friend of mine told staff they immediately took action which I really respected. I will obviously be back!

New Richmond movie theatre is one of the only options for movies in the area without heading towards Hudson. It is a fine theatre but age is starting to catch up with it. They could use a renovation for better seating and atmosphere, especially since NR is growing so quickly.

This was our first time at this theatre, which we chose because they were playing an older movie in a series we wanted to watch. The service was fine, but the whole place has that old school vibe we weren't expecting. The room (#1) our flick was playing in was small, had mediocre sound, and had a smaller than usual screen. The seats were adequate but seemed dated and had fixed cup holders. I don't believe we'll be choosing this place again if we have the choice. It was clean, the bathrooms were good, the ticket guy was super friendly, and the clerk's handling popcorn were the usual stereotypical teens. If it's close by, or is the only place showing what you want to watch, it'll do.

Great family owned theater, with decently comfortable seats and surprisingly limited trailers before the movie. With all the different major theater chains taking over most smaller cities, it's nice to see one that's still independent!

This is a great small town theater with mostly old school seating, but they do have at least one stadium theater that we have been in. I think they might have more, but have always been in the same one. They serve popcorn and all that kind of food...lack the big food like other theaters within 30 minutes away.

Screens and sound are good but place is really dirty. The seats smell really bad. I kept asking my son if he farted and realized it was the seats that smelled. Gross! They need to clean better ...popcorn and other treats are usually stuck to them or the metal. :( There is a lot of moisture in the building and it makes it seem muggy.

Really cool, I was only person in auditorium , but this movie about Annabelle has been out for some weeks recently so I figured to get out and see it before it left NR8 ! Enjoyed a large buttered popcorn and large Orange pop, yum ! Get out to see it if you can, because it's a historical ghost hunter flik !

It's absolutely hit or miss...either awesome or a nightmare. Awesome nights have staff who are on the ball in the customer service department...keeping the place tidy and good flow of traffic. Other times we've seen the concessions staff just sitting idle while the movie experience suffers. There is only one theater in town so come movie night, there's a decision to be made. Commute for better experience or just stick it out. Last experience in Peanuts Movie was enough to push the drive to Hudson/Oakdale. An attendant checking in on the movie just once would have noted the out of control kid rolling down the isle, other kids being disruptive, etc. Look, I know it's a kids' movie and toddlers aren't going to be perfect, but if your kid can't get through a movie without disrupting others, then maybe at-home rentals are the way to go. And if our observations and polite requests to remove your child doesn't work, there should be a staff member on hand to do so.~
