Went to see a specific movie only running one night. Register broken at concession stand, three people on staff just standing around while it rebooted. In the theatre, sound was initially broken. Then they didn't bother to turn down the house lights, which made looking up at the missing panels and the water lines they're normally hiding a bonus. Just a crummy experience. Will not return.

Old type multiscreen complex. Reasonably good selection of films with occasional special events like operas and film festivals. The seats are old, but OK. Floors sticky.Probably should be remodeled. The food selection has recently been upgraded beyond the usual popcorn and candy. They offer full meals. Don't expect too much.

There were only two concession lines with a 30 minute wait, but it was clean and the stadium seating meant no obstructed views. Regal has an awesome rewards program and I am headed back for a screening of How to Train Your Dragon with my 5 year old next week.

We had a gift card for the movies which we had sitting around for over two years. I was concerned that it wouldn't work but it worked perfectly. The Cinema had excellent seating, fairly priced snacks as well as centrally located theaters. For $50 we saw a new release for 2 and got enough snacks to subdue us through a two and a half hour show. The only problem was and our theater people were on our phones and no one did a pre movie check to ensure that people were following the rules.

Pros: Popular theater showing the latest movie releases. Also shows Met Operas on select dates. This is a large, multi-theater complex. Theaters are clean, offer 3D movie viewing, seats are comfortable, and staff is courteous. Cons: Tends to be more expensive than other theaters.

Well I tried going to goosebumps 2 and me and my family did take 20 minutes to find the room because the tickets don't say where it is. Then all the rooms had different movies posted outside the rooms so we took a big while to find it and missed big part of the movie including that is very expensive. I've gone to other movie theater and we'll they're a big difference in the price. Including the popcorn wasn't really that good we wasted a lot of time that was unnecessary if the employees could had done things right. I am trying to be polite here. We went to 4 different movies before finding the right one.

The service was quick, the bathrooms were clean, and the overall experience was good. The seats and cup holders were also clean. Staff didn't shine their flashlights on movie goers like in other cinemas. I'd definitely go there again.

They still have open seating and conventional seats which I greatly prefer to the sofa seating that a lot of theaters have adopted. You can sit up straight in conventional seats, you can't in the sofa seating.

Always get great seats, fresh popcorn and great customer service!! I only go to this theater unless I get a coupon or gift card for a birthday present or something like that. They could use new seats but I don't care I get front row center even 5 minutes before a popular movie

This place needs a total upgrade. Seats are uncomfortable, carpeting (and theater in general) smells like a Frat House party room, and it's just not a entertaining place to hang out. Wait times for snacks are ridiculous. Go someplace else to see a movie if you can.

I love this cinema due to many reasons, first they usually show Hollywood as well as Bollywood movies, English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and many more. Second their staff is very nice and friendly. I saw couple of movies here and every time I love watching movies here and would like to back come again. They have very standard seats and I strongly believe they should add recliner seats like other cinema halls. Food options are very limited and probably they should add some more options. Other than the awsome movie we saw the experience was terrible the new system of having to go up to a concession stand where people are purchasing food etc.and all we want to do is purchase our tickets, then they want us to pick seats, since when! Who came up with that idea! The gentleman that served us was polite and couldn't understand why management made that decision, but he was doing his job I don't fault him...everyone one around us was complaining and its seems management just wants tickets to be bought on line, to cut more staff! Terrible customer service.

For weeks we’ve planned to see a movie (and have many friends with pre-purchased tickets to the same movie) that Regal Solomon Pond was to have opening on 3/28. With no warning the times and availability went from multiple showings over multiple days/weeks, to 2 days on opening weekend, and then disappearing completely. Calls got us no answers to “why.” Very unprofessional handling as without someone noticing, most/all people would have simply “shown up” to find out. The movie was “Unplanned” and we understand there is some controversy over the story - however the theatre acted irresponsibly and has lost our future business. If this is more widespread (all of Regal, for example), then I hope a widespread backlash happens.

Food has declined in quality sine they started doing hit foods. Prices remain high, always feels understaffed, so come 20 minutes early if you plan to get hot food. 10 mins early should be enough for popcorn and drinks. Chairs are nicely sized and comfortable.

Terrible experience! The film that I purchased tickets for was canceled by the theater. When I arrived and showed my ticket, which clearly stated what film I had chosen to see, I was directed to theater #1. After sitting for the an hour with discusting previews running, I questioned the manager as to what was going on, only to be informed that the film had been canceled " a few days ago". Why wasn't I told when I arrived? Obviously this theater is very poorly managed! I will never go to this theater again! No ticket refund was offered.

In the last five years pretty much every theater in Massachusetts has upgraded their seats to leather reclining seats. Unless it's like a small low cost movie. But this place is a supposed me a big screen movie theater with ridiculous prices. So what I don't understand why they think it's okay for them to have the same crappy theater with the SAME seats. Im sorry I just won't spend my 13 dollars if I can't watch my movie in the comfort of leather recliner like AMC or Showcase.

This place is nice, as its located at the Solomon pond mall. Parking is great and the selection of movies is good. The theater in general is ok. Staff is friendly and food is, well, basic. Obviously not dinner material, just movie snacks for the most part. My only gripe is the viewing theater's themselves. They feel a bit dated. Chairs are not updated, not much in the area of recline and if you're sitting through a 2 hour movie (that's with previews) there will be a bit of fidgeting around. Sound is good, not great, even in the more updated theaters where they have IMAX.. In all, If you're not comfortable watching a movie, then you'll miss the experience. On the plus side, the areas are clean and they have a rewards program.

