I am very disappointed in the new reserved seating. I come to the movies with a group of single ladies who come from different parts of town and check in separately. How are we supposed to buy tickets so we can sit together? Even if we ordered tickets online, we would still have the same problem. I know it benefits couples who want to sit together and not have to come so early to get good seats. Please consider our situation. Lots of weeks we come twice a week and it is definitely inconveniencing us.

Cinemark has become my go to theater. The people here are really nice; the theater is clean and the seats comfortable. There are some newer theaters around and the Clackamas location is in a mall, but overall I would recommend this location to anyone. So go see a movie already!

Good clean fun! Popcorn was fresh, staff was polite. Theater rooms were clean and consession lines went fast. I was excited to see Shazam and everything was streamlined to get me into the theater. No waiting and staff made sure things were up to par on service. Will return!

Seating, projection and sound system is good. Main lobby is clean and well maintained. Staff are courteous and professional. Can't give 5 * since inside the movie room is hot (room 1) and restroom need more attention when we were there .

The government needs to regulate how much a theater can charge for water. Over 6 dollars for a bottle of water that costs less than 3 dollars anywhere else is ridiculous

This is a large theater with multiple showrooms. Major motion pictures typically have numerous showings, so you never have to wait long. Staff are friendly, facility is well-kept, and concessions are tasty. Prices for shows and treats are standard for the industry (read: high). I inquired about a military discount on admission and was advised that they typically offer a military discount - just not on Mondays, which it happened to be the day of my visit... It also happened to be Memorial Day. Let's just hope Veteran's Day isn't on a Monday too.

Dark Phoenix was a good movie. A little dark Good action. Did expect better though. Regal cinemas is more why the lower ranking. Seats are too close together for a 6'2 person like me. Felt very cramped. Is a clean theater and in good quality though

We enjoyed the RPX theater for viewing Endgame. The theater was clean, the picture was great, the sound was awesome, and the leather chairs were in good shape. I was a little disappointed that you had to hold perfectly still to keep the leather from "squeaking" during quiet parts of the film, however.

I don't write reviews often, however after my experience at this theater last night, I felt I should share. We arrived for a 7:35 movie at 7:15 and had our tickets already purchased online. We waiting in line for popcorn for more than 20 minutes. On a Saturday night, they only had 3 people working the concessions. Yes, 3. We make it into the movie shortly before it started and endured what could be the most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in. Upon leaving the theater, every trashcan was overflowing with garbage. Under staffed, uncomfortable seats, and frankly, dirty. Not a great experience.

They make you stand in a long line at concessions to buy tickets waiting a long time while they serve people food. Not a pleasant experience.

Staff is friendly, the place is clean. The popcorn was fresh and they really "layer" it. Definitely a fun place for a family outing. The volume in the theater isn't going to blow your ear drums out. The bathrooms are clean and operational. The location is nice, and parking isn't too bad!

Saw a special screening of Booksmart here and aside from the incredibly slow service (mostly because there was only a couple of employee's working this busy night) there wasn't anything else to complain about. Theater was clean, seats were fine, snacks plenty enjoyable. Just had to wait about 20 mins in line for overpriced food, that part sucks.

Not sure where the original review went, but we'll do it again. The fake leather seat squeaked every time someone moved, so during the quieter parts of the movie, you can hear every person that shifted in their seats. Also, too almost a half an hour to get the concession line. Yes, it was very busy because Endgame was opening, however, I think maybe getting rid of the menu of too many options and just offering popcorn, candy, hot dogs and drinks would help tremendously.

I love discount Tuesdays! 3D movies cost extra, but it beats paying full price. The ticket lines move fairly quick. I like the popcorn with extra butter. I miss the days when you would get some sort of coupon towards a soda or popcorn after you get so many points.

