Here you will see the information of real people like you who consumed the products and services of Regal Marysville (Movie Theater) in the state of Washington.
At the moment this business receives a score of 4.1 stars over 5 and that rating was based on 1677 reviews.
As you can see it has an average rating is quite good, and it's founded on a high number of feddbacks, so we may think that the valuation is quite credible. If people have bothered to value when they've done well with the service, it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to set scores when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Movie Theater is included in the category of Movie theater.
Great cinema. Love the seating and simplicity
Kind of an old theater but besides is nice.
One of my favorite haunting grounds. Rewards Club is excellent to join. Lots of yummy food options. It's always crowded to get concessions, I wish they could open more lines. Theater and bathrooms are nice and clean!
Nice seating. No cross talking .The seating area and floor were clean. The movie experience was great.
It's a movie theater. Just like all the rest of them. Lol!
Beautiful trees in the parking lot
Staff is friendly. They keep it clean even though it is a bit outdated they do good. I like the new reserved seating feature. I think it fits more people in the theater and also makes for less stress when getting there on time. Concessions here are normally very slow. Prepare to wait in line awhile.
Clean, comfortable theater. I was shocked when asking for a cup of water rather than a bottle, the charge was $4.89 for the cup. I declined and asked why. The young man politely explained that the theater only makes 25% from movie sales so they have to make up the difference in food sales. To Regal management: if this is part of your employee training, please lose the whine, and come up with a better explanation.
Weve been coming here for years, and the recent change where you have to choose your seats at time of purchase is just dumb. Its a good theatre. Clean- friendly staff. But choosing your seat? So pointless. We hit into the theatre to watch our movie and people were sitring in the seats we chose, so we had to sit somewhere else anyway. Bathroom needed cleaning when we visited also.
How to train your dragon was great. The staff was nice. Tristen was awesome at the popcorn counter
Great, pleasant staff. Love the rewards club.
Its middle theater to meet up with my sister and enjoy lunch before the movie
Great movie selection. Not a good customer service place, you literally just wait in line, even if you got the tickets in advance. Please add a customer service kiosk!
Shutting down the box office and directing all guest ticketing and concession transactions through the concessions stand has been a terrible, terrible, terrible mistake. Perhaps the intended reasoning behind this policy is to streamline the moviegoing process by affording guests the "convenience" of not having to wait in multiple lines and enable them procure all the tickets and snacks, everything they should want, in one place. In practice this strategy has backfired spectacularly, as guests wishing to purchase only tickets, guests seeking only snacks, and guests who want it all now all have to contend with one another in one massive un-separated freeforall of a line that only slows the process down for EVERYONE. The cinema lobby has become a toxic hotbed of anxiety and resentment that resonates across both sides of the sales counter, as understaffed, overwhelmed, stressed-out cashiers endure an indignant mob of patrons late to their movies, demanding answers as to why they don't just open a separate line for tickets when this no-box-BS is such a clear and obvious failure of guest service. Even the managers I've encountered appear totally demoralized and burnt out, stating only that "it's just the corporate policy" and there's nothing even they can do to change it. I used to love this theatre, and maybe one day I will again, but presently it's just depressing to come here now and it makes me not want to visit ANY Regal as long as this policy remains in effect. REGAL, PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK. NO ONE LIKES THE NEW SYSTEM HERE.
A decent theater nothing special about it. The seats are ok and the snack selection is basic and expensive as always. The screen and sound where ok but nothing to write home about. This is just a basic theater chain, you are going to get what you expect here.
I really love our theater. Last night I lost my phone there (fell out of my pocket during the movie) and an usher very kindly found it for me while he was cleaning after our film. The management was very kind as well when I went to the front to inquire if a phone had been turned in.
Amazing movie ever I seen.
We like the reserve seats! Place still smells though
Nice quiet place not rowdy like some of the others. My dogy loves it
Great time as always fro the last 20 years.
Nice, clean theater! Great friendly staff! Comfortable theater seating with moveable are rests.
