Best theater in the area. The seats are large with plenty of let space. Even with the chair fully reclined people can still walk past you without disturbing you. All the movies are reserved seating so seats can go pretty fast.

Theater is good, but sadly no comfortable seating area to hang out in while waiting for a movie. Optimized for people who have a car and never have 45min waiting time between arriving at the theater and the movie starting. This is a problem because there's no Starbucks or other option immediately nearby, especially in the evening when the mall is already closed.

Seats were super comfy and wider then the AMC in Victoria. I gave it two stars though because it has these safety bars that cover the bottom of the screen. Most of the time your not missing anything but it’s still annoying because it doesn’t just blend in or do a straight cut without noticing it’s there and you notice it. we watched blockers and you couldn’t see the a whole conversation that was happening at the bottom of a supposedly funny good scene. I am 5’ 2” for reference and my friend is 5’ 5” we both couldn’t see it.

This has become my favorite movie theater lately, easy parking , Love the seating here. On weekdays show before 12 are a steal at $5 , especially if you have a big family and kids. Recommended to use the regal app for booking tickets, give you better control on seating maps.

Love the seating in this location. All the screens in this location are equipped with recliner seats and they work perfect at the push of the button. The screen size however is not so big compared to competing theaters. Lots of restaurants in the Crossroads Mall making this an ideal place for food and movies. Overall a decent place to go for movies.

All the seats are comfy and will recline! Concessions are pretty good, though they are always out of frozen junior mints (please stock more in the freezer!) And the theater rooms are always crazy cold. Half way through the movie and my feet were ice cubes, despite wearing thick socks AND a jacket.

Loved this theater... recliner chairs! And you can reserve your seats ahead of time (their is an extra cost if you do it online)! It was a very comfortable theater, even sitting in the third row. And the gentleman at the customer service desk was great. Will definitely go there again.

This is my go to place for movies. Mostly because it’s the closest to me but also because they have the best recliner seats compared to other theaters with it. Regal in general is the best brand of cinemas as you can collect points very easily and get free tickets. There is a great staff and I noticed since I come here so often. They’re pretty funny.

He tried and tried to make the card work and after saying he believed us called his manager who typed in the card we had been using to get our tickets and groceries earlier in the evening that finally worked. Great place to catch the latest film release. Clean lobby, clean bathrooms, and clean theaters. Wheelchair accessible basically everywhere too! The recliner seats have always been such a terrific feature and one of the reasons we keep coming back! The other great feature is the ability to reserve seats - super handy especially for popular films or if you just want to ensure that you get the best seats. ;) Theaters are also kept at a comfortable temperature depending on the weather - warm & cozy for winter, and cool but not fridged in the summer. ☀

Best theatre on the Eastside. Reasonably priced, comfortable chairs, plenty of parking. I would give it 5 stars if they upgraded the speakers and their sound dampening as there are definitely spots in the theater that have a pretty awful audio mix.

Great seating and always clean. The manager is helpful and is always looking out for everyone. We once accedently got 2 handicap seats. And they helped us get it changed over and made sure we were all able to sit together. Only issue is the same for any movie theater. The cost of a water bottle is a bit out of hand.

Holy wow! Went to see a movie this weekend for the first time in several years (had my first kid 3 years ago).. things have changed! Most notably: all the seats are super cushy & recline electronically AND they've doubled the space between seat rows! Was not expecting such a luxe experience - pleasant surprise! ❤️

Our favorite theater. Wide, reclining seats with lots of space between your feet and the row in front of you. Nice big armrests. Book your seats before you go. Reserved seating. Clean theaters. Always nice service at the concession stand. Not the greatest selection of food. It's theater food, we don't go there for a meal. Candy, popcorn, slurpees, pizza, hot dogs, etc. A few restaurants nearby with a Baskin Robbins down the street. Bathrooms are always clean. They aren't that big, but there are two sets right across from each other. We usually go on the weekends and holidays and I haven't ever had to wait. Not sure about the women's, though.

Awesome place, amazing seats. This movie theater is conveniently located next to one of my family favorite spots (crossroads mall). I love going to the movies and right after have a cocktail across the movie theater at the Italian restaurant, but if my kiddos come with me, no problemo because the mall has a great family atmosphere where we all can relax and enjoy live music or games playing with the locals.

I wish this theaters telecast Bollywood/Indian regional movies as well. For the movies I wish to watch and if they are on screen here,my subconscious mind automatically drives me here

they have a mini arcade, pinball machine included. So make sure to bring some change :-) over all the theater is really clean, the staff was friendly, and parking was easy. They mostly popular movies, whatever is out, box office hits, the seats are super cool. They are the type that stretch out and let you curl up into a ball or cuddle in. You might fall asleep, fair warning

While the theaters are upgraded with nice reclining seats and screens, the employees are consistently far below par even by theater standards. Concessions is constantly out of items, say things like "that will take a while, are you sure?", concession employees disappear for 5-10 minutes while ordering, and every employee acts like doing their job is beneath them.

The theater is great. The seating is awesome. The complex has 9 screens... Some screens are big and some are small. I have been to both the types and liked both of them. Located in the crossroads, it is located at the prime location. We can do advance booking and then go shopping. Parking is adequate as we can shop any where in the cross roads. Food options are very limited.

