Currently the firm has a score of 4.3 out of 5 and that rating has been based on 2232 reviews.
You must have seen that it has an average rating is very good, and it's based on a high number of scores, so we may conclude that the valuation is quite reliable. If people have bothered to evaluate when they've done well with the business, it works.
You know that we don't usually bother to place evaluations when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Movie Theater is included in the category of Movie theater.
Huge theater with comfortable seating and plenty of parking.
Good, clean cinema with lots of screens, which meant we easily got in during opening weekend of Toy Story 4. Convenient bathrooms and great food and drinks.
Great seats, easy access. Only theater we go to.
Clean property. Attentive staff. Nice location.
An enjoyable expierence, the box office cashiers were nice, and the place was relatively clean. Went there to see SHAZAM! today and was suprised to see a new type of movie theater, called SX (Screen X no clue what the X is for though) and was pleasntly suprised. The idea is well thought it feels more like yoyr there however, it could be better executed the screens to the side that made the thing more immersive were quite blurry at first I thought it might just be my peripheral vision but when I looked at it it just ended looking the same maybe thats a design choice I don't know i'm not an expert on this stuff. I would reccomend you go here for your movie viewing expierence as it is rather nice there and if you worry about parking don't theres plenty.
Movie stopped playing and we just sat in the dark for ten minutes. No one even came in to say anything. Someone from the audience had to. What gives? I CAN"T REPLY SO I"M ADDING ADDITIONAL COMMENTS. I sent in a complaint and got an automatic reply and also got and auto response here. Literally no one cares that the movie cut out. There's another theater up the street and its fantastic. Thanks anyways regal.
Easy access from parking structure, free parking, comfortable seats, and great movies!
Comfy seats, great location and theater design.
Good spot but I think AMC chairs are more comfy
Saw Shazam (great family movie btw- like a PG version of Deadpool) in ScreenX which was pretty cool and worth the extra $. Concession staff at the time were a bit oblivious to people waiting to order. Other than that, everything else was great.
They're dope. They people who first take your tickets when walking in are really fun and glad to talk to you if there is any time to do so. The crew is chill. And it's a pretty clean cut place to go to if you're with a date or even with family.
The seats are super comfy (though I wish the arms would go up so I can snuggle my 5 year old while we watch), and the selection of films is always varied. If only they used real butter this would be an easy 5 stars for me! It tastes like they use maybe coconut oil?
Clean, air conditioned, nice large screens and clean restrooms! Seats are comfortable as well. I enjoy watching movies at this theater.
Great customer service! Every staff member I've interacted with today (Friday, Nov 30) is superb! Thank you team!
I'm a senior with a caregiver and a service dog we all three enjoyed the movie
They had to recalibrate the theater pushing my movie start time out. Didn't have time today so I had to leave.
Best place to see a movie around Seattle. There are numerous places to dine before your movie and the Regal theater there is very nice. Since downtown Seattle has become such an inhospitable destination for anyone with a car, it's really nice to go up to Thornton. Free parking is nice. More dining options than Pacific Place and a nicer theater at Thornton really makes the trip worth making.
Great local theater. Comfy seats. Clean between shows. Friendly staff. Don't forget to sign up for the regal rewards program!
We really enjoy this theatre. I don't totally get modern IMAX. It used to be something but now it feels only slightly larger than a normal screen.
Great screen & sound, food is too expensive
Nice people
The ScreenX is the truly amazing! Saw Shazam and it was dope to see screen to the left and right of us. Great audio too. Worth the couple extra dollars.
One of the nicer theatres in the area. Comfortable seating.
Comfortable seats. The staff has trouble turning the house lights down when the show starts. I've been to five different shows where someone from the audience had to go out to tell the staff to dim the house lights.
Good place. They do change bags during the evening showings so you have to be more clever with hiding snacks that you're taking in.
We thoroughly enjoyed the movie, "Overcomer." The popcorn was very good.
Great place. So many movies to choose from you will find one worth watching.
Go to this location monthly and it’s wonderful! The staff are all super friendly and helpful. You assume some employees will have an “off” day but not at this spot!
It's clean, has movies, and overall has good vibes. I didn't really see the food's prices but i assume they were priced like other cinemas (though you shouldn't take my word for it) In short, it's what you'd expect for a cinema. I'm looking forward to watching another movie that piques my interest here.
