Movie theater was overbooked and staff refused to refund tickets. The place was very dirty and restrooms were nasty. Overall i can say this was THE WORST experience ive ever had at a movie theater. I dont recomend this one at all.

It's small, but it's really decent for Mineral Wells. Compared to seeing a movie closer into the metroplex, the prices can't be beat. Also easily the best popcorn around. I recommend going on Tuesdays when the ticket prices drop to $4.00 each for standard movies and $6.00 for 3D movies.

Any weekend you open a popular franchise movie like a marvel movie or the Incredibles why not hire more people to cover concessions? It obserd to wait 20 minutes for popcorn or water...!!!

I had to walk out of the movie because my daughter was afraid which ok not their fault, However For me to have to spend the next 45 to 50 minutes waiting For my family that was still watching the show while listening to the workers complain about doing their jobs and people coming out and bugging them about refills on their drinks and their popcorn, Was not necessary. You could at least think that if a customers in the lobby you should not complain About the customers.

For a small theater the details are kept detailed. Clean and comfy. Friendly and attentive. I was surprised that always makes me happy. Location is also worth a comment. There are a couple of resturant choices just steps from this theater as well as a couple of unique shopping stores. To me this means i could arrive early or stretch my legs after and not feel pressed for time.

Even though it's in Mineral Wells, it's a great movie theatre, won't cost $20 for a large drink and popcorn (which get free refills as long as they're large). Pretty clean, seats are good and don't get uncomfortable.

The movie was delayed for almost an hour, the toilets in the women's restroom leaked all over the floor, very dangerous, and since we had such a long wait for the movie, when she went for a refill, the bottom of her cup desintergrated and dumped in my lap causing me to have to leave half way through the movie. My daughter asked for a new cup a few minutes before when she got the refill for her. They said she would have to purchase another cup. Not pleased with Brazos Cinema. It turned into a horrible experience for us all!

I went and tried to watch the movie glass because everyone was talking about how good it was. Went and the screen kept glitching out and actually went out for like 5-10 minutes straight and skipped through a lot of the movie I left and got my money back bc we couldn’t even watch the movie fully.

Love this theater. But on Saturday and Sunday they need a few more staff members. No one was waiting on the ticket booth had a long line waiting. There was only one young man attempting to cleaning the theaters. On a Saturday and Sunday you have larger amounts of customers, you need an additional staff member to clean.

Stacy is a great manager making sure everybody is welcomed, comfortable in the theater, and they have everything they need. Tyler greeted us with a smile, and was quick at serving us and our little ones their popcorn and drinks. They even made my special needs son feel better when he spilled his popcorn and felt bad. They assured him that it was just an accident, and that he was ok. The theaters are nice and cool, and it's a great way to beat the Texas summer heat. The excellent customer service and family friendly atmosphere keeps us coming back!

This was so gross. And the service was terrible. Cockroaches were running up and down the theater walls, trash was left in the theater, and when theres only 3 movies playing, they should know which one is 3D. Not a good experience.

Manager was not helpful. Staff was inattentive. Seats were dirty and the bathrooms were a wreck. Whoever owns the building at the current status has not made proper modifications to make the building more lively. I would rather make the drive to Weatherford
