Love this theater customer service is nice. Restrooms clean. Prices resonable. Good choices for current movies. You can butter your own popcorn which is nice.

It's a great place for family and friends to come watch a movie. There is a concession stand to get popcorn, pop and candy. I like the fact that every Tuesday is $5 per person to get in to watch any movie.

Let me start off by saying I’ll never go to this place again. They charge full price which is $9 before 4 PM for a 3 year old when other theaters allow them in for free. It was $27 for my wife, my daughter and I. The popcorn prices are insane $9 for a large and $8 for a medium and $7 for a small. The drinks are expensive as well. All in all I spent over $40 for 2 adults 1 child and one medium popcorn and medium drink. Save your money and go to another theater you’ll regret coming to this place.

We went on a Sunday and I was not happy at all. They only had one cashier open and once we got up to pay the girls that were there were not friendly at all. There was staff just standing behind the counter stairs at the customers. Once we bought all of our stuff and got into the theater to watch our movie and there was still garbage left over from the movie before. There was drinks left from the movie before garbage on the floor. Popcorn bowls on the seats left behind. Nobody even attempted to clean up. I was so mad and wanted to leave, but we had already paid for everything and it wasn’t cheap. It was horrible!!!

It's great to have a local cinema. It is kept clean and they have all the current movies. Also, great popcorn because they let me bring my own butter. Friendly help. Clean bathrooms. Suggest an international film week. Also suggest that they make two lines when selling tickets from lobby--one for those who want popcorn/eats, and one for just movie goers.

Best theatre in sunnyside. Actually its Only theatre i think lmao. Either way, good place. Overpriced food but its ok cuz i smuggled like 5 hamburgers in for the bois and nobody noticed. The Lemonade is cheeks tho dont buy it.

Not at all crowded, nor was the sound system playing on the edge of pain, like at so many other places, it seems. Staff were all friendly. The popcorn tasty as well.

Could have been a 5 star but my only complaint would be the hot dog buns. I wish instead of wheat bread they would bring back the white bread. Are you kidding me? I ain’t trying to go on a diet

I like this theater; for one, you can almost always get in to see a a new movie release. Very rarely have I been there and had to wait for a later showing. It is usually clean and the small arcade is fun for my teen to enjoy a few minutes of play time with her friends after a movie. The snacks are a bit pricey, but the prices are probably just as expensive elsewhere.

Good enough place. My Husband & I like to go sometimes to have a date night. Sometimes people can be rude up in those theaters or loud ! Especially teens !!! They should have the people in the red vest that stand outside the showing chaperone the inside since some people (sometimes not all times) cant enjoy a movie. Overall we like the place !

Served COLD popcorn, asked for another since it was cold and they're so stupid to grab from same cold popcorn that has set in there to long. So I told them I wanted new fresh. Floors in 2 theatre's were sticky from not being clean. And we want to bring in more mexicans who grew up on streets to serve us, crazy

We love this theater! My family comes down from Yakima because this theater is way, way better. The screens are super clear and the sound is great. Ticket prices are better than Yakima, too. The concessions are tasty and also cheaper. They offer 3D showings and you can pay with credit /debit cards!!!!

The theater showed a little age and the sound was so so. However, the staff was great. My wife and I went for the Star Wars premiere and there was no standing outside in the snow. We were let in and seated over two hours ahead of time.

We arrived for a matinee, they opened five minutes before the movie. After gathering snacks and finding our seats, we waited 20 minutes in a dark theater before politely sending someone to ask If the movie would be played. It was started before he even returned to his seat, no preamble, previews or warning. Usually a good theater...but the service was in decline.

Sunnyside location, our movie turned off after 20 minutes and then it took another 15 to 20 minutes before the staff could get the movie back on. Not very amicable! They acted like it was our fault they sold us the wrong tickets! When i went out to get refills on our large popcorn and drinks they were no where to be fpund! They owe me free refills! Prices to get in and for snacks are outrageous! No wonder we were the only ones there!

Average theater, evening prices are average. The seating isn't anything special, but the theater is clean and well maintained. The staff are all friendly. As typical with any theater, expect to pay high prices for popcorn and drinks to enjoy while watching the movie.

This is the best option in Yakima valley. They aren’t as fancy as the Seattle are theaters. But these guys take care of you. There’s rarely an overpacked show and the popcorn is great.

The parking lot security guard, gave us a horrible time she thought that we were just going to be parked there and not go inside, coz we were just waiting there since we got there a bit early. We will never go back again; we rather rent movies from a red box instead.

2 cashiers opened, employees standing around doing nothing to help lines go down, movie about to start. I would replace these employees, fire the managers with black outfits that always stand around doing nothing. And to top it off they over price everything.

Speaking as a local. This is the worst theater I’ve ever been to. Every time I’ve come here I’ve never had a positive experience. Audience members either kick your chair, talk throughout the movie, make obnoxious noises, rest legs on and in between seats, etc. The worst was when someone ran into my movie and flashed their phone light around yelling and cursing while their friends recorded them at the entrance. This was right in the middle of the film. No checks from staff. Zero enforcement of standard movie theater rules. I’d rather spend the money and time to drive an additional 30 minutes to the next theater than go here.

Close place to go see movies. Five dollar Tuesdays are pretty good, but the food and drinks are super expensive. I really suggest not getting snacks from the cinema.
