Less than impressed. The seats, while stadium, were incredibly uncomfortable. Other showcase theaters in the region have far more comfortable seating. For being in such a prestigious location, it had the look and feel of something that intended to be great, but was never maintained.

Service was pretty bad here tonight. Nobody got their bill before the movie was over, food vouchers weren't applied, empty plates sat on the tables the whole movie, and the chair itself was broken...seemed like they were more interested in watching the game then doing their jobs.

Who doesnt love patriots place, the cinema is great. Its big, and theres also many movie snack selections right inside the cinema. The seats are comfy, and youll really enjoy watching a movie there. Also shopping places are close by, and even olive garden i think lol

The overall appearance is very impressive, as well as the atmosphere in general. The main lobby is well payed out and allows speedy ticket and concession purchases. However, the actual theaters themselves could use an update/remodel. The seats are very small and slightly uncomfortable. This is the only reason for three stars, other then the seats, the place is an amazing place to hang out and see a movie

Was looking for a more upscale movie venue for the cost of the ticket and the location. Somewhat clean but for a Sunday afternoon, it could've been more cleaned up. Like that I can sit anywhere I want instead of an assigned seat but the trade off is an uncomfortable seat.

It's a nice alternative to the usual trip to the movies. For about $25, you get really comfortable seats (on par with a recliner in your living room), and they serve food right to your seat. The price also gets you a $5 voucher off the food. The food has always been delicious.

For 14.15 a ticket, I expected a great experience. What I got however, was far less so. The other patrons were fine, I wouldn't blame the theater on them. The staff was friendly, the bathrooms clean, but the audio in the theater was awful. The theater I was in, number 13, had a speaker in the back that would crackle at the slightest increase in volume in the movie. It was the most annoying experience I've ever had at a movie theater. If they are going to charge such high prices for movie tickets, they should at least ensure a quality movie experience. What I got, was far from quality.

First time visiting this theatre and was not disappointed! We had lux level seats that were deep, clean and very comfortable with powered recliners and swing around trays for food and drinks. The servers were pleasant and didn't get in the way of the movie. The menu prices were ok overall and the selection was good. The sweet potato fries were awesome!

To whom this may concern I am very disappointed with the customer service in your Foxborough patriots place location I was trying to catch a 9:25pm movie on 04/6/2018 and the staff at this location was very unprofessional and did not know how to diplay proper customer service. I work for a company that provides discounted tickets for its employees. I purchase multiple tickets for my friends and me but did not print these tickets out because on numerous occasions I visted other showcase cinemas and there was no issue with them scanning electric tickets from my phone but at this particular theater they did not want to accommodate us. I arrived at the movie at 9:10 and movie started at 9 :25 I explained to the staff and manager Kimberly that I did not know I needed to print the tickets and could they please scan the ticket off phone this one time because we were going miss the movie we came to see. They were not interested in helping us and made us drive all the way home to print the tickets. We had to watch the last show of the night and were very disappointed with experience and will never visit this cinema again

The location is great but I was not impressed at all with their theater. It is way too small a stadium for such a prominent place. It could definitely use some renovation and expansion to make it a more attractive spot.

This isn't like most movie theaters.. We choose to dine and watch a movie.. The seats are so plush and comfy you wont wanna get up. The service is super fast and extremely pleasant. The food was very good, and very reasonably priced! I normally don't enjoy going to the movies so many theaters have sticky floors and sticky uncomfortable seats. This theater has everything even great cocktails! Go check this place out and you will never want to go to a movie anywhere else

If you going to see a really good movie, the Lux is the best place to do so. With friends and family. Must be 21.Enjoy the dining area and bar. Order appetizers or full dinner before the movie. You'll get escorted to your chosen seating. Relax,.recline and place orders for drinks, popcorn and some people will just have their dinner while watching. Service.and staff are awesome. Can't wait to go again with girlfriends.

Visited for Avengers endgame. Although the website contradicts what the employees tell you about Deluxe seating. If you see children seating in Deluxe seating please understand that is wrong. It is 21 + only. So happy my boyfriend went to purchase tickets inside the venue opposed to buying online when we had a nine-year-old and his father accompanying us. They discounted our tickets for the misunderstanding. Very clean bathrooms! Very clean seating. Very clean everything! Employees wear nice and helpful and cheerful :-) Thanks for the fun time!

Pretty big movie theater with some food stalls and concessions, games in the front, and a Luxe Level. You can buy tickets online, at the computers, or stand in line. The theater also has an escalator that connects to the outside shopping area of Patriots Place. This is my go to movie theater and I love that it's connected to shopping.

It's a movie theater.. Line were huge and concession stand was near impossible to reach, I went without popcorn or drinks due to long lines.

I went today and the woman serving the refreshments Told me I couldn't have refills even though I am a Star pass member ? If you check the website it states that you get free refills on LARGES . She tried to tell me that I had to be at a higher level to get refills and my status means nothing ? This is what you have to deal with this place's workers who won't let you get the things you have signed up for . Manager was a little better he said on only X larges ? Yeah this place never changes nor does the pathetic help.

It's big and comfy but I rarely see people there during the weekends outside of football season. Not a super high traffic area for most of the day I notice. Facility is nice, everything is kept clean.

