This place is usually never crowded, not sure I like the self service tickets but the seating is comfortable and roomier than typical. Sound and picture seem fine but I'm no expert. A few arcade games are available in the lounge area.

Great place to take the kids or catch a flick on an odd night.. Have been here often.. Only real issue is on Several occasion's concession was a problem... Rudeness and weird rules. Example too much butter was put on the popcorn and the bag ripped so my kids couldn't eat it properly so I went back and they wouldn't give me a new bag.. pretty crazy after you spent hundreds of dollars.. Really a bag seriously couldn't believe it!! On another occasion we had fries with cheese etc... Needed an extra Container, Even offered to pay for it.. That was a big NO also.. Other than that we have had many great family times at this place..

This is a terrific place to see a movie. The staff and management are terrific. They keep the place very clean including the bathrooms. My only issue is the price of popcorn. I think it's outrageous to charge that much. I think it's $6.50 for a small bag. I don't get it anymore.

The theater, lobby area and restrooms were clean. The seats were roomy and comfortable. The sound quality was decent. We purchased tickets online and found it easy to pick up at the counter. The concession staff provided good customer service. I was not impressed with how an issue we had was handled. Our theater had a handful of disrespectful teens making a lot of noise throughout the movie. I missed part of the movie, as did 2 other patrons, to report them. Only after the 3rd party complained did the staff actually come in and say something to the kids. The movie was in its final stages at that point, so the experience was ruined. Management never approached any of the complaining parties, nor did the staff members we reported the situation to offer an apology for the disruption. The consensus in the theater after the movie was done was that we should have gone elsewhere. We all understand that kids will be kids, but it was not handled in a timely manner.

Clean, comfortable seats. We went on a Friday night and the line for tickets was very short. Just a word of caution that it can be a little tricky to find because the street address brings you to the wrong location on some GPS devices (this has happened to me with two different Garmin units).

The place is very very nice. I gave it one star because although there is handicapped seating they do not have handicapped entrance. 2 doors with bars to push. We depend on someone hopefully helping. Sad thing it's a newer building and should have done this in the beginning

Always clean. Not my recliner at home but better than some movie theaters. As normal the snacks are expensive. Movie prices are coyote reasonable for what you get. While there can be a lot of people at times I find it's usually not too busy here.

My family and I went to see a 2:25 show today which is black friday. They did not let us in the theater until 2:35, the employee at the booth had said they were understaffed. We did not get to see any previews. The theater was not clean. I commend the employees that were there trying their best. I believe about 6 total. However the company needs to hire more staff. You pay enough for entry and food that you should have a clean theater as in no old pop corn bags and cups left by the previous show. Also we should be able to see the previews its part of the fun. If you are paying with cash you have to go through the concession stand even if you are not getting any food.

My brother and I have visited this theater a few times over the last few years. The location is awesome for us perfectly between our two homes. So we saddle up the bikes and head to cinematic for an action flick. The seats are comfy and mid-day mid-week we have had the theater to ourselves.

I'd give a half star if it were available. This theater is disgraceful. The smell in the hallway was a mixture of mold, urine and hot garbage. It got slightly better in the screening, but still pungent. The screen quality was terrible. There was a black blemish in the center of the screen that cannot be unseen and dominated every scene. That was the most clear part of the movie because the rest was like looking through frosted glass. The theater is advertised as cheaper, so expectations weren't that high. Then found it was cheaper by a dollar or two. Not worth it. Spend the extra buck and go ANYWHERE else. You'd have a better experience watching a movie through your neighbors window. For your second run cheap theater, I recommend West Boylston Cinema.

This place is more expensive than most other theaters nearby, the screen size is smaller as well. The seats are very comfortable however and the sound was also very good. Overall a mixed bag. If you can't go a little farther away its still worth trying.

