Movie theatre located along a strip mall. Except no one goes to strip malls anymore so it's just a lonely movie theatre. It's an older building and it gets pretty chilly. The best thing is no one really goes there so if you want a good seat at a new movie, this is a good option.

Great theater, staff always friendly. Now that you can pick and choose your seats it's even better. Bathrooms always clean obviously most theaters are pricey with the snacks but when just going to enjoy a movie it's a nice place.

Endgame was great. Floors were very sticky inside theatre. Lines in concessions were not too long, but I noticed cashier's were taking a little long. I've worked in the theatre industry so I know how fast they should be moving. Also the prices are extrememly high. $5 for a small soda?

Reasonably comfy seats, clean bathrooms, pretty typical movie theater prices. Staff was nice enough to warn us about an end credit scene before we left the theater. ☺️

Not a fan of this movie theater because it's so ghetto but mainly at night which is why I stopped going there. During the day is 100%. I'll still take the one in Puyallup/south hill over this but 5 stars

My new favorite movie theater! Unlimited movies for $21 a month?! Includes 10% off concessions, and you can usually find discounted gift cards on sale for Regal every once in a while (15% off). A little older theater, seating could probably use an upgrade, but the staff is great. 15 plex

Not a bad place to catch a movie. Place kept decently clean. I would advise going in the afternoon or weekend in the mornings. Place get busy around late afternoon. Prices are a bit more expensive then AMC.

The seats are great, the location is easy to get to, concessions have a decent variety but are as expensive as any movie theater. The ticket prices are fine and they have some morning and matinee specials that make going to the movies a bit cheaper if you are flexible on your time.

Not a bad choice for movie lovers I can't give it five stars only cause the chairs are no where near the same level of comfort as the AMC in lakewood. Besides that very nice. The employees are very good and always kind the number of times I have been there. I will be going back quite often.

Well first of all a landscaping company that I worked for had the parking lot and building landscape and irrigation to install when this place was first built and the foreman on that job Dan, offered me some of on that job as my crew had just finished up another project. And I had never been inside to catch a movie until last weekend when for the first time in my 54 years I watched Godzilla tear it up. I was not disappointed with the movie at all. It was a little over 2 hours long but it seemed like it was only an hour and a half. It was just action packed. The seating was comfortable and the popcorn and soda were reasonably priced. The cost for 2 adults was just over $26.00 USD. I would suggest catching a matinee to save a bit of money.

Run of the mill modern movie theater. Standard fixed seats with moveable armrests and good stadium rise for rear rows. The floors were not sticky at all, restrooms clean and the overwhelming smell of popcorn didn't go past the lobby.

Place was neat and clean. Seats comfortable. Food at concession stand was outrageously priced but we expected that. I liked that the first movie showing of the day was only $6.00 for everyone.

This is a nice, clean theater. Me and the wife enjoy coming here. The staff is typically polite and fast, but occasionally we get the rude high school kid behind the ticket counter. This particular location has a good selection of arcade games which adds to the cinema experience and gives you the opportunity to release any built up stress before enjoying your flick.

The chairs weren't the most comfy things I have sat in and the particular theater room I was in the front speaker one side was off/not working. Though most people probably wouldn't noticed I'm just used to surround sound so during certain moment it was more obvious. But those are minor things, though probably will opt for a theater with better seats in the future.

My girlfriend and I have been in the hospital because of medical problems with our daughter. They finally had our daughter stable enough that we felt like we could go out and have a slight distraction from everything going on. Normally I'm not one to complain about anything going on, but with how stressed we had been we wanted to get out and watch one movie. Well there were three barely teenage boys sitting next to us in a full movie theater they were talking so we asked them to stop. They had ignored us and continued, so my girlfriend went out and got a manager he came in and did nothing didnt even give them a warning to quiet down. They continued talking throughout the whole movie. When I confronted both managers at the theater they said that there was nothing they could do if they didnt hear them talking. In a 3 hour movie staff(aka the manager my girlfriend talked to) only came in once. This shows that the manager (said she had been working there for 14 years) is not a very good manager and that this theater needs to do some retraining. They offered to give us premium movie passes of which I refused because I dont normally go to regal theaters and this example is why.