I took my kids to see Endgame as our first visit to this theater. NOT opening night, but a Sunday for 6pm showing. We arrived about 25 minutes early as we travelled a ways to get there. Wanting drinks and popcorn, we got into one of the concession lines about 4 people back from the front of the line, and stood there for 35 minutes! There were only 5 people behind the bar working concessions, and they didn't seem to have any sense of urgency to work quickly so we could get in our seats before showtime. This was super stressful as we watched our 6:15pm movie time go by. The person in charge of our station disappeared to the back for some time, apparently getting more popcorn. THEN he went back again to put the popcorn away???? Meanwhile more and more people are stacking up in line. Add to that, a small popcorn, two bottles of water and 3 candies were $29. $5 for a bottle of water that's $1.89 anywhere else? We saw an RPX movie, which was fine, except for the loud squeaking noises of the seats around us. I get that leather is easier to clean, but it's a very bad choice for this venue. Overall even my 13 year old son said it wasn't worth the extra trip in to see a movie.

This is a really nice Regal Cinema. They have large theaters with reserved seating and both RPX and IMAX. The only drawback, as always, are the prices for snacks. Do yourself a favor and join the rewards program to get some good discounts on popcorn, drinks and tickets if you go frequently.

Arm rests raise if you're on a date and want to sit a little closer. Confession stand offers the usual. No alternatives like brewed ice tea or healthy food options.

Saw Rocketman; I love Elton John & Bernie Taupin's songs, and the film presents them generously. The theater is very comfortable; however, one must always allow plenty of time before one's film for ticketing and concessions procurement because these processes are quite slow here. Staff is pleasant and pay attention to each customer in turn, which is nice, though it's another time-consuming factor to allow for. That accounted for, an enjoyable experience should be had!

Theater I was in was smaller screen but seats were newer - consider how old this theater is I was impressed with that. Seats don't lean back any so my back usually hurts or very uncomfortable by the end of the movie.

The image quality and sound system are fairly disappointing in the non-IMAX rooms. It was quiet enough that I could hear the attendance chatting during the movie, which is something I haven't noticed at other local cinemas.

Helpful staff, just a little understaffed to get the tightwad Tuesday patrons through. Waited outside for 15 minutes with only 2 people working the booth. Theater was clean and the gentleman washing the windows even took a picture for us of our group.

Decent theater with very good image and sound. The volume level was perfect. Only real complaint is that the advertising and promotions before the 15 minutes of trailers seemed to drag on for most of an hour. Oh, also this cinema now seems to require seat reservations in some theaters so the box office line moves more slowly than ever! I guess we're expected to buy tickets online.

This is a typical theatre. Seats aren't the greatest but could be worse. There are no real budget ticket days or consession days just matinee prices which are ok. The concessions are typical. The 3d is overrated for the extra cost mostly and will leave those with motion sickness nauseated.

This one is defiantly decent though, with the increase in ticket prices over the years they seem to do a really good job making it worth your money. I would go back as well as recommend it to anyone looking for a decent theater. 3D Movies are super sick too!

Regal has now made 1 line for tickets and confessions. Takes 3xs longer to get a ticket even if you don't want goodies. Slows the entire process and made us late for our movie. The Regal employee said this has been at least the 30th complaint in just her line in the past few yrs. Regal, go back to ticket lines and seprate confessions. This is rediculous considering how much ticket prices have gone up. Give the customers a break. You can't really be saving that much money by combining the lines.

If you're looking for an average movie experience, this place is perfect. There isn't much to brag about, but I can't say there's anything bad about it. The prices are one of the biggest downsides, but that's to be expected from a movie theatre. Overall, it's the place I consistently go to for movies so I'd say it's pretty neat.

I like to go to the RPX theater here. It nice and loud so it drowns out whisperers for the most part. It is one of my preferred theaters in the area. New seasons is close if you want to grab a reshimg probiotic drink or some wheat grass for your viewing. Un fortunately the concessions stand dooes not offer these items here. Make sure to get a regal card going to rack up points for datenight

Had to buy ticket in the concession line, so waited for all the people buying popcorn and drinks just to get my ticket (about 20 minutes). Try to buy online and they want to nail you with the convenience fee. Just let me walk in, buy my ticket and move on to the theater.

