Every time I come here the bathrooms are a mess. The soap is not working and neither are the hand dryers. Paper towels all over the floor. While we were watching our movie, it got so cold. It felt like they put the air conditioning on!

Everything was almost great. I love the recliners at AMC but the self serve soda area is always a problem when it comes to cleanliness. I'm sure people do clean the area but it needs more attention. If there was someone more attentive to cleaning in that location, 5 stars would be my choice.

Bathroom was absolutely filthy for the entire time we were there. No toilet paper in multiple stalls. I had to bring a 4 year old into the ladies room three times over a two and half hour period and the area just got more and more disgusting. Theater was not busy at all so there was no excuse for this. I also recommend that management speak to their staff at the food counters. They couldn't be more remote or detached from their jobs. The only reason that I gave this two stars over one is because the actual theater was fine.

The theater overall is good. I see a movie at least once a week. The disabled bathroom stall in the ladies bathroom to the right when you walk in has been broken for weeks. Seriously! How long does it take for it to get fixed?

This place is way way way overpriced but comfortable and occasionally clean. The service is fine. Movie theaters are clearly some of the corner-cuttingest businesses that exist, and Btree AMC is no exception, but not the worst.

The chairs are big and can recline. Movie screen is fine and so is the sound system. Tickets are a bit pricier then other amc theaters. (Around $15 for one ticket) Also a free big parking lot. Also is conveniently across the street from the Braintree mall.

The seats are fairly comfortable and roomy. They are noisy when adjusting them with electric switches. (Rubbing against the adjacent seat. With all the notifications and messages about not silencing cell phones and not interfering with the enjoyment of the film you would think they would fix that ) Overall I find this Cinema to be good but unnecessarily expensive. I understand the seating is nice but not nice enough to justify $7+ for a small popcorn.

I love going to the movies but the movie theater is not clean. The chairs are sticky inside the movie theater,the carpets are dirty and smell inside the movie theater and there is always leftover food, napkins, cups, popcorn bags between the movie theater seats. There may need to have more trash bins in different locations with the movie theater rooms as this is not very appealing. Even the beautiful reclining chairs have holes in them and the cupholders are dirty and some of the chairs either dont recline because they controls have been broken or that the reclining chairs themselves are broken. This needs to be fixed.

Went to see a movie and this theater was very clean with comfortable seats and can't forget about the concession stand popcorn, raisinets, chilli dogs, etc. mmm, mmm, lol!

This place was disgusting. The floors either sticky or very greasy depending on where you walk. The seats torn and broken. Staff sees nothing wrong with this apparently. They must pay this staff very little because there is no care taken to ensure that the customer has a clean and fun experience. I live half a mile from here and will be going to the Framingham's theater which is a half hour away, just to feel clean and relaxed while watching a movie.

Always a great place to see a show. Unfortunately my latest visit we had an issue. In theatre 10 we had a seat that that had a broken arm with sharp edge. Notified an employee and asked if we could switch seats. Nothing came of it just got a sorry and that's about it.

I have come to this location to watch movies on many occasions. It is my preferred venue given popular mall across street and great restaurants nearby. Excellent parking. Many movie options and comfortable seating. Seats are a little noisy when reclining, as some others have reported, but not a big issue people are good about it so it seems. Spacious area where food is sold with good variety for food and drinks. Restrooms could use more attention, but other than that, my overall experience at this theater has been quite good to date.

Nice place, things usually in good repair. 3 soda dispensers, 1 not working. "Running maintenance" it said. Inmediately before the first movie of the day is not the best time. Young lady at the snack counter not engaged and flat tone in speaking. Prices still crazy on snacks. No surprise there, right? Reclining seats very comfortable.

This is a great place with some of the most comfortable movie theatre seating that I have ever had. The seats are able to recline and are cushioned perfectly. The seating is also assigned, so you never have to worry about finding a seat to see the movie. The only reason that I did not rate AMC 5 stars is that their prices for food are high.

Awesome movie theater! Top of the line reclining seats. It's best practice to reserve tickets in advance, pick your seats in advance, then skip the box office line and have your phone scanned by the usher checking tickets. It's hassle free and if you have an AMC pass there are some free upgrades. Easily the most comfortable theater in the area.

On the positive side, the staff is nice and it is usually very clean and the seats are very comfortable. On the negative, it is high volume especially on $5 movie night. This leads to a lot of mess that it is hard for the staff to keep up with - especially around the soda machines and in the bathrooms. This is as much about an oblivious, rude and uncaring audience as anything the staff does - apparently they resent the movie theater they have come to for a good time and must abuse it to show their disdain. Or they just can't be bothered because they are entitled and think their fellow patrons and the staff are beneath them. So people, just asking for a little more care and consideration of your fellow citizens and the theater. Finally, this extends to the seats. The seats that are broken don't get broken by the staff or from people just sitting/reclining in them. You have to go some to break them - it takes a real effort. Whether it is teens or whoever, you can't blame that type of vandalism on the theater.

