As you know, we don't usually bother to give reviews when they are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Movie Theater corresponds to the category of Movie theater.
Friendly service. Nice and clean theaters. Bathrooms were clean. Good job!
Lots of comfy seats, clean, good food selection
Clean theater. Good service.
Nice theater free parking
I love this place.
It’s amazing and I live so close
Nice theater, they dont have the awesome reclining chairs but it nice
Small theater, but for being in the middle of nowhere it works. Great military and student discount if applicable. Will go again and recommend. As with any theater eat before pricing is crazy for refreshments.
I love their service!
Not so busy, highly reccomend to see recent movies without big crowds of people everywhere.
Very clean and not crowded. Prices were very reasonable. There was a fun popcorn station that let you season and fix up your popcorn the way you like it. Staff were very professional and friendly.
Great theater.
a more nonchalant attitude from the employees but still very good service when they're approached. Naturally i believe they may be funding a 3rd world country with their profits from soda and popcorn but the movie was good.
Staff friendly and helpful, lobby and counters clean.
Theater is comfortable. The seating is spaced good and the screen is positioned good so viewing is comfortable. The place is well kept and clean. Bathrooms are not something out of a horror movie but opposite, they are clean and working. Prices are high in cossesions as with all movies but a good selection.
Only place we go to see movies . Don't have to walk a mile or pay for parking and always have a seating for the 5 of us. Food and ticket prices are high but where is it not these days! Bathrooms are always clean . Employees are always nice.
Best prices on town for movies and snacks. Very friendly staff
Nice clean theater
My husband asked me to marry him again here! The entire staff was involve and it was so sweet! This is our favorite place to go ❤ The coffee bar makes it a standout in my opinion, the people are great and there is always a good movie to see! We love it
Comfortable seats. Better prices than the Park or Valley theatres.
Very nice and clean. Friendly staff. The only thing I suggest get up to date with the other theatres and get recliners
This was a cute, small theater. It was clean, the price wasn't bad and the staff seemed pretty friendly and attentive. The only reason why I did not give this 5 stars was because the seats are not as amazing as the ones in AMC Riverfront Theater downtown, and the sound system wasn't as good. Still, this is a good theater and I would come here again. It was not crowded, and we went to see the latest Avengers movie. Places that are not crowded are great, so yay to that too. If you live in Airway Heights, this is for you.
I enjoy the cinema not only because it's the closest to me, but because the staff is friendly and the building is clean. Parking is usually easy to find, at least during most weekdays. Weekends it can be a bit more difficult.
Enjoyed the show, theater was clean and comfortable, staff friendly, picture and sound was good.
Staff was very friendly! I even received cookies for customer appreciation day! The theater is quite clean and it's got a good basic layout. Very enjoyable experience.
Very basic theater
Very nice place very nice people.
Small, quiet theater. Never had a bad experience.
Close to home and not a huge traffic jam to get there
Great theater and friendly staff. Nice and clean environment.
Love watching movies here . Sad movies need Kleenex delivered.
The staff is really friendly, the theater is very clean and they have a great selection of items at the concession stand.
I appreciate the basics this cineplex offers...however, I’d be more inclined to become a VIP member if the theaters offered reclining seats...at least those types of seats provide the OPTION to adjust seats whereas what exists now are stiff and uncomfortable. What I’m paying for directly references the majority of my experience: my comfort — the movies and refreshments are interchangeable, the comfort isn’t.
I've been going to the Village Center Cinema since it opened out here. Ticket prices, food, and drinks are all fairly priced. The place is always clean and movies start on time. Anyone who is a film lover such as myself will appreciate the rewards card!
Seats are pretty uncomfortable but clean so I guess it's a good balance
Was neat that got food and they bought it to me in the theater
I like how this theater is busy but rarely packed. A pleasant experience every time.
Loved the movie but was late to it cause lady that rips the tickets and shows where your room is was chatting with other people
Love this theater and the flavors that I can add to my popcorn! Very fun and comfortable place!
Nice movie theater in Airway heights. Never seems to be too much of hard time getting tickets even for new movies. Only $8 with a military ID as well!
Staff is great. Facility is clean and "The little theater that can" is a fun experience!
Ticket booth lady was not friendly and unwelcoming no one besides the lady selling food was friendly and pretzel bits should come with cheese not have pay close to $2 almost for a container of processed cheese Regal and other theaters do much better and friendly. Sets way to close for most people.
Great place but wish there was online seat ordering.
Nice local theater. Better than a lot in Spokane.
Pros: Nice staff. Awesome Pop machine! Pick your flavor. Large restrooms! They will turn down the volume of movies that are simply to loud if you ask. Cons: Like every other theatre, but with less amenities. The chairs are stiff and don't lean bank at all. They don't turn up the heat enough.
