Friendly staff, near Capitol Hill and recliners. This is my favorite theater in Seattle. I like that they will do special presentations of films. Tonight we saw an animated film that was presented for one night only. It was a great date night. They also have a Dr. Who special coming up for all my sci fi fans out there. I really can't say I have anything negative.

Want to see a newly released movie in Seattle? This is a good place to do so with your friend/s. It is located downtown, so is easy to get to with uber or public transport. Popcorn, snacks and soda are available to purchase. I saw “Us” here with a friend.

Great theater, and while people taking our seats isn't their fault, I still wish there was a way we could of have gotten an employee to move the guests out of our reserved seats. We ended up having to stand the entire movie because all of the seats were taken.

Watched a movie (Zombieland II) in the 4DX theater for the first time. It was a really awesome experience that kept my adrenaline pumping the entire time. Even if you go to a regular theater, I love the fact that they have fully reclining seats. The food is actually descent ad we love ging here for movies quite often!

This place e is different from other Regal theaters outside of Seattle. The place renovated with luxurious leather recliner chairs with a table that swivels easily. A big upgrade what I had remembered years ago. Surprised the place also has an indoor bar now.

Fun theater. Did the 4dx and was not thrilled. If it were short bursts it would be fun. But knowing what i knows now, an hour long amusement park ride is not super fun.

Great theater to go to if you're in downtown Seattle. They're always pretty chill, not super talkative but they're almost always busy so its entirely understandable. They have some beer on tap for people who are 21+ which is a pretty nifty accommodation. They've also got 4DX and have it for a while, it's pretty weird and fun if you like to be all immersed into the movie. Almost like a Disney ride. Great place.

They have reclining chairs, burgers and fries, and now a bar. Busy in the weekend but pretty easy to get a good seat during the weekdays. Spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries were good. It's got it's issues but better then your standard movie experience.

With the right movie, the 4DX is a pretty wild experience. I'd recommend it for an action film mostly, but we did see the Lion King in 4DX and had some pretty funny surprises (primarily with the scent feature). Made the movie memorable and entertaining.

I'll be completely honest, the only reason I visited was to find the bathroom while walking around Seattle. We walked up and down multiple flights of stairs and could not find the bathroom. I nearly had an accident in their main lobby. But, the place looks nice, has impressive food options, and the staff is friendly.

Nice theater, been here 4 or 5 times now. Seats are the super comfortable kind that allow you to push a button and the leg rest moves out. The big negative of this place are that the restrooms are on a different floor than the theater, and it's a strange and lengthy process to find them.

It was date night! So we went and saw Hustlers. The theater is extremely outdated ☹️ the seats were not comfy and if u aren’t skinny u will be very uncomfortable because the armrest don’t move up for more space. The screen felt so far away from us, and our seats weren’t that far (our seats were in the middle of the theater). Movie was great and surround sound was also not bad. Just wish I wouldn’t have felt so fat, while sitting in those seats.

Although the organization of the bathrooms is baffling (down two floors and up one on the other side of the building to get to the men's room), self service check-in and some of the best theatre seats in the country make this a favorite spot.

I saw Spider-Man: Into the Spider-verse here. The auditorium was pretty small, which is not necessarily a bad thing. It had electronic, reclining seats that were very comfortable and plenty of room between the rows. There doesn't seem to be a box office here, just some kiosks and a guest service desk. Again, that's not necessarily a bad thing, just something to take note of, especially if, like me, you are using ancient gift passes. (They still accepted my pass for it's full value). Overall, I had no issues with the experience, the employees I interacted with were helpful, the chairs were comfortable, and the movie was incredible.

I really like this theater, but as others have commented, the bathrooms are hidden in a weird mid-level between the theater levels. There's not much they can do about that - the building is what it is - but better signage would help a lot. Nobody wants to have to wander through back halls when nature calls, especially when they're missing the show they paid dearly to see! Still my favorite place to see a movie in downtown Seattle, though - the reserved (and exceedingly comfortable) seating is a huge plus.

Go here to watch a movie in 4D it's a must experience. They only have 10 in the United States. Try it. It's the best movie experience you can have.

Reclining, reserved seating maker for an exceptionally comfortable movie going experience. There's not really a bad seat in the house though I prefer to always sit closer to the back. The stairs are a little Escher-esque, getting to the right floor can be like solving a puzzle.

I come here very often. The staff is super friendly. The theaters are very clean and the chairs are comfy. I am a big guy and have no issues with these seats. I once had my movie cut short by the building having a fire alarm go off. The staff was very polite and made sure everyone was taken care of.

Nice seats but I hate reserved seats in non-dine in theaters. Plus there seems to be only one set of bathrooms for THREE FLOORS! A nightmare for someone like me that will inevitably have to run to the restroom once or twice during a film.

