They have an outside ticket kiosk if you hate talking to people, but the touchscreen is very difficult to navigate at times since it struggles to read any physical contact (and it's not like there are arrow keys you can try using instead) that being said, the staff were helpful when we went and the normal seats we bought were a leather type (non reclining) that were comfortable and did not distract from the entertainment. Lighting and sound were both excellent, with the isles bring bright enough to navigate mid-movie without blinding you if you're sitting on the end of a row. It was not crowded at all on the Monday night we attended, and the facility was clean. No complaints, would definitely recommend this theater!

Seriously. You buy tickets on line and you don't want food or drink. When you get to the theater you have to stand in the concessions line to get your paper ticket and get it torn. Did I mention the concessions was manned by 2 employees with 4 employees talking behind them. It was opening day, afternoon showing of Avenger End Game. Why wouldn't you plan better?

Very high quality seats and screens. It's unfortunate that almost any weekend we want to see one of the more popular films released, that it isn't playing at this theatre. Many times we have to resort to going to a theatre much further away that has less comfortable seats and smaller screens.

Friendly helpful staff that are knowledgeable. Lines for tickets moved quickly as did the concessions lines. XD theater has comfortable seats. No recliners as some have but still comfortable. Plenty of parking spaces. Parking lot has few trees leaving the cars in the hot sun midday. Bring a windshield sunscreen and park in the appropriate direction if going in the daytime. Restrooms are a bit small but we’re clean.

Seats were ok. I still like the regal way better, I don't think I will go back anytime soon. I will drive a little to go to the regal. Staff was very nice.

This is a good theatre. One setback is that it doesn't have the recliner chairs. A good thing about it is usually you can get in and out pretty quickly. I like that it is located near our old home and is near some of our favorite restaurants. I like the ice cream options, my favorite being Dreyers Rocky Road. Apparently they've added more food options.

Has the terrible old seats that recline back to far with no control. The XD hardly seems worth it. I couldn't tell the difference between that and regular. The one in Sugarhouse is much better.

This is a good place to see a movie. We love going on my day off at the matinee times. I hate a crowd. But this place has comfortable seats, great movies and the popcorn is fresh. I hate stale popcorn.

i bought 3 tickets yesterday in person and couldn't make the showing for toy story 4. came in today to get a refund or at least pick another movie but mangement stated to call the 1800 number. management didnt even give me a number. they also stated that in the back of the ticket say no refund. in the back of the tickets doesnt say that. now i have to go to another theater and spend more money. if you are not going to give any refunds to at least say it before you buy the ticket. will not recommend this place. Larry H. Miller theaters has help me in the past. lhm has great customer service.

My kids love the movies and this is a small enough theater I don’t have to worry about them going to another movie while I’m in another I’ll know where they are and the officer being there calms my nerves.

I don't go to Theater's very often; but, my overall impression of this theater was very good. The staff was courteous and professional. The theater was clean and comfortable. The chairs are comfortable and tilt back. There is plenty of leg room. And I don't know if it is always this way but I went to the first showing of the day and had the whole theater, with the exception of about six other people, all to myself and my Sister. I would definitely recommend it. Especially the early shows. Early shows are about $6.00 . Happy viewing.

Ticket lines are quick, theater is clean, concession lines can take a few mins if you're going to see a big premiere movie and want snack.

Worst place ever. I will never be coming here again. We had a problem because we didn’t know that we could not bring our underage nephews to watch the movie even though we are well over 21 we did have permission from their parents to watch the movie. When we tried to receive our money back they would not give us our money back. they said they could only give us movie passes. Which really sucks because we had paid for a babysitter. The manager was the worst person he was yelling at us he was just a complete jerk.

Good experience. I came a couple times on Tuesday And it was not to burst, unlike the theatres inside the malls, this is calmer. You can access their website and book your tickets and seats. The rooms are clean and the staff strives to provide good care. Keep going with the great work people. Thumbs up!

Theatre was clean, staff was very good. I'd recommend it for a date. If you have a budget of $50 for you and another adult, it'd be enough, especially if you were watching a movie in 3D. ❤️

I like this location a lot. It's only about 7 to 10 minutes away from my house and super clean. They were super nice and sweet to my 3 1/2 year old niece the last time we went and she wanted to do everything herself. They were extremely patience with her and had big grins on their faces the whole time.

Expect to fly right thru from the ticket counter to your seat!! Concession lines are short and quick to get popcorn! We love coming to this theater vs the megaplex at Valley Fair because of how far we have to drive out to get parking. The movie selections could expand but overall comfortable clean seats.

WTF no recliners?? What's the point of going to a movie and sitting in a regular seat? Sucks because we bought the tickets and went in just planning on it being a regular Cinemark. Very disappointed once you go recliner you don't go back. This place upgrades I'll be happy to return as of right now no thanks I don't want to sit in a theater with 1980s technology.

Big, modern movie house with almost 10 theaters. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is also a police officer standing in the lobby - at least on the weekend when we were there. Very clean and bright facility. Enjoy going to this Cinemark.

Ok movie house, floor was super sticky no reclining seats here! And more than other places. Got a large soda was filled 3/4 ths of the way, had a girl just filling drinks for the person waiting on us assume it was the manager with her blazer, she gladly fixed that for us. Seating: Seat is leather not no fuzzy stuff ha but just the kind you pull down with your hand. Would probably consider another place with better seats. As most places now have reclining. Yummy!!!! Pretzel bites made fresh but that held the line up to the door.

Good place to see a movie. It's not the CRAZY experience you get at one- of the larger complexes. It's usually a long wait at the concessions, though. They could open up a couple more registers and serve their customers a little better.

Watched Lion King in the XD theatre and the sound system was terrible.I counted almost 20 speakers and it seemed like only the front ones worked. No Low end (bass) just ruined the experience. I love wvc and the businesses in my city. But this theatre needs to fix the sound, especially if you gotta Pay extra for the XD experience.

I've always been happy with this theater. Bathrooms are clean. The best part is that it's just a theater. There's no arcade, it's not connected to a mall, etc.

Very nice environment the only downside would be that the bathrooms were pretty gross but it's also hard to keep those bathrooms clean from how many times people are going in-and-out of there, so that gets outweighed just because everything else is really nice.

I took my family for the first time to this location to see Alladin for a matinee (2:45pm). We moved and it this theatre is closest to our house. I bought tickets online, it was simple to redeem. The theater was smaller but the seats were comfortable. The show was great. Overall it was a really fun experience. We did not buy any concessions this time. But the building was clean and not too many people.

The staff at this Cinemark off 5600 W. West Valley City, and the one in Jordan Landing are all Wonderful. Happy, helpful, witty, courteous, and seem to be enjoying themselves in their work. It's a comfortable place to go for a movie.