I always love going here
We loved that place and what too, go back soon as possible, but we are at different levels and understandings and believes are beyond, because of ages.
New seating organizations! Makes it easier to get and keep your seats!!
I am so thankful for Evelia, who works at the theater at night. When I accidentally left my wallet behind, she made sure it was delivered to me. Thanks, Evelia!
Give it 4 starts because there are lots of bathrooms. Seats are in good condition. Service is slow which kept it from being 5 stars.
They carry the shows and prices are reasonable.
Hire more employees. There's no reason for one snack line to be open ever. Or, put more employees at the counter before a movie starts. Beyond that it's not like you can change theatres everywhere. I end up paying more for snacks and drinks than the cost of my tickets. That's not really a problem your one location can fix
Went to 3:40pm matinee. Had to stand in the concessions line to get my ticket! What, they couldn't open one ticket booth?? And, I wasn't about to pay $7 for a small popcorn!
I always like coming to this local theater to watch a movie. It's in a nice conveinant location.
Movie we saw was a dissappointment, movie was to start at 12, 12:20 finally started. Lights stayed on during the entire movie. During dark moments in film it was very hard to see what was going on.
I visit the Marysville Regal Cinemas on a regular basis with a gentleman that I take to various activities once a week. We are always greeted right away by a friendly worker and everything always seems very clean as well. We've only ever had popcorn and either water or soda when we've been to the movies but those have been good as well. All in all I would recommend this location
We don't go to the movies much but this is my first time going here since they adopted the assigned seating. Not a fan, we picked a row for 4 that was empty for an older movie in the middle of the day, within minutes of getting tickets and food we were at our seats and a couple people had already occupied 2 of our 4 seats. After I said they were ours they only moved over enough to give us 3 seats, don't see the point in assigning seats if people can't follow through, fortunately 2 of our 4 are toddlers and were able to fit in the middle on 1 seat. I am not a fan of this new assigned seat system but apparently I'll just have to order tickets in advance from now on
I love Regal Cinema. They show great movies and have delicious popcorn. To me that's perfect!
Good clean theater. 14 screens. Tickets reasonable and concessions not...as most theaters are.
I always enjoy this theater, 3d capable, decent sized show rooms and seating. The chairs are fairly comfortable and booths usually fairly clean. The arcade portion is minimal as most theaters are these days, usual prices and selection for theater goodies. There is lots of parking so no worries there, i have literally never had trouble finding a decent spot.
Regal Marysville is a run down out of date theater. They are constantly understaffed and it's gone down hill since they made the concession stands the ticket sales lines as well. The only positive is that since the switch, the lines at the concession stands are so long and slow due to being under staffed, I buy my tickets online, no longer buy candy, popcorn and drinks for me and my family. it's saved me a lot of money. Now, if we know we are going to want drinks and popcorn, we drive a half hour to the AMC theaters. It's almost like this place doesn't want to efficiently process customers through, or take our money. I've even skipped seeing a couple movies because I would miss the start if I waited in the concession stand lines. I will just start going to the AMC for all my movies going forward.
Our favorite theater. Clean seats and good sound system.
They have been showing some older movies here lately. Last christmas I watched Gremlins and it was only half priced. Fun times.
Not happy you have to buy Tix online die to new reserved seating (not HAVE TO, but really???)... And now they charge a "convenience" fee through their OWN APP?! PER TICKET?! Ill gladly drive to Lynnwood or Woodinville AMC as they don't charge that and have way better seating (recliners) that don't hurt my back and recline (as these seats don't move at all). And $25 for a weekday day time showing? Ridiculous for an outdated theater.
I enjoyed seeing a movie which I haven't been to one in 4 yrs. And I have only seen 2 movies since 2007 after I lot my husband to cancer. Love the comfort of your seats and it was very clean as well. Good job on your staff.
Good movies, comfortable seats.
