The seating is excellent and spacious. The screens and sound in the larger theaters is top notch. Concessions are fine but not great. One of my traditional go to theaters for big new releases. Aging a little but upgrading seats etc to keep up. Audience is generally lively and positive for big new shows.

When the trailers are played before the start of actual movie the sound effects are good.But once the movie starts they reduce the volume. Only when you complain about the volume,they increase the volume.

I did not appreciate the over abundance of religious films being previewed before the movie. That's why you only get one star.. on the other hand the reclining seats with foot rests were very comfortable. 8

Always clean and employees are friendly enough. Of course concessions are pricey, but aren't they everywhere? But it is a very nice theater.

Nice theater, offers XD, kids can have birthday parties here. Plenty of parking and they are adding 2 charging stations for electric cars. Macaroni grill about 150 yards across from movie theater.

I’ve been coming here for years and always enjoyed the service here. But tonight they went above and beyond. When something went wrong with my online reservation, I was embarrassed and was just going to rebuy additional tickets. But the manager was very gracious and helped us get our seats. I really appreciated that because I came with my autistic brother and he gets stressed when things go wrong. Now he’s super excited to go see Spiderman!

Love this theater. Very friendly staff, you can buy tickets on line & select your seat in advance. The chairs recline and extend your legs. So cozy. Snack bar is outrageous.

Went to watch the movie "Glass". Walked in and it wasn't busy. We got concessions and the guy behind the counter was very nice a patient as we didn't really know what we wanted. The theater room was a little cold at first but it warmed up as the movie progressed. The seat are amazing, I really like the reclining seats and the fact that you can choose your seats and see what seats are available before you buy your tickets.

Thunderstorm Awesomeness! We went to see John Wick 3 and the power went out towards the end of the movie due to the severe thunderstorm happening. These guys were awesome. They said folks could get rain checks for their vouchers or stay until the movie came back on. Well the ladder didnt end up happening but the voucher process was suuuuper smooth and the staff members took turns escorting customers to their cars with large umbrellas. A truly awesome gesture! Love this!

Great little theater. The only problem was the set up of the seats. Sat in theater 2 row F. And there is a wall there. Well when you lean your seat back and try to relax you have to sit up higher than you want too because the wall is in the way -_-

New seating is great! Movie was good. Concessions were Lacking. :( No containers for a small popcorn! Self serve popcorn butter was Empty! Concessions staff needs customer service training!

I brought my daughter here for Father’s Day ( for her first time ever movie experience ) and when I purchased the tickets they said their system crushed and to wait few minutes to see if the tickets will print... it didn’t print but the two seats that was reserved by me were still reserved. And, they said it was full and to wait one more hour until the next movie. They don’t know what they’re doing... I’m sure this isn’t the first time this happened. I thought a movie place should know what to do when these things happen. At least someone can check it back there if someone else’s seating on those reserved seats or not.

Very nice theater. The seats are very comfortable. They have excellent access to great refreshments. I love their game arcade. It has both new and older games. They even have a Galaga machine. Fun to play 40 years later. This theater is located 5 miles from home so even in bad weather it is close enough to venture out for a movie. They also have a Buck Hunter Safari game and Aliens adventure game. Fun for the whole family

Shout out to Harrison for helping a single mom out! When I dropped all my food looking for the theater and in a rush to make it back before the movie started. I overheard a situation where a employee was being mistreated by management. The management staff refused to give the employee water. The situation at hand was very displeasing to hear because it sounded like they were mistreating their employees. I know for a fact if I went up to them and ask for a courtesy cup of water or brought my own container they would have given me water. It is not fair to the employees. I am never going to this movie theater ever again. And to anyone that sees this, you should honestly ask the employees how they are being treated.

Though its a good movie theatre, I am not happy specially for the food counters!!! They dont do refills even if it says free refill! The theatre is good and it has recliners. Easy access in all theatre rooms. Giving 3 stars only because I always go to this theatre for movies. Recommended

My wife and I came there 06/24/2019 to watch "Ma", the 9:15pm showing. We placed an order to share the Nashville Hot Sliders and an order of Rosemary Fries. After waiting approximately 40min, we see a lady eating food and dancing that works there as a manager. I asked her what is she eating and she said fries and how good they were. I instantly demanded a refund after my food STILL was not ready. I was told I would get my money back and I have not. I am also looking to file a complaint on the treatment we received. We were even promised passes and dinners in the future and received nothing. Pitiful and very disappointing.

Just walked out of the theater. Went to see an Indian movie. Couple of people were sitting, leaving one seat after me, chatting and laughing during the movie. Asked them to quiet down and got an extremely rude response, screaming, threatening and name calling. Not to escalate the situation, I just didn't say anything. I tried to keep watching the flick, but finally left the theater. It would be very nice if we all are considerate about our fellow movie goers and refrain from conversing and laughing loudly. I don't know about the others, but it seems like, this is a chronic problem among south asian audiences. I've been going to this theater since 2001. Love this place! I have a lot of fond memories of enjoying movies with family, over the years. Not taking anything away from this venue, but at the same time, I think this issue needs to be addressed.

Full reclinable seat experience was great for our movie viewing, they have a full bar for you to purchase drinks prior to the movie. Their hot snack menu could be better (bland pretzels and nachos), you cannot order once in the theater but the lines moved pretty quickly. Would return

Surprisingly clean for a movie theatre lol Traffic can be heavy in the area which makes getting in or out of the parking lot a hit of a hassle if you're there at peak traffic times. Concessions are over-priced like all theaters but at least Cinemark has a decent selection of snacks!

