we walked out do to the heater was malfunctioning it was 98 degrees and they were not able to stop it so the management was very nice and they gave us returning tickets , the theater is due for a refurbishment .

Theater was too cold, guests next to us left and stepped on our popcorn on the way out. When I spoke to an employee about it he just said the temperature has been adjusted twice and didn't care about replacing the popcorn. Horrible experience will not be back

This is my first time to experience the Theater since I moved to Aberdeen, WA. Great! Not packed like in Seattle or any other town I have lived in. I will go more often now that I have checked it out. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased.

I've been to this theater several times. But today was an invite to my granddaughters pre-school friend. We all got a tour and I learned how the movies get digitally downloaded ect.... The only issue I had was my 4 year old granddaughter couldn't sit in the theater seat without it folding up on her. So I had to hold it down for her for the movie. Maybe next time I will bring a pillow, I think that would work.

Price for adult is fair food is spendy the odors here are strong of body odor they need to deep clean the facility . Staff if nice and friendly. It's probably my personal preference but I swear the volume during the movie is too loud. If the theater was a cleaner place my family and I would frequent here more often.

The workers are rude and assume things about people. We had a guardian before let us into the movies but today they were rude and wouldn’t let us go in even tho we had our gaurdian. I will never be coming to this theater ever again until they get new employees. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

It's nice to go to first-run movies and not have a pack theater. We were able to see a good movie only days after it opened, and we got the best seats in the House. Service is friendly, and the refreshments are great. The price is also reasonable. I highly recommend it. Also, while you're there, go to the food court across the way and get some amazing BBQ. You will love it!

The staff is great and I enjoy seeing movies at SS Cinemas. The downside is the seats are old and can get uncomfortable compared to many modern theaters. Prices on concessions are high and there are not as many accouterments. Still it's a pretty good experience.

This is a great theater for our town's of Aberdeen, Hoquiam and areas .Nice comfortable seating and courteous staff BUT customer s who continue to TALK during the movie is constantly ruining the show. It's at every show we attend. No matter what the Rating is for the movie--from G to R. We don't attend MA. People are talking in every showing.

Overall it was okay. There prices on there popcorn, Icee, drinks, and candy are to high! You can't get refills on your Icee's. There staff were nice and helpful. Just there prices on food are bad. Good quality chairs and sound while you're in the theater.

It's nice to have this cinema in Aberdeen. Not a lot of frills, pretty basic theater, but has good new films and a good concession stand. And we don't have to drive to Olympia!

Facility is decent for a small town theater, needs updating to better seating and more comfortable seating. Theater is kept clean but the size of the seats and lack of space can be quite tiresome with lack of comfort. otherwise the facility is in fair to moderate condition and staff is friendly. My kids and I enjoy going from time to time although there military discount is seriously lacking a whole $.50 cents of ticket price...why even bother seriously.

The last of it's kind in Aberdeen, Washington. I always enjoyed this place because it's not crowded at all. Being it an old theater and with the very minimal upgrades done in the last decade, the distinc smell inside the theater is the only big turn off for me. Overall, it's been our go-to theater and were glad it's still afloat after all the local businesses closing down. It's sad that it will go away, too, and we are headed for the Age of the AI and automation. GOOGLE ANDREW YANG #YANGGANG

It is so terribly cold in the theater rooms that it had my nose trickling, and body shaking the entire time, and I had a coat on! I was so upset by it I nearly left 10 minutes into the movie. Only reason I stayed was for my daughter. To pay nearly $60 for a family movie, 1 nacho, and 1 kids box and be that cold and uncomfortable is a disappointment.

Staff is very friendly and they all have great customer service! Only downside about this place is the movie theater itself, it’s FREEZING COLD. I went and watched a movie and my whole body was extremely cold, as well as my hands and my nose. Chairs are slightly uncomfortable but it doesn’t ruin everything. Since this the only place in town it’s a nice place to go. But would really appreciate a appropriate temperature setting, or might just bring a blanket. Other than that, great place to go!

It's alright. I don't know if I keep getting in the same screen each time but I always seem to spot a dead pixel right in the middle of the the picture. There are generally less people than most theaters though which is nice if you're like me and don't really like listening to other moviegoer's commentary and conversation throughout.

I think that this movie is just adorable! I was impressed with the overall film, it has the fun vibe. but does not, in any way seem amateur. The story line was so relatable.... that love really finds you when you least expect it. I recomend the new Elton John movie to anyone!! I'm not usually a fan of musicals but this movie was fun!!

My friends and I went to watch Annabelle with a guardian that is older than 18. They told us we need to have all of are individual parents come in!! I am 15 years old and I have went to the movies for ever I have never been told once that we need are individual parents come in. Sucks for them because they lost are money and my business. They were incredibly rude and disrespectful and need to learn how to not talk about you when you are still in the room!!

The staff are nice, the screens are good and so is the sound. Ticket prices are a bit lower than Olympia and other places so that's a plus. The stadium seating does the job but has a little age to it as does the theater itself but no big complaints here

The theater and movies are fine but I asked to get an extra bag to split my popcorn with my granddaughter and the girl wanted to charge me for another large popcorn. I offered to pay but she wanted the price of another large popcorn. Come on you guys this is totally wrong. Also they want 6.10 for a small Icee. Seriously do you really want to go out of business?