My favorite theater to see movies at. Free parking and you get to choose your seats.
They somehow found a way to double-sell my seat ticket, so somebody else had a ticket for the exact same seat as me (which was awkward). Then the movie started 18 minutes late because they couldn't get the projector working... and the projector still glitched 2 different times during the movie. I want my money back.
Expensive, but so is everything in Seattle these days. Theaters are pretty clean, food is pretty standard. Nothing stands out about this place in a good or bad way to be honest.
Big movie theater with comfortable seating.
Went to see Endgame with my son today. Theater was very clean and well staffed with very cordial people. I recommend this theater highly.
My favorite movie theater very clean nice service
Great movie theater they have lots snacks and the popcorn is so delicious.
Went to go see Bohemian Rhapsody sing-along edition there for the first time. Very nice concessions and staff.
Nice theater with lots of movie options and times. It's nice that there's a 5 Guys right outside. The only downsides are that I've found that a lot of the seats are broken. Broken springs, etc. Also the reserved seating is probably a good idea to maximize capacity, but not needed on the less crowded movies.
Great theater. You can book your seats in advance, this has to be my favorite thing about this place. I really only like sitting in one area and it allows me to find the seats I want before I purchase my tickets. The popcorn is delicious and the seats are really comfortable.
It was a good theater. Nice to be able to pick your seat assignments. It involved a lot of walking for my handicapped wife. Appreciated the free parking in the garage.
Saw the Joker movie last night in IMAX for the first time and I gotta say wow. I didn't know watching films on IMAX was is so awesome! You really do feel like you're there. I'm so hooked now lol.
Always my spot to watched with my family since day one. Very convenient, and friendly staff. Clean. Perfect fit size for me. Thanks to all the staffs for always putting on a smile.
Great theatre. I prefer the one in downtown Seattle because it has reclining leather chairs but this one is big and has lots of movies and times.
Love the reserved seating, always very clean, restrooms included and nice people work there.
I always enjoy your theater the only set back is parking. Never any on main floor or the next one down at peek times. All in all get to movie at least 1/2 to 45 minutes early to find parking spot..
Good theater, get your tickets early since it's reserved seating, the best parking is across the street in the mall parking lot.
First visit, big theater complex
was NOT impressed with the so called "Imax" theater. I thought IMAX was supposed to be better than a regular theater. It was unimpressive and the same as a regular theater. I thought the screen was smaller than the regular screen. Concessions was overpriced too.
Toy Story 4 was great and so was the popcorn
Love to see movies here. The theater is spacious. Comfy seats and best of all reserved seating. We have seen several movies here and they all have been good experiences. This is not the closest theatre to my house but definitely the one we like best.
Love the stadium seating. Plenty of parking. In early 2019 the area was still under construction making it a little confusing on the way in. We tried the screen x this time and while it was cool I do not see myself going out of the way to pick it again. Overall is very pleased with my experience the help that the movie that I watched was good.
Nice seats but pretty expensive. Got to see detective Pikachu in Screen X in which they project on the sides of the theater as well. Probably not worth the extra 4 dollars but was still a cool experience
This is our home movie theater. Love going to this place, though the snacks can be really expensive
So this place has amazing concessions and bathrooms and every floor, which as you might know his kind of important. What this place lacks is reserved seating, or even decent seating. The seats are not very clean and if you're not there 30 minutes before you movie and not going to get a seat that you want. However their bar is quite exceptional. All in all this place has better bathrooms than Regal but much worse eating.
This is a nice theater in the middle of the northern part of Seattle. It has a lot of theaters inside of it, and the seating is very nice. Tickets are your normal price, and there are a lot of food options outside too. Nice place to take the family and always a large list of movies playing.
Could really use the reclining seats
Alot of movies to choose from and comfortable seats
Love the IMax experience and took 2 of my friends. We had a great time!
Fast and friendly staff. Theater, sound and picture good. Cleanliness could be better. Also surprise how few people take their trash out to the exit these days. Regal should suggest that in their adds before and after the movie
Even though movie prices are pretty high nowadays, this is a nice movie theater.
Outrageously expensive but nice enough theatre
Theater is great, picked seating before ya go in so don't gotta worry too much about where your gonna sit. Only reason I didn't give it five stars is the tickets are round 13 bucks and concessions are costly, but thats the case most every theater you go to. Returning patron and will continue to come back and see movies here.
