Comfy, good sized theater located right in the mall. Staff is always friendly and patient and help you with any issues. Food is pricey as with any theater so that's a given so eat before hand or check out the food court if you're looking to save money. With that being said, if you do spend the money on the theater food, you will not be disappointed by either the taste or portion size of their meals. An excellent theater all around.

More expensive than the other theater in town. Some of the seats are nice, but overall it's not as great as the real Movie Theater in Plattsburgh. It's not worth a trip to a failing mall to see a movie.

Comfortable and clean...same over priced snacks like everywhere but isnt that how they make the money? Lol I've also gone here twice for donations and both times they offered free movie tickets towards our fund raiser. Cant thank them enough!

Nice clean..one of only 2 places to see movies in town. Not too cold this time ( I hate freezing through movie) chairs..better than airline seats but still meh. Prices absolutely ridiculous but the world already knows that....sometimes you just have to see it on the big screen though.

I watched a movie at the cinema and the prices were decent. They had good services and the seats were also very comfortable. The ticket stand was broken but I was able to buy them at the convession stand.

Great staff, pricing and seating. Plenty of showtimes and the theaters and lobby are always kept very clean. If you are going for a specific movie and the showtime doesn't matter to you keep in mind that many showings before 6PM have discounted pricing.

This place was a little overwhelmed when we went to see a movie. It was also quite cold in the theater. The concession stand was overrun and no one that worked here really made any effort to adapt to a busy time...prefer Cumberland 12 if we can go there instead!

I stopped going to Regal years ago, it's a shop local thing. And they last few times I did go the staff was not great. Not that Cumberland 12 is years ahead but they definitely have that hometown vibe and the owners have ties in both NY and VT

We've seen about 10 movies here. One of them started about 30 minutes late from technical problems. Another had part of the screen cut off on both sides because the curtains never retracted. Plus they check your bags for 'safety' but it's really just to confiscate snacks you sneak in. Go to Cumberland 12 instead. No bag checks, no technical problems, and you're supporting a local business instead of a major corporation.

Love this theater, my son and I drive the 45 minutes to get here for all our movies. The seats are super comfortable, big and cushy, lots of room. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the price of the food, totally outrageous. It would be a 5 star perfect experience if we could have a nice box of popcorn and a small soda without spending an arm and a leg so we choose to eat before and skip the popcorn.