Wonderful well needed Program not just for inmates but for our service men and women with P TSD. Really enjoyed the movie. The main Actor was beautiful!... not certain who he is, I'm going to look him up for sure. His acting in visit with daughter brought me to tears. I'm sure soon I won't be looking him up,He will be known. He was great!!

what's the positive about this place, the seats are reserved so you never have to stress about where you going to sit. And they lean back rather far on the very comfortable that got drink holders and food holders and everything you could possibly want. Your experience of sitting there watching the movie is divine. The problem comes in, when You try to go to the bathroom. There is like one bathroom in the entire building and you got to go across multiple floors to find it. So anytime you have to go to the bathroom while watching one of your movies, you better spend like 5 minutes locating the bathroom and then making it there and back again. And that's just Transit time, not including the amount of time you have to go. So it's a great comfortable place to watch a movie. But it's a terrible place to have to go to the bathroom. And by the way on the topic of the bathrooms, they are quite dirty.

I've never been to this movie theater before but went just because the show time was right, I couldn't have been more pleased, although I fell asleep and I missed the entire film! The seats were way too comfy I truly enjoyed my experience, even though I fell asleep.

The bathrooms are in an awkward place so if you're in a hurry you better leave early at the same time the place is very dirty the employees are not doing anything cleaning would be a good idea they do have a bar great but just to come out from behind the counter and clean something once in a great while would be a very good idea the handrails are sticky and so on you get the idea

Before it was upgraded the theater was so bad that I gave it 2 stars. After the upgrade (don't remember when that happened) this is one of the best movie theaters in downtown. You can reserve tickets which is great. The screen is good (not better than the IMAX screen) and the 4D effects (although experienced it only once or twice since I don't watch too many movies here) was fun.

If you have a bad back or neck like I do, don't go see a movie in 4DX. We saw The Lion King there, and literally felt beat up afterward. There are back punchers built into the seat, and of the shaking, punching and jostling not only made me sore, but it made it hard to focus on the movie. It's too bad you can't turn down the intensity of the experience here like you can do in D-Box. It is worth it to see a movie here at least once, though, because of all of the smells, wind and rain. You can turn off the water.

Visiting and decided to check out a movie. This was a very clean and large theater. We bought tickets at arrival and were able to pick reserved seats. The seats were clean, comfortable and had lots of room between rows.

This place is huge! They could use much better signage (way finding is a chore), and the decor is downright austere; this should be a temple to the arts. But it's clean and bright, and for the most part, it does its job.

The theater is awesome, but we saw captain marvel in 4d. I wish would have just seen it in regular 3d. The 4d experience just isn't worth the extra expense. It's ok for about twenty minutes, after that the novelty wears off. After about an hour, I just wanted to sit on the floor. The seat is so hard and uncomfortable, there are things which hit you in the back when the action is going on, the leg things get annoying. It's just not very comfortable to sit in this seat for 3hrs.

Positives - Clean interior and comfortable, reclining seats Negatives - Smallish screen and less than ideal viewing angle - even fully reclined towards the back of the auditorium I had to crane my neck to see the center of the screen. Overall - A decent spot to catch a movie but not the best option for those who desire an immersive experience.

The place is HUGE! 4Dx is an experience with water, wind, seats that move and kick, lights flash, etc. Worth seeing your next favorite movie in that format at least once. Get a ride here unless you want to pay for typical Seattle parking fees. One of the best Regal theaters in the area.

We go to this theater if it's the only option. Its slowly upgrading itself to become a modern theater, but it is taking it's time. Many of the screens use older style seating and it feels dated. It also seems to attract people who like to yell incoherently. It does have a 4DX screen, so if you fancy paying $30 to have water squirted on you, this is the theater for you!

Cool experience at a 4DX movie for the first time. The reactive seating worked well for the most part but could be distracting at times. I don't recommend it for a date but should be fun with kids or if you're a little tired it will keep you engaged and awake. Also, be careful with your margaritas....

This is a surprisingly good theater that is much more spacious than you would assume based on where it is. The seats are pretty comfortable, and the screens are a good size. The concessions here are even more expensive than theaters outside of Seattle though, so be prepared to spend an extra dollar or so per item on stuff that's already overpriced. Still, this is the best theater in downtown Seattle.

Have enjoyed 5 movies on 4dx. Takes a little getting used to, sometimes it can be excessive especially with a fight scene(chair will hit you in back and be jerky). The wind can sometimes be too much and in some scenes unnecessary. There are alot of times though, the scene can really be enhanced with addition of ceiling lighting up for lightning or dripping water during rain scenes.

Reasonable movie theater. Not much to complain about other than the bathroom being up on the highest floor, but that doesn't bother me. We ordered our tickets for Detective Pikachu online and were able to reserve specific seats, which I enjoyed. Probably not as fancy as AMC theaters I've been to, but it got the job done. Good recliner seats as well with a little tray for food and drink.

