We come here often to watch our favorite movies. We enjoy the seats so much we almost have to drink an energy drink so we don’t fall asleep in them. Lol. They do it right for sure. If you ask for a lot of butter they actually know what that means. The only thing I want is for them to get better arcade games to play before our movie starts. Lol. Overall though great experience.

I love the reclining seats at this location. Its typically less crowded then other theatres I frequent and the layout of the snack bar is really thought out. I really enjoyed the fact no one was on there phones so the advertising and enforcement by the staff seems to be working well.

Staff is friendly and polite. This is a good location for the residents in Roanoke. The seats are large, comfortable and reclined. This location offers free charging on electric cars while you are relaxed and enjoying the movie!

Nice movie theater. Clean. They have lots of trash receptacles outside the rooms with sinks to drain your soda, which is nice. Seats were super comfy and reclined. You can sit with a date and basically lay out like a couch by lifting the armrest in between you. Staff was very friendly. The only cons were the ticket purchasing system would not accept either of our cards, and you had to punch the screen with your finger ridiculously hard a million times to select your option. We ended up just buying tickets inside after trying for a while. The concession stand is a weird, kind of confusing set up, but there’s plenty of options. They have the butter dispensers for the popcorn, which I love because I’m a fatty.

Had a wonderful movie experience at this theatre. The food is great, the theatres are in good shape and show a good color picture from the projectors, and the seats are super comfy.

This is my favorite movie theater. I love all the reclining seats. The kettle popcorn is seriously the best thing ever!! The staff is always great too. My daughter and I usually go on $5 Tuesday during the day and it is always nice and quite.

There is an lady that works during the day here, she is the nicest person and very pleasant to deal with. We always go on Tuesdays and she is always there. This theater is always clean and employs are always friendly. I just tried the hot dog and it was delish. The popcorn was buttered perfectly and was delish as well.

Really nice and contemporary. With sitting chairs in the walk area. Showing area is nice and roomy and the chairs fully recline. You can pick up purchase items and pay as you enter the theatre walk area. You can also use kiosk to pick up and purchase tickets.

Always the best movie theater. I love that you can get your tickets in advance and reserve your seats. I dont have to get to the movies early anymore for fear of sitting up close. The leather recliners are comfortable and spacious.

In my experience which movie theater has always been clean, well maintained, staffed by very polite individuals. The movie selections has always been the latest and at pretty decent times in my opinion. The only downside I see with this theater is that sometimes trash cans in the bathrooms overflowing with used paper towels, but the rest of the bathrooms are clean and well maintained. I will continue to use the theater for many years as it is very convenient to me and my family

Once you've been In these reclining seats, you can never go to a regular theater again. It's the best way to watch your favorite films. This location has always been friendly and clean. There's a few good restaurants nearby so it's easy to have a dinner and movie date.

We went and watch the movie The art of driving in the rain, I suggest bringing a box of Kleenex, we had an awesome time and enjoyed the movie. The theater was very clean and our seats were very comfortable

Usually this theater provides a great movie experience. This time, however, not so much. We sat back row center. The armrest was almost broken off, which apparently caused the footrest to be very crooked. Asked for layered butter on our large popcorn, watched the server put it on, but by the time I got back to the seats, it seemed to have all but disappeared. So, I went back down and used the butter dispenser off to the side. It was not good, and basically wasted a large tub. I was'nt going back a third time because the movie was starting. Worst of all, there were people on their phones off and on during the whole movie. When I spoke to the manager after the movie, she apologized for dropping the ball, but offered no recompense. Opening weekend for "It" in the main theater. Am I wrong to expect more?

A great movie experience, especially with their XD THX certified theatre. The front area allows a ton of options for candy, popcorn, drinks (bar included), and even hot food. The reclining seats seem to be a staple and a very good feature of Cinemark; they're very comfy and I can't go back to regular seats anymore. Every time I come here, it's a good experience.

I love the idea of being able to get the food/snacks you want first by yourself before paying. Don't have to scan the menu to see what you might want since it's all in front of you and you can just grab it then pay at the register. Theaters are clean and seats are big/comfy

Buy tickets and reserve seats online! There is a full bar as well as hot food to order, ice cream, and the usual movie fare. Very nice theatrex.

Their XD cinema room is the best you can get to watch a movie. It's so comfortable. Get your popcorn / hot dogs / nachos / candy /sodas and be prepared to get all cozy super fast. If you're going with a friend or partner, you can remove the center cup holder and make it a love seat. open the recliner and chill.

Always clean and large popcorn is always a free refill, unlike other theatres that require an app too get a refill. I do not attend those theatres any more. The seats are great and there are not too many seats with a bad view. Love this place.

We always enjoy this theater. It's always clean & our concessions are always fresh. The staff is always friendly. My only complaints are with the patrons who don't stay off their phones (the last 2 times we went) but that's not a fault of the facility itself. The bright phone screens are distracting during movies, PEOPLE CHECK YOUR EMAIL & SNAPCHAT LATER!