Good parking, lots of options for movies. The Imax isnt really an imax. It's a little bigger than the regular theatre and an Imax brand projector but it's not the 'real' imax like at Pacific science center.
This is my favorite place to go watch movies after I moved to Seattle. I prefer regal for their sound quality and cleanliness. These theaters are conveniently located next to shopping mall, lots of good food around, right next to transit and has descent underground parking space though you can always park in the transit space after 6pm or mall parking lot and enjoy a little walk.
Great location, great service. It's never too busy, we almost never wait more than 5 minutes for service or food. We see movies here a lot!
Best of the non real butter theater chains, really good screens (IMAX is impressive and the experience is a 5/5 when you factor in recliners) popcorn IS gluten free, including the 'butter'. Vegans you're welcome.
This is my favorite cinema. I like the screens, the sound is nice and clear. I especially loved the seats. They let you lean back a little, very comfortable; made the entire experience a whole lot better. The staff was nice and very polite. The prices for food seem reasonable. Overall a great experience!
Pricey but amazing theater, very clean and great seating
Great place to watch movies! Food & Drinks are great!
The theater was alright, the food was expensive 6 dollars for a hot dog???? This place is mediocre at best and they're lucky I didn't give them anything below a 3.
Go to Watershed restaurant first for a drink or a meal and get $10 movie tickets!
it was ok,used to live there and nothing has changed since 2011. food is definetely more expensive. i ate cheetos and popcorn on small bag for $9 yesterday. luckily i was watching avengers so i didnt really care. but i see why everyone hides food under their jacket and should probably do the same bcos the food and beverages are stupid there!
They let me use the bathroom. So kind
It was a great experience our first time to watched a movie with my daughter yesterday THE LION KING. The rest room clean .. the movie was Great. The staff so friendly my daughter wanted a HD eye Glasses although the lion king not Needed.. but she gave one for my daughter.. My daughter so happy she said it was The Best Day of her Life. It’s was my early treat surprise birthday for her.. absolutely coming back again I’m wondering if 2 years old allow to watch too.
My choice of theatres in the area. It has everything a good movie theatre needs.
Nice clean theater's helpful staff and close by!
Before AMC Oaktree redid their theaters, Thornton was the better movie theater in the area. Now, it seems they've traded places, and I have trouble sitting still in the seats at this Regal location. I hope it's not like this at all the Regal theaters, but the seat bottoms don't stay put and are too bouncy. There's also less room to sit than Oaktree and nowhere to put popcorn/food besides your lap. I feel like they need a remodel or upgrade to get the seats that Oaktree has. Also, there's no self-refills of drinks or a butter station, so I've been spoiled by other movie theaters that have those available. One of the few main pros of Regal is the movie selection and early tickets for new movies.
No complaints. My children liked the small arcade.
Pretty decent movie theatre; clean, well staffed etc. One thing I wish they’d change is the seats; they are recliner seats but they are not the ones that are close enough together so you can sit on the same surface as the person you’re with. Another thing; bring water with you. Bottles of water are 5-6$ and they only give out tap water in very small cups.
Always a treat at Thornton! Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Great customer service when I've needed it. I've been going to Regal Cinemas Thornton for years and I love it. Gotta admit I have a thing for SushiAndAMovie and Tengu Sushi in the same complex always satisfies. And if you buy a discounted movie ticket there they'll take 10% off of your bill. This is a love affair that will live on. Cheers, B
This theatre has been remodeled and I find the seats very comfortable. I tend to visit at night for one of the last showings and it has never been crowded. There are many escalators going up 3 or 4 levels which almost makes it worth waiting for the elevator, bit the elevator is incredibly slow so I prefer the switch back escalators.
One of the ladies that works the front check in area always remembers us and it makes me feel very welcomed. The popcorn always tastes good, and their rewards system is amazing. I've been going here for almost 5 years regularly and even though I'm closer to Alderwood Mall, I prefer to come here.
It's not bad, parking can be rough, food is okay nothing you wouldn't expect from a theater. New theater were the images project to the sides of the room is okay but not really worth it, it's cool to try but will just watch regular and IMAX instead..
Always a good experience here, even with the weird parking situation. The staff is super nice.
Clean and comfortable theater. Great sound quality and seating options.
Nice staff, good CC equipment, but keep a close eye on the amount of butter on your popcorn. I asked for one squirt of butter, it took him 3 tries not to give us 5 or 6...