I normally use the headphones but the last three times I've been there the volume has been very staticy not very sharp not good quality. You can turn the volume up higher but it doesn't matter it's still not good quality sound I think I will be going to another movie theater next time.

This theater has tons of screens and plenty of showtimes. Full-service concession stands and the popcorn is usually fresh. I would stay away from the drinks Marlborough water tastes a little funny and they tend to be flat. There's an arcade inside and claw machines to occupy your kids. And the bathrooms are more or less clean. There's also a little cafe for coffee if you're into that.

Saw the premiere of "Tolkien" on a Tuesday with the promise of a live discussion with the director and primary cast, hosted by Stephen Colbert after the credits. The live show played, there was no audio, 3 guests had to appeal to mgmt. Eventually it was resolved but it was a Tuesday evening at 7:30. Every excuse involved comments that the movie is over, we need to clean that theater, we cut out sound after the credits.

The Solomon Pond Mall location is huge, clean and airy. There are no reserved seats but on a Monday night, every seat had a clear view. Buying a ticket was easy, Justin at the refreshment counter gave excellent friendly customer service. This is an excellent option if someone needs a change from AMC.

It's pretty expensive. They charge $1.35 for convenience fee if you buy online. A small soda is $5, ice $5.50, small popcorn $5. If you have AARP they do have a discount on concessions, and if you buy tickets from the AARP site, the tickets are a little less expensive.

The seats were incredibly uncomfortable and the place was completely trashed as though it’s gone a whole day without sweeping up the amount of stuff I had to climb over to get to my seat was disgusting. My husband and I went to this place only because the movie we wanted to watch was playing in this theatre. We were a little disappointed because the visuals did not show for any of the movie trailers, only audio was playing. It was a struggle to catch hold of someone to let them know what was going on. Thankfully the video played just in time when the movie started.

I HATE the new arranged seating policy. It’s understandable if it’s a small dine in theater with nicer seats and food service but this is ridiculous. It should be first first come first serve. Never had I such an unpleasant experience at a theater- this experience truly ruined the movie going experience because most of the people did not sit in the assigned seat (yeah I understand that they HAD TO CHOOSE WHEN PURCHASING THE TICKET) however most ended up choosing better seats that were empty therefore throwing off others peoples seating who came later. I had to sit in a seat that wasn’t mine because other people took my seat which I didn’t mind but it then causes issues for those that try to abide by the system. I UNDERSTAND that this is every regal location now, therefore I will no longer go to this branch of theaters. I’d rather enjoy the movie Expedia’s if should be PLEASANT and part of the movie experience is finding that right seat to enjoy the movie. Whoever thought this was a good idea should really think about their choice. We pay for the ticket we choose when to arrive, and we should have the freedom of movement to sit wherever we would like. And the poor employees who have to force this new system spoke with candor to me about how terrible this transition has been. I heard people fighting and clearly not happy over this- many were separated from their families in this arrangement and quite a few demanded for a refund- and or just walked out. I give this ZERO STARS because this is NOT the way to encourage people to enjoy the Cinema. Hopefully enough people feel the same way for them to go back to how it was. Literally the worst movie experience I’ve ever had. And the worst part is the theater wasn’t full and the movie had been out for over a month now. Like seriously you’re going to tell me I have to sit in a assigned seat when a better one that wasn’t available on the screen - ended up actually being empty the entire film. OKAY whatever I’ll just take my money else where.

Regal has the best rewards system and member app, and I'd much rather give my business to Regal, even though they're a 20 minute drive away. However, the Regals near me, including Solomon Pond, all have very uncomfortable seats and are lacking in that next-level technology and comfort. Meanwhile, in Millbury you can get recliner chairs and X-Plus sound.

Watched a 3hr movie. The seats are not recliners neither well padded. By end of the movie, it was the most uncomfortable seating experience. Its stadium seating so less legroom, no seat reservations (so go early for a opening weekend movie). They had an intermission half way through the movie which was good to stretch from the uncomfortable seats with numb bums. I like the loyalty program, seem to be on par with AMC Stubs premiere. Restrooms are well maintained. Sound is not as great as Showcase or AMC. Staff were polite and good. Overall it was a neutral experience.

Are you kidding me 35 - 40 minutes worth of Ads, Despite paying for ticket $16!!!! If i watch the same movie on TV with Ads, it has same amount of time duration with Ads... They are only making money because of Telugu, Indian movies!!! Otherwise it would have been closed long time ago!!!!

The seats haven't been upgraded. Even apple cinemas in cambridge updated there seats. I don't mind paying for an updated theater experience but this place is currently too expensive by today's quality standard set throughout the industry.

Overall, this theater is whatever. Seats are getting destroyed and are uncomfortable. Some are broken. My review is more on my experience last weekend when I came here on a Saturday night. We purchased tickets then went to get snacks. There was an issue with the soda machine and the kid tried 3 times with Coke and it didn't taste right, so we switched to Sprite. The kid proceeded to take the cup we already drank from three times, rinsed it out, then PUT IT BACK on the stack of cups and used a whole new cup to get the Sprite. I was sick with the flu and to me, this was absolutely unacceptable as rinsing it with water isn't going to rinse the germs, or prohibit someone else from getting sick! I wouldn't drink from the new cup after that and joked with my boyfriend that he can enjoy his "spit cup" because clearly that probably wasn't the first time the kid has done that. Disgusting. I will be bringing in my own drinks going forward thank you!