Standard movie theatre, prices are so much better than anywhere else nearby!
Outdated seats in a newer theater always ample parking easy to access and great customer service
Always plenty of parking, staff is nice, facilities are clean, concession lines move right along, seats are comfy.
Very clean, comfortable seating, nice place
Popcorn, coke and a icee it wasn't too bad just way to much money!!
Grear theater... great kids food packs. ... great prices!
5 stars for the pop machine with vanilla raspberry Coke. I like that it is never crowded. No reclining seats, but to avoid crowds it is worth it. Other than that a normal theater with expensive popcorn I can't say no too.
They are a good place to watch a movie.
Need to update seats...
great movies for a great price
Always enjoy this theater.
Small but just what we needed for our first time movie goer 4 yr old sun. Super friendly staff
Great atmosphere. Better prices than driving downtown.
Went to see the new Spider-Man with a friend. Service was quick, but the bathrooms could be cleaner.
Nice and clean. Staff very friendly
Best movie experience any where around. The staff are super friendly and let you put butter on your popcorn when its half full then return to top off your container and go back for more butter. I love this! The seats are super comfortable and lots of room. Sound is excellent. Totally awesome experience!
Great staff with a smile. I love the set up and how it's is not too big but big enough to have great theaters. The seats are comfortable but not reclineable, and it's very clean. The concessions are super cheaper then normal as well. Loved it!!
The 3d glasses are thin. Which caused me to get a headache. They very super freindly and let me switch to the 2D version. They also bring you food to your seat if needs to be freshly cooked.
Clean and well kept. Kind of old school in some respects but it is cheaper than the recliner theaters.
Great atmosphere but super expensive food and drinks. Bought two bottles of water for $9
I love getting the bundle packages for movies all summer. Even though they are older movies, you can't beat taking the kids. $5. For 9 movies once a week. Love it!
Nice place. Set up well. Good service. Great variety of food and beverages.
I wanted to take my friends to a rated R movie, I am 18, and they are 15 and 17 years old. I thought I could buy them a ticket, but nooooooo. So, I have a question, we can join the military and kill people but not buy our friends tickets to see a horror movie? Will not be coming here again.
I love this "little" theater. Food prices are very reasonable comparatively speaking. Very clean and well run.
Nice theater to go with friends!
Clean nice people don't show too early for first viewing of the day they don't open till 30 min before first screening.
Concession is a bit pricey but overall movie theaters clean
If all the chairs reclined... I would give a full five stars. Nothing bad. Nice people. Clean. Fresh popcorn. Great screens. Spacious. No stupid big bulky recliners. Fair prices for a movie theater.
Nice facility. Love the location and free spacious parking. Nice staff. The lobby had multiple spills. Management needs hospitality and teamwork/leadership training.
Best inexpensive movie theater and cleanest
Smaller cinema, usually clean and tidy. Very nice and helpful employees. Matinee times our usual so not commenting on peak hours. Plenty of parking easy access off hwy 2.
Always have the latest movies, easy to get to and plenty of parking. I do feel like ticket prices are a little high but ultimately are competitive. They did recently jack the prices on concessions to astronomical ranges so now I generally skip the concessions... Village Cinemas does have a movie club card that offers a lot of benefits, so there's that.
Nobody but us in the movie we saw. Thats a first
It doesn't have ALL the bells and whistles of Regal and AMC, but the price is better, their concessions are superior, and you can still get fantastic seats if you decide last minute to see a movie.
This place is convenient to get to (although I did go a mile past it the first time, and had to turn around once I asked google again where it is... If coming from Spokane, it's on your left). It's my favorite movie meeting place when going to movies with my mix of South hill and Deer Park relatives. Comfy seats. Always has the major movies I want to see, often in 3d. My kids can each put what they want on their boxes provided for sharing our tub of popcorn, and mix what they want for their soda. Only problem I've found, is the last time we went on a slow Tuesday, and I think they mixed the old and new popcorn together and I got a couple nasty bites. So go when they are busier!
Wonderful service, not crowded, prices are better than most, and seats are comfortable
Our friendly neighborhood cinema! We almost never go out for a movie but the convenience of this location is unsurpassed and the quality (comfort) of the setting is great.
Very inexpensive and really enjoyed coming here.
Very nice newer place. Great prices. They have the Coca-Cola kiosks. They don't have the recliner seats but that's okay with me cuz I like their prices.
Village Cinema in Airway Heights is a great place to see a movie. Tickets are reasonably priced, and so is the concession. It was busy today, but they were staffed sufficiently for the crowd.
Great movie theater. Comfortable and feels a little more personal. Never very crowded. Staff is always friendly. I love the different seasonings they have for the pop corn. And of course the awesome coke machines with more flavor options than you even knew existed.
