Enjoying a drink while sitting amongst other movie gowers openes up conversation..a very open area for a drink with a group of friends before a movie. Leather seat plenty of room to move around. If in a group try to make it an even number of people. Chairs are paired for a great date night environment .

Although it's more expensive than a visit to the other theaters in town, it's worth it for a unique experience that the other theaters don't offer. Other than the usual popcorn you can order burgers, nachos, salads, and since it's a 21 and older theater you can also order alcohol. All while watching your movie or even just to enjoy at the bar/dining area

My favorite theater in town. Nothing beats an atmosphere like this! They have full service in the theater for food and beverage, which includes adult beverages. And when someone gets rowdy they get booted from the theater. No kids allowed and no one will ruin your viewing experience.

Great place for the adults that need to getaway from the all ages movie theaters. Good beer selection and full bar. Some of the food items are unique and others are questionable why they even put this on the menu. Portion sizes on some of the products are extremely small for the price. Example: Chicken strips are are processed meat (not real chicken). For that price I could of gotten these at my local grocery store for 1/3 the price in a large bag.

It's a great experience, and it's nice that there is a theater in town that actually accepts a credit card. The seats are comfortable, and the food is good. There is a good selection of alcoholic beverages to choose from, and that can help to make a movie a bit more enjoyable. The only reason why I docked it a star is because it's really expensive. It runs almost $100 for 2 people to watch a movie while having food and a drink.

Dinner and drinks delivered right to your seat in the theater. We ordered the taco salad and nachos, both very good and large portions. Friendly and quick wait staff! If we lived close, we would be regulars for sure!

My husband and I go here for date night Saturday when there’s a good movie we want to see . We have our favorite seats and usually order the same food but we have tried a lot on the menu and have not been disappointed yet. All the servers are great they’re really on top of what you need when you need. I recommend this place to any couple who just needs a great night out.

I love it here! It’s awesome if you want to have dinner and watch a movie at the same time. You do have to be 21 or older, but it is worth the wait. You also have to keep in mind that the movie tickets will be more expensive than the normal theater and the food is a little pricey as well. I believe it is worth it as the food is delicious, the service is quick, and the chairs are very comfortable.

Always a fun evening at the Orion. I mean what's better than a movie, dinner and cocktails? Well, there are a few things that could improve upon the experience: 1. The Handicapped seats are solo, thus the person must sit alone...that's no fun. 2. The seats are comfortable, but it would be great if they either reclined or had a slight foot rest. NOTE: I realize this might hamper the waiter/waitress access to all seats; however, they do not walk in front of every chair when fulfilling orders, they use a "pass over" method, so it could work. All-in-all, great service, employees are always kind and seem to enjoy their jobs.

The best place in Yakima to watch a movie. Be sure and get your tickets in advance as they are often sold out on feature flicks. No minors=no kids screaming and plenty of leg room here. I love the fact all I have to do is push a button and a server will show up and take my order of any food or beverage on their menu including Beer !

And their food is pretty darn good, especially their nachos. And one Tuesday a month they have $5 movie night where they will show a classic older movie and they offer drink specials that relate to the movie.

It's always fun to enjoy movies at the Orion! We wish they would have let us in eariler, it was just 15 minutes before the movie started and many folks didn't get their food. It isn't fun to eat in the dark or very low light. Nice to enjoy spirits with the movie.

Cheap drinks and the waiters/door checker were kind, but the ticket salesman/turns out to be the manager and is incredibly rude and uncomfortably sexist. Nothing else was terrible, but I can't recommend it since the "face of the business" is so hostile.

People who say the portion sizes are small need to go on a diet. Each and every time I've been there I've left stuffed. I ordered and pizza and a salad that could have easily been split between 2 people leaving them completely full. I love their salads. They are huge!!!! And their cheesy garlic bread with marinara sauce is a reason to go eat there on it's own.

Disappointed with our visit to the Orion. Three drunk people sat behind us and proceeded to talk and laugh throughout the movie. We complained three times. The drunks were spoken to once. After speaking with the manager, WE were told we could leave theatre in the middle of the movie and get free passes instead of resolving the problem. I guess drunk people disrupting movies is acceptable to the managers at the Orion.

A little expensive but worth every penny. Great for a date night with the spouse. You can knock out dinner, drinks, and a movie in one spot in a very comfy, clean, and friendly atmosphere. The servers are very professional and have great attitudes and will wait on you hand and foot like your royalty and believe me when I tell you that they're constantly on the go from the kitchen and bar back to the movie room. They are diffinently worthy of a good size tip. Eventhough alcohol is served costumers act like respectful adults and our curtious to one another by displaying great movie theater advocate during the playing of the movie.

I enjoy going there to watch a movie. It's past time for Yakima to get into the modern age. Yakima is so far behind. At this theater, you may order food and drinks from your seat. This type of business has been around since the 70's.

A movie theater that serves food and booze with no kids allowed? Sounds like a dream, doesn't it? Lucky for you, it's absolutely real! The food is decent (not gourmet, not slop), the drinks are what you'd expect and the film selection changes regularly enough for a mere digital 3 plex. They occasionally show classic movies for special features. The staff does their best not to get in the way of the movie when bringing food or taking payments. You can drink in the bar before your movie and then take your drink with you into the theater which is nice and clean. You can buy your tickets online and pick them up at the counter with your confirmation number. So convenient! I've never had a negative experience with drunk people but I'm sure it probably happens from time to time as I'm sure the cinema will do what they need to extinguish the situation. If you're over 21, go have a drink and catch a flick. You're sure to have a good time.

Stop by theb Paparazzi Jewelry store at Peach Tree Retirement Apartments and purchase some 5 dollar bling jewelry and accessorize for your night out. Dont worry this fine fashion jewelry is nickel and lead free and nice stuff too.. Don't worry we have something for.the guys too. Oh yeah the seats at the Orion are comfortable and the service is great! Hands down even if you don't drink it is a fun place to go! Dont forget to order some nachos.