We have seen over a dozen movies here and have not had a bad experience. Staff are always nice, its clean, and the proximity to the mall and other food options within walking distance is a perk. Upgrade the seats for full 5 stars.... Just sayin.
It was my first visit to this theater. I caught the 6:40 showing of the Lion King. The lady at the ticket booth treated me as if I were a favorite customer, she made me aware of all of the rewards and discounts that I had overlooked, she was very patient and gave excellent suggestions concerning my seating options. The entire theater was very clean, including the restroom, and all of the employees seemed to have a great understanding of the importance of teamwork. If you enjoy watching a movie with a more cooler room temp. you will be very comfortable....otherwise carry an extra sweater.
Great movie theater, wish it had reclining chairs and ability to actually call the place without listening to a 1 800 number going through a list of a hundred movie theaters when you put your zipcode in. I put the movie theaters zipcode and it started off with the one in Everett and then Issaquah
This is a decent movie theater with nice staff and reserved seating. For a similar ticket price there are nicer theaters with reclining seats, more screens etc.
Pros: 1. Friendly and knowledgeable staff 2. Clean auditorium and lobby Cons: 1. Service was a bit slow
Love this theater! It is my favorite theater in Seattle. I highly recommend it! The theater is also next to fast food and other restaurants.
Decent parking, and lots of theaters - big improvement now that you can choose your seats.
Decent theater, the one I generally go to. Lots of stairs (actual theaters require going up 2 or 4 flights) but they have escalators. Seats could be comfier, which costs a half star, and since Google doesn't let me give a 4.5 I rounded to 4. Still, this is my default place for movies.
This theatre is nice. As usual these days, the prices are a little high (around $15) for an adult. I don't usually buy concessions, so i can't comment on the prices there. They will let you bring in an empty reusable water bottle to fill at the fountain, which I usually do. The screens are really large, the sound is great, and the chairs are really comfortable and lean back a bit. Parking here can be a little bit of a hassle, especially Friday and Saturday evenings.
Good location, nice place to watch movies Regal Cinema is best.
Seating is comfortable and fantastic. Accessible and conveniently located. Hopefully, this does not change when the light rail is built.
Free parking. Everything you would expected from a good movie theater
This is a great location for a movie theater. You have a lot of options for dining before or after the movie and the movie theater itself is really solid and offers many different options for viewing movies.
Customer service was surprisingly great. Just saw the Fathom screening of Shawshank Redemption, which had some digital distortion near the end. Without any discourse, the manager immediately offered up complimentary passes and quickly corrected a booking issue from earlier, no hassle at all.
Really great movie theatres but they dont take google pay, android pay, samsung pay etc...
I prefer AMC in most cases, but this is a good Regal spot when what I want to see is only here.
As far as I'm concerned, this is by far the very best multiplex movie theater in Seattle! There's like three floors with screens on them and concessions on each floor. They also have imax and 3D screens. This is also a newer building and is still in wonderful condition! Free parking and literally right next door to the to Northgate Transit Center.
Very nice took my grandkids to see Aladdin
Pretty standard theater, seen many movies there and it's kind of a draw on how clean the theater will be.
This is a huge theater in the Northgate area. Parking was free consession stands on the various floors .
Comfy seats, good overall experience. My movie wasn't packed so it wasn't as important, but purchasing individual seats was nice. Parking was easy in the garage beneath the theater.
The movie theater is cool, the 3D isnt really worth it, nothing against the theater they're just displaying the technology that's available to public and what's available right now is meh... but the theater itself is nice
Big business with strong popcorn sauce smell.
First experience at this theater was absolutely awful. First, the tickets ordered in advance online from the website had issues. After speaking with the manager, they said we would have to buy a new set of tickets. Finally, we were able to go into the theater to see the movie. After the previews, once the movie started, the speaker right next to our seat blew out. At first we were like “is that part of the movie?” but then it became unbearably loud. Other people in the theater including me, went to notify the staff. Still, after 40 minutes into the movie the headache inducing speaker screeching continued. They wouldn’t issue us a refund or any sort of compensation. We were offered to either sit through it or see a different movie altogether. Very disappointed. Won’t be coming back.
Very friendly staff. Helpful. They have all the snacks (pop corn, ice cream, and candy) and some new items like personal pan pizzas and hot pretzels. The seats are very comfortable and roomy. Coming from a 6’ + dude. I think that is pretty good. You do not feel like your in a plane. The sound is awesome. Not bad seat in the theater.