I really enjoyed being there and felt welcome
Great movies
counting out loud we only go to regal Cinema in Marysville because it's close clean the people are friendly snacks are good even though their high-priced and it's so convenient for us to take her grandchildren there that we do it quite often thank you
By far one of the biggest theaters I think I have ever been in. The staff is all friendly. The popcorn very tasty, although quite pricey. The facility inside and out was very clean. The seats themselves we're comfortable but not super comfy. That I find to be the case in most theaters though. I will definitely return to watch movies the next time I'm in town.
Hasn't changed since highschool (let's say over 10 or 15 years, except maybe the seats). Wish they'd upgrade signs to digital for each theater, but if you want a somewhat run down run of the mill theater here you go! Seats are comfy and staff are friendly. What.more can you want. Theaters are mostly small except maybe 2, hard to get lucky except brand new movies first week of showing maybe. Always runs cold inside too! But overall I do enjoy going for the hometown friendliness and comfort of a theater I've been going to for 20 years. Get the membership card, points get you rewards! Or pass it on to the person behind you in line who has it and wants your points... Be cool :)
Amazing place, amazing people. Great place to see movies and is always clean!
Decent theater. Closest to me so will be the main one I use.
Nice staff. Good food
Clean and we'll serviced. Nice staff.
Avengers endgame is the best movie ever!! RIP Thanos
Just wish they had recliner seating but otherwise it's your normal movie theater
Cute newer theater. Adorable game room. I liked that you chose the seats. Less chaos. Very clean!
Not a bad theatre at all! the lines get pretty crazy but i mean... is that just a theatre thing? it doesn't take that long to grab some candy, soda and tell people to enjoy their show, does it? Still, the seating rocked and the people were kind!
Good theater. Staff is always friendly and fast. Whole building is very clean. HUGE parking lot, which is always nice.
The food is very high calorie and and the food is 4x more expensive than it would be anywhere else but this is what it is like at any movie theater. If you want something low calorie and no caffine get the minute made lemonade from the soda fountain. There is nothing besides the numbering on each theater so it makes it hard sometimes to remember what theater you came from but besides that this theater is good.
Nothing out of the usual here. Nice enough theater. Nice seats. Clean. The ticket and concession lines were a bit long.
Bruh.... this place... *Toy story 4 with the fam*
Sound to low and seats not that comfortable. Otherwise all is good and staff all excellant. Great movie.
Basic movie theater nothing special
Theater is good but small and the rows are close together
Dont like the computer arranged seating.....at all. Friendly employees
Great place to see movies.
Loved the movie, but...someone had to go and remind staff to dim the lights. The staff did NOT look very happy to be working and even tho the seats are newer this is what they looked like. Soda? Popcorn butter? Hopefully 1 of the above. Not something worse
Always a great time when you're here for a show.
If I could give 0 stars i would. They make me pay for a seat for my INFANT that cant even watch the movie. They told me I either need to hold his carseat on my lap or set me INFANT on the ground. PATHETIC. They're slow at their jobs, horrible customer service. I'm amazed this place is even still open. I'm definitely going to send the BBB a review as well for their poor customer service and disgusting venue.
Had conflicting experiences, one cashier was very pleasant and kind. Overall a very cozy theme. Selections are always satisfactory. The other two that assisted our group of four were very short with us.
Great place to see a movie it is a very clean theater the only draw back is the reserved seating just not used to picking out a seat when you buy the tickets other than that it was a great experience
Always a good time being at Regal 14 Marysville. Clean place, nice staff, and don't have anything to complain about
The problem here is this theatre was built a while back, and it's really feeling it's age. There's no other theatres in Marysville, hence no real competition, and no incentive to update. Seats aren't that comfortable, and while it does have 3D and stadium seating, so does just about everyone else nowadays.
The lights do not dim very much in theater 12. The viewing is a bit off but the sound wasnt so bad. They wouldnt let me purchase a movie cup upgrade with my drink because it's only sold as "part of a combo". Maybe that's just how Marysville is idk.
Good time just wish it didn't cost $200 a trio to the movie theater with family is costing almost as much as a day vacation!