I'm from the cape originally so I love AMC Braintree. The comfy reclining seats and the large screens feel like such a luxury. They also have the Coca-Cola freestyle machine which I always take advantage of (Grape Sprite is SUCH a good combo). Parking lot isn't great, but there isn't much that can be done about that.

One of my favorite local theatres to go to. They have comfy chairs and it's right off the highway and easy to get to. A big plus is they are right across the street from the mall and there are tons of restaurants within walking distance.

Friendly staff at the concession stand. And that’s my only positive. The prices were hilarious. $17 for a large popcorn and a drink. The worst part was the bathroom : it was dirty and none of the stalls had toilet paper. We were all using the paper toilet seat covers because there was nothing else ! No soap in the dispenser that I used or in the sink next to it and no paper towels left. Just GROSS.

Edit: On the day I visited, I had some issues with the cashier about the validity of some movie vouchers that I had, as well as the condition of the theater. Although my visit to AMC Braintree was less than ideal, the help I received afterwards from Amy of AMC support as well as the manager, Mr. Vecchione, was above and beyond, and due to this I believe this theater deserves a second chance. Please do be aware though that Silver / Gold tickets are no longer accepted here, even if you call and are told they are.

Always recommend ordering online before to secure seats. Especially if you're taking advantage of the $5 Tuesdays. It gets packed! Overall great movie watching experience

I had a tricky time finding it. It was my first time going there! It's a nice looking theater and appeared to be very clean at the entrance and the snack counter, until you grab napkins and straws and the like. It was a sticky mess! However, it was busy and clearly a very popular place to be as there was a lot of movie goers. I had also ordered an icey, but it was 100% liquid when they handed it to me. I am glad I was smart enough to buy my tickets online because almost every screen was sold out when I arrived. The theater I was in was a pretty good size and the seats are comfortably spaced out and recline... which is amazing! The screen and the movie itself was fine. I would have given 5 stars if my icey had ice in it. Hah.

I had the impression it was not as clean as other AMC theaters, and the lobby area is small that I didn't feel like hanging out in there. However, the recliner seats are very comfortable and if You're with your partner, you can rise the arm seat and snuggle. Sound system and video qualities are very good, keeping their standards, so the theater did its job.

It can be a hit or a miss depending on the crowd that show up the day you visit. The seating is comfortable. There may be incidences where you may have to kick out people who may try to steal your seat(assigned seating when you buy your tickets). Line for snack is fairly quick. I recommend buying tickets ahead of time. Bathrooms are not cleaned as regularly as it should. On first day releases you may find floor sticky with fountain drinks left to dry,popcorn spilled in some places and bathroom lacking toilet paper and trash bin filled to the brim and spilling out onto the floor.

I always come here for my movies. Prices aren't particularly great but kind of what you expect nowadays. The nice thing about this theater is that when you order tickets, you get them for a particular seat, so if you plan ahead you can reserve the exact place you want to be in the theater. Plus, the seats are amazing! They recline and if you're not caffeinated, will cause you to fall asleep even during the most action packed films. It's relatively small for a theater so you can't really get lost. If you don't want to pay theater prices for food/drink there are restaurant options anywhere from nice casual to take out right nearby. This theater is also convenient with how close it is off the highway.

Comfortable, I'm not a big movie theater person especially now that I have my firestick and can just watch them from home with cheap delivery in pjs, but when I do go for those movies that are so good you just have to see in a theater I usually go to AMC because they aren't as pricey as other movie theaters, and I really like the atmosphere there. All of the employees seem pretty laid-back we got in and out of the concessions line fairly quickly and like usual we all had a fairly good time.

For what it is it isn't bad. It's literally a bare minimum theater. No bar, no IMAX, none of that. They have two large screens on either side, but nothing premium. The seats do recline, and I'm so spoiled I feel like that should be standard. The wait times at the co session stand can be a pain on opening weekend for a big movie, but usually isn't that bad. Overall a 4 out of 5.

I can't begin to explain how disappointed I was in my experience. From the lack of cleanliness, to multiple patrons in the theater making noise and shouting at the screen during the entire movie, to then having them threaten physical violence to anyone who asked them to quite down or shushed them. This is why movie theaters like this are dying.Waiting an extra month or so for something to be on-demand is better than running the risk of getting into a theater with people who act like it is their own living room. Will never be coming back.