Searching for a movie theater in the region gave limited results so we settled on Cinemagic. We were not impressed compared to the quality we are used to in other cities. The first disappointment was that seats could not be reserved in advance which seems very out of date. Second, there were some open seats when we arrived, but when we started to sit down, we realized one of the seats was broken so we had to relocate. Third, the seats do recline (more accurately, they rock back and forth), but the arm rest only could be tilted as far back as the seats in an erect position. Finally, there was something unusual about the screen that hampered the quality of the movie. Scenes that should have been cinematographically interesting were fuzzy and blurry. Bottom line, the quality was well below what we are accustomed to elsewhere. In the future, we'll try looking for a theater in Worcester.

Went to the 5pm showing of Jumanji last night & literally had to wear my hat, coat & gloves & I was still freezing. Everyone in the theater was cold. I told the staff but got an additide. This is the only theater I go because it is close to my house but I will not be going back this winter. I was so uncomfortable & shivering through the entire movie that I wanted to ask for a refund.Lost my business this winter.

First time here. I don't like this place at all. Number one reason is, it an outdated movie theater. Number two, if we can eat a meal in the seating theater after I was told I can eat in there, where is the table that should come with the seat to watch the movie in order to eat. I should had a small snack instead of a meal. Number three, poor service and I find it odd to see a supervisor inside the theater room where I sat ready for the movie, he was cleaning up there in the last minute before it start? I order Root Beer from their soda foundation, it taste odd. It still taste not like Root Beer after the staffs tried to solve the problem. Last reason, I got lucky not spending more than $12 for this cheap place because I got a $5 discount to it. I would rather spend $12 movie that had a luxury loungers and it come with little table. I will never again come to this place.

Great little theater with decent prices and comfortable seating. Only complaints would be that they don't list playtimes too far in advance (maybe a website issue?), and even worse that they seem to pull larger titles before other theaters do. I can't tell you how many times I've had to go to a competitor theater because they either don't list playtimes or have already pulled what I wanted to see.

This is the closest movie theater to my house. my family and I frequently go to this location. It's well kept, and the prices are fair enough. The only thing is the employees. They aren't rude or anything. I just get a weird vibe from them. You should go there and see if you get the same feeling. It might just be me. The rest of it is cool though. They have a small arcade you can use while you wait for your movie.

We went here because we received a gift certificate for Christmas -- they would not accept the gift card. They said they had not been accepting gift cards for over a month now because their gift card system was down. I'm pretty sure you have to honor gift cards! They asked us to present some other type of payment and did not apologize for the inconvenience. The employees seemed to be more interested in talking to each other than waiting on us. They have raised their prices here - it was $10 for an afternoon matinee. There was trash strewn about the lobby on the floor, and even though they were not that busy, none of the employees were picking up the trash. The only thing good I can say about my experience is that the movie was really good (A Dog's Purpose) and the seats were comfortable.

Surprisingly nice theater, with comfy semi-reclining seats. The theaters are set up sort of like an amphitheater where each row is higher than the one in front giving everyone a good view. The place is fairly clean especially as theaters go with a good attentive staff. The tickets are fairly high (with 2 people you might as well just buy a DVD and watch the movie at home) and the bathrooms stink really bad. Not like a bathroom but like deodorizer. They have cylindrical smell thingies on the wall and they placed two on the counter where you wash your hands. My eyes were burning when I left the bathroom. And WHY did they have a "lion" costume in the mensroom, right under the hand dryers??

Cinemagic is a smaller sized theatre, however they do have 8 different showings at a time. There is a self-service ticket counter, or you can order your tickets while you get your snacks and popcorn from the snack section. This theatre is typically not busy, which is always a plus!

I absolutely loved this place. You buy your ticket and get you concessions at the same time. The staff is very friendly and they have a few things at the concession that are keto friendly as well. Best thing about this place is cult movie nights. I got to see "Jaws" on the big screen for the first time since I was a kid. I'll definitely come back if I'm ever in the area. In a word, (AMAZING)