I’m very disappointed with the service Tonight 5-4-2019 at the 7:00 pm showing of the Avengers End game, One hour into the movie I complained to two of the ticket takers, that the theater number One was very hot an there was no Air Condition, they both said that others had complained and nothing could be done, i asked to speak to their manager! Brittany showed up , she said she would turn on AC for us, it never happened the only truthful one we’re the two usher ticket takers , who said they had complaints before and there wasn’t anything they could do! Manager Brittani would rather lie , and we did confront her at the front and told her that we were very disappointed ! She new the ac didn’t work but truly didn’t care!
Saw a Star Is Born. What a refreshing and awesome movie. Well written, awesome story line, and a never thought ending occurred, but realized 2/3rds of the way through, how it was going to end. Good sigh of relief knowing that Hollywood choose to write a new movie vs remaking a 30 year oldclassic. Seems they have a hard time being creative these days, but Bradley Cooper did an outstanding job with the writing, directing, and acting in this movie. I would definitely see it again. Movie theater was great too. I don't think i have ever seen both concession stands open at the same time, but that is not really a turn off to the occasional movie we see there unless you spend a lot of time in lines.
Great! Taken was a very helpful employee. I wish the seats were bigger
1st time there ,nice place small theaters but that's how you get as many as you can in one place
Nice family safe environment, staff always helpful and plenty of well lite and safe parking. Inside the individual theaters are clean with excellent sound acoustics "to me anyway " and modestly appointed. As an older patron i enjoy the younger staff which seem overly helpful to us baby boomers. Never seen a better relaxed place to enjoy a blockbuster. Can and do recommend to others.
Normally we go to Regal at Everett Mall, but if you're seeing a popular movie right when it's released you'll find it sold out at most other Regal theatres, as we did. Regal Marysville had plenty of showtimes and prime seating available for us. And the theaters were just as good. 3D & regular showings were available. I bought my tickets directly thru the Regal website. Just as easy as Fandango, but w/o paying a 3rd party fee. Highly recommend. And I love being able to choose my seating beforehand. Food is EXPENSIVE. Bring your own candy & drinks!!! They don't check bags. We still bought popcorn & nachos. I was disappointed w/the nachos. If I pay $8 for a 99 cent bag of Tostitos & cheese sauce I expect to either A) get enough cheese sauce to cover the bag, or B) get free refills. I wouldn't buy them again due to that unnecessary stinginess. They did come w/jalepenos though, for what that's worth. Parking is free, easy & more than adequate.
Only gave a 3 star cause u cant reach anyone there to actually talk to a person. Son left his debit card there and couldnt call to verify so we had to drive from Arlington to find out. Huge inconvenience. Other than that. Seats are fairly comfortable. Could use an upgrade to a little more comfortable seats. Pretty clean upkeep. The new 3d is really nice. And the surround sound is spot on. Prices for a snack are OUT OF CONTROL! I know they pay the employees out of it but wow. $5 for water? How do they expect families to take their kids to the movies?
Movie time always good
Summer movies for the kids at only $1 a person is awesome!
Fridays makes a good night for movies, the bigger theaters are my preference.
It's not bad. I expected it to be bigger and more comfortable seats like the one in Lynnwood. It's close to where i live so that's good.
Assigned seats worst idea ever, so they ask you to chose .his says all the blue seats are available so you chose a seat with room to breathe as you go to take you seat turns out the seats and each side are you are already taking. Thanks goodness that was only 9 people in the entire room and was able move.
Fantastic theater, considering the location. Matinee prices and a student discount! We saw Aladdin, which was phenomenal by the way. Comfortable seats and lots of cup holders. We got to pick our seats, which is a new thing apparently. I would go again.
Good movie sky high prices though and sore seats
Very friendly staff. Went on a weekday at matinee hour. Theater was clean and pleased to see staff use sanitary procedures when preparing food. Would give it five stars but as with all movie theaters it was very expensive.