Quite a few of the lights on the outside signage is out. I'm wondering if the even care about the place. Seems like a fairly new theater and it's quite nice inside. Seats are comfy but they don't recline. The arm rests do go up though. Each theater is just over 100 seats. Overall a decent theater.
Great sound, not overly crowded and get nice staff.
Clean theater, great service. Quality sound and visual experience.
Great experience. We watched ‘It Chapter 2,’ and halfway through the movie an employee dressed as penny wise stood near the entrance and gave us a scare! It was a night to remember and the employees were super friendly and hilarious. Great theater!
Its a good movie theater. I had wanted better prices for going early are $5 Tuesdays like I'm used to it from where I came from. But it's more pricey and it seems like there's been road work going on for three months in front of it. A little difficult to get in and get out. I just think they should have better discounts or at least a $5 Tuesday movies.
The movie was very good.
Appreciate getting to see the game.
I watched Aquaman and it was good foods good the service is good no tax woohoo! :-)
Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.
The prices of the food is what you expect it to be very high , bathrooms was very clean, the lobby wasnt clean popcorn on the ground, the employees serving food was very nice not so much the ushers, overall experience was nice
The waffle fries were amazing. 10/10
Nothing special about one theater over another but this place is always clean, has a huge parking lot so parking is not an issue and I don’t believe I have ever seen it crowded. Popcorn is good which is important to me.
Comfortable seating
One of the few places you can use Moviepass in Spokane. The big theaters in the malls are all reserved seating. Good for impulse movie seeing since you don't have to play ahead to reserve a seat.
Nice smaller theaters. With good snacks and drinks. And It's never too busy.
Nice theatre. Seats are comfortable. Typical Food/drink prices. (IE High)
I got to the theater way before my movie started so I was able to observe the staff and their interactions with the other staff. All of the staff were very courteous to the customers. I noticed one employee in particular going above and beyond to help patrons AND accomplish "behind the scenes" activities. Ian was the staff member and when there were no other customers to be helped Ian was checking the bathrooms for needed supplies and the ice machine for ice. Many of the mundane tasks that many customers take for granted. I definitely appreciate a worker that looks for things that need to be done, and I wanted Ian (and his employers) to know that his hard work shows that this theater really values good employees. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.
Love it, would give a 5 if snacks were cheaper.
Great theatre. But doesn't have recliners. That's because the ticket prices are pretty good
First time visit and first time in over 10years I've been to a theater! Took my grandkids to see the Meg and even though it was a bit expensive, it was super clean, friendly and delicious!
Great place to see a movie. Good selection of films and good prices.
There always seat available even for new release
Great place to see a movie or A coug game
Great place to catch a movie! Free parking! A great selection at the Concession Stand (including espresso drinks) and very friendly, helpful staff. The prices are good too.
Clean, comfy seats, friendly staff.
A few minutes from the heart of Spokane and you can find a really good theater and FREE parking. It is worth the drive!
We like this theater in this area the best. Not long waiting lines to get in.
Good service, friendly people. Well kept inside and out.
My fav theater, best popcorn station of any theater
there's absolutely no way to contact the theater. we're coming in with a quadriplegic from east spokane because it's supposed to be the most accessible theater in the area. So that's all great except for the fact that you call & the automated systems functions well with giving show times & all that, but when trying to get a hold of the box office or any employee whatsoever the automated system drops you completely, every time. very disappointed, we have questions regarding a few handicap things before coming in today & absolutely no way to get a hold of anyone to figure it out without driving all the way there or waiting back for a possible email response..
Best priced theater in town for new releases! Military friendly too!
Great customer service. The new avengers movie was amazing. Had a blast!!
Clean and price was good
Seems a little pricey for a matinee but other than that it was really nice. The bathrooms are especially spacious. Staff was very nice.
Clezn and grest customer service.
Nice theater, friendly staff.
I love taking my daughter to the movies here, the establishment is usually clean and the employees are very sweet. The only issue I have is that they have a few small theatres that do not accommodate the amount of people that come for that particular showing. Otherwise the popcorn is always popped tastefully, the prices are outlandish, but that is the same for any theatre you go to. The atmosphere is always welcoming.
My family and I went to this theatre to see a matinee. Good customer service; reasonably priced; " for a theatre". My only complaint; well two complaints was that it really wasn't that clean in the lobby, and they kept the door to the movie we were watching open. You could hear all the noise from the lobby which made it hard to focus on the movie.
Great and helpful staff. Theater and bathrooms really clean.
Little awkward in their lobby. The employees were fantastic. They even helped me when I dropped my drink.
Good basic theater just has occasional feedback issues at their ticket window
Nice place, not as expensive as orhers. Roomy seats.