I'm bouncing from 4 to 5 stars. I mean it was clean, the movie was great, the sound was great. The lines were long, to be expected but I absolutely wouldn't get there on time. The prices are always high when you think back to our childhood, but right with others I guess. It's a shame that it has to cost so much to take the kids to a movie, really. It was over $50 for 4, some popcorn & soda. I hope I hit it rich cause a drive-in would be in my future. It was nice but the cost is something that makes it hard to do. We could've gone out to eat at a nice place and spent less.

Typical movie theater, nothing special. Don’t really go to the theaters much any more, has to be a really good special movie for me to want to see it on the big screen first. Especially the 3D movies I like on the big screen watching the special effects! But I have a 65” 3D HDTV with a 7.1 surround sound system and even the big popcorn machine like the theaters have. There’s also something to be said about staying home in your easy chair sitting comfortably in your jammies or underwear! LOL These days we stay home to watch our movies more than we used to!

It is a clean theater, popcorn is fresh and most of the staff is friendly and helpful. My question is why the assigned seating??? I'm not a fan at all. Even tho I could choose a seT when buying my ticket, the ticket guy didnt give us the seats we asked for, and there wasnt anyone available in the theater to help us find our seats in the dark. ( we arrived during the previews) us we were meeting our kids there and I worried we wouldn't get to sit together, if someone took the seats next to us. I dont see the reason for making us choose seats before we enter the theater. Why is the industry going to this procedure?

Let me walk you through my experience. In the movie, you set plain coming from the right. It sound like it's coming from the right. As it passes it switches from your right ear to the left. The sound is amazing and you won't regret going there. The seats are comfortable to and the place is very clean

So I had my grandsons birthday party here. The price was good. I was unhappy that I had to wait for the hot dogs I ordered 1/2 hour before the show started so I had to miss alot of the first part of the movie. After spending almost $300 they could have been a little more organized for birthday parties. The staff was great too. They could have called and checked in the day before also to see if I had any other questions or concerns.

Decent theatre but always drastically understaffed on busy nights. No reason you should have to wait 15min to buy a ticket and then another 15 to buy popcorn. We see people give up buying food all the time and just go to their movie. If I was the manager that would drive me nuts. 8/6 Update - Returned again tonight. No 5 star experience to report. Waited 27min for popcorn. The whole line of customers was complaining and half walked away. What a joke.

Drove from Portland for a new movie experience since this is the only RPX theater near me. I was sadly mistaken on the quality of this theater. Aside from the usual sticky floors the chairs moved with any slight shift in the chair. They squeaked very loudly, you wonder how I could hear this in a loud theater. The sound wasn't even working till the last preview. Then when the screen asks you to put your glasses on for the 3d that didn't work. Overall I had a horrible experience here and wouldn't tell my worst enemy to spend their time or money here. The screen and sound was nice but that's about it.

This is not my favorite theater but because it is close I come here. My problem with this theater is the prices are high for snacks (like every theater) but also the wait time. People want there snacks now, and not wait 7 minutes for some extra mini size corn dogs and have to walk away from their movie to go get them. And then have to pay extra for some damn ranch! After you paid a arm and a leg for those Mediocre mini corn dogs.

It was so busy and they were to understaffed for opening night of endgame. Had to arrive 45-60 minutes early to get snacks if you didn't want to miss the beginning of the movie. Manager should overstaff for large openings and make sure staff can stay in front of popping popcorn and the like instead of waiting. Wasn't super efficient, at least that night. Slower times/not opening nights of popular films it's alright. Clean and decent and not falling apart. Pretty average theater.

With easy parking and a ready cashier at the ticket counter, I was able to get in quickly. At about 12.50 a ticket for Sunday evening, it is kind of pricey. I got a large drink and a new thing they have which is a Nathan's sriracha hot dog... pretty good, if also pricey at over five dollars, the drink was 6.50... So for a grand total of just over 24 dollars I saw alita battle angel... The theater room was clean but small, with very comfortable seats. Overall I really enjoyed the experience.
