They do a good job. They have the theaters clean before showing and seats are comfortable. This isn't the closest theater to my home, put by far the best of the 3 options available. So far no after movie altercations, lime I've witnessed at the other 2 Cinemarks.

I’ve been coming to this movie theater for years and I’ve never been ID even with the purchase of R rated movies. my boyfriend lost his ID at a gas station, due to a manager accidentally throwing it away, I had my ID and had no issue using it to pay. I was told I couldn’t do as such. So we went to the car to get a card with his information on it. Typically I wouldn’t make a big fuss, but a gentleman in front of me did not get ID and he purchased tickets for himself and another person who wasn’t present. (The employee asked “the other person is an adult right?”) When I asked why he wasn’t carded all the employee could say was that he looks like he’s in his 30s. And the manager did nothing to really help except say they try to get onto them about carding people. I’m honestly so disappointed in my visit I don’t think I will be returning.

First, I'm an avid movie-goer and love the while experience, including the previews. Second, I usually go to the movies every Friday to catch the new releases before people start talking about them and I start hearing all about it. I like to make my own opinion so I go as soon as a movie is released. That being said, I strongly believe in movie etiquette. This is a clean theater and the seats are nice and comfortable. HOWEVER, there were several people in the theater who complained about two individuals who kept talking and their phones were continually going off. After two other patrons left the theater to get management, I finally left and approached a manager. They came in for 1 min then left. The talking continued. These were the most disrespectful inconsiderate people and management should have asked them to leave, or at the very least offered a refund for us. This was one of the worst movie going experiences for us and all because the management didn't correct an obvious problem and do their job.

I love this theater. It's not as big and fancy as the one down the road, but it's got really good sized screens. They get respectable sized crowds, but they still feel like you can go without being swamped with people. Leather recliners, a good concession stand, and just a nice fun little place to spend an afternoon.

Movie was great! Young man who worked the concession was very polite, good at upselling, etc. Chairs were very comfortable recliners! Food was decent. Restrooms were very nice and someone walked in to sweep while I was in there. Many customers had thrown paper on the floor. There was no one to check our tickets in the common area or actual theater. We could have walked in a movie without paying. That is a major safety/security problem.

Watched Endgame in 3D. IT WAS perfect (reclining soft seats very comfy and probably for the 3D shows only but not sure). Only issues is 1 restroom location which is at the entrance before you show your ticket & snack prices slightly up there.

We went in there was a kiosk available had no trouble using it. Got the tickets and our seats. The theater we got was good as the restrooms are literally next door. The place is nice and clean.

By far this Cinemark in Grand Prairie is one of my favorite theaters. It has very comfortable lounge chairs and its clean too. Which is very IMPORTANT to the wife and I. Go and enjoy sometime!!

I ordered the new rum and coke slushy, paid for it then the machine timed out. I had to keep coming out to check on when it would be ready. It took 20 minutes..so I didn't get my drink until after the movie started and it tasted watered down. I ended up going to TRY to trade the drink for the margarita one which caused more time missing the movie because they wanted me to go get my ID again then the would issue a refund for that and then I would pay again for the margarita even tho they cost the same amount. What a headache. I'll just try the Lux theater across the street next time. So I had nothing to drink with my nacho. SMH

I love the chairs here. They are super comfortable. The sound and screen/projector quality have yet to fail. Generally the food selection is fine, if you want popcorn, soda, and candy, they've got you covered! The other food doesn't ever appeal to me.The service is fairly fast. The restrooms are always clean.

Great place quiet and clean. Some movie theaters have given me motion sickness from the projector bouncing I've never had this issue here. Recliners are always clean and working. The staff is simply amazing. We go here even there are two major theaters near our home because we always have a good experience. Also the blankets that you can buy now are super soft

Spacious leather recliners and reserved seating. Better arcade games than are typically found these days, and a decent snack menu including draft beer. Its no SMG but its a nice place to catch a film.