Where are the close caption devices for the hard of hearing. It would be nice to be able to enjoy the movie.
I love your reserved seating. Concessions line moved at a decent pace. Seats were clean. No problems with film. Probably Aladdin next!
Okay screen, comfortable seating
Saw Spiderman Far From Home. IMAX awesome.
It is clean and well light. I still find it strange to have to pick a seat like an airliner, but it is a small thing. The prices are on par with everywhere else but it is easy to get to and lots of parking.
Saw the best movie I’ve ever seen. Which one is that, the last one I saw there!
Always great selection of movies with a variety of screens. Good parking garage. Nice staff.
Great But I lost my 20$ and kind of frustrated
It's a great sized theater with multiple floors and good comfortable chairs. If you like Regal you will like this place.
There's pros and cons of hitting the suburbs; it's easy to park, negotiate, manage, and move around in. I almost always get prime seating and I've always found the management very friendly at Guest Services when it comes to crediting my crown Club points or what have you. They also have tables and spaces to relax and check business emails between movies if one so dares to take in a double feature as I did tonight.
Love it here. Always clean.
Great movies and a lot of available parking.
Excellent, Quick, Courteous Service with a Smile ~♡~ Thank you
Good movie experience. Line to buy tickets could have been a little shorter.
Super friendly staff and crowd! We were in a “reserved seating” theater and everyone was super cool about shuffling to accept groups and families. Regal points app on Apple Wallet simplifies rewards so much - no cards, no numbers to remember, just a simple scan!
Clean and plenty parking spaces underground. Only down side is that you will have to go up the stairs too many times.
My favorite theater in Seattle. Plenty of movie screens and good quality place. Parking
The Marvel movie marathon was so much fun. It's worth taking time off if work if you like action movies. Thornton Regal Theater has fabulous staff and is my favorite theater. These movies have to be seen in IMAX, surround sound and 3D!!
Really nice theater I would recommend signing up for the rewards program if you are gonna go here often
Love it when I can go
Nicer Regal theater. No full recliners but comfortable seats and lots of screens. There is another concession counter on the 4th floor if the main counter on the 2nd floor is busy.
Solid theatre with a mix of older (stadium) and new-rare (ScreenX) offerings. Efficient processes.
Great place for movie's and services
I do enjoy this theater! The chairs are comfy even if they are of the stadium variety. Free refills on Large popcorns and drinks which is always a plus if on a date night or coming with the family. Friendly staff and lots of screens for a good selection of movies. Even if they are played from Dish or a DVD player..... Lol
. Last time I went I had a few people sitting behind me and there wasnt enough seats for them. There were five people but only four chairs. So one sat on the stairs. They were also very loud and I wasn’t able to enjoy the movie. The seat thing shouldn’t have happened. Don’t know if it was a scheduling thing or if they snuck in. Other then that it’s definitely a four star!!
Great place for a movie. .. good popcorn.
One of the better big theater/ multiplex venues. Good selection of films and schedules. Nice environment and ample food/drink options
I had a very very good time and I would do it again
Very good move theater. Good comfortable seats and the sound was not too loud. Lots of free parking and the theater is easy to see from the road. There are lots of snacks for purchase. Good place to see a movie.
Great customer service. Clean theatre. Good prices. Good audience (quiet through movie, cell phones turned off), very easy and plentiful parking. Safe area.
Joker.....wow.....dark but...poetic.
This place is well-run always clean and comfortable. With so many screens you can often find more than one or two movies that you want to see. Parking is also convenient. Concession prices are high but then again that's how movie theaters make money.
Nice and clean, good size and great customer service
I stopped going to this theater since the staff embarrassed me and my friend who bring outside drink (coke)! We were just half finished of the drink after dinner at Thai restaurant across the theater and ticket checker didn't let us in ! We are now going to downtown Seattle ever since this incident happened. I know we have parking cost is not cheap but have more peace of mind ~! Never going back to Thornton Place and will continue to do so!
One of my favorite movie theaters I love it
Convenient parking, a handful of nice restaurants nearby, and assigned, stadium style seating make this a great theater. The customer service desk is often unmanned, so you'll likely wait around aimlessly if you need customer service help.
Clean and nice place to see a movie!