They say the RPX is an "IMAX Like" experience, yet just seems like a but larger screen. So was decent. Yet I won't pay an extra $5 per ticket for the screen. Just saying. Good sound. Yet not worth the extra money. Clean theater and kind service. Will go again. Just not RPX anymore.

Regal now requires reserved seats. Makes it challenging when meeting friends that arrive at different times. They need to turn the sound down a little. Theater is comfortable.

Recently they've required us to reserve our seats. This makes it frustrating. If I wanted to reserve my seats, I would go to AMC with the overly nice seats. I want to be able to just find a nice area to sit down and be able to move if necessary. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and makes for an easy experience.

This place is adequately comfortable, with decent seating. I prefer the recliner seats, but frankly I'll go where the movie is and this place is clean, pleasant, easy to get to, work a good variety of snacks, which are, of course, all far too expensive. But that's what you get, buying snacks at a movie theater.

This place will never see my Business again. Didn't make it to my movie because "Its a gun free zone" No signs no warning, nothing. Stopped by the staff and wasn't allowed to go in. Disgusting

While watching the movie someone started banging on the exit door near the big screen. This went on for about 3 minutes. I went to get an employee & they were gone by the time they went outside to look. People in the theatre were scared. My daughter's friend got up & ducked behind the seats behind us. She was very frightened. There has been a shooting at a theatre in the recent past. And having an officer posted at the lobby of this theatre makes you feel like they've had past problems. I lost 10 minutes of my movie and should have been given comp tickets. I'll never go there again. And would recommend anyone else drive the extra few miles to the next nearest theatre & pay the same amount but get a much better experience for your buck.

I guess I'm used to the nice reclining seats at other cinemas. These seats just seamed really small compared to those. Other then that the theater was clean and staff was frendly. Popcorn was heavenly. Women's bathrooms were out of toilet paper in several stalls. We saw Avengers End Game which was a three hour movie. Didn't seem like it was long at all. I would have no problem coming here again. Wasn't my first time and Most likely won't be my last.

Great location, easy to find, and a well kept theatre. Don’t seem to have a lot of issues with people on their phones here either for some reason. I love the fact that I can purchase tickets and from the concession stand using the Atom app, not all theaters allow this. Staff is friendly and are not too slow at the concession stand which is a big plus to me.

Friendly staff, mostly clean, lots of cinema rooms for lots of movie options to choose from. This theater does get pretty packed often but I love that you don't have to pick your seats ahead of time like most of the other cinemas in the area. I love the other cinemas because they offer reclining lounge chairs but at least at Regal, if we choose to go last minute its ok.

I havent been to the movies in 6 years. The only reason i went this time is to see detective pikachu with my kid and the seats were amazing and comfortable. One reason i didnt like going to the movies was because i was always cold but this theater was perfect temp. I wasnt cold or hot. The seats we got were great! I couldnt be more happier with this place. Only downfall i see is the food is WAY to expensive. My bf and i got a large soda and 2 chicken strip baskets and it came out to almost $40 plus movie tickets were 15 a pieace so all together i spent 85 just for an hour.... ridiculous. But other than that it was fine. But i will say im never going again unless it is one i am dying to see. Hope this helps :)

Comfortable but not extravagant. The theater was fine, the audience was less so. Somebody brought a sub 2-year-old into a three hour movie (avengers end game) that started at seven thirty pm. The kid was actually only a little fussy a few times, but still would have preferred the kiddo stayed home. Couple of people in front of us kept looking at Facebook on full brightness on their phones at the beginning of the movie (but did stop after the phone notified them loudly that it had lost its internet connection). The theater was fine, concessions were nothing special, and I hope you get a better audience to watch with.

I will preface this by saying our regular theater is AMC. We paid for RPX and regretted it almost instantly. The seats were uncomfortable. The popcorn tasted stale and wasn't buttered enough even though we asked for butter (why can't we put our own butter on our popcorn?). While watching It, we didn't see or hear anything that made us feel like the extra money was worth it. We will stick with AMC as they are just a better quality theater.