Not a big fan of Regal Meridian. The screens are small, the sound quality mediocre, the restrooms located on a different floor from the theaters, and the interior charmless and bland. The Meridian is conveniently located near the heart of downtown Seattle, however, and it will do in a pinch if a better option isn't available. On the off chance it's playing something I care to see, that is. Mostly it runs Hollywood schlock.

So I happened to turn up here during a weekday , when I had a little time off one morning . I managed to see a spectacularly popular movie on its third week without the horrific crowds , the whole point . They have spent an incredible amount of money on the Cinemas and the surrounding mall , and I hope it's successful . I've noticed that malls nationally either are succeeding brilliantly or sinking like the Titanic . One might guess that this mall is the former because everything is definitely new and shiny and well thought out . The experience was great of course , the seats comfortable and concessions good . This is my favorite kind of movie experience anymore , with a reserved seat and plenty of room damn the cost

Due to my experience I won't be visiting this theater in the future. After buying my ticket I was asked to reveal the contents of my bag. This was done by the ticket checker and no signs were posted stating that bags will be checked. I watched as several other people entered with bags, none of them appeared to be checked. I also didn't see any signs pointing out directions to the restroom. I asked the same person that asked me to open my bag, instead of saying the restrooms were on the third level, he said "see that man looking down on us from the balcony?" To me his tone of voice sounded as if he was saying that to a child.

The seats are AMAZING and make the ticket price worth it. Just note that if you do self-checkout, the map is flipped so first-row seats appear to be last-row seats on screen. I thought with the reclining seats it wouldn't be bad, but I still got a pain in my neck from looking at the screen from the first row.

Best theatre seats in Seattle. Very comfortable, and makes the experience enjoyable. Never had any issues with other movie goers either, everyone quietly watches the movie. Only downside is that the bathroom is on a different level than theatre rooms are.

Two words people. Two words is all you need to read to know whether or not you should come here. Reclining seats.!! Everything else about this theatre is par for the course, but the seats provide a level of comfort you simply don't get in a lot of other places. So go, recline, and be majestic.

Have been there multiple times. One of the best theater available in Seattle at reasonable cost. Most of their screens have recliner chairs and we have also been allowed outside food several times which you can enjoy on your recliner. Also tried endgame in 4DX here but it wasn't that great but partly due to the movie wasn't probably suitable. Definitely recommend and would definitely try again !!

Really nice movie theater! There are several floors, you start on the ground level, where you buy tickets...then go up the stairs to the concession and bathroom level... Which also has some theaters. We continued to the third level to see a movie in one of those theaters. The chairs recline, there are trays with drink holders that swivel from the arm rest. I would guess there were 30 seats or so in the particular theater we entered for our show. It was very intimate and small compared to the Midwest theaters we are used to visiting. And, backpacks and other bags are no problem to take inside (this would be disallowed in the Midwest, so I'm mentioning it in case it helps any other out of town visitors). The place was clean and well maintained, and the bathrooms were decent as well.

Beautiful theater. But the service is beyond poor. Confession stand could care less if your waiting to place an order. Sorry I'm not an animal rushing up and disturbing you while I clearly see your hands full. To have someone completely cut in front of a person waiting for some type of aknowlagement is just disrespectful. Don't bother picking your seats because people take the seat you reserved. Management doesn't try to fix any bad experience a customer has. Only person I give praise is the person checking tickets. At least she cared.

I don't even want to give it a start. It maybe was my fault went to an emergency exit but how could a fire emergency exit door was locked? I put my phone on the my seat, so after I have been locked in the fire stairway, I cannot call anyone or 911 for help. Therefore, I had been locked in the stairway about 20 mins until the movie end, and my friend heard my voice, helped me out from the stairway. When I told the manager the exit door was closed after I got out from the emergency stairway. Even though he went with me and saw the door was really locked, he did not open it immediately. Untile I leaft I still don't know if they opened the emergency exit or not. Although I like their sofa seats, but I will never go again, I don't want stuck in the emergancy stairway if something happened and I need to use it. Did I got an apology from them? Of course not, it's my fault went to the wrong door how dare me asked them do that.

I went to see Toy Story 4 tonight. The chairs were comfortable, they have the fancy electric recliner buttons, and very good tray tables (rather than just a cup holder). The projectors are of good quality, good sound levels, etc My main gripe is that the theaters are very flat, so you will almost certainly have seats in front of you occluding the bottom of the screen. That's just bad (or greedy) design, especially with reclining chairs. Prices for concessions are nuts, it cost me $7 for a small icee... If you haven't seen a movie at this theater since the renovation please do. The experience is pretty awesome! With roomy interactive seating, upgraded sound system, and a larger curved screen, it makes going to the theater a truly enjoyable experience.