Will post more about the theatre when I go again. This theatre is pretty nice. You purchase your tix inside, which can create some cluster. Their kiosk was not working when we went. I bought tix through triple a, which are platinum super saver tix to save some money. However, getting them redeemed was a bit of a hassle.... The theatre room is quite nice and spacious. The chairs recline, which is nice and make viewing very comfortable. Will go again soon.

Nice location overall, but l didnt like the fact that the overpriced icees tasted old and the fabric seats felt dirty, like they are not wiped down enough. The so called beef hot dogs definitely tasted like pork hotdog lol. But maybe the cashier was just guessing beef when l asked.

The theater itself is pretty standard I suppose, however what failed to make it great was the staff. In particular the kind of nonchalant attitude of the staff the day I attended a show. For example there was a partition leading to two employess behind two cash registers but for some reason they were just allowing people to stand in one line. Why didn't the employee wave people over into his line instead of just standing there with an empty line?

Great theatre....the reclining seats were nice, and spacious however they could use more restrooms cause I had to go all the way back to the front to relieve myself but I guess that’s really not a huge deal. Also all the people at the ticket counter, and concessions were nice, and they have typical prices...let me not forget they also have a student discount which was great! All in all it was a good experience, and I would go back!

Grand Prairie has two of the greatest theaters, and this is one of them. Nice comfortable seats. If you are going solo, the two end seats are wonderful! Lots of parking.

I love the reclining seats. The theatre was clean for the most part. I enjoyed the movie. They did allow me to bring in my bottled water. I had a slight cough from a scratchy throat and allergies and took a unopened bottle of water and peppermint and cough drops so that I wouldn't disturb others. I was pleased with that.

The movie theater was nice and I love the reclining seats with extra arm rests. However, the popcorn was cold/stale and the restroom was dirty. They also need more parking!

Bought my tickets online. I did not choose to join their membership. There was a $1.70 service fee for getting the tickets online which would have been waived had I joined the membership. The seats in the theater reclined and were comfortable however, there was popcorn in between the leather cushions when I first sat down. Overall I enjoyed my experience and would return for another movie.

Today I went to my favorite theatre and came out a little disappointed due to poor customer service. I went to concessions and there was a line and all of sudden a tall Mexican employee, i think by the name Ryan just decided to leave and i stood in that line for almost 15 minutes. He was gone and didn’t say anything. Thank god someone from the other side of the register took my order, i believe her name was Emily and was so polite and apologized for the inconvenience she did my order quick and efficiently. Besides that inconvenience the movie was great and the theatre was overall clean. Hopefully I have a better experience because this is my favorite theatre

I'd recommend paying the monthly membership fee if you go to the movies at least once a month. It's less than the cost of a regular ticket and they stack up, so even if you forget to use it, you have two the next month. Plus if you ever buy from the concession stand, it saves you 10% every time. The theater itself is kept nice and clean, the seats are very comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. The ticket taker always smiles and chats a bit with each person, remembers people and doesn't hassle you about coming and going. Just a generally welcoming and warm place to go see a movie with family.

Cinemark makes you feel like you are at home. They have very comfortable and individual reclining seats. If I were not watching a movie, I would be taking a good nap after feasting on a big serving of hot-buttered popcorn. I was visiting my daughter in Cedar Hill, but I am going to search for the nearest cinema to me to visit and use it as my go-to-Cinema. I truly enjoy the comfort and ease much better than anything.

They've really done a nice upgrade on this theater. There are now reclining seats and they are really wide and comfortable. They do an early bird matinee and the price us great. I am super impressed which says a lot because usually I go to Alamo Drafthouse

I definitely have to say they have improved their seating I'm not sure if all the Seat in the movie theater have been upgraded but the fact that you can recline in relax and be comfortable on super soft comfortable chairs As if you were in your own living Room is worth any admission for me in a theater. Sound quality is definitely above par. If you're looking for one with a huge concession stand and big game Room? I'm not sure if this is that the place for you, but if you're looking for theater with a great movie experience and sound quality and comfortable seating where you can lounge and relax. This is the place you want For your next movie experience.