Love to go see movies here. Very comfortable seats (though as an older person I get a bit cold inside the theater itself. I always take a sweater or lap robe ). They have a Starbucks in the lobby! The snack food is good.... or at least as good as any theater food. Clean and well-maintained.

Watched movie in Dbox that was amazing seats vibrate you will feel like you are in ride not that much but little you feel. Only downside is you spend for dbox seats which are in front of the screen.

I believe the theatre itself is great but the service is lacking. We accidentally purchased tickets at the wrong theatre and tried for over an hour to call. By the time we got through, the movie had started so they couldn’t let us transfer the tickets to another show on another day. They said it was “too late now”. I even offered to show my call history so they could see I had been trying. We will probably go back because we like it and it is close to home but they have left a bad impression on us over all.

I'm torn in writing this review, located near my house great seating, love the ability to buy tickets in advance, and the one time I voiced a problem, the managers took care of it very promptly. On the other hand today the cashier doesn't know how to make change and was unable to correct it at his own register. After standing around for minutes while my movie started, I was unwilling to again go stand and wait in line for a manager for the dollar I was owed. Also noticed tonight that the soundproofing between theaters is not up to par for recent Construction

I never knew this location existed until my friend invited me. This theater has an old school feel to me but it is very modern. Something about this theater brings back childhood movie theater memories and I like that. Now on to the inside, the chairs that have motorized control for reclining. I thoroughly enjoyed this! If I didn't want to see that movie, I would have been sleeping. I was super comfortable and happy. Overall, I'd come here again.

Wonderful!!!!!! We watched, "Abominable" and it was delightful. I was sad when I went in and joyful when I left. I would highly recommend this show!!!!!! Especially if you need a pick me up!!!!

Love this theatre definitely is my new favorite theatre to attend and the dbox experience was definitely worth it while watching Aladdin. The location is very clean. The snack bar was very fast pace no waiting in very long. The restrooms were very clean other theatres they barely attend them. Definitely don't be on your phone. I was rating my experience before the movie and were told to get off my phone. So that's a plus but it was before the movie. But at least they keep the policy consistent. Definitely returning

The theater was clean and seats were great, even at $15.00 a seat. And I know theaters have overhead, but $4.25 for a fricken bottled water????? Come on theater conglomerates.....it'll be another year or so til I watch another movie in the theater...I can buy a whole 32 pack of water for less than that geeeesh. $4.25?!?!?

Come here quite often with my girlfriend. Love the seating and the fresh popcorn. We also eat at the cafe they have here very often. Have had the mozzarella sticks, hot wings, and chicken sandwich. All of which are really good for what youd expect from concession food.

Only 3 stars because they have the nerve to sell seats in the front row which is absolute hell! Tickets for front row should be given away for free! Otherwise, it's okay and like most cinemas. They have all the expensive movie drinks and snacks and an arcade room. They also have a coffee bar, which is unusual and serve Starbucks, if you like that sort of thing. Bathroom I was in was decently clean.

This is by far the best movie theater I have ever been to. It is so modern and advanced that it is better than 4K and offers incredible 3D Vision and is becoming newly renovated for virtual reality experience called The Void. I've seen some great movies and the sound quality was perfect the screen quality with even better. I like this place so much, it keeps getting better every time I go back. Now they have a food court a virtual reality section of the movie theater and genuine movies. The next will be the Matrix experience with sensory depth perception and neural pathway programming similar to the effects of Sleep Drug called "Luicid Dream". It's going to be a riot when it arrives.

By far an oldie but a goodie theater. Been coming here to see movies since I was 8 years old. I snuck into my first day of free movies here, granted, that was over 10 years ago but I love this place. It's the only movie theater that actually feels like home because it has been the home for all my cinematic adventures since middle school.

This movie theater is awesome. I love the simple ticket kiosks. The snack lines are a little long but the employees work as fast as possible. The D Box seats are fantastic. Totally worth the cost and kids love them.

This cenimark has electric lounge chairs and decently sized theaters. Usually crowded on discount days and weekends (as well as when new movies come out). There is a small arcade inside and a tiny food place.

Seating: very comfortable recliners. Personally I prefer the ones at the other Plano location; they seem a bit more comfortable. As with other locations all seats are reserved, which is convenient. Staff: excellent...friendly and fast. Food: popcorn was hot, fresh and was able to get it quickly before the movie began. Theater/experience: one minor issue, could easily hear the adjacent theater during some low volume parts of the movie I was watching. The bass near the screen was also rattling. This location shows it’s age. I’ll skip this theater for major releases in the future. Parking is very open and convenient.

Most of these reviews are written by people with unrealistic expectations. Every time my family and I come here it’s amazing. Comfortable, the environment is great, great sound and image quality. Best movie place ever. This is like 10000 better than that Stone briar one. Even though this one is so far away it’s worth it.

Took my toddler to her first movie! She was all over the place, but it was to be expected. This theatre is always so accommodating, with booster seats and disabled elevators it makes me happy to come to this theatre and relax with my family. Also I loved Aladdin and hope to be back next month to sit back and enjoy another great movie !!

Customer service lacking.... Movie theater room seemed a little dirtier than i remember from a couple years ago when i used to go often. It would be nice to have the people working there seem a bit more engaged or enthusiastic about there job but i guess its cause most of them are kids

The theater was clean and well maintained except for one flaw. Had an early bird show which started at 11:15am, I arrived at 11:05 expecting to purchase food from the kitchen but was told the kitchen wasn't ready due to staff showing up a few minutes before we did. Had to settle for a hot dog

It’s a good theatre. On one instance my recliner controls weren’t working. Before the start of the movie I informed the staff and in 5 minutes they corrected it. Awesome technician he was. Impressive act from him.
