There is only one ticket booth, outside the theatre, and endless cues in rain, shine or -35C winter weather is the norm, internet tickets must be picked up from the same booth, the managers working the doors makes a point of treating all customers with utmost disdain, seating is awful, it does not honour multiple entry cards from Cinema du Parc (same owner) and the programmation is very uneven with a strong inclination for french romantic comedies and stinkers inexplicably staying on for weeks on hand. A sad thing really, Montreal needs a few good independent cinemas.