I took my daughter (17 months old) to see the new how to train your dragon. You guys made her first movie experience awesome! Thank you!!!! The cinema is a bit older, but it's clean, you guys have new things added. And we loved the kids tray and boosters!!! The manager was very helpful as well. The kids tray was a hit with my toddler. It came with popcorn, candy/fruit snack and a drink. Most definitely will be back.
Do not go here! My car got broken into last night and it’s not the first time its happened there. The employees were very nice. However, it’s a shady spot and they do not have working cameras.
It was fun and cute took my grandson to his first movie Small foot
Good customer service, clean but like every movie theater snacks are over priced
We love this theater. You don't need to buy tickets in advance. The grandkids love the popcorn bar and Slurpee drinks.
We love seeing movies here. It's the closest place to our house. They have great concession prices and a vintage theater feel. Its like when I went to movies in high school.
I'm ready to watch Dark Phoenix. Ok so here's the deal. I walk in to the cinema purchase my ticket and popcorn and drink. So far so good. I am then told I cannot enter the movie room with my backpack, I am to either leave it in my car (I have no car because I'm in Spokane, Wa and my semi truck is at the Petro truck stop) or leave it with them at the register. I look over and see a woman with the same size backpack enter the movies, mind you it is not a diaper bag, she's accompanied by what I assume is her 10 year old child. I then ask them why she gets to enter with hers and not me? They call the usher and tell him to ask her to leave her backpack. I then turn around and notice they did nothing to actually store her bag at the register as they did mine. I say to them it is unfair and proceed to hand the usher my ticket, at this point I no longer have my backpack with me, I hand my ticket to the young man and there is a young girl also there so i ask them politely, why she went in with her backpack and i was not? This is where it gets interesting. They proceed to tell me that it was a purse and of different size than mine, to what I then exclaim that it was the exact same size as mine, a backpack! They continue saying it contained her personnel belongings and that she is a woman and I a man. That is when I said, it is unfair and a double standard. I also have personal belonging in my backpack. I then said I would have left it in my car, but, unfortunately I walked over to the cinema. I find it unjust and a bit discriminatory that they would do that and treat me that way. Saying that mine may contain WEAPONS or food. They put extra emphasis in the word WEAPONS. It just amazes me that we live in a society where everyone wants or demands to be equal which we are, don't get me wrong, but, there is always going to be that divide or double standard. Anyway I'm here now and am going to enjoy my movie. P.S. I've been to other movie theaters which never even bat an eye at me let alone mention my backpack. Even to the point that once in Sacramento I went in the movies with a fishing pole sticking out of my backpack. True story.
My favorite movie theater in a 50 mile radius!
Clean and well organized.
Comfy seats, great prrice, excellent screens.
Wonderful! The movie "The great Alaskan Race" Was a good family movie, (much needed these days) nice service, comfortable chairs!
Prices have gone up across the board. The seats are too uncomfortable for movies longer than two hours.
Really good movie theater! The place is clean, serves good concessions, and shows all the movies you'd want it to see.
I have 4/5 stars because the seats haven't been upgraded like the other theaters. Overall everything else was great!
Ok screen and sound. Seating is outdated vs today's other theater options, while still charging big cinema prices. Plus side is free soda refills, negative is little leg room in seating. For the same price I'd go elsewhere.
Comfy seats, good sound, plenty of parking.
One of our favorite movie theatres never packed and never too expensive highly reccomend this movie theatre
Very rude manager.
It was good. Maybe better for movies 2 hours or less because seats get a little uncomfortable when watching long movies like Avengers Endgame.
The whole family has been going to the cheap movies from their school and loving it. Plus $3 for a kids tray!
We like this theatre, because it's close to home, and they are seldom super busy. They have surround sound and true theater seats in all the theaters, and they're staggered in elevation so everyone has a great view, even the shorter of folks. Snacks are outrageous as usual, but that's to be expected.
Great movie theater with an awesome crew!
Always a great experience.
Always a clean theater. Friendly service. Comfortable seating.
If you don’t like people or crowds come to this theater it’s nice and dead and quiet! Perfect movie experience
Nice clean place to watch a movie. Offer military and student discounts. They have tables to sit and wait or eat. Nice selection of food choices. Average food/drink prices. Lots of popcorn toppings/flavorings.
Would love to have comfortable seats but the movie was awesome!
I enjoy coming here, it doesn't have reclining seats but tickets are cheaper then going to the mall. Theaters are usually clean and maintained. Overall, nice theater nothing really to complain about.
I loved the place it was quick and easy to buy a ticket the website is awesome and infinite refills.
Last time I was here, granted it's been a while, there were just the regular movie theater seats. It may have changed now, but either way, it doesn't matter. The place is clean, they crowds are minimal and the staff is great.