Me and my son attend this cinema on fridays, pretty nice, no reclining chairs though, they do have cinema delux , a seperate seating area for people that want to order off a menu while watching a movie and The crowds are decent on a busy night. They have a decent seating area to enjoy your snacks and watch tv while you wait for your movie and More like a waiting area. Looks like a cafeteria type deal and , also some lounging sofas as well, a mini arcade room. Nice cinema, while you wait they also have shops on the upper level just take the elevator up!! Pretty kool!!

Try out the Lux Level, it's the best movie experience. Get reservations for the weekend because Lux seats sell out quick and movies only last in the Lux theater for a week or two.

Wonderfully comfortable seating, lots of available parking and a myriad of eating selections both IN the theatre AND in the area's surrounding restaurants. This is a huge multi-plex theatre, so an abundance of different movies being shown to appeal to all tastes. Recommend.

A solid theater with comfy chairs and a good variety of show times. Ticket prices tend to be a dollar or so higher than other theaters, but it's not an exorbitant difference concessions on the other hand...). The theaters are always very clean and the bathrooms as well. They also offer Lux Level seatings if you want a more luxurious (read: boozy and expensive) experience.

Great theater but maybe I'm old but how far do we have do to pay for a bucket of popcorn. 18 dollars that's alot specially when your a family 4 want to go to the movies enjoy it . It cost me 20 dollars for each one and that's not including drinks 7 dollars . Really Well that kind of nbn makes me want to wait for red box or buy the movie when it comes out in store witch I dont mind save more than 80 percent of money and 3 dollars for a box of popcorn that will last me for three movies

The people here were very cordial, and got me what I needed, but, I was disappointed by the low quality of the seating. Not only could I not reserve my seat in advance, but the seats were of the old fold-down variety, with narrow armrests. Maybe it's just me, but I don't care for having to display dominance toward a stranger just to have a place to put my arm. That being said, the theatre seemed clean, and there were no technical issues with my showing. Except for the aforementioned concerns, I enjoyed the visit.

If you want to watch a movie this is the place to go! Family friendly - Tons of stuff to at Patriot Place. The theatre is clean and staffed with the nicest employees. Grab a bite from the restaurant right there for a delicious burger or mozzarella sticks. Kids loved the Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream served there as well. Highly recommend.

Always a great place to watch movies with the option for the lux level. Theaters are clean and the seats are comfortable. Snack prices are a bit high, but that's probably on par with other theatres. There are decent food options in the lobby as well.

Can somebody please tell me why the seats in this theater are the way they are, it's like you're automatically tilted back and to see the screen you have to move your neck in a most uncomfortable position, I literally walked out of the theater after about an hour, most uncomfortable seating I've ever experienced.

I'm going to say what I did not like about this complex.....the restrooms needed some serious attention . People are slovenly pigs (which is an insult to four legged pigs) but people are being paid to keep these restrooms clean. That job was not being done during my visit. My wife had the same complaint regarding the ladies room.

I love this place, very relaxing at any time. Go watch a movie, sit at the restaurant at the cinema or around the area and have a drink, then take a walk around and enjoy the view. It's a beautiful relaxing atmosphere.

Everything about our Lux experience was fine minus the awful server with the attitude. I went to look for her because we waited 15 minutes for our order to be filled (forget the button). Hippie looking server with hemp necklace.... Change your attitude towards your customers.

Awful experience. Staff at the food service area have zero sense of urgency, massive lines and the slowest service. New scanner check in is terrible, massive lines and slow service. No reason to not be able to assign seats and make booking easier, it’s a stadium type theater. Never going there again totally ruined the experience/

Staff are almost always fast and freindly. The seats are older style, and don't recline, but, that's fine with me. There is a Luxe Level available. Parking lot is giant, but good spots reasonably close to the theater are usually available if you look. The concessions are outrageously priced, but where aren't they? Overall, I find it a nice, clean, convenient place to enjoy a movie. P.S. I wish they had IMAX theater

Randolph has much better amenities and much more comfortable seats. Foxboro showcase seems very old and out of touch compared to Randolph showcase. Reserved seating is not available at Foxboro which stinks.

We had free tickets for a luxe level movie which is normally I believe $26.50 a ticket so we had to take advantage. Super comfy seats you basically get sucked into them! The food was actually pretty good considering its the movie theater. It was a little overpriced as you can imagine but all in all it was a pretty cool experience.

I would say this theater is just average. The normal seats are not automatic in some of the theaters at least, shocking as it was not built to long ago. They have many different food choices as well as a lux level but not even the ability to refill your drink which is a game changer for me. I would have to say overall I wasent to satisfied with this theater after having been to a few other showcase theatres.

I enjoy this movie theater for the Lux Level. Nice to go out to a movie and enjoy a meal and adult beverages while watching the movie. A bit expensive for the food and drinks you are getting, but you expect that you will pay more for this at the movies. Worth it in my mind.

Lux Level no service. No server came until the movie started so we placed our whole order. Our food came out before our drinks and popcorn. Forget the server signal, no one comes. I had to get our drinks at the bar. Dedham Legacy is much better
