I could only get a seat in the front row because of how quick tickets sold (Avengers Endgame) and I HATE being in the front especially to the front and not center but on the left or right. All that beeing said, because the seats are so COMFY and recline so far back I was still able to put my body in a position to thoroughly enjoy the movie! The seats really changed the movie experience for me, great investment

Awesome theatre. It has an old school feel to it. Renovated and super clean and lots of parking space available. The heated recliners are super comfy and nice. An awesome value for money, I would say.

Hidden off in a back lot this theater has a great arcade, great concessions, bathrooms were clean. Great seating and handicap accessible.

Best theater in the DFW area. Awesome screens and sound. All suites have the reclining sofa chairs. Always clean. And you cant beat the admission price compare to other theaters. I always come here for any movie. No joke. Is that good.

Cinemark Tinseltown Grapevine and XD was a very clean and poppin' place. The thing I did not like however was the fact that they only had one person in their actual kitchen full service concession area. The poor guy was getting killed because of course people wanted the real food and not your normal popcorn, candy and soda routine. Others than that the luxury reclining chairs were great, however I will say if you are a plus size male or female this may not be the theater for you. I say this because I am a plus size woman and it was a very tight for in the chair and there was really no room to maneuver for my purse and to really just get comfortable. Others than that it was a wonderful experience and I'll be back once I drop a couple of pounds.

It's always a good experience at a great price. With the new bar and grill it gives you lots of options. You can easily spend a few hours here. Last time we bought dinner, and ate while watching our movie.

I love this location! I meant to write a review back in April when I saw Endgame on the day it came out.. let me tell y'all, they have the nicest staff ever! There was a boy behind the counter i think his name was Patrick, he was so theatrical and was making it a special experience for the people in line in front of me as well as myself. You can never go wrong with service with a smile!

Since it opened, this is my favorite theater in the grapevine area. We used to visit weekly for movie nights when I worked in that area. Now I try to go every time I'm in that area. They always have great email deals for cinemark members and have always kept their pricing lower than most theaters. It's always clean and service is usually quick.

Amazing theater to go see movies! The XD theater has very comfortable recliner seats. They even have the option of being heated! Very friendly staff. Full meals available at the entrance area. Prices are very reasonable prices.

Usually the experience is average to below average; however, I have never—until tonight—been so disrespected at a movie theatre before. After I already bought my tickets (and showed ID) to a showing, I gave my tickets to an employee to be let into the movie. After looking me up and down with a nasty, condescending expression she rudely (keep in mind she was still distastefully looking at me) questioned where I obtained the tickets. After politely stating I had bought them at the box office, she called over the manager. They both promptly stated that we would not be able to watch the movie and basically kicked us out. The box office employee was kind and understood our plight. I have never felt so demeaned, and bitter, leaving a movie theatre. It is all thanks to that employee. Never coming here again, not even as the last choice.

Love this theater. The staff is always superb and sweet. Great popcorn. Can't wait to watch some Studio Ghibli movies here. XD theater with DBOX seats is so so cool. If you catch it in time, watch Ad Astra with the DBOX seats. It's awesome .

This is Cinemark is my favorite to go to in the entire metroplex. It's not the newest, but it's clean and will taken care of. The seats are more luxurious in some of the theaters but the way these recline make them the absolute best. They recline at the perfect angle. And this theater has the best prices you can get a really great deal any day of the week. The XD screen is insanely big.

Chairs comfy and people were nice. They told us they opened up the side concession stand because there was a long line in which we were at the back. We thought, "great!". It was shortlived, however, as we got over there and they did not have icees ready so we had to go back to the middle concession stand and to a new line... at the back. Not a big deal but an inconvenience.

Theater near the airport - but don’t bring a carry on size bag as they won’t let you in. Gave us a refund but an Uber costs 12 bucks each way. No lockers available. No benches outside. So if your on a long layover don’t waste the time, effort or money.

This is the only theater we go to. Love the recliner seating, cleanliness of the theater and restrooms. Love that you can choose your seating arrangements. We order tickets online through Fandango and all you have to do is show your Q Code to the ticket taker. That just leaves hitting the concessions when you get there and go enjoy your movie!

This is one of those rare occasions where I don't want to write a good review because the experience at this movie theater is so good that I'm sure it will be swamped the next time I decide to go. That being said the staff here are excellent the seats are comfortable electric recliners with heat. Every seat in the theater is reservable in advance so you always get the seat you want. I would strongly suggest you go add experience the Cinemark Tinseltown for yourself. Just don't all go at once leave some room for me.

We love to come here. Ticket prices are cheap about $6 I believe. But the theater is nice and updated. They have reclining seats with warmers so you don't have to worry about bringing a blanket.

In the Grapevine and NE Tarrant County areas, this is easily the best value in movie theatres. They’ve updated recently to include very large and comfortable chairs with trays for drinks and food that swing in and out. The staff is always kind, courteous and informative!!

poor customer service. We went to see the new joker movie. We had no idea how dark of a movie it was. About 15 minutes into the movie we decided to leave since I suffer from PTSD when I serve God and country. We left because it was upsetting. I thought it would be of the same level as the Batman movies with Christian Bale. But it was a movie of complete darkness and disturbing psychosis. They would not refund our money or give us a credit. Because it said when the movie starts it's too late. The movie was listed as R, but then they told us it had an advanced R rating . I do not recommend this place for customer service.

Go for the great prices, stay, relax, and try not to fall asleep in the most comfortable reclining chairs on Earth. If you get cold, and you will, the chairs have climate controls. Very clean. Nice staff. Wonderful theatre.

The place is nice, the seats are comfortable. Just be careful with the reclining seats, you may activate the heater by accident... that's totally on you, though. The staff is very attentive, and their cokes are always cold, lol. Good place to catch up with your movies!

The seats along are amazing and so comfortable! You can even heat them up if you want to. Friendly and cooperative staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and a great selection of movies, even if they aren't exactly blockbusters.