I pretty much suck now they tell us where we have to sit in the theater what is clear at the top very warm until the AC came on and then you had to put your coat back on just have to find some different entertainment Marysville got some problems over 12 minutes to get your ticket they don't have enough employees
Favorite theater to go to. Clean auditoriums, good sound quality, large screens, quick concessions. All around a great place to see a movie.
My wife and I bought our tickets with the app. After arriving we found our preferred seats. After settling in we were abruptly approached by a pompass patron telling us we were in their seats and to move. This bruised the entire experience for us. I think that if you were to assign seats with ticket sales it would be appropriate to let all that you are selling tickets to be aware of the policy, and assign seats to all ticket sales.
Very good. Bathroom very clean.
Nice ppl
Clean, friendly employees and popcorn was good.
The service is a bit slow and food is way overpriced. The popcorn can be a bit too buttery. I usually only grab popcorn and a drink. The seats are comfortable enough to sit through a 2.5 hour movie, so no worries about getting uncomfortable. The lines to the tickets are usually kinda long in the middle of the day, but that is to be expected. The service ranges from meh-great. My best experiences in the lobby have come from my night visits. I recommend this theater
Missed 20 minutes of Aquaman in 3D because they sold us OLD pretzels that were rock hard. So had to wait to make new ones. Then my 3 year old picked out ice creme that was already melted so had to wait even longer for a refund. All of the ice creme was already melted. Was mostly mad that we missed so much of the movie that I paid $46. Next time i will drive farther to go to a better place
Love 2 watch movies just not happy about the assigned seating they are doing now
This theater is average. It is not the biggest or the fancy. I hate that they have assigned seating now. I expect assigned with the comfy lazy boy seats. It does work for this style of theater.
The closest movie theater to me. Pricey concession option but movies are always why we there for. Sits need to update to a incline ones but the owner prolly too broke like me to think of it. But its a decent one for now hopefully. GET INCLINE Boiiiiiiii
It was good though it took them a little while to take my order. movie was good though if you have long legs as I do it's very uncomfortable. Thankfully the movie was worth it!!!
Opening weekend is always a hit and miss. The theater is older and the individual cinemas are a tad small, but overall it's still a great place to catch a movie regardless of release or the selection you are looking for.
The seats here were very uncomfortable! There was no good lobby entertainment. Very bored employees. And no reason for the high food and drink pricing as most of the theater was dated.
Went for a matinee and the theater was unkept and one of the Halls wherever theater 11 is, smelled like pee and the girl who gave us are concessions and tickets had a particular attitude that I didn't exactly appreciate. But other than that the movies being shown are vibrant, colorful and the sound and the theater is very good.
I looked at if a movie I wanted to see was playing it wasn’t and that was a month after it came out it is the dead don’t die and it still hasn’t came out to that theater
I saw "The Greatest Show" here, 1st showing on a Saturday morning. Quiet theater, perfect experience. My friend and her hubby and maybe 5 other people in the room with us. No kids crying or people talking. It was a great morning. The place is clean. The staff were pleasant. It was a wonderful movie. I will definitely be back to this location of regal cinemas.
Nice theater, no reclining chairs but good sound quality
Really enjoyed being able to pick our seats ;-)
If you have a lice phobia such as myself I wouldn't recommend going here. No I'm not saying I got lice here but the cloth seats that rest many heads... not a good choice for your new seating! The movie experience was about as expected and overall it seemed well maintained. Interesting new feature they now have arranged seating(like on an airplane), the down side to this is that it is first come first serve.
Great theatet
The new seating policy causes problems. Bought sitting for 5. Had to ask 2 groups to move to sit as shown. Seats are not well marked and many don't like assigned seat to start with. So issues and more issues. . At least mark the seats better. I was in theater #4 row G.
Walking into the main lobby there is a lack of cleanliness, likely due to the obvious under staffing. What staff are working are just going through the motions rather than actually caring about anything they do. Once into the theater, the cleanliness is slightly better. The seats are second rate to all the surrounding theaters. That being said, the seats are just comfortable enough to endure a 80-90 minute film. The screens and sound are acceptable. If possible drive the extra few miles down to the Everett Regal.