The employees were nice, but a whole other level of stupid, I gave it 4 stars and not less because they were just kids, but I'm giving the parents of the employees 0 stars, and they should slap themselves for not caring enough to raise their kids NOT STUPID... It was like dumb and dumber were dealing with the public, while they made the older man with the great accent clean theaters, and he wasn't stupid... He should be at the door, not dumb and dumber.

However that being said i enjoy this theater because it is very clean, lobby, concessions, bathrooms, and theater. Also the screens our huge and sound quality is great!! I would go here all the time if it was more comfortable. That is only reason its 4 and not 5 stars...

I had a great experience with my movie (Brightburn if you were wondering) it was a decent theater room and building, the one thing that made this a 4 star review is the concessions. I don't expect much from theater concessions because they are overpriced and low-quality but compared to other theaters... The popcorn had barely any butter in it, EVEN THOUGH I asked for extra butter, and the nachos were a bag of tostitos and a small container of cheese that tasted like paper with cheese powder on it. It was fun and I would still go again if I was up to it.

Nice enough and pretty clean and well kept for an older theater. I really like regal cinemas in general because they have a really good rewards program. I do wish that they would convert to the recliner style seats and reserved spots. That would make it so much more comfortable to watch movies here. They have some fun concessions options like cheetos popcorn. I haven't tried it yet but I'm intrigued.

As a whole this is a nice place to see a movie and in most cases the showing times are spread out. My only dislike about this Regal is the location as far as a safety issue.

The only reason I am giving this theater a 1 star rating is because of the customer service. My boyfriend and I came here to see Husstle. We had to wait outside in line for a while to buy our tickets which is fine. Once we got to the front of the line I told the girl that was working at the box office what movie we wanted. We paid and went inside. We went and got some pop corn then went to go to our theater. Then we noticed the girl at the box office sold us tickets for the wrong movie. I went to tell one of the staff members and they told me I had to go back outside to the box office. I had to wait in line again. Finally when I got in the front of the line again I told the staff member what happed and she had to call the manager to get the approval. The manager came behind the box office and didn’t even look at me. She didn’t say dsorry for the inconvenience or anything. I was very annoyed at this point. We ended getting to the correct movie finally and ended up missin the first part of the movie. The movie itself was great and the popcorn was fresh it is very clean as well but the customer service is HORRIBLE.

We got to this theatre at 8pm and got tickets for the 9pm showing and figured this would be more than enough time to get snacks and to our seats. Stand in line at concessions at 8:10pm with 3 people in front of me. Finally get to place my order at 8:30pm but made the mistake of ordering food that needed to be prepared and wasn’t handed to me until 9pm. That’s right, 50 minutes in line and waiting for concessions. It wasn’t that busy either and this has been a continued trend whenever I go to this theatre which I will not be anymore because that’s absolutely ridiculous. The seats are not that comfortable and too close together, you can’t stretch your legs at all during the film cuz you’ll kick the seat in front of you, the bathrooms are always super dark to hide how dirty they are. The employees always look like they’re dead inside. I’ll stick with AMC from now on.

Went to this theater because it was the only place that had tickets available for what I wanted to see. Service was good and short wait times even though the parking lot was packed. The seats were good but not great. I was glad they offered assigned seats. Sound and image quality were good. Overall good experience but wouldn't go out of my way to come here unless it's the only theater that has what I want to see.

Got tickets to Avengers: Endgame with assigned seats on Fandango app. When we got to our seats, 2 of the 4 were occupied by other people who refused to move, so we didn't get to sit together as a family. Also, I was hoping for the nice, recliner-style seats. Would've been much more comfy for such a long movie.

Regal Cinemas Lakewood 15 & RPX isn't too bad of a place, seating is so much better than it was 10 years ago and the lines are short here.

The movie we saw was edited for language. I didn't know that was something you saw in theaters. You could clearly read the lips saying a foul word or group of words but there voices said something else. It was wierd. But the popcorn was good. Sound and seats were great.

It's OK. They always have the new movies, but the seating isn't very comfortable, even in RPX movies. It's clean and the customer service is good. Very accommodating. The seating is surely in need of improvement.