This theatre has great seating and affordable tickets. Reserving seats online is very easy. It's good to know that you don't have to wait in line for a potentially awful seat--your seats reserved! I am seeing more theatres taking on this model and I think it's great!!

I was very impressed with the cashier. I tried to use my phone number for my regal account and he nicely explained that I need the app. He patiently waited for me to download the app because he wanted me to get the discount. We are from out of town and didn't realize that there seats were recliners which was nice and they had seat assignments which was nice so we could get our popcorn and not worry about losing seats. And popcorn was half of because it was Tuesday.

Regal cinemas is a chain of cinemas here in Washington. They offer fairly good value for money and a comfortable viewing experience. I particularly like this cinema because the chairs are the reclining type and are very nice. The cinemas are not overly large and it seems designed more around comfort than trying to get as many people in as possible. I like that you can reserve your seats. The staff are always friendly here and their popcorn is great. I will be returning for sure!

Nice seats, comfy for kids. Sound system is not too loud and so kids can enjoy movie. They add too much butter to popcorn so make sure to ask them to not add butter or minimum butter, as the butter smells as if it's stale.

Regal cinemas at crossroads has definitely upgraded for the better (compared to my last visit which was 10-ish years ago). The primary difference is that the seats recline. They also have a leathery feel but I'm not too into that since I can get uncomfortably warm quickly in those materials. The atrium has a grand hall feel to it: fairly skinny but very tall. They have a small arcade and small concessions stand. The point of sales is located outside which is cool and different from most other newer theaters. Ample parking at the Crossroads shopping mall.

Seats are very comfy, screens are a good size for viewing even in front rows. Staff always seems rather unfriendly if you're Indian. Nice little arcade to pass the time while you wait for showtime.

This cinema is not the BEST cinema in the world, but it's not the worst either. It recently installed recliners in the place of the seats, and that was a BEAUTIFUL idea. It has an an arcade for kids to wait when your in that huge line waiting to buy popcorn, so that's nice. Now that I think of of it, this Regal cinema is actually really good! If you live close, you should go here!

Just watched a movie in auditorium 3. All seats were electric recliners. When I was about to sit down, I noticed there was some liquid on the seat. Could be an accident during the previous show, and the cleaners just missed it. But I am not impressed with the cleanliness. Big screen and good sound. After sitting for 2 1/2 hours, my lower back and behind were a bit sore. Perhaps the recliner was a bit stiff?

Rating in order of comfort and price. Cinemark in Bellevue is the cheapest with regular seats. I like it best especially when going with kids. Regal has recliner seats. So more comfortable than Cinemark but also more expensive. It is kid friendly. Ipic in Redmond is the most expensive but also the most comfortable. This is where I go on dates with my husband. It also only has seats in sets of 2 so not a good place to go with kids.

This place accepts movie pass. I like it for late night show as its very close to my home. Not so much crowded. Very small hall rooms bring latest cinema and they have 3D too. Good place beside Crossroad mall. They have popcorn and other snacks as usual to other theaters.

Stadium seating, reserved seating and power reclining chairs. Mostly standard snack bar options. The corn dog nuggets are surprisingly tasty. The employees tend to be above average for a movie theater. The managers seem to do a good job of finding quality people in a high turnover job. This would be a 5 star review but they lose one star for having surprisingly uncomfortable seating. The actual seat cushions are actually harder than the old seats they took out to put in these new fancy recliners. I frequent another regal down in Carlsbad when I visit mom, so I know they could be so much better. I also wish they had added the little swivel tables like that other Regal has, though that doesn't affect the star rating. It's just the firmness of the seats.

Really unfortunate this Regal location has decided not to offer ADA caregiver passes to moviegoers with disabilities who require caretakers 24/7. The Assisant GM told me a "loophole" allows them to deny a caregivers pass. Yet we never have a problem at Regal Northgate. It's clearly a decion by this locations manager to prioritize profit over polices of inclusion and equity. If you share a franchise name, you should share the same ADA policies as other Regals in the area. Will be submitting further complaints through their office. Will not return to this location.

I love the seating. The chairs are super comfortable. The prices are the same as just about any other place. There's a few places to visit while waiting for a movie to start. The location is great if you work at Microsoft and want to grab a movie shortly after work.

Aside from Cinerama in Seattle, the crossroads theater has to be the best theater around. All assigned seating, good food nearby for before or after a show, and reclining seats for everyone. One of the best things is the 10:15 am shows that are 6-7 bucks a ticket.

Best cinema in the area, IMHO. Super comfortable reclining movie seats with lots of personal space, reserved seats, super courteous staff. And they have 1/2 price movies on Tuesday, with 1/2 price popcorn and hot dogs. And they make the popcorn with coconut oil, which has the best flavor. Last but not least, they are usually not very crowded.

This theater had some comfortable seating that you can reserve in advance, and the standard theater snack bar. The theater itself was reasonably clean and there were not any technical problems with the film. There's plenty of parking and restaurants nearby for before or after your showing.

Consession like every other theater, popcorn, nachos, pretzels, candies, etc.. If you like popcorn a lot get the big bucket, with this you'll get endless popcorn. Nice and friendly staff.

This is our favorite place to catch any movies. The seats are large and comfortable and you can choose your seats online which is a huge plus. No need to line up to get good seats. Parking can get to be a bit of a pain but if you drive around you can find a good place to park. The arcade games in the lobby were fun too.