Not overcrowded no long lines great experience
It's a very nice movie theater. Food and drinks are good, workers are nice, and the atmosphere is welcoming. A great place to watch a movie. Kind of expensive I guess... But It's a movie theater so what do you expect lol
ONice theater, good seats, but be clear what movie you want to see.
Good food. Slow service.
Nice and clean theater. And friendly staff. I just don't like the slope seating as opposed to stadium seating
Good place for a movie. The snacks are pricey but other then that it's a good place
Love the seats and people behind the counter
Better wifi to be able to show tickets on text message. Had to go out to ticket counter to get tickets.
This one is older and could use a good scrubbing. They do show all the current movies.
Clean and organized, tho lines can get a bit long.
Outside of the fact that you can't get a connection in their lobby, and therfore cannot use your phone to access the Regal App, when you actually want it. Place is good
Saw “The Secret Life of Pets 2” in 3-D here. There was no one manning the ticket booth so you had to buy your tickets at the already busy and slow concession stand. When I finally got up there, a ticket, Med popcorn and large drink topped $32. When the previews started, I was instructed to put on my glasses. The sensation was very unpleasant as the first few trailers were 2D and the lenses seemed like old school red on the right and green on the left. I kept them off until a 3-D trailer came on, but the sensation was still awful and I thought maybe I’d been given the wrong glasses, red/green and not polarized. The ticket taker, who could not have been less interested, traded the glasses and radioed to someone that the polarizing lens needed to be put on screen 3. I went back and told those in attendance what was happening, and that they were fixing it. The previews ended and the film began, still no fix. I went out again, same kid, same who gives a bleep attitude, same radio call. 10 minutes into the film someone flipped a lens in front of the projector and all was well. The seating in the theaters was odd as well, kind of the opposite of the current stadium seating design. It’s kind of like watching a movie from the deep end of an empty pool. The aisle cuts through the middle, so the very best seats don’t exist. Overall, quite disappointing.
While this theater is nice, a child's ticket is over $9. That's the price of an adult ticket. This makes movie days pretty pricey for families!
Regal Cinemas maintains and upgrades its theaters, keeping them current with customers wants and expectations. Marysville is a pleasant, well maintained and operated theater. Our experiences there have always been enjoyable. Smaller town, less rush and a better movie going experience. Also best handicapped parking in the area
Saw Lion King tonight what a cute movie. Hucumbibatata lol
A good theater.
We came on Mother's Day from Bellingham. Quite a Satisfying Experience! They even refill GIANT popcorns and SODAS with NEW containers..Wow..IMPRESSED!
Super cute hidden theater! Clean and I love that I can choose my seats
The movie I watch was very good and the seating, and the food I reccomend coming here to watch a movie
It was nice and clean. After I saw my 1st movie I explained to the woman that I was a disabled vet and retired and had nothing else to do so she let me go into another movie for free. Even gave me 3-D glasses to watch the movie. I won't say her name cause I don't wanna get her in trouble but that was really awesome of her.She was a total class act.
Clean theater and concession area. Not overly crowded and parking area was well lit.
Expensive tickets and food just like any other theater. Good movie selection, plenty of parking, clean restrooms
Finally got to watch Avengers:The Endgame, but that's all I'll say about that. As for the theater itself, such a disappointment. Not because it's small. I've been in smaller much nicer theaters. Although employees were friendly, it was very chaotic inside. Not much direction or guidance. But the worst part is for 3+ hours I had to sit in a most uncomfortable seat. There was absolutely no cushion. I'm sad to say that I walked out of that place with an actual back and butt ache. And speaking of walking out, check out the pic I'm attaching. Never have I ever seen such a horrifying sight in a movie theater. And I even overheard one of the employees begging over their radio for anyone available to clean up as people were complaining about it. Ya, I was hesitant to watch at this theater, but when you're desperate to watch a movie for fear that if you wait any longer you know some idiot will spoil it for you, you gotta go where there's availability. And now I know why.
This theater is a bit outdated and needs to be renovated. The assigned seating in this theatre almost started two fights over seats. This was happening during previews which wasn't great.
Spot light in theater was annoying during movie. Temperature a little warm.
Good place to watch movies. It's a big place, so they can play lots of different movies all at the same time. They normally always have a few different 3D movies playing here also. As for the prices of everything it's a movie theater, so all the food is going to be really expensive. The movies aren't horrible though. They also have lots of ways to earn points to get free stuff.
What's with the assigned seating now?! Terrible idea! Many times we pick a seat based off of where it's located to the screen, I'm not going to know what that looks like in real life until I'm in the theater. And how does a group for friends buying tickets for themselves pick seats together!? This is the dumbest thing ever! Not going here again.
Very easy to purchase reserved seating online in advance to ensure no waiting in line. Quick to get in and out despite a new movie release!
Concession took a LONG time. Everyone very friendly and helpful otherwise. It does smell like locker room, maybe carpet needs cleaning/replaced. Please!
Nice place, but felt food and drink prices where to high. Especially with multiple children. Expensive night out.
Great movies good prices
Never had a problem
I gotta give this Regal a 1 Star. I went to go see Avengers Endgame and luckily it was my second viewing because I at least was able to know what was happening. I feel bad for first timers. First the theater I was in was not air conditioned. So it got really hot in there with a packed house. Second multiple people complained and the manager told them she would fix and it never got done. Second this isn’t the places fault but I hope movie goers see this. There were multiple groups of people who got up audibly said “I’m leaving” and then proceeded to make a lot of noise and ruined the experience for people. And I can guess that maybe they just couldn’t take the heat this particular showing room was at. So all in all bad service, and bad building (manager said it’s been a common complaint which isn’t normal). Go a few extra miles to the Everett One much better.
Its a good theater. Nothing wild or exciting, just some good service and clean seats. The food and drink is pretty good, the restrooms are good, and the seats are clean and comfortable.
Great movie theater. I saw Fast and Furious: Hobbs and Shaw. SO ACTION PACKED. I LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT.
Nice cinema, comfortable seating, pleasant staff.
They have very comfortable seats in a nice sound system five stars
It’s a nice movie theater. The seats are comfortable and it’s very clean. They have great movie screens it’s awesome to watch movies in 3D!! They have very friendly staff. The price of the movies are reasonable due to the quality of the theater. My only complaint is the price of popcorn and drinks are so overpriced!! I’ve tried the popcorn a few times and it tastes stale. It would be nice to see the prices come down a little on snacks! I literally paid more for a drink and popcorn than my actual movie ticket. I will come back but won’t be buying snacks. I would give this place 5 stars if the concession stand was more affordable.
Showed up 30 min prior to showing. Great service. A little understaffed I'd say. It took 40 min to get our drinks and in a seat. Decent theater!
Quaint theatre, which I like. Only bummer is the concession stand is slow. Always slow. They show latest movies, plenty of seats. As of February, they began doing assigned seats which I found very cool when we pre- bought our tix for the movie.
Great for an evening out with friends or family!
Theater was fine, however I think it's ridiculous that you have to Pre pick your seats when you haven't been in the theater before. Like assigned seating on a bus.
Could use a little updating, but other than that, a great go to for a Regal theatre!
Who doesn't love going to a movie in the theater now and then? This is a great place to go.
Nice movie theater.
High quality and clean. Best part is that you can get closed captioned glasses so I understand everything the first viewing, rather than having to wait for home release.
I used to like this theatre! Now somebody thought it was a good idea to combine ticket sales in with the concessions and I am waiting in a line that moves one spot every 5 minutes. We are missing the previews and at this rate we are going to miss part of the movie. Please, who ever made this decision, change it back!!! Looks like with everything these days it is better to purchase tickets on the app or online before going inside to avoid waiting in long lines.
